We demonstrate p-doped organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) comprising tungsten oxide ($WO_3$) and 1,4-bis[N-(1-naphthyl)-N'-phenylamino]-4,4' diamine (NPB). We propose the NPB : $WO_3$ composition functions as a p-doping layer which significantly improves hole injection that leads to the fabrication of 4-(dicyano-methylene)-2-methyl-6-(p-dimethylaminos tyryl)-4H-pyrane (DCMl) based p-doped OLEDs with high efficiency and long lifetime.

The comparative analysis of the human and primate genomes including the chimpanzee can reveal unique types of information impossible to obtain from comparing the human genome with the genomes of other vertebrates. PrimateDB is an open depository server that provides primate genome information for the comparative genome research. The database also provides an easy access to variable information within/between the primate genomes and supports analyzed information, such as annotation and retroelements and phylogeny. The comparative analyses of more primate genomes are also being included as the long-term objective.

Carbon nanotube arrays were fabricated using micro molding in capillary (MIMIC) process. Patterns remained on the surface in the pattern complementary to that present in the mold. CNTs were selectively grown on the MIMIC patterned sites with a triode PECVD. And turn on field for $10\;{\mu}A/cm^2$ electron emission current was $2.2\;V/{\mu}m$ turn on field.

We have proposed a novel cleaning technology with organic nanoparticles for high-performance TFT array. The surface of the TFT layer becomes more hydrophilic after cleaning by the nanoparticles. This is concluded from the comparison of contact angles for the samples cleaned by various methods. It is found that the drain currents in the subthreshold and off-state regions are less than those for the TFTs cleaned with conventional method.

본문에서는 최근 들어 각광을 받고 있는 패턴인식 방법론인 Support Vector Machine을 이용하여 중국어 개체명을 식별하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다. SVM(support vector machine)은 입력 자질이 많을 경우에도 안정적인 성능을 나타내고 보편적으로 적용할 수 있는 모델을 개발할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 실험에서 어휘. 품사, 의미부류 등 많은 수의 자질을 이용하였다. 실험결과는 본문에서 제안한 방법이 튜닝을 거치지 않아도 좋은 성능을 나타낼 수 있고, 수행 속도도 만족스럽다는 것을 보여주었다.

D2GSNP is a web-based server for the selection of single nucleotide polymorph isms (SNPs) within genes related to human diseases. The D2GSNP is based on a relational database created by downloading and parsing OMIM, GAD, and dbSNP, and merging it with positional information of UCSC Golden Path. Totally our server provides 5,142 and 1,932 non-redundant disease genes from OMIM and GAD, respectively. With the D2GSNP web interface, users can select SNPs within genes responding to certain diseases and get their flanking sequences for further genotyping experiments such as association studies.

It has become topic continuously at MEMS or semiconductor process to form three-dimensional multilayer structure. In this paper, we devised the new polymer pattern method that has multilayer structure. This is method that uses different kind of polymeric material. Specially, polymers used in this study that we propose became all pattern by photolithography, prevented that process increases. Here, polymer that we use used polymer of epoxy order called "SU-8" and polymer of novolak resin called "AZ-1518". The result, "SU-8" was formed pattern to 3.5um thickness, and "AZ-1518" about pattern 3um thickness. Also, It was been 6um thickness at same pattern area.

This paper is a study on information Quality of Domestic Call Center Information System; recognized the importance of information quality and analyzed the impact on use and satisfaction of users following information quality which is a success element and ultimately the impact on user's performance by expanding information quality evaluating model by Jeong-Woo Lee et al.(2003) who reflected domestic special corporate culture based on information system success model by DeLone and McLean(2003). This is meaningful in providing theoretical foundation for efficient information quality supply and building quality management system at call center in future and provides hints to be considered in raising understanding of consultants on provided information and arranging ground that can utilize it in a timely manner.
