의복의 과시소비성향 및 관련변수와 의복구매행동과의 관계 연구 - 여대생을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Influential Factors of Clothing Conspicuous Consumption and Clothing Purchasing Behaviors)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the influential factors of clothing conspicous consumption, and the relationship between these consumer characteristics and clothing purchasing behaviors. The influential factors of clothing conspicous consumption are defined materialism, sensation seeking tendency and demographic characteristics. And clothing purchasing behavior can be defined such as fashion leadership, impulsive purchasing behaviors, bargain sale purchasing, and the price and total pieces of clothing. The data were collected from 320 female students of university using questionnaire, and were analysed with frequency, %, multiple regression, ANOVA and Duncan test. Reresults can be summerized as follows. First, clothing conspicous consumption was not influenced to sensation seeking tendency but materialism. Second, the sensation seeking tendency, materialism and clothing conspicous consumption was proven to be partially related to the clothing purchasing behaviors. Third, the demographic characteristics have influenced on the sensation seeking tendency, materialism, clothing conspicous consumption and clothing purchasing behaviors.

한국 서비스산업의 6시그마 기법 시행과 그 성과에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Performance of Six Sigma Tools in Korean Service Industry)

  • Six sigma has been the most influential management innovation program since 1996 in Korea. As a result of successful implementation of 6 sigma, there have been a number of dramatic quality improvement cases. However, no empirical study of 6 sigma implementation study has done especially in the service industry of Korea. This article reviews status of finance companies which implemented 6 sigma programs in Korea and then demonstrates the relationship between 6 sigma problem solving tools such as analysis of variance and graph techniques, etc and project success and operational performance. Customer survey tools, process analysis, and documentation tool are identified as influential tools on project success. Tools of measure steps, customer survey tools, and documentation tool are found as influential tools on operational performance.

농촌의 지역별 계형태와 그 실태 (A Pattern and Actual State of "Kye" in Rural Area)

  • In this survey, we tried to find out number of participating and main purpose of that "Kye" meeting of all family members in rural community. Main purpose is follows; First, Differences by rural area, number of participating and main purpose of that "Kye" meeting of all family members in rural community. Second, Relationship between residence years by the head of a family and numbers in rural community. Third, Relationship between size of owned land(paddy field and uplaned) by the head of a family and number of participating and main purpose of that "Kye" meeting of all family members in rural community. Fourth, Relationship between size of cultivated land(paddy field and uplaned) by the head of a family and number of participating and main purpose of that "Kye" meeting of all family memebers in rural community. The main results are as follows; First, there are different points by the kind of rural area in number of participating and "Kye for friendly gathering", "Kye for saving", "Kye for sightseeing". Second, variable of residence years of the head of a family is only negative influential factor in "Kye for saving". Third, variable of size of owned land is positive influential factor in total number of participating "Kye", "Kye for friendly gathering", "Kye for saving" and "Kye for sightseeing". Fourth, variable of size fo cultivated land is positive influential factor in total number of participating "Kye", "Kye for mournig and marriage", "Kye for friendly gatiering", "Kye for saving" and "Kye for sightseeing". It seems that "Kye" meetings are still a preferred means by the jrural community to gather the cooperation among rural population. But the purpose of "Kye" meetings has changed from the family centered such as worship or marriage and mouring of family members to out of the family centered events such as friendly gathering, sightseeing.

The Six Dimensions of Resident Satisfaction and Their Impact on Word-of-Mouth (WOM) Intention in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC): A Case Study

  • Purpose - This study aims to assess six aspects of resident satisfaction (satisfaction with room, home, social interaction, meals service, staff care, and resident involvement) and to identify the most influential aspect of satisfaction upon word-of-mouth (WOM) intention in a continuing care retirement community (CCRC). Design/methodology/approach - A total of 293 paper survey questionnaires with a cover letter and postage paid envelopes were mailed to the CCRC residents. To test reliability and validity of the multidimensional resident satisfaction, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) were used. Then, the structural equation modeling technique (SEM) was applied to test causal relationship between resident satisfaction and WOM intention. Multiple regression was used to identify the most influential aspect of resident satisfaction on WOM intention in the CCRC. Findings - The results of EFA and CFA on the 157 responses received out of the total 293 surveys indicated that six dimensions of resident satisfaction were statistically distinct. Among the six dimensions, satisfaction with resident involvement, social interaction, and staff care significantly influenced their WOM intention. Furthermore, the most influential aspect of satisfaction upon WOM intention was resident involvement. Research implications or Originality - This study empirically tested the six dimensions of CCRC resident satisfaction, and identified resident involvement as the most influential factor upon WOM intention in a CCRC where WOM intentions plays a crucial role during the selection process of prospective residents.

  • 온라인에서의 상호작용을 위한 수단으로서, 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service, SNS)는 사용자의 인간관계를 기반으로 사회적 인맥 형성에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 또한, SNS는 인맥 관계를 관리하고 인맥관계를 기반으로 정보를 공유할 수 있도록 다양한 기능들을 제공한다. 따라서 SNS 사용자의 행동 특성과 인맥 관계 형성 과정의 분석은 온라인 인간관계에 대한 모델의 특징을 파악하는데 유용하다. 본 논문에서는 트위터에서 영향력 있는 사용자가 게시된 메시지의 특성을 기반으로 사용 패턴을 분석한다. 또한, 페이스북 내에서 인맥 관계 수를 기준으로 영향력이 큰 그룹과 그렇지 않은 그룹으로 분류하고, 두 그룹의 인맥 형성 특성을 비교하고 분석한 후 이에 따라 패턴 분석에 따라서 소셜 네트워크에서의 인간관계 모델의 특징을 설명한다.

