The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationship between the informational leadership, self-efficacy, communication ability, and job satisfaction of secondary school teachers. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the following research questions were set up. First, what is the structural relationship between teachers' information leadership, self-efficacy, communication ability, and job satisfaction? Second, what is the mediating effect of self-efficacy and communication ability in the influence of teachers' informational leadership on job satisfaction? J-Do's secondary school was sampled through random sampling from the population. A total of 600 subjects were sampled. The results of this study show that for secondary school teachers, self-efficacy and communication skills play an important role as a motivating factor for job satisfaction. To have teachers' self-efficacy and communication skills, teachers' respect for opinions and participation in decision-making on school management It should be developed in the direction of expanding and creating a cooperative organizational climate. In addition, it was found that it was necessary to change individual teachers' efforts or perceptions in consideration of individual characteristics and environmental characteristics.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationship of variables affecting application of job training in the Integrated Public Health Promotion Program Personnel(IPHPPP); intrinsic motivation, individual oriented achievement motivation, achievement and satisfaction of program. The subjects were 115 IPHPPP who participated in job training program of Incheon City Integrated Health Promotion Support Team. Data were collected using a structure self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed by a ANOVA, correlational analysis, and path analysis. As a result, the application of job training was high in the 40s. There was no significant difference in each variable by job application. Application of job training was positively correlated with intrinsic motivation, individual oriented achievement motivation, achievement and satisfaction of program. Further, Application of job training was directly by intrinsic motivation, individual oriented achievement motivation, and indirectly by satisfaction of program. Satisfaction of program was directly or indirectly influenced by achievement and application of job training. This showed that satisfaction of program play an important role in application of job training. Increasing the motivation and satisfaction of the participants is necessary as a way to increase application of job training. This findings may help to design educational programs to improve application of job training for IPHPPP.
This research was conducted to examine the effects of cognitive and emotional empathy amongst employees, and its contribution to the enhancement of the effectiveness of an organization. Further, 'job stress' was used as the moderating value. For this purpose, examination procedures were based on theoretical ground drawn from previous research papers, and an appropriate hypothesis established. Statistical methods were also employed to obtain empirical evidence. This study consisted of four variables. The independent variable is categorised into the factors of cognitive and emotional empathy. Job stress as the moderating value as well as job satisfaction and turnover intention as members of the dependent variable. A survey was carried out targeting employees of numerous firms working in teams, and a total of 324 samples were collected and processed by the software package SPSS 21 for windows as a means to verify the set study model and hypothesis. The results of the study are as follows: The two factor of cognitive and emotional empathy did not present with any significant effects. However, cognitive empathy in relation to job stress was found to inflict negative effects. The study also found the two factors to play a significant role in asserting positive effects on an individual's level of satisfaction on his/her job. While the study further explained that cognitive understanding had the tendency to impose negative effects on the turnover intention, emotional empathy did not demonstrate significant effects. Job related stress negatively effects the level of satisfaction of an individual's given task or a job and positive relation with turnover intention. It was confirmed that job stress had a degree of intermediary role upon other factors such as empathy, job satisfaction and turnover intention. The results of the study purported that empathy can raise the level of an individual's job satisfaction and kerb turnover intention. In order to accomplish depreciated levels of job related stress, it is vital that firms consistently input fervent endeavours to be subserved. It must be able to create an environment wherein employees may enjoy the improved structure of the company to empathies with each other. These transitions would allow firms to achieve maximum efficiency and improvements on the effectiveness of an organization.
The purpose of this study is to propose a success model for hospital information system(HIS) based on the information system success model proposed by DeLone and McLearn. This study was conducted to examine the relationships among hospital information system quality such as information quality, system quality, and service quality, user satisfaction, individual performance, and hospital performance. The information quality was examined as accuracy and timeliness, the system quality as security and reliability, and the service quality as convenience and playfulness. We collected 209 questionnaires from hospital employees from October to December 2020, analyzed the structural equation model using AMOS 25. According to the analysis results, The information accuracy in the hospital information system had an effect on user satisfaction, but the timeliness did not. System security and reliability affected user satisfaction, but convenience did not. On the other hand, enjoyment had a positive effect on user satisfaction, and user satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on individual and hospital performance. The results of this study will be able to provide meaningful guidelines for researchers and practitioners in healthcare as well as hospital information systems.

