저밀도 노선 적용을 위한 ATS 제어절차에 관한 연구 (A Study on ATS Control Procedure to adopt Low Density Line)

  • A study which is to develop the low-cost urban railway system for low-density line such as Gwang-ju subway Line 2 is in progress, and its TCS(Train Control System) is required as an economic system which is able to train operation suitable in low-density line. We have developed the signaling equipment which is configured with automatic block system between stations, and the control center's equipment in order to meet the requirements of TCS mentioned above. In this paper, we propose the control procedure of ATS to be required for train operation management in the low-density line such as Gwang-ju subway Line 2. The control procedure of ATS considered all features such as the requirements analysis for train operation management, the functions of train control system to be applied and the block type. Also, it considered the station(interlocking, passenger, turn-back) type, station control(stop, route, departure, turn-back departure, turn-back) type, and train operation management for exiting and entering depot. The ATS control procedure proposed in this paper has an advantage in the cost and efficiency through unification and optimization of its function. And in cost of operating and maintenance, the ATS system has a feature that can be significantly reduced.

  • 본 논문에서는 세계적인 열차제어시스템의 발전 추세에 따라, 향후 국내 열차제어시스템의 개량 및 상호운용성을 확보하기 위한 목적으로 수도권 광역전철 중 하나인 분당선에 시범 설치된 무선통신기반 열차제어용 지상장치와 국가연구개발사업을 통해 개발한 무선통신기반 열차제어용 차상장치의 상호운용성을 확인하기 위한 통신인터페이스 시험의 결과에 대해 제시하고 있다. 개발된 무선통신기반 열차제어용 차상장치는 분당선 차량기지에서 설치 및 설치시험을 완료하였으며, 상호운용성 시험을 위해서는 분당선에 시범 설치된 지상장치와 인터페이스 시험을 하여야 한다. 그러나 안전이 최우선되는 철도시스템의 특성상 무선통신기반 열차제어용 차상장치를 실제 열차에 설치하고 지상장치가 설치된 구간에서 시험 운행하는 것은 안전에 대한 위험이 뒤따르기 때문에, 무선통신기반 열차제어시스템 모의시험환경을 구성하여, 상호운용을 위한 장치의 송수신 데이터 체계를 확인하고, 이를 개발된 열차제어용 차상장치에 적용하여, 상호운영성을 시험하였다.

반도체 Probe 공정에서의 생산 능력 계획 (Capacity Planning and Control of Probe Process in Semiconductor Manufacturing)

  • In semiconductor manufacturing, the probe process between fabrication and assembly process is constrained mostly by the equipment capacity because most products pass through the similar procedures. The probe process is usually performed in a batch mode with relatively short cycle times. The capability of the probe process can be determined by the optimal combination of the equipments and the products. A probe line usually has several types of equipment with different capacity. In this study, the probe line is modeled in terms of capacity to give the efficient planning and control procedure. For the practical usage, the hierarchical capacity planning procedure is used. First, a monthly capacity plan is made to meet the monthly production plan of each product. Secondly, the daily capacity planning is performed by considering the monthly capacity plan and the daily fabrication output. Simple heuristic algorithms for daily capacity planning are developed and some experimental results are shown.

볼과 소켓의 정밀 체결을 위한 회전성형 장치 (Rotary Forming Equipment for Precision Joining of the Ball and the Socket)

  • A double roll rotary forming equipment is presented in this paper. The equipment is developed for joining the socket with the ball of a concave piston assembly with its geometrical tolerance requirements satisfied. The equipment is composed of a lathe, a double roll system and a roll pressing unit driven by the hydraulic system. The workpiece rotates by spindle chuck of the lathe while the double roll system approaches perpendicularly to the central line of the workpiece. The equipment is successfully applied to precision joining of the ball and the socket fur the concave piston assembly of a high pressure hydraulic pump.

  • This paper presents two methods of designing a Broadband Impedance Matching (BIM) circuit for maximizing a power line communication (PLC) equipment (or Modem) signal injection into its load at any power line connection port. This optimal (BIM) circuit design is achieved in two phases: Butterworth gain function and Tchebycheff gain function. According to the comparison of simulation and practical results, the performances of two gain functions on BIM are discussed.

  • This paper addresses an on-line scheduling method for track systems in semiconductor fabrication. A track system is a clustered equipment performing photolithography process in semiconductor fabrication. Trends toward high automation and flexibility in the track systems accelerate the necessity of the intelligent controller that can guarantee reliability and optimize productivity of the track systems. This paper proposes an-efficient on-line scheduling method that can avoid deadlock inherent to track systems and optimize the productivity. We employ two procedures for the on-line scheduling. First, we define potential deadlock set to apply deadlock avoidance policy efficiently. After introducing the potential deadlock set, we propose a deadlock avoidance policy using an on-line Gantt chart, which can generate optimal near-optimal schedule without deadlock. The proposed on-line scheduling method is shown to be efficient in handling deadlock inherent to the track systems through simulation.

  • Heights of a platform above the rail for the passenger train in the country are classified into two categories such as the low level (500mm; mainline) and the high level (1,135mm; metropolitan subway line) platforms. In order to operate similarly both a mainline railroad and a metropolitan subway line, as the requisite door safety system, it is necessary to develop the doorstep equipment of the rolling stock regardless of both the low and high level platforms. In this study, the application of doorstep equipments to use mixed with two types of platforms are examined on the supposition that the train only for the low level platform stops in the both low and high level platforms.

  • This paper deals with the analysis of field condition for earth leakage current alarming system in the stage lighting, stage sound stage machinery installation. These analyses of field condition were carried out in accordance with investigating an installation of earth leakage current alarming system with respect to a main line of power source, dimmer, sound equipment, machinery mobile unit equipment and so on. As a result of analyses. The earth leakage current alarming system has been installed only a part of the main line of power source and the probability of places which were installed was less than 50(%). Therefore, it is desirable that the earth leakage current alarming system is installed at places which are suitable, for example, dimmer, each kind machinery etc. in order to prevent electrical hazard.

  • After 1th line was built in 1974, the history of subway in Korea has been expended to 9th line which is under construction. It is time to prepare nation wide subway grounding system urgently according to the domestic electric standard that aligns to world wide standard by WTO/TBT treat (1995). Newly added grounding system to the fundamentally different system caused many problems. PSD(platform screen door) and other newly added equipment are also need grounding system. By the electrical code(established by Korea Electric Association), low voltage equipment(including grounding system) under 1,000V AC are in the process of change into IEC 60374. IEC 60364 standard will be added to the electrical code(established by Korea Electric Association) in 2007 and amended and after 3-5 years later, it will become a complete IEC 60364. So the purpose of this study is to compare the domestic rail road grounding system and suggest the standardized grounding system for the newly built subway.

  • This induced voltage measurement test and electromagnetic field simulation are related to the possibility of control signal malfunction by power line. Through an experiment, this research analyzed whether the voltage causing control malfunction according to the on/off status of power permitted to power line was induced to control signal line. Also, the research calculated the voltage induced to control signal line and examined the phenomenon by conducting an electro-magnetic field-specific simulation through the finite element method for the cable model used in the experiment.