  • 최근 확대되고 있는 여행사간 B2B2C 거래에 있어서, 여행사간 힘의 불균형으로 인하여 가맹점은 도매여행사와의 거래에 있어 거래공정성의 영향을 받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 여행업의 발전적 방향을 제시하기 위하여, 여행사간 거래공정성이 가맹여행사의 관계지향성과 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 여행사간 B2B 거래에 있어 가맹여행사의 재무, 비재무적 성과에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것은 관계지향성이며, 관계지향성에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 거래여행사의 공정성은 상호작용공정성과 절차공정성 순으로 나타났다. 따라서 여행사간 장기적인 관계지향성에 영향을 미치는 상호작용공정성과 절차공정성의 구성요소인 거래여행사 직원들의 정확한 정보제공 능력과 가맹여행사에 대한 긴밀한 유대관계 유지 능력이 가장 중요한 요인임을 반영하여 상호 win-win할 수 있는 파트너십을 유지하는 것이 중요하다 하겠다.

아동의 사회지능과 인구통계학적 변인의 관계 연구 (The Relationship between Children's Social Intelligence and Demographic Variables)

  • The present study investigated the relationship between demographic variables(gender, grade in school, etc.) and children's social intelligence. Elementary and middle school students responded to the self-reported inventory on social intelligence, and their teachers used the social intelligence rating scale for children. The results show gender, grade, and regional differences in children's abilities to deal with various social situation. Furthermore, parents' education and residence is also related to their children's social intelligence. Based on regression analyses, it was found that grade in school and parent education were the most influential variables in explaining variance in children's social intelligence.

가상환경에서 대고객 및 고객간 관계결속(Relationship Commitment)의 선행변수와 결과변수에 대한 연구 (A study on antecedents and consequents of relationship commitment toward internet sites and between customers in virtual environment)

  • This study investigates "commitment" , which is the crucial variable in the study of relationship marketing, because I pay attention to the importance of relationship marketing toward consumers in virtual environment. This dissertation whose main issue is about virtual environment focuses on "commitment" from two perspectives. One is customers′ relationship commitment toward enterprises or corporations through internet sites and the other is relationship commitment between customers. The main purpose is to verify antecedents and consequents which influence relationship commitment toward internet sites (corporations or enterprises) and between customers. The hypotheses are that (1) share values and relationship benefit from internet sites affect relationship commitment toward internet sites (2) share values and interactions between customers affect relationship commitment between customers (3) interactions with relationship commitments toward internet sites and between customers exist (4) these relationship commitments affect future intentions. The subjects are university students who I think get used to using internet. The results indicate that (1) antecedents of relationship commitment toward internet sites and between customers are significantly influential (2) relationship commitment toward internet sites influences relationship commitment between customers, but the effect of relationship commitment between customers on relationship commitment toward internet sites is not significant (3) relationship commitment between customers influences future intentions, but the effect of relationship commitment toward internet sites on future intentions is not significant.

공공조직 구성원의 신뢰기반에 따른 신뢰유형이 지식공유에 미치는 영향 - 지방공무원의 인식수준을 중심으로 - (The Effects of the Types of Source-Based Trust on Knowledge Sharing of Public Employees: Based on Officials' Perceptions in Local Government)

  • 이 연구는 공공조직 구성원의 신뢰기반에 따른 신뢰유형이 지식공유(암묵지식과 명시지식)에 미치는 영향관계를 경험적으로 살펴보고 최적모형을 도출하는데 목적을 두었다. 분석모형의 구성변수로는 신뢰기반에 따른 신뢰유형을 조직의 절차적 및 분배적 공정성에 기인한 타산적 신뢰, 조직과 상사 그리고 동료에 대한 인지적 신뢰, 동료에 대한 감성적 신뢰 요인 등을 독립변수로 설정하였으며, 종속변수로는 지식내용을 중심으로 암묵지식 공유와 명시지식 공유로 구분하였다. 분석 과정에서는 신뢰기반에 따른 신뢰유형과 지식공유를 구성하는 개별요인은 물론 이들 개별 요인들의 상위개념을 통합요인으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 각 모형의 적합도는 요구수준에 근사하게 도달되었으며, 가설적 영향관계에서는 통합요인 및 개별요인 모두에서 '동료에 대한 감성적 신뢰'가 지식공유에 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 연구결과의 정책적 함의로는 첫째, 지식공유에 영향을 미치는 신뢰 개념을 구체적으로 구분하여 유형화하고 유형별로 지식공유의 영향모형을 도출함으로써 상황에 적합한 지식공유 활성화 방안을 마련할 수 있는 토대를 제공했다는 점과 둘째, 지식공유를 암묵지식과 명시지식으로 구분함으로써 지식공유의 내용에 따른 차별화된 지식공유의 촉진 방안을 모색하는 토대를 제공했다는 점 등을 제시하였다.
