가로수관리정보체계를 위한 코드부여방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Coding Scheme for Street Trees Management Information System)

  • 본 연구는 가로수관리정보시스템의 실용화를 위한 선행과제로서, 속성정보와 수치지도를 연계시키기 위한 코드부여방법을 연구하여 대구시를 대상지로 합리적인 방법을 알아보고자 함을 그 목적으로 하였다. 따라서, 코드체계의 고유성, 영구성, 단순성, 다용도성, 유지 및 위치파악의 용이성 등을 고려하여 가로수 위치 표현을 위한 11가지 코드요소를 선정 및 분석하고 다양한 조합을 통하여 장단점을 비교한 후 현실성 있는 11가지의 방법에 대해서는 대구시의 1/500 수치지도를 근거로 실제 적용하였다. 이를 근거로 하여, 동경계를 기준으로 일련번호를 적용한 방법과 거리측정을 근거로 한 상대좌표방법 등이 대구시에 적용할 수 있는 방안임을 제시하였다.

국가R&D보고서 전담관리체제 구축사업의 경제성 분석 (An Economic Feasibility Analysis on the Establishment of Dedicated Management System for the National R&D Reports)

  • The use of national R&D reports becomes a difficult task due to the different level of service being provided and the different way used for its construction by the institute in management. One-stop service of its contents is impossible and there is a lack of specialized service such as a system to satisfy the various needs of the researchers. This study analyzes the laws related to the national R&D reports and the evaluation system of the R&D outputs for the design and construction of the DB and system for the management of the national R&D reports. We also perform an analysis of the economic effect of the system.

웹 GIS 기반 철도 지반정보 관리프로그램의 개발 (Development of the Railroad Geotechnical Information Management System Using Web GIS)

  • Railroad geotechnical information management system was developed by using Web GIS and DB in this study. The standardization of railroad geotechnical information is progressed by classifying three groups as like basic informations, vibration informations along railway lines and design drawings. The basic informations consisted of basic and dynamic properties of soils, geophysical exploration and seismic survey/exploration. And the specification for 'human exposure to whole-body vibration' was adopted to construct the vibration informations along railway lines. The informations as like drawings and photographs were saved by changing to graphic files in the standardization of design drawings. In the case of standardization of geographical information, the topographical maps(NGIS, 1:5000) were primarily used as digital maps. Another digital maps(KRRI, 1:5000) and their geographical DB based on NGI code system were added on this maps. The standardized informations were used to construct their database. And railroad information management system was developed using Entity-Relation(ER) model which had a good feasibility for expansion and transition to other system in designing stage of database. This system consisted of layer selection, search and analysis of geotechnical informations and Zeus DB was adopted for GIS operating and user interface. This system could be a good tool for saving, searching and analyzing the geotechnical and geophysical informations. These DB systems would offered the basic informations to plans, design and construction of railroad lines etc. in practical use.

화물 수송의 최적화를 위한 ITMS(Intelligent Transport Monitoring System) 설계 (A Design of ITMS(Intelligent Transport Monitoring System) for Optimization of Freight Transport)

  • 본 논문에서는 기상청, 교통관리센터, GPS, 센서 등을 이용하여 화물의 이동 경로, 컨테이너의 화물 보관 상태를 관리하는 지능형 운송 모니터링 시스템인 ITMS(Intelligent Transport Monitoring System)을 제안한다. ITMS는 컨테이너 내부의 온도 및 습도에 대한 정보, 화물 차량의 위치 정보를 ITMS 서버에 전송하는 CIMS(Container Inner Monitoring System), 화물 차량의 위치정보로 도착 예정시간을 산출하여 CIMS에게 전달하는 TMM(Transport Management Module), 수집한 컨테이너의 온도 및 습도 정보를 이용하여 화물의 신선도를 점검하고 관리하는 FMM(Freight Management Module), 그리고 CIMS, TMM, FMM으로부터 전달받은 정보로 컨테이너 하역 장소를 선정하고, 화물에 대한 정보를 RFID 라벨로 출력하여 컨테이너에 부착하는 SMM(Stevedoring Management Module)로 구성된다. 제안하는 ITMS는 CIMS를 이용하여 화물의 상태를 수시로 점검할 뿐만 아니라, RFID 라벨로 빠르게 화물의 정보를 획득하고, 관리하는데 소용되는 시간을 단축할 수 있다.

