Source memory is a cognitive process that combines the representation of the origin of the episodic experience with an item. By studying this daily process, researchers have made fundamental discoveries that make up the foundation of brain and behavior research, such as executive function and binding. In this paper, we review and conduct a bibliometric analysis on source memory papers published from 1989 to 2020. This review is based on keyword co-occurrence networks and author citation networks, providing an in-depth overview of the development of source memory research and future directions. This bibliometric analysis discovers a change in the research trends: while research prior to 2010 focused on individuality of source memory as a cognitive function, more recent papers focus more on the implication of source memory as it pertains to connectivity between disparate brain regions and to social neuroscience. Keyword network analysis shows that aging and executive function are continued topics of interest, although frameworks in which they are viewed have shifted to include developmental psychology and meta memory. The use of theories and models provided by source memory research seem essential for the future development of cognitive enhancement tools within and outside of the field of Psychology.

Communication breakdown has been mentioned causing a heavy burden for dementia caregivers. This study aims to inspect and structure the process and results of communication between people with dementia and their caregivers. The impeding/facilitating elements of communication are also extracted. Interviews with 21 of dementia care experts about the direct and indirect experiences of communication with people with dementia were analyzed based on the grounded theory. Results show that combination of the cognitive and communication decline of the people with dementia, confusing environment and caregivers' inappropriate attitude and lack of communication skills leads to communication breakdown and relations severance. Minimal contacts and task-oriented conversation results in conflicts and people with dementia's increasing agitation, anxiety and violent behaviors while understanding of individuality and listening with heart lead to recovered lucidity in the state of serious dementia, recovered pleasure and voluntary participation in the daily activities for people with dementia. Core paradigm was defined as 'Person Centered Care through relation formation'. There are 4 types of communication with people with dementia : partnering, patronizing, conflicting, avoiding types. Researchers suggest that Person Centered based communication skills be educated and trained for dementia caregivers.

TV home shopping companies are not limited to TV channels and phone-ordering channels, but are making efforts to expand their channels through mobile phones. Beyond its interaction and ubiquity using the web, it is expanding its contact point with consumers through mobile live broadcasting. Interacting, ordering, doing their own broadcasts within mobile App, and interacting and enjoying them are likely to differ depending on consumers' personality, such as playfulness and impulsivity. In this study, the effects of Two-way communication, Synchronicity and Ubiquity, which are the characteristics of mobile home shopping, on consumers' flow, and the effect on consumers' flow on mobile home shopping will vary depending on individual preferences. Interacting, ordering, doing their own broadcasts within mobile devices, and interacting and enjoying them are likely to differ depending on consumers' personal preferences, such as play and impulsive tendencies. As a result of the study, Two-way communication was found to have not significant on flow, and Synchronicity was also found to have no significant effect on flow. It was found that ubiquity had a significant effect on flow. Among the individuality, people with high playfulness have a positive effect on flow, and people with high impulsivity also have a significant effect on flow. Flow has been shown to have a positive effect on the intention to using mobile home shopping.

This study was intended to identify the influence of brand value, Jewelry design, recommendation, Jewelry price, recognition, and satisfaction on purchase intent and to present a marketing strategy to draw up an activation plan for the child Jewelry market. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows: First, companies should give consumers a sense of brand value through media promotion so that consumers can recognize it. Second, companies will have to set up marketing strategies to further enhance brand value through production of limited edition products. It will also have to develop a strategy to expand the type of product by promoting the product along with the product that has been recognized. Third, companies will have to diversify their product designs and expand the range of design choices for consumers through detailed design contests for design professionals, ordinary people and housewives. Fourth, when recommending a product to an acquaintance, you should make a recommendation considering the members of the household, individuality, and taste. Fifth, the company will have to push forward the diversification of prices as well as the diversification of products. Finally, companies will have to set up marketing strategies that meet consumers' needs, such as expanding point reserves for products, hosting promotions and one-plus-won events with friends.

