소형선형 평면뼈대모형의 진동대실험을 통한 하이브리드실험 기법의 검증 (Verification of Hybrid Structural Test Technique by Shaking Table Test of a Linear 2-Dimensional Frame Model)

  • 본 논문은 지진에 의한 구조물의 거동을 평가하기 위한 실험방법 중 최근 국내에 도입되어 연구되고 있는 하이브리드실험에 대한 시스템을 구축하고, 그에 따른 모델개발과 하이브리드실험을 실시하여 하이브리드실험기법의 타당성과 정확도를 평가하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 NEESgrid의 미니모스트 시스템을 벤치마킹하여 여건에 맞게 수정, 보완하였으며 2차원 평면뼈대모형을 개발하여 실험에 적용하였다. 그리고 하이브리드실험 결과의 평가를 위해 국내에서는 거의 시도되지 않았던 진동대실험과 비교를 함으로써 결과의 신뢰도를 높였다. 진동대실험에는 하이브리드실험과 동일한 크기의 실물모형을 제작, 실험하여 크기효과의 영향을 최소화하였다. 두 실험의 결과는 거의 비슷한 것으로 나타나 하이브리드실험이 진동대실험을 대체할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • Structure behaviors resulting from an earthquake are experimentally simulated mainly through a shaking table test. As for large-scale structures, however, size effects over a miniature may make it difficult to assess actual behaviors properly. To address this problem, research on the hybrid simulation is being conducted actively. This method is to implement numerical analysis on framework members that affect the general behavior of the structure dominantly through an actual scale experiment and on the rest parts by applying the substructuring technique. However, existing studies on hybrid simulation focus mainly on Slow experimental methods, which are disadvantageous in that it is unable to assess behaviors close to the actual level if material properties change depending on the speed or the influence of inertial force is significant. The present study aims to establish a Real-time hybrid simulation system capable of excitation based on the actual time history and to verify its performance and applicability. The hybrid simulation system built up in this study utilizes the ATS Compensator system, CR integrator, etc. in order to make the target displacement the same with the measured displacement on the basis of MATLAB/Simulink. The target structure was a 2-span bridge and an RC pier to support it was produced as an experimental model in order for the shaking table test and Slow and Real-time hybrid simulations. Behaviors that result from the earthquake of El Centro were examined, and the results were analyzed comparatively. In comparison with the results of the shaking table test, the Real-time hybrid simulation produced more similar maximum displacement and vibration behaviors than the Slow hybrid simulation. Hence, it is thought that the Real-time hybrid simulation proposed in this study can be utilized usefully in seismic capacity assessment of structural systems such as RC pier that are highly non-linear and time-dependent.

  • In this study, we conducted resistance and propulsion performance test of ship composed of the Resistance Test, Propeller Open Water Test and Self Propulsion Test using the CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics). We used commercial RANS(Reynolds Averaged Navier Stokes equation) solver, as a calculating tool. The unstructured grids were used in a bow and stern of ship, having complex shape, for a convenience of generating grids, and the structured grids were adopted in a central hull and rest of hull having a relatively simple shape which is called hybrid grid method. In addition, The sliding mesh method was adopted to rotate a propeller directly in the Propeller Open Water and Self Propulsion Test. The Resistance Test and Self Propulsion Test were calculated using Volume of Fluid (VOF) model and considering a free surface. And all The three cases were applied realizable k-epsilon model as the turbulence model. The results of calculations were verified for the suitability of calculations by comparing MOERI's EFD results.

