Regarding professionalism of primary teachers, a dispute over professionalism as classroom teachers versus as subject teachers has been amplified past decades. However, these controversies tend to be resolved mainly by theocratical, political, and systematic facets. In other words, discussions on professionalism of primary teachers have been explored in various aspects, but they have not much focused on teacher preparation programmes. Moreover, although from a comparative educational point of view some research focus on teacher preparation programmes in North Americas and European countries, comparison studies of the programmes in East Asian countries, such as China, Japan and Korea have been rarely conducted. The aim of this study is to compare teacher preparation programmes between Korea and China, and based on what the research found we attempt to understand Korean programmes from a new perspective. Selecting each of 13 teacher educational universities in two countries, we analyse documentations of the universities in which the educational aims, proportions of curricula construction, curricula requirements, and types of subjects are presented. Our research offers implications for future revisions of teacher preparation programmes.
The purpose of this study is to introduce formation 'International framework curriculum for a Master Degree for TVET teachers and lectures' to present implications about fostering Chinese vocational teachers and to analyze the contents related to it. In 2004, UNFSCO composed formation International framework curriculum for a Master Degree for TVET teachers and lectures ("framework curriculum") to improve the ability of professionals in the vocational education and training fields including teachers and training leaders as well as to promote international academic exchange. Universities which introduce the framework curriculum should form specialized committee and carry out education considering the specific situation including other universities' situation, students' ability, educational certification system, etc. The framework curriculum should include the latest trends of the development of international vocational education science and carry out united educational learning between several internal or external high schools. UNFSCO tries to promote the development of educational learning and study of basic departments of vocational education such as vocational educational learning theory, vocational science, etc through the framework curriculum and to improve knowledge of vocational educational teachers and realize specialization of them. The number of universities that established the master's degree of vocational education in China is approx. 20 and the number of students that they collect every year. As for the plans of the master's degree of vocational teachers in each university, the courses about the practical problems like educational courses and educational learning are insufficient. But the framework curriculum thinks that educational learning of application theory is more important and emphasizes practice about the specific area and educational learning much more. Utilization of preceding experiences of advanced countries has the important meaning in search of models that foster Chinese vocational teachers and departmental system. The framework curriculum implies several useful points in installment of majors and educational process of the process that fosters Chinese vocational teachers.

Recently, interest in traditional medicine has increased steadily. Nations having traditional medicine system have been attempting to change it institutionally for the purpose of public application boost in use of traditional medicine. But there are not too many countries which have established the modern system of education and licensing system for traditional medicine with it maintained as a part of a national health care system. The best known examples of nations utilizing traditional medicine are the People's Republic of China, Republic of Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. These countries follow different patterns in the relationship with western medicine according to different social and historical backgrounds. Taiwan has dual medical system as Korean. In this study, we looked through history and the current state of affairs of national health care system in Taiwan, and also found out the licensing system, the educational system, and the curriculum in several universities. thoroughly. Furthermore, we looked into the direction of the policy of Taiwanese health care system which has been becoming an integrated medical system between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. With findings based on this study, we deduced implications of a future policy line about the integrated medical system in Korea to minimize conflicts between the concerned parties.

The objective of this cross-cultural study is to assess the effects of relational support on the entrepreneurial capacity and entrepreneurial attitude of university students in Korea and China. Another focal point is to identify any meaningful difference in the role of relational support between these two countries. Three universities participated in this study from both countries. 224 Korean sample and 216 sample from China were used in hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The findings report that relational support has significant positive relationships with entrepreneurial attitude and entrepreneurial capacity in both Korea and China. In addition, entrepreneurial capacity had a positive effect on entrepreneurial attitude. There were no significant differences in the effect of relational support on entrepreneurial activity between Korean and Chinese university students. Finally, theoretical and practical implication were discussed.
The Family Education Guidance Service is a public service developed by the government to give guidance and service to parents on educating their children in China. Recently, the service has attracted increasing attention from scholars, as well as from the Chinese Government. To assess the current status of research on the Family Education Guidance Service, this paper firstly introduces the policy history and clarifies the definition of the Family Education Guidance Service and other relevant terms used in China. It then presents a review of studies on the Family Education Guidance Service published in journals with high-grade ratings and analyzes the characteristics of current research in terms of year of publication, author affiliations, research themes, research methods, and target groups. Based on these, it makes suggestions for future development. Overall, 43 papers are reviewed, the findings of which reveal that related research is at the beginning of an upswing. Most authors belong to education colleges and law colleges of universities. The themes studied most often are the strategy exploration and legal construction of the Family Education Guidance Service. The parents of primary- and middle-school students are the most commonly studied group, followed by schoolteachers. The results indicate that despite the growing number of publications, research in this field is still in its early stages and many aspects require further exploration.
The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of e-learning quality and learner's usage motivation on e-learning satisfaction in Korea and China. In addition, by comparing and analyzing the factors influencing the satisfaction of learners between the two countries, this study aims to suggest the effective use of e-learning. This study surveyed Korean university students at Y and K universities in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Chinese university students at A university in Henan, China. As a result, for Korean university students, it is showed that learning time, learning space, learning process, usefulness, e-learning information quality, and service quality affect e-learning satisfaction. For Chinese university students, learning time, learning process and e-learning system quality, information quality, and service quality were found to affect e-learning satisfaction. Among them, service quality was an important factor influencing e-learning satisfaction in both countries, but the average score of each factor was very low. In the future, we discussed ways to improve service quality.