The satisfaction of wearing an outfit in daily life can lead to the attitude toward the clothes and further the brand image and repeat purchases; however, satisfaction generated from the moment the outfit was purchased is only temporary. Therefore, it would be necessary to study the antecedent variables that precede daily outfit satisfaction. In the current study, to understand the antecedent variables that influence the daily outfit satisfaction of consumers, in-depth interviews were conducted on thirteen women in their 20s and 30s. The results showed that peoples' outfit satisfaction was dependent on a comparison between their prior expectation and the performance of the outfit based on expectation-performance disconfirmation. The outfit performance was evaluated by themselves or others. Simultaneously, it was found that the others' opinion on the clothes and surroundings influence daily outfit satisfaction. This research helps deepen the understanding on the individual and social influential factors of the temporary satisfaction from purchase to the satisfaction of actually using clothes. This result ultimately intensifies the understanding on the consumption and evaluation of clothes in the whole life cycle of clothing products from purchase to disposal.
Purpose : This study aimed to identify nurses' job satisfaction, patients' satisfaction, and direct nursing time according to the change in grade of nursing management fee. Methods : Descriptive design was used in this study. Nurses (n = 200) and patients (n = 200) were recruited from one university hospital in Busan. Four aspects were measured: direct nursing time, overtime, nurses' job satisfaction, and patients' satisfaction. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2-tests$, and t-tests. Results : There was a significant difference in patient satisfaction (t = -2.09, p = .038) and direct nursing time (t = -4.77, p < .001) when the nurse staffing grade was changed from the level two to the level one. Conclusion : The findings from this study showed that a higher nurse-to-patient ratio can provide a greater amount of direct nursing time for individual patients and increase patient satisfaction.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of middle-aged men's family and work related variables and satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, the following was concluded ; First, there were significant differences in men's satisfaction across education level, economic variables, and occupation. Second, family related variables, work related variables, and work-family conflict were significantly correlated with satisfaction. In reference to family related variable, satisfaction was higher when marital satisfaction is good, parental stress, adult caring burden, and work-family conflict are lower. In reference to work related variables, satisfaction is higher when job stress is lower, job security is lower, and colleague relationship is good. Third, family related variables, work related variables, and work-family conflict were significantly correlated with mutually one another. Specifically, parental stress is correlated with work related variables. A higher correction was reported between work-family conflict and job stress. Finally, results of multiple regression analysis showed that these variable influenced middle-aged men's satisfaction. Moreover, the degree of explanation for satisfaction increased more, when family and work related variables, and work-family conflict add in individual character variables.

The purpose of this study was to examine the experience of retirement and how life satisfaction after retirement differs depending on the individual, family, and social characteristics of middle-aged and elderly Korean men and the experience of retirement. Data were drawn from the first wave of the Korean Longitudinal Study of Ageing (KLoSA). The sample consisted of 278 retired middle-aged and elderly Korean men aged between 45 and 64. The results showed that middle-aged and elderly Korean retirees' reasons for retirement differed depending on their health satisfaction. In addition, their retirement satisfaction varied according to their education, health satisfaction, economic satisfaction, and reasons for retirement. Regarding their life satisfaction, it was predicted by their age and satisfaction with health status, economic situation, marriage, and relationship with their children.

Lack of client involvement in construction of public projects has been identified as the main cause of many operational problems. Clients need to perform their roles and responsibilities effectively and efficiently at the right time and through the use of correct methods in order to have the optimum involvement required during all the construction project phases, namely, the planning, design, construction, handover, and operation and maintenance phase. This paper investigates the influence of clients' individual factors on their involvement in construction project delivery. A questionnaire survey was distributed to various government agencies of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Explanatory Factory Analysis was performed to group nineteen individual factors. The factor analysis result suggests that the individual factors that can involve clients' involvement in construction projects can be grouped into five, which are: adequacy of knowledge and experience for decision making in the early stage of design; ability to communicate clearly; job satisfaction; personal skills; and expertise in design and construction.
Purpose - A trading area is very closely related to consumer life. A trading area is a cultural and social space that consumes culture and promotes human relationships as well as an economic space where consumers live their daily lives. In this context, a trading area research should be conducted objectively and empirically because it deals with the activities of consumer's life. The purpose of this study is to identify the intrinsic psychological motivation(push motivation) caused when consumers visit a trading area and to demonstrate how the push motivation for a trading area influence on consumer's flow, satisfaction, revisit intention. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to develop research hypotheses for this study, the development procedures for push motivation scale are as follows; (1) generating initial pool of items based on previous studies, (2) expert judgement to evaluate content and face validity, and (3) assessing convergent and discriminant validity using confirmatory factor analysis. In order to achieve these purposes, online surveys were conducted on frequent or familiar visitors to the trading areas around the Gangnam, Kunkuk University and Hongik University Station. Among the 1,343 questionnaires collected, 1,157 cases were analyzed by using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS 3.0 statistical package program, except for 186 responses in which responses were judged to be unfaithful. Results - The push motivation was classified into five sub-dimensions of excitement/stimulus, rest/relaxation, exit/refreshing, knowledge/learning and human relationship promotion as multidimensional and complex factors composed of individual and social-related dimensions. The excitement/stimulus and human relationship promotion of push motivation have positive effects on satisfaction. However, all dimensions of the push motivation have positive effects on flow. And flow has a positive effect on satisfaction and revisit intention. Meanwhile, the mediation test using boostrapping shows that flow plays a full mediating role in the relationship between rest/relaxation, exit/refreshing, knowledge/learning and satisfaction, but a partial mediating rol e between excitement/stimulus, human relationship promotion and satisfaction. Finally, satisfaction plays a partial mediating role between flow and revisit intention. Conclusions - This study shows that the push motivation is multidimensional and compositive depending on the situation of a consumer. In addition, it is found that the human relationship promotion(a social-related motivation) has a much more important effect on flow and satisfaction than other push motivations of individual dimensions. It also shows that satisfaction increases when consumers are being flowed at their visit and degree of revisit intention also grows as satisfaction increases. As implications of this study, a marketer should try to understand consumer's visit motivation at first and then develop factors that increase their flow, satisfaction, revisit intention. It also requires a marketer to approach subjects on a trading area more objectively and empirically based on the psychology and behavior of consumers, in order to establish a proper and efficient strategy on development of a trading area.