동결융해 및 UV 폭로시험을 거친 FRP Hybrid Bar의 인발거동특성 평가 (Evaluation of Bond Strength in FRP Hybrid Bar Affected by Freezing/thawing Test and UV Rays)

  • FRP Hybrid Bar는 내부에 강재를 유리섬유와 에폭시 수지가 코팅된 형태로 사용되는데, 인장경화 성능이 있으며, 경량이므로 효과적인 보강재료로 사용될 수 있다. 자외선 및 동결융해에 노출된 에폭시는 표면 열화가 발생하기 쉬우며, 이는 매립된 철근 및 표면의 콘크리트와의 부착력 저하를 야기할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 일반철근, FRP Hybrid Bar 및 자외선(UV) 폭로시험을 거친 FRP Hybrid Bar의 외관특성분석을 실시하였다. 또한 각 보강재를 사용하여 콘크리트 인발 공시체를 제조하였으며, 동결융해시험을 실시해 Cycle에 따른 부착성능을 분석하였다. FRP Hybrid Bar는 UV 폭로시험 후에도 표면 산화(Chalking)와 같은 에폭시계 재료의 열화가 나타나지 않았다. 동결융해시험은 120Cycle 및 180Cycle까지 진행하였는데, UV 폭로시험 후 FRP Hybrid Bar를 사용한 공시체는 $241{\pm}kN$ 부착력을 가지고 있었다. 이는 일반철근 대비 약 106.3%수준으로 개선된 부착강도인데, FRP Hybrid Bar 표면의 규사코팅에 따라 부착면적이 증가했기 때문이다. 3가지 조건(일반철근, FRP Hybrid Bar, UV 폭로시험 후의 FRP Hybrid Bar)에 대하여, 동결융해 Cycle이 증가함에 따라 부착력이 크게 감소하지는 않았으나, 코팅된 규사의 박락으로 인해 UV 시험 이후의 동결융해를 거친 조건에서는 실험 편차가 상대적으로 증가하였다.

Human Papillomavirus Testing with Hybrid Capture II and DNA Chip

  • The detection of high-risk human papilloma virus (HPV) allows us to predict the presence and future development of cervical intraepitheliallesion. In this study, we compared Hybrid Capture II and DNA chip methods for detection of HPV in cervical swab samples. And we evaluated the clinical efficacy and diagnostic performance of HPV DNA chip and Hybrid Capture II for detecting HPV in cervical neoplastic lesions. Seventy four patients were classified into three groups according to their histologic diagnosis: Group I (nonspecific chronic cervicitis), Group II (low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (SIL); koilocytosis, and mild dysplasia), and Group III (high-grade SIL;, moderate, severe dysplasia and in situ carcinoma). Cytologic diagnosis were based on the Bethesda System. Hybrid Capture II and DNA chip methods were performed to detect HPV. In 41 of the 74 cervical samples $(55.4\%)$, HPV DNAs were detected by Hybrid Capture II. In Group III, HPV-positive cases were detected in 15 $(20.3\%)$ of 74 patients by Hybrid Capture II. 25 patients with ASCUS cytology were histopathologically examined: 9 cases $(36\%)$ were Group II. In 18 patients with low-grade SIL cytology, 13 cases $(72.2\%)$ were Group II and 3 cases $(16.7\%)$ were Group III. 12 cases $(92.3\%)$ were Group ill of 13 patients with high-grade SIL cytology. The sensitivity of each test was $82\%$ in Hybrid Capture II and $53.9\%$ in DNA chip test. And the specificity was $74.3\%,\;85.7\%$ in Hybrid Capture II and DNA chip. In conclusion, Hybrid Capture II test is more sensitive than DNA chip in detecting women with cervical neoplastic lesions. Especially, in diagnosing of ASCUS, Hybrid Capture II test is more sensitive. Therefore, Hybrid Capture II test for cancer-associated HPV DNA is a viable option in the management of women with ASCUS.

UV 폭로 및 동결융해 시험을 거친 FRP Hybrid Bar의 인장거동 평가 (Evaluation of Tension Behavior in FRP Hybrid Bar Affected by UV Exposure and Freezing/Thawing Tests)

