신체부위별 측정변인에 따른 경신강지환16의 비만 개선효과 평가 (Clinical efficacy of Gyeongshingangjeehwan16 according to obeisty related to measurement variables.)

  • In this study, we measured body mass index, visceral fat ratio and 6 parts of body, neck circumference, circumference of upper arm, chest circumference, abdomen circumference, hip circumference, and thigh circumference by bioimpedence analysis system, after taking Gyeongshingangjeehwan16 (GGEx16) in five months except the first period before taking GGEx16 on 49 women who are obesity or high-level obesity. In order to examine the significance test for the effect of obesity improvement of GGEx16, we practices repeated measure ANOVA with values of measurement variables in 6 monthly times. As a result of all measurement variables, there were significant difference (P-value=0.001). Therefore, we can say that GGEx16 is effective about obesity improvement. As it dramatically decreased between second measure period and first measure period for all measure variables, we can see that there were the most effect of GGEx16 in the first time after taking GGEx16. It is known that a important measurement variable to have a effect for obesity improvement about two variable which are body mass index and visceral fat ratio is waist circumference through correlation analysis. The result of whether there are differences to effect of obesity improvement for GGEx16 around the climacteric, there were significant difference for the effect of obesity improvement for GGEx16 around the climacteric about all parts of body (P-value=0.001). There were also powerfully difference in effect of obesity improvement for GGEx16 around the climacteric about all parts of body (P-value=0.001). Especially, the climacteric before is more effective than the climacteric after in the aspect of the effect of GGEx16.

  • When highly compressible, clayey soil layers lies at a limited depth and large consolidtion settlements are expected as the result of construction, precompression of soil may be used to minimize postconstruction settlement. In this study, we tried to find the possibility about the effect of ground improvement using flat dilatometer at the Inchon International Airport where preloading was installed. Field and laboratory tests were performed for soft ground before and after preloading in order to check the effectiveness of the soft ground improvement and compared with the test results of dilatometer which obtained before and after preloading at the same location Field tests such as flat dilatometer, vane, CPTu tests were performed before and after preloading and undisturbed samples are obtained to carry out laboratory tests. As comparing results, after preloading, unit weight, effective stress, undrained shear strength were increased and we can also check the decrease of consolidation late caused of decrease of void ratio.   • Many researches and projects are actively implemented in the academic world and industrial world in order to increase the productivity through changing utility layout. Effective layout makes the flow of parts and products go on wheels and helps labor forces and utilities to be used efficiently. In this study, we looked at effect on utility layout change through a case of a company making a fuel tank of vehicle in Korea. Due to the layout improvement, this company could have flowshop system on welding line, so the stock in line was decreased, checking the number of stock became easier than before and it was possible to evaluate exact cycle time per unit. Through not only confirming qualitative effect, but also checking quantitative effect such as UPH(Unit per Hour), we obtained the conclusion that the layout improvement increased the productivity.

  • This study contain below two contents. First, this study analyse an effect of consciousness of the quality cost for quality cost activity. Second, this study analyse an effect of quality cost activity for productivity improvement. The empirical result of this study is meaning that quality cost consciousness effects productivity improvement by quality cost activity. Therefore, this paper emphasize consciousness of quality cost for productivity improvement.

품질개선 및 혁신활동에서 재무성과 측정모형의 개발 (Development of Financial Effect Measurement(FEM) Models for Quality Improvement and Innovation Activity)

  • This research introduces the Financial Effect Measurement (FEM) models which measures both the improvement and the innovation performance of Quality Control Circle (QCC) and activities of Six Sigma. Concepts and principle of Comprehensive Income Statement (CIS), Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Time-Driven Activity Based-Costing (TDABC) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) are applied in order to develop the 4 FEM models presented in this paper. First of all, FEM using CIS depicts the improvement effects of production capacity and yield using relationships between demand and supply, and line balancing efficiency between bottleneck process and non-bottleneck processes. Secondly, cause-and-effect relation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is used to present Critical Success Factor (CSF) effects for QC Story 15 steps of QCC and DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) of Six Sigma. The next is FEM model for service management innovation activities that uses TDABC to calculate the time-driven effect for improving the indirect activities according to the cost object. Lastly, FEM model for TPM activities presents the interpretation of improvement effect model of TPM Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX) maintenance using profit, cash and Economic Added Value (EVA) as metrics of enterprise values. To better understand and further investigate FEMs, recent cases on National Quality Circle Contest are used to evaluate new financial effect measurement developed in this paper.