  • In order to boost productivity and efficiency of architectural design, architect accumulates materials and details which are repeatedly used. According as introduction and application of BIM (Building Information Modeling) have proliferated, a number of data are being produced. BIM data constructed in a stage of architectural design reduces repetitive works of design and can be used in estimate and construction, maintenance. BIM library gathered these data are able to enhance participants collaboration and design improvement. Library is a vital factor in BIM and a number of libraries are needed as BIM introduction and application have proliferated in architecture industry. However, BIM Library establishment and related research development are incomplete. And specific standard setting and institutional environment for BIM library building have not been achieved. As such a vast amount of information are generated but there is no systematic plan and reuse frequency is low. So it is necessary to build system for effective data sharing and operation management. In this study, through establishment of BIM standard system and construction of management environmental system, it has an object in view for developing framework which can efficiently manage various libraries happened in BIM architectural design field.

그룹폴링을 이용한 SNMP 성능 개선 (Improvement of SNMP Performance using the Group Polling)

  • 기존의 인터넷 망 관리에 사용되는 SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol)는 망 관리 정보 수집을 위한 폴링과 이에 대한 응답 트래픽으로 관리자 시스템(Management System)이 관리하는 피관리 시스템(Agent System)이 많아지면 망의 과부하를 가져올 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 SNMP에서 사용하는 폴링 방법을 개선하여 피관리 시스템이 많은 경우에 망의 과부하를 줄일 수 있는 그룹 폴링 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 방법은 피관리 시스템들을 그룹으로 나누어 정보를 수집하는 방식으로, 기존의 방식에 비해 응답 지연시간과 통신 부하가 줄어서 피관리 시스템의 수가 많은 경우나 폴링 횟수가 많은 경우, 제안된 그룹 폴링 방법을 이용하는 것이 효율적이었다.

  • Recently, with the rise of environmental issues and the change of government policy (Renewable Energy 3020 Implementation Plan), a large amount of renewable energy such as solar and wind power is connected to the power system, and most of the renewable energy is concentrated in the power distribution network. This causes many problems with the voltage management and the protection coordination of the grid due to the its intermittent power generation. In order to effectively operate the distribution network, it is necessary to deploy more intelligent terminal devices in the field to measure the status of the distribution network and develop various operation functions such as visualization and big data analysis to support the power distribution system operators. In addition, the failover technology must be supported for the non-stop operation of the power distribution system. This paper proposes the system architecture of new power distribution management system to cope with high penetration of renewable energy. To verify the proposed system architecture, the functional unit test and performance measurement were performed.

웹 기반의 공간정보예측시스템을 이용한 통합적 하수도 관리 시스템의 개발 및 적용 (An Integrated Sewer Management System using Web Based Predictive Spatial Information System)

  • Web based integrated sewer management system was developed for the analysis of sewer flow and for the optimal operation of sewer works using ArcView and SWMM. SWMM and ArcView were dynamically linked together using Avenue in order to construct user-friendly information management system. The developed system was applied to the residential area in Choonchun city to verify its utilities. All the relevant field data were analyzed on the basis of the developed system, and the modeling of sewer flow was implemented using RUNOFF, EXTRAN, TRANSPORT in SWMM. This system is now in the process of connection to the management system of stormwater, surface and subsurface environment in order to develop an integrated environmental management system. Futhermore, this system will be a critical part of overall control system of sewer works including sewer network and wastewater treatment plant. As this system can provide comprehensive prediction of flow and pollution profiles, it could serve as a tool not only for the optimal management, but also for the decision support system to examine the efficiency of planning and implementation of sewer projects.

사용자 단말 태깅 기반 승하선 관리시스템의 설계 및 구현 (The Design and Implementation of Embark / Disembark Management System Based on User Terminal Tagging)

  • In this paper, we describe about the user terminal tagging-based embarkation/disembarkation management system and embarkation/disembarkation management method using this system. The system authenticates the validity of the user and on whether to board on the ship by tagging the user's terminal which the boarding reservation was made by using the management terminal provided in the ship. The system identifies on whether the user disembark in the ship by tagging the user's terminal. In the event of ship accident, it is easy to figure out the user and manage the non-contact boarding and disembarking. Therefore, we design the embarkation/disembarkation management system based on user's terminal tagging on the terminal provided in the ship and embarkation/disembarkation management method using this system. User terminal tagging can solve the problem of manpower required for the management of embarkation and disembarkation, the problem of requiring time to confirm the match between the reservation and the passenger, and the problem of increase of the possibility on the spread of infectious diseases due to face-to-face contact.