This paper intends to clarify the characteristics of Seoul Ginoguigut in ritual form. This paper points out three characteristics; materialization of the journey to the world of the dead, direct communications with the dead, inclusive blessings for the dead and the living. Firstly, the journey to the world of the dead is materialized through various ritual processes of Seoul Ginoguigut. This characteristic is prominent in the context of comparisons with the death rituals of Confucianism and Buddhism, and of shamanism in other regions of Korea. Secondly, in Seoul Ginoguigut the communications of the dead and the living are made through direct dialogues between them through shaman's possession. The communications by direct dialogues between the dead and the living make it easy to accept death as a real fact, and have an effect of recognizing the individuality and uniqueness of each death. Thirdly, the blessings of Seoul Ginoguigut are so inclusive that they cover the dead's safe journey toward the world of the dead as well as the happiness of the living. This characteristic is related to the understanding of death of Korean shamanism that does not separate death and living. These three characteristics are perceived in the context of comparisons with the death rituals of Confucianism and Buddhism, and of Seoul Ginoguigut. And they give a clue to understand how the death rituals of Korean shamanism have persisted in Korean society.

Globalization has brought about rapid economic, technological, and cultural changes. In order for countries around the world to communicate, recognize and understand globalization, creativity or planning ability can be used to code. In this paper, we would like to present and prove a data analysis that can solve world problems. In the global market, the value of goods or services increases with connectivity. This connection is becoming one of the factors that increase the value of culture. Changes taking this into account promoted cultural spread and innovative growth, and increased productivity and competitiveness in each region of the world. This paper compares the income of the middle class in the United States on the impact of globalization and anti-globalization on cultural spread and innovative growth. Globalization has created an environment in which various elements of K-culture can interact and spread. Through the Internet, social media, and international travel, globalization has had a positive impact on Korea's innovative growth. In areas such as economic activity, technological innovation, and creative industries, globalization has facilitated new tech and approaches, Through this, it changed the existing economic model and contributed to exports K-culture with a new middle class model. However, globalization in the cultural industry can result in the loss of regional characteristics & individuality, which can lead to the middle class cultural unification and alienation(chasm). As a result of the empirical analysis of K-exports for the middle income in the United States, cultural diffusion and innovation must be developed even in anti-globalization. With these industrial changes the soft power value of the Korean Wave proves that it can create value for use for the middle class of major exporting countries.

The aesthetic attitude, in general or in particular, represented in matters of taste through aesthetic ideas and value judgments postulates a certain literary logic. And this literary logic reveals itself a sense of morality, philosophy, or moral aesthetic consciousness through the moments of act and thought demonstrated in the characters invented in literary works. Henry James, among many others, offers a very special cultural paradigm for transnational argument because of his diverse ways of shaping transatlantic relations in terms of aesthetic consciousness. And this international paradigm produced varied expressions referring to Henry James as "an American expatriate," "an Anglicized American artist," "a Europeanized aesthete," "a cosmopolitan intelligence," "a bohemian cosmopolitan" to designate his literary career and its characteristics shaped in Europe. Such expressions resonate with Transatlantic Sketches, James's first collection on travel and cultures in 1875 which heralded his long "expatriation" in terms of self-distantiation. James's temperament of mind, far from being always identified with shared values within an ideological framework, never avoided friction with fixed ideas but rather absorbed it fully for another friction which intervenes in his house of fiction. My question arises here regarding his cultural belonging or dislocation: where is the place of his mind or what could be his ultimate destination? In this essay, I'd like to define a place or rather the place of James's literary mind by proving a certain "sympathetic justice" for his literary logic. For this purpose, I'll try to examine: how James used transatlantic perspective, a spatio-temporal assessment to formulate his moral aesthetic consciousness; and how the aesthetic framework functions in assessing his literary logic of aesthetic consciousness. To start with the first argument, I'll analyze some essential aspects of aesthetic attitude of his characters to postulate a persona capable of theorizing James's aestheticism conditioned by the transatlantic context. And for the second argument, I'll examine how the persona functions in formulating a proper cultural stance of James's aesthetic consciousness in transatlantic perspective to illuminate the way of how Jamesian individuality reflects the American mind. This process of theorizing a place of James's own will lead, I hope, to our discovering James's ultimate destination on the assumption that it'll prove or create a certain "sympathetic justice" for his humanist aestheticism, a Jamesian absolute morality.