병원유형별 의료기관인증이 병원운영효과에 미치는 영향 분석 - 인증 전과 후 비교 - (Analysis of the Impact of Medical Institution Certification by Hospital Type on Hospital Operation Effect to Increase Wellness - Comparison Before and After Certification -)

  • 본 연구는 의료기관 인증 제도를 받은 요양병원 내부 구성원과 양방병원의 내부구성원 297명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 SPSS 26.0을 이용하여 인증을 받은 전과 후 차이를 비교 분석하여 구성원 만족도, 직무스트레스, 의료서비스향상이 병원운영 효과에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 요양병원의 병원운영효과는 구성원 만족도와 의료 서비스향상이 높을수록, 병원운영효과는 높아짐을 볼 수 있으며, 양방병원의 경우, 구성원 만족도와 의료 서비스 향상이 높을수록, 직무스트레스는 낮을수록 병원운영효과는 높아짐을 볼 수 있다. 의료기관인증제도의 기본가치 체계가 환자 안전과 의료의 질 향상인 만큼 요양병원은 의무적 인증으로 인증제의 효과가 양방병원보다 높게 나타났을 것으로 사료된다.

  • In this study, the effect of noise and vibration, and influence of ground improvement are evaluated and its application is analyzed through the example of SCP designed at ground improvement in Song-Do international city. consequently, it showes even comfortable result that it is about 5.0m of inner space, when the LVSCP method is applied, rather than that it is about 30m of inner space when the existing SCP is applied in vibration control standards 2.0mm/sec. In the noise, now that the many differences according to environmental factors like other equipment noise, limited space and so on at the time of the construction by LVSCP method are coming out, so we think that appro itate measures are needed according to surroundings. By the way, when it comes to the estimation of the ground improvement work before and after an improvement of LVSCP method, its result shows that it is satisfacttion to all the standards of compaction control in dregded and reclaimed ground and sedimentary clay layer.

The effect of semantic, syntactic and lexical factors on the menu selection performance for video cassette recorder operation

  • The product-user interface for consumer electronic products became complex due to the increased variety of functions corresponding to consumer needs. In this study, three types fo design improvement of the menu interface for a video cassette recorder is studied. Three modifications to an existing menu interface was designed using the semantic, the syntactic and the lexical design factors. A series of the validation experiments was performed to test the effect of the three types of task modifications. The results showed that performance time, number of errors and learning effect were improved for all task modification. It also showed that the performance improvement effect of the semantic factors was 8.8%, that of the syntactic factors was 5.9% and that of the lexical factors was 5.6% respectively. It was found out that the performance improvement effect of the semantic design factors were relatively more significant than the syntactic and the lexical design factors.

의료기관 인증 후 환자의 질 향상과 병원운영효과 인식도 조사연구 - 요양병원과 양방병원 대상 - (Research on Improvement of Patient Quality and Perception of Hospital Operation Effect after Medical Institution Certification - For Nursing Hospitals and Western Hospitals -)

  • 본 연구는 의료기관 인증 제도를 받은 요양병원과 양방병원의 내부구성원을 구분하여 인증이 구성원만족도, 직무 스트레스, 병원운영 효과, 의료서비스 향상에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 요양병원이 양방병원보다 인증제도가 구성원만족도, 병원운영효과, 의료서비스 효과에서 높게 나타났으며, 양방병원 구성원이 직무 스트레스에 대해선 높게 나타났다. 요양병원 및 양방병원 모두 인증에 따른 구성원 만족도, 병원 운영효과, 의료서비스 효과는 정(+)적인 결과를 나타났다. 요양병원은 2013년부터 의무적 인증으로 인증제의 효과가 실증적으로 높게 나타났을 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 본 연구는 인증제가 의료서비스 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 꾸준한 의료의 질 관리가 병원경영 효율화 및 환자의 만족도 향상에 기여하고자 한다.

Improvement of Pulp Handsheet Strength Properties by Polylactic Acids

  • Polylactic acids polymer (PLA) was applied as an additive to improve the strength properties of handsheets prepared from three unbleached southern pine kraft pulps with different kappa number and an aspen bleached chemithermomechanical pulp (BCTMP). The results showed that PLA could greatly improve the tensile and burst strength of the pulp handsheets. Heat pressing effect was also important to enhance the strength properties. For unbleached kraft pulps, it was found that an appropriate amount of residual lignin in pulps had a positive effect on the handsheets strength improvement when adding PLA. The thickness of the handsheet did not change the PLA strengthening effect. In general, PLA effect on tear strength improvement could be neglected. However, it had a significant effect on the improvement of tear strength for the aspen BCTMP handsheets not containing sufficient amount of fines.
