The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of the cognitive process related to the organizational citizenship behavior. The research method consisted of the cross-design of the prospect dimension and goal orientation dimension, and information security factors consisted of distributive justice, response efficacy, self efficacy, and organizational citizenship behavior. As a result of the study, the dimension of prospect had a significant effect on response efficacy and self efficacy, and it was found that the influence of the gain condition was greater than that of the loss condition. The goal orientation dimension had a significant effect on response efficacy and self efficacy, and it was found that the influence of the growth condition was greater than that of the validation condition. The research model that explained the relationship between information security factors appeared as a partial mediating model between distributive justice, response efficacy, and organizational citizenship behavior. The implications of this study suggest that it is necessary to establish an information security strategy in combination with individual decision-making factors and organizational culture factors.

This study investigates the information use behavior of Korean youths in a virtual information grounds. The concept of a physical information ground is expanded to include virtual spaces. A variety of hobbies and peer groups of Korean youths are considered to determine the characteristics of these youths. The study was formulated and conducted using group interviews for pretest and a survey given to respondents who are junior high and high school students in Seoul. It is expected that the findings and proposals will be used for planning educational programs and information services in school libraries.

Purpose - India is predicted to lead the world in online sales, but the behavioral range of online consumer has not been researched adequately. Moreover, the research on the role of psychological variables like consumer innovativeness in online purchase behavior has not been investigated. This paper aims to unravel the role of 'consumer innovativeness' in predicting online purchase intention. Further, this paper examines the effect of consumer innovativeness on 'online information search' and 'attitude' in online purchase areas. Research design, data, and methodology - This study uses factor analysis to confirm the convergent and discriminant validities from the adopted scales. Regression analysis was employed to test the various hypotheses in this study. Results - This study finds that consumer innovativeness affects positively 'information search', 'attitude' and 'purchase intentions' in online purchase circumstances. Conclusions - Consumer Innovativeness has emerged as a significant factor affecting online purchase intentions. It has also been confronted with an important variable affecting online information search and attitudes for online purchase.

This paper suggests a methodology in which control signals for high-level synthesis are generated from SDL specification. SDL is based on EFSM(Extended Finite State Machine) model. Data path and control part are partitioned into representing data operations in the from of scheduled data flow graph and process behavior of an SDL code in forms of an abstract FSM. Resource allocation is performed based on the suggested architecture model and local control signals to drive allocated functional blocks are incorporated into an abstract FSM extracted from an SDL process specification. Data path and global controller acquired through suggested methodology are combined into structural VHDL representation and correctness of behavior for final circuit is verified through waveform simulation.

This study posits the activities of the fandom as information behavior: information producing, information diffusion, information sharing. The authors identify the underlying motivation and needs which lead fandom to these behavior on the basis of contents theory. In particular, the manner in which the those needs influence the information behavior of fandom is explored. The data used in this study came from various Fan Caf$\acute{e}$s which are communities of star fan. The results from the survey shows that the fandom is a kind of culture closely connected to social needs. Fandom can be viewed as an important driving force in the entertainment industry as they are co-creating the value in entertainment market.

by providing objective information regarding medical radiation for elementary, middle, and high school students in Korea, who are expected to have a high ripple effect in education, and by analyzing behavioral changes in the selection of medical radiation, this study aimed to deduce the basis for educational intervention. The tools used in the study were a questionnaire, including questions about perception, knowledge, attitude, and behavior toward medical radiation; video and Power-point materials for the lesson; simulated radiation diagnosis selection form; and radiation treatment selection form to find out about behavior. A post-test demonstrated that the objective knowledge about medical radiation of all the students turned out to be significantly higher (p<0.000) after the lesson compared to before the lesson. However, there were no statistically significant behavioral changes. Rather, for high school students, the behavior of selecting medical radiography and treatment was significantly lower (p<0.000) after the lesson. For the more impressionable children in the lower grades, the lesson must not only provide an opportunity to understand and pay attention to diverse viewpoints, but also encourage them to make ethical decisions based on value. Since it can be predicted that attitude or behavioral changes through education or publicity can be expected from adults older than high school students, issues regarding dangers like radiation exposure must be treated as an issue of value judgment predicated on multifaceted considerations.

This research categorizes and analyzes different online fashion store studies conducted over the past 10 years based on study type. The results are as follows. First, it was found that 116 studies out of 118 studies on online fashion stores conducted from 2000 to 2012 were based on PC web. Second, the studies on PC web-based fashion stores were reclassified into 9 different categories based on their topics: purchase behavior, word-of-mouth behavior, website, and product information presentation as well as products for sale, return behavior, customer service, system, present condition, marketing strategy, and promotions. However, mobile web-based studies were categorized into 2 categories of introduction of the fashion stores and purchase behavior. Third, we reclassified the studies chronologically to observe studies conducted at different times. In the early phase (in addition to studies on purchase behavior) studies on present condition, marketing strategy, and website constituted the majority of studies conducted because the field research was just starting to grow; however, studies conducted in the latter phase showed new patterns of study, such as word-of-mouth effect, and return behavior. Future studies conducted on competitive PC web-based fashion stores require a more specific classification of studies (according to their purpose) to develop an effective marketing strategy.

This Research Attempted to Clarify the Eeffect of Privacy Concern and Institutional Trust on Privacy Decision based on Privacy Calculus Perspective. We Developed a Research Model Suggesting that the Influence of Privacy Benefit and Privacy risk on the Information Disclosure Behavior and the Influence of Privacy Concern and Institutional Trust on the Privacy Calculus. In this Regard, in Order to Examine the Difference According to the Target whose Personal Information was Collected, an Empirical Analysis was Conducted to Compare the E-commerce Field and LBS(Location Based Service) Field. The Results of Empirical Analysis are as follows. First, it is Founded that other Relations were All Statistically Significant Except the Relation between Privacy Risk and Information Disclosure Behavior in the LBS group. Next, as a Results of Comparison of Constructs in the E-commerce and Institutional trust than the LBS group, Identifying that the Consumers are more Sensitive to the Personal Information Collected in the E-commerce site.

Memristor is a portmanteau of "memory resistor". The resistance of memristor is changed depends on the history of electric charge that passed through the device and it is able to memorize the last resistance after turning off the power supply. This paper presents this device that has a high chance to be the next generation of commercial non-volatile memory and its behavior modeling using SPICE simulation. The memristor MOS content addressable memory (M_CAM) is also designed and simulated using the proposed behavioral model. The proposed M_CAM unit cell area and power consumption show an improvement around 40% and 96%, respectively, compare to the conventional SRAM based CAMs. The M_CAM layout is also implemented using 0.13${\mu}m$ mixed-signal CMOS process under 1.2 V supply voltage.

This study proposes the practical information security measures that help IT personnel of banks comply the information security policy. The research model of the study is composed of independent variables (clarity and comprehensiveness of policy, penalty, dedicated security organization, audit, training and education program, and top management support), a dependent variable (information security policy compliance intention), and moderating variables (age and gender). Analyses results show that the information security measures except 'clarity of policy' and 'training and education program' are proven to affect the 'information security policy compliance intention.' In case of moderating variables, age moderated the relationship between top management support and compliance intention, but gender does not show any moderating effect at all. This study analyzes information security measures based solely on the perception of the respondents. Future study may introduce more objective measurement methods such as systematically analyzing the contents of the information security measures instead of asking the respondents' perception. In addition, this study analyzes intention of employees rather than the actual behavior. Future research may analyze the relationship between intention and actual behavior and the factors affecting the relationship.
