비대면(Untact) 업무를 위한 화상인식 PCA 사용자 인증 시스템 연구 (A Study on the PCA base Face Authentication System for Untact Work)

  • As the information age develops, Online education and Non-face-to-face work are becoming common. Telecommuting such as tele-education and video conferencing through the application of information technology is also becoming common due to the COVID-19. Unexpected information leakage can occur online when the company conducts work remotely or holds meetings. A system to authenticate users is needed to reduce information leakage. In this study, there are various ways to authenticate remote access users. By applying burn authentication using a biometric system, a method to identify users is proposed. The method used in the study was studied the main component analysis method, which recognizes several characteristics in facial recognition and processes interrelationships. It proposed a method that can be easily utilized without additional devices by utilizing a camera connected to a computer by authenticating the user using the shape and characteristics of the face by using the PCA method.

  • An Airport is important space and even stands for the country because diverse people from other countries use a variety of facilities in the gateway to the country. Therefore, It is urgent for those people to increase efficiency and convenience of its usage. But we have a problem with process of passenger and this paper with the object of finding the solution in case study. This paper focus on information system, especially Intelligent Airport Information System to streamline process of passenger. There are a few of countries adopted this system in process. CROP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON HIGH SPATIAL RESOLUTION IMAGES

  • A crop management system was developed using Visual Basic and ArcGIS VBA. The system is operated on ArcGlS 8.3 with Microsoft Access MOB. Landsat +ETM, KOMPSAT-l EOC, ASTER VNIR and IKONOS panchromatic (pan) and multi-spectral (MIS) images were included in the system to understand what kind of agriculture-related information can be extracted for each images. Agriculture related data inventories using crop cover information such as texture and average pixel value of the crop based on cultivation calendar were designed ,and implemented. Three IKONOS images (May 25,2001, December 25,2001, October 23,2003) were loaded in the system to show crop cover characteristics such as rice, pear, grape, red pepper, garlic, and surface water cover of reservoir with field surveys. GIS layers such as DEM (Digital Elevation Model), stream, road, soil, land use and administration boundary were also supplied and can be overlaid with images to enhance the understanding the general agricultural characteristics and identifying the location easily.

병원정보화 평가를 위한 PRM 기반의 체계 개발 및 적용 (Evaluation of Hospital Information System Based on the Performance Reference Model)

  • The purpose of this paper was to evaluate performance of information system for one national university hospital in order to identify the factors influencing performance of information system. KPIs were collected for 181 users of information system (41 doctors, 104 nurses, and 11 medical supporting staffs, and 25 administrative staffs) from August 10 to 24, 2010. The results were as follows: Average performance score for input layer was 3.16; average performance score for process layer was 3.35; and average performance score for business layer was 3.57. Scores for input layer was lowest for nurses and scores for process and business layer were lowest for doctors. Results from the path analysis showed that system quality, demographic characteristics, and security significantly influenced management process but these factors except demographic characteristics influenced user satisfaction; and management process also significantly influenced user satisfaction.

  • In order to investigate IS(Information Systems) outsourcing cost estimation model preference of firms, this study reviews previous literatures on outsourcing and firm characteristics. The relationships between firm characteristics and IS outsourcing cost estimation model preference are analysed. Four major factors of firms characteristics are found and classified. IS outsourcing cost estimation model with SLA are found to have a strong relationship with organizational culture. Future research will be needed to verify the result of this exploratory study.

  • 본 연구에서는 계통운전예비력특성을 감안하여 DLC와 기동정지계획을 연계시킬 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 계통운전예비력을 고려하기 위하여 새로운 제약조건을 정식화하였으며, 또한 DLC와 UC를 연계하기 위하여 3차원 동적계획법을 적용하였다. 이 결과, 경제적인 DLC와 기동정지계획을 동시에 구할 수 있게 되었으며, 이를 시험계통에 적용하여 그 효용성을 입증하였다.

Sasang Constitution Classification System by Morphological Feature Extraction of Facial Images

  • This study proposed a Sasang constitution classification system that can increase the objectivity and reliability of Sasang constitution diagnosis using the image of frontal face, in order to solve problems in the subjective classification of Sasang constitution based on Sasang constitution specialists' experiences. For classification, characteristics indicating the shapes of the eyes, nose, mouth and chin were defined, and such characteristics were extracted using the morphological statistic analysis of face images. Then, Sasang constitution was classified through a SVM (Support Vector Machine) classifier using the extracted characteristics as its input, and according to the results of experiment, the proposed system showed a correct recognition rate of 93.33%. Different from existing systems that designate characteristic points directly, this system showed a high correct recognition rate and therefore it is expected to be useful as a more objective Sasang constitution classification system.

  • Characteristics of the motivation and performance of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) adoption in university organization are explored through case studies in this study. Generally, the modules for production, sales, and logistics management in a manufacturing company are substituted with new modules for student support, lecture operations, and research management in ERP for university organization. The motivation of ERP adoption is closely related to the purpose of improvement of business process operations and information system control rather than the environmental factors such as inter-organizational competition or increase of market uncertainty, differentially from enterprises cases. In addition, the financial performance such as cost reduction, labor substitution, and increase of productivity is relatively lower evaluated than the performance on organizational aspects or information system control.

  • As a result of establishing the regional self-government system, regional residents came to take more interest in their land ownership rights and relevant areas. The administrative bodies in South Korea are trying their best to meet the complicated and diversified demands of the residents regarding land and construction administration. However, governmental agencies are having difficulties identifying land characteristics on the field as part of standard lands change every year. Also, the vague boundaries of agricultural and mountainous land areas are causing surveyors problems in spotting the right areas. Thus, this study intends to provide information and guidance on an accurate land price calculation system in connection between the land information system and PDA technology for distribution of accurate information regarding lands and their management.

지식관리시스템 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Factors Affecting the Performance of Knowledge Management Systems)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the performance of knowledge management systems. To extend DeLone & MeLean's model, we included the user specialization in the information systems success model. The questionnaires are collected from 109 knowledge management system users. The major findings are summarized as followed. First, system characteristics such as ease of use, response time, and knowledge management process support affect the knowledge management systems usage. Second, knowledge characteristics such as relevancy, completeness, reliability, importance, and currency also affect the knowledge management systems usage. Third, the end-users are satisfied with the knowledge management systems because it is easy to use and relevant.