Recently, there has been a growing focus on the Entrepreneurial Intention of Chinese College Students as a key driver of motivational behavior. However, previous research has provided limited analysis on the actual impact of Social Support on the Entrepreneurial Intention of Chinese College Students. The purpose of this study is to enhance the Entrepreneurial Intention of Chinese College Students and to ascertain the mediating effect of Career Adaptability in the relationship between Social Support and Entrepreneurial Intention. Zhejiang Province, the top-ranked province in private economy in China, possesses a strong economic development momentum and an innovative entrepreneurial atmosphere. Therefore, this study selected 194 third and fourth-year undergraduate students from universities in Zhejiang Province as participants and collected data through a survey utilizing measures of Social Support, Career Adaptability, and Entrepreneurial Intention. The collected data was analyzed for correlations between the measured variables using SPSS 26 and Stata 17 SEM Builder for quantification and validation. The results of the study revealed that, firstly, while Social Support did not have a direct impact on Entrepreneurial Intention, it was found to have an indirect influence on Entrepreneurial Intention through Career Adaptability and its various sub-variables. Secondly, Social Support among College Students was found to have a positive impact on Career Adaptability. Thirdly, Career Adaptability among College Students was found to have a positive impact on Entrepreneurial Intention. Based on these analytical findings, this study provides theoretical and practical implications as well as fundamental information for entrepreneurship education and Career Adaptability at the university level.
This research emphasized that the importance of Social Support and verify the effects of Social Support on Subjective Well-Being through Achievement Motivation. In addition, the mediating role of Achievement Motivation was clearly identified as a key variable that can lead to Subjective Well-Being. To achieve this purpose of research, an empirical analysis was conducted on Chinese students attending domestic universities. Through empirical analysis, it was found that Social Support improve Motivated Success and Motivated Avoid Failure. Furthermore, Motivated Success and Motivated Avoid Failure were found to increase the level of Subjective Well-Being. Furthermore, in the relationship between social support and subjective well-being, verification of individual mediating effects and multi-parameter effects of Motivated Success and Motivated Avoid Failure showed that only the motivation for success has a partial mediating effect. Finally, practical implications from this study were presented and future research directions were discussed.

Notwithstanding Korea and P. R.China are located in the neighborhood each other geographically, the break of diplomatic relations of them continued a long term, and the difference of ideology and social structure of two countries was acting as a barrier to understand each other in many fields. Two countries established formal diplomatic relation in 1992, and then the interchange and mutual cooperation between both countries are being performed rapidly, but the field of fisheries education and research system is continuing in the early stage yet. It can be easily expected that the interchange and mutual cooperation in the field of fisheries through the ocean contribute not only to the international friendship, but to the rational management of fisheries resources. In accordence with the necessity mentioned above, the author considered the general situation of fisheries education and research system in P. R. China. P. R. China runs two kinds of fisheries education system which are regular and irregular system. The regular education system is the principal means of cultivating fisheries scientists and technicians. And there are three grade levels in regular education : the tasks of which are undertaken by the fisheries universities, fisheries colleges and fisheries high schools. Adult education system in fisheries are of the following types : fishery cadet training courses, evening schools, correspondence courses and broadcasting or TV programs. The fisheries research in P. R. China is undertaken by the research institutes under the Bureau of Aquatic Products, and the basic research of oceanography is undertaken by the oceanographic institutes under the Chinese Academy of Science.

It was analysed and considered about entry methods of headings in Japanese book cataloging which using methods of major universities and public libraries in our nation at present. I was suggested and clarified one's position that authors heading must make an entry to our pronunciation after translating from sound of chines letters, title headings must make an entry translation from Japanese title or Chinese title, to Korean. On the cataloging of authors heading or title heading, if cataloging make an entry to Japanese pronunciation it have many faults as follow. (1) In the title and authors heading of Japanese books, if it make an entry as Kana letter, not only non skilled librarian at Japanese language will have many faults but also non skilled users to Japanese language or pronunciation will very difficult to reference in title and authors catalog card. (2) If it Romanize the catalog card of title and authors heading in the Japanese books, librarian of the catalog part will make efforts and take pains to the catalog work. In addition, catalog users which is skilled in Japanese language but can not understand or unknown to the Romanized entry, and which if not understand to the, methods of entry will very difficult to card investigation or can not refer to catalog card. (3) If it make an entry to Korean in the authors and title heading from Japanese sound or pronunciation, librairans and library users which is unskilful as Japanese language will be inconvenience to works and investigation of library materials.