The area of agriculture and fisheries business are expanding according to changes in the agriculture and fisheries environment. For the direction of long-term practical field training of department of Agriculture and Fisheries Business, which is a newly created department of Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries, production as well as other areas must be reviewed. The original long-term practical field training and the direction of selecting a long-term practical field training appropriate for the new department reviewed in this study are as follow. First, the original long-term practical field training can be summarized as single product-focused management, inadequate connection of production-processing-service areas, and individuality-focused management. However, a case management that sees new value creation as a basis of agricultural development can be summarized as diversification of value creation, horizontal integration, entrepreneurial management through corporate management, and leading management for regional revitalization through connecting local agricultural. Therefore, the direction of selecting the new department's long-term practical field training requires seeking of value creation management through horizontal integration, exploration of agricultural businessmen who have entrepreneurship needed to create added value in agriculture, and a way to connect to the original production-centered long-term practical field training.

This study focused on cases that led sustainable urban development through the construction and utilization of organic greenery systems linking green spaces of urban peripheries with metropolitan areas. To that end, Berlin - Brandenburg's regional parks in Germany and Milan's Raggi Verdi, a radial green axis project, in Italy were selected for analysis as case studies. As frameworks for this analysis, this study has established existing infrastructure accessibility and linkage, recycling and cooperative management. The results of the case study analysis are as follows: First, the specialized spatial strategy based on the individuality of the green space outside the city rather than a uniform landscape was used as the foundation of the sustainable development plan. Second, physical linkage from the center of the city to the periphery contributed to the sustainable development of the overall metropolis by improving the economic value of the surrounding area as well as ecological and environmental values. Third, the central management system was established to reduce the administrative inconvenience caused by multiple administrative districts in the green space of urban periphery. The implications of applying the above results to Seoul, Korea are as follows. First, it is necessary to establish a differentiation strategy by re-establishing the identity of a green landscape in the urban periphery, because the green spaces of Seoul's periphery are dispersed and mostly have a repetitious mountain landscape. Also, it is necessary to actively link peripheral mountains and urban green areas to create ecological value and economic value, and ultimately to help the sustainable development of the city. Finally, building an integrated management system is required to solve fragmented green space management departments in most of the urban periphery's green spaces. In conclusion, this study shows the significant possibility that the sustainable development of a metropolis can be derived from the utilization, linkage, and management of the green space in the urban peripheries, which is extraordinary compared to normal centralized urban development.

In order to adapt ourselves to the Informationalization Society of twenty-first century, it is required to have ability to find quickly the necessary information and solve the problem of our own. In the field of school, it should be educated to develop learner's ability that can cope with the Informationalization Society. When a learner can study in such direction, he or she will be able to plan the learning of his own as the subject of education, and develop his ability to solve the problem by collecting and examining various information. It is self-leading learning that can make education like this possible. Through computer, especially Web site, self-directed learning can develop can develop the individuality and creativity of learners. They can collect and utilize autonomously information and knowledge. To do such an education, the program that can work out self-directed learning is needed. Therefore the program I want to develop is to reconstruct the 'figure' part of mathematics in elementary school into five steps by utilizing Web site. In the first step is to learn the concept of various shape. This step enable learners to know what figure is and how it can be utilized in our real life. The second step of dot, line and angle makes it possible that learners can consolidate the foundation of the study about figure and recognize the relation between angle and figure. In the third step of plane figure, we can study how to calculate the relation of plane figures and the area of figure with various shapes by cutting and adding them. The fourth step is about congruence and symmetry. Learners can learn to know the figure in congruence, reduction and enlargement and how it is used in our real life. In the fifth step of solid figure, we can learn the relation among the plane figure, solid figure, the body of revolution, corn and pyramid etc. controling the speed of learning on the basis of his ability. In the process of the program, it is also possible to develop learner's ability of self-leading learning by solving the problem by himself. Because this program is progressed on the Web site, it is possible to learn anytime and anywhere. In addition to it, a learner can learn beyond the grade as well as do the perfect learning by controling the pace of learning on the basis of his ability.
