  • In this study, to achieve the optimal conditions for mechanical hyper-fine pattern fabrication process, deformation behavior of the materials during indentation was studied with numerical method by ABAQUS S/W. Polymer (PMMA) and brittle materials (Si, Pyrex glass) were used as specimens, and forming conditions to reduce the elastic restoration and pile-up was proposed. The indenter was modeled a rigid surface. Minimum mesh sizes of specimens are 1-l0mm. The result of the investigation will be applied to the fabrication of the hyper-fine pattern and mold.

  • Message-locked encryption (MLE) is a widespread cryptographic primitive that enables the deduplication of encrypted data stored within the cloud. Practical client-side contributions of MLE, however, are vulnerable to a poison attack, and server-side MLE schemes require large bandwidth consumption. In this paper, we propose a new client-side secure deduplication method that prevents a poison attack, reduces the amount of traffic to be transmitted over a network, and requires fewer cryptographic operations to execute the protocol. The proposed primitive was analyzed in terms of security, communication costs, and computational requirements. We also compared our proposal with existing MLE schemes.

Polymer (PMMA) and brittle materials (Si, Pyrex glass) were used as specimens, and forming conditions to reduce the elastic re cover and pile-up were proposed. Comparison between the experimental data and numerical result demonstrated that the finite element approach is capable of reproducing the loading-unloading behavior of a nanoindentation test. The result of the investigation will be applied to the fabrication of the hyper-fine pattern.

  • In this study, to achieve the optimal conditions for mechanical hyper-fine pattern fabrication process, deformation behavior of the materials during indentation scratch test was studied with numerical method by ABAQUS S/W. Brittle materials (Si, Pyrex glass 7740) were used as specimens, and forming conditions to reduce the elastic recovery and pile-up were proposed. The indenter was modeled as a rigid surface. Minimum mesh sizes of specimens are 1-l0nm. Variables of the nanoindentation scratch test analysis are scratching speed, scratching load, tip radius and tip geometry. The nano-indentation scratch tests were performed by using the Berkovich pyramidal diamond indenter. Comparison between the experimental data and numerical result demonstrated that the FEM approach can be a good model of the nanoindentation scratch test. The result of the investigation will be applied to the fabrication of the hyper-fine pattern.

  • Research into hyper parameter optimization (HPO) has recently revived with interest in models containing many hyper parameters, such as deep neural networks. In this paper, we introduce the most widely used HPO methods, such as grid search, random search, and Bayesian optimization, and investigate their characteristics through experiments. The MNIST data set is used to compare results in experiments to find the best method that can be used to achieve higher accuracy in a relatively short time simulation. The learning rate and weight decay have been chosen for this experiment because these are the commonly used parameters in this kind of experiment.

  • The concept of a hyperpresentation, as an extension of a hypermedia, is the presentation in which time-varying multimedia presentations are dynamically linked together and a hyperlink's context can be changed over time at any time during a continuous presentation. While this concept provides users with a flexible and powerful tool for their descriptions of the multimedia presentation, inconsistency problems in the synchronized presentations connected by hyper links can be introduced. This paper introduces a method of describing the hyperpresentation using Petri Net and proposes a methods of detecting inconsistent hyper link loop in the hyperpresentation description.

  • A new mechanism for hyper redundant manipulator (HRM) is presented, which comprises of serially assembled compound three-bar linkages (CTL). The CTL mechanism has some unique properties. This paper presents the forward and inverse kinematics of this mechanism and shows the simulation of the HRM havig 9 CTL units. The recursive algorithm of the inverse kinematics that the author originally developed is employed. It is fast and stable ; moreover, it enables us to obtain a solution in which the end-point of the HRM is controlled by a portion of joints. It also presents the method of the dynamical analysis. There exist kinematical constraints in the proposed closed linkage mechanism. In the dynamic analysis constraints are sufficiently sustained by the constraint stabilization method that the author developed. The mechanical structure of the HRM having some CTL units that is under construction is shown.

  • A hyper-chaos circuit is created by applying identical n-double scrolls with weak coupled method, to each cell. Hyper-chaos synchronization was achieved using dive response synchronization between the transmitter and receiver about each state variable in the SC-CNN. From result of the recovery signal through the demodulation method in the receiver, We shown that recovery quality of state variable $\chi$$_3$ is superior to that of $\chi$$_2$,$\chi$$_1$in secure communication.

  • We propose an improved version of Kim (2000) to the effect that in principle we may deal with a graphical model of any size. Kim (2000) proposed a method of estimating parameters for a model of categorical variables which is too large to handle as a single model. We applied the proposed method to a simulated data of 158 binary variables.