  • 본 연구에서는 UV 폭로 및 동결융해 환경이 FRP Hybrid Bar의 인장거동 및 표면 열화에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위해 FRP Hybrid Bar를 대상으로 UV 폭로 및 동결융해 시험을 실시하였다. FRP Hybrid Bar의 경우 UV 폭로 및 동결융해 180cycle 시험 전/후 외관적인 열화가 거의 발생하지 않았다. 또한 FRP Hybrid Bar의 주요 장점 중 하나인 인장경화특성은 동결융해 시험을 거친 이후에도 유지되었는데, 이는 UV 폭로시험을 거친 FRP Hybrid Bar에도 유효하게 평가되었다. UV 폭로시험을 거친 FRP Hybrid Bar는 일반 FRP Hybrid Bar와 거의 비슷한 인장거동을 나타내었으며, 동결융해 180cycle의 진행에도 불구하고 일반철근, FRP Hybrid Bar, UV 폭로를 거친 FRP Hybrid Bar의 인장거동은 큰 변화를 나타내지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 UV 폭로 및 동결융해 환경이 FRP Hybrid Bar의 외관 및 인장 특성에 큰 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 판단되지만, 충격에 따른 규사코팅의 박락은 콘크리트와의 부착력에 영향을 미치므로 이에 대한 고려가 필요하다.

Hybrid 열가소성 복합재료의 재료거동에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Material Behavior of Hybrid Composites)

  • This study was performed to investigate the material behavior of hybrid thermoplastic composites contained glass fiber and calcium carbonate. The composite was prepared with each combination ratio of calcium carbonate, and the content of glass fiber was fixed with 10% by weight. In order to investigate the material behavior for various combination ratio, tension test, flexural test, and impact test were performed. Microscopic observation were conducted to examine the fractured surface of specimen for tension test. And the material behavior of the hybrid thermoplastic composite immersed in salt water with definite time was investigated.

HEV 차량내 내연기관과 전기모터 모드의 전자파 방사에 대한 고찰 (A Study on Electromagnetic Emission of HEV's Gasoline and Electric Mode)

  • This paper deals with the broadband electromagnetic emission test of a hybrid electric vehicle. The hybrid electric vehicle's powertrain system consists of an internal combustion engine and an EV traction motor. Depending on the SOC of the traction battery, these modes change automatically in the running state. The Korea electromagnetic compatibility regulations of KMVSS and UN WP.29 stipulated the evaluation method of hybrid electric vehicles. This study analyzes and compares two test results: internal combustion and electric motor mode. Some problems of test conditions are described and an improved test method is proposed for measuring broadband emissions of a hybrid electric vehicle. As a result, we expect this paper to be used as a consideration for improvement when test specifications are revised in the future.

하이브리드 궤도회로 시험방법 및 절차에 관한 연구 (Study on Test methods and Procedures of Hybrid Track Circuit)

  • 본 논문에서는 하이브리드 궤도회로(Hybrid Track Circuit : HTC)의 실용화를 위한 시험방법과 그 절차에 대하여 연구하였다. 침목이나 도상 등 다양하고 특수한 선로 환경과 RFID 태그와 리더기, 안테나 구조를 고려한 시험방법을 제시함으로서 하이브리드 궤도회로의 서울메트로 구간 시범설치와 고속열차 구간 적용 연구에 활용이 가능하다. 또한 하이브리드 궤도회로 개발 프로젝트의 산출물 간 인터페이스와 설치방법 및 시험절차 등 안전하고 신뢰성 높은 결과를 도출하기 위한 방법을 제시하였다.

Purity Test of Radish Hybrid Seeds Using Randomly amplified Polymorphic DNA Marker

  • In order to develop a rapid and simple method for testing the purity of radish hybrid seeds using a procedure based on the PCR(Polymerase chain reaction), eighty random primers were screened with the genomic DNA extracted from five day old seedlings of inbred parent lines and their F1 hybrids. Two primers, HRM-02 (5'-GAGACCAGAC-3') and HRM-19(5'-TGAGGCGTGT-3'), generate reproducible unique PCR patterns which can identify each parent lines as well as their hybrids. In actual test of randomly selected hybrid seeds using the two marker primers, the purity tested by one primer was exactly same as that of other primer. It suggests that one marker primer selected in this experiment is enough for the purity test of radish hybrid seeds. We demonstrates the use of RAPD(randomly amplified polymorphic DNAs) markers to identify each of inbred parent lines and hybrids by rapid and simple method.
