In aspect of stable housing support policy for the rural returning voluntary which is increasing rapidly, it is necessary to plan the suitable rural house. Therefore this paper aims to propose the suitable rural housing type and the directions of rural house planning. The 4-typical life style is summarized through the 531 cases-life style investigation of existing rural resident and the rural returning voluntary in the whole rural area. Based on the typical life style analysis, the suitable rural housing type and planning directions are proposed. I hope this paper will be a useful guide to make the suitable rural house have planning for our generation.
The justice of the house for rural life all the member Iran meaning namely, 'countries or the suburb' a possibility of calling attaches the house in the intention which is and as the country or suburban house there is. The house for rural life from 19 end of a century Great Britain inferiorly becomes complements the problem points of urban setting the opinion which sees the garden city which appears in the link for with the era is general in the Industrial Revolution. Therefore most the dwelling environment which is comfortable selects the site becomes the important element. Our country case in order to send a holiday season weekend from wealthy class of past decimal or the weekend house which builds, is generalized with the recent economic improvement where the form of villa etc. forms a mainstream but. From the research which sees consequently examines a plan about week life after retiring of the city workers and dwells investigates the contents which is concrete from the family with there is the goal provides a hereafter house for rural life plan at the time of fundamental data in the farming and fishing villages area.
The purpose of this study was to provide practical data for proposing the housing environment support policy, fit for returners-to-village. For the purpose, this study focused the patterns of returners-to-village according to their experience of rural life, and their ways of settlement like planning and getting land and house. The questionnaires were answered by 91 persons who were living in Chungbuk area, and were analyzed chi-analysis on their socio-demographic characteristics according to experience of rural life, preparation of settlement and construction. The ANOVA were used to analyze their pattern of return according to experience, the period for getting house, and their satisfaction level of house size. The results were as follows. First, the returners showed differentiated tendency according to their experience of rural life, in their age, family life cycle, education level and income source after return. The experience of rural life explained the purpose of return and the living pattern after return. Direct experience group was mostly occupational farmer; indirect experience group mostly pursued good health & green life; non experience group mostly pursued green life. Second, the experience of rural life also explained differentiated tendency of returning preparation. In raising money, direct experience group mostly raised it privately but indirect or non experience group mostly used bank loan. Third, the returners mostly constructed new houses; non experience group almost constructed newly, but there were cases to utilize existing or vacant house in direct experience group, and indirect experience group favored existing house or remodeling of vacant house.
Housing is one of the most important factors determining the quality of rural life. Housing condition in rural area has been deteriorating over the past years in spite of many rural development programs. Korean government formulated 'Rural Housing Environment Improving Plan' including rural rent-house program in 2006. This study aims to find the fundamental intension of rural people for adopting the rent-house system in rural area. To do this, background and current state of rural rent-house program are presented and the demand for rural rent-house is analyzed based on the survey results done by Korea Rural Community Corporation in 2005. Major findings from the survey analysis imply that the size/age/ownership of the current houses and the age of householders, motive and time period of current residing, and components of households are significant factors when considering whether they are willing to apply rural rent-house.
This study aims to develop rural house maintenance technique by researching and analyzing the demand for rural house by urban retirees or urbanites who are planning to retire. The target for the survey consisted of urban retirees or urbanites who are planning to retire at the ages between 40 and 65, and were divided into group A, the attendants in rural-related education, and group B, the non-attendants in rural-related education. The contents of the survey included the plan and purpose for rural settlement, the utilization form or residential form of rural house and its expected size, necessary in-house facilities, necessary community facilities, improvement and maintenance factors of rural house, political and legal support for the application of rural house maintenance, etc. The results findings of this study are as follows; 1)For both group, the major purpose of rural settlement appeared to be 'for rural life', utilization form of rural house to be 'acquired ownership or use of empty house', residential form to be 'cohabitation', expected size to be 'under $20{\sim}30$ pung', and expenditure to be 'under $50{\sim}100\;million$'. 2)Most wanted necessary in-house facilities included backyard, multipurpose storage room for group A, and backyard, garden for group B. Necessary community facilities included boardwalk, sewage disposal unit for group A, and boardwalk, shop for group B. 3)Improvement factor for rural house showed 'poor insulation' as first factor for both groups, and for maintenance factor, 'backyard', 'under-floor heating' for group A, and 'environmental-friendly materials', 'backyard' for group B. 4)Most wanted overall political and legal support included 'support on land and real estate supply' for group A, and 'medical and transportation service' for group B. For both group, most wanted support when purchasing a house included 'provision of information on house and realestate purchase', and for legal support, 'legal support for guaranteed house and maintenance' as first factor. The results of this study could be utilized to restructure the rural residence, which would meet the diverse demand of both rural residents and urbanites by providing an opportunity for urbanites to enjoy rural life.
Improvement in domestic poultry production has a positive effect on the export competitiveness of the poultry industry. However, overproduction and enlargement of facilities to assure a supply increase a stocking density which make a poor environment in the broiler house. In particular, an intensive rearing environment is vulnerable to dust control that causes respiratory diseases, such as asthma, bronchitis, etc., to farmers and broilers. However, monitoring data and research for environment control are not adequate, and there are no air quality regulations in broiler houses in Korea. In this study, TSP, PM10, inhalable dust and respirable dust concentration were monitored according to season, age of broiler and broiler's activities. Air quality assessment was also performed in accordance with the threshold limit value by Donham et al. (2000). The TSP concentrations were 77.5 %, 219.7 % higher and PM10 concentrations were 121.2 %, 303.8 % higher when change of season and winter respectively than summer. There were significantly different concentrations according to season and age of broiler. Inhalable and respirable dust concentration were also clearly different according to the season and age of broiler. A high dust concentration was observed, specifically exceeding the threshold limit by 119 % in the winter. In the case of the broiler's motion was activity according to worker's access into the broiler house, concentration level was 769.6 % higher than broiler's motion was stable and exceeded the threshold limit. These results suggest that the worker should put on protective equipment to protect there's respiratory health in the broiler house.
This study is about the process of change of Korean rural house based on usage of residential space. This paper aims to identify the patterns of change and the characteristics of usage of space, to suggest the planning directions for the desirable rural house. The major findings are summarized as follows : 1) The spatial structure of the rural house has been changed largely, major changes of this are as follows : enlargement of An-bang size, heating of traditional floor, introduction of bathroom and utility room, improvement of kitchen. 2) The satisfaction of the rural house has relation to the lot size and house size. 3) The life style which centered An-bang is changing into the that which centered living room. The number of unused rooms are increased while the family member decreased. 4) The residents have medial degrees of satisfaction at inner space of the rural house. 5) The need of Bu-sok-sa(storage space) as space for the farming machines has been increased. 6) The new strategies for planning the desirable rural house is need to be developed, which include the advantages of traditional rural house, planning techniques of the ego-oriented residential space. effective usage of living space. the formation of the rural village image.
The tracer gas method has an advantage that can estimate total and local ventilation rate by tracing air flow. However, the field measurement using tracer gas has disadvantages such as danger, inefficiency, and high cost. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate ventilation rate in pig house by using the thermal distribution data rather than tracer gas. Especially, LMA (Local Mean Age), which is an index based on the age of air theory, was used to evaluate the ventilation rate in pig house. Firstly, the field experiment was conducted to measure micro-climate inside pig house, such as the air temperature, $CO_2$ concentration and wind velocity. And then, LMA was calculated based on the decay of $CO_2$ concentration and air temperature, respectively. This study compared between LMA determined by $CO_2$ concentration and air temperature; the average error and root mean square error were 3.76 s and 5.34 s. From these results, it was determined that thermal distribution data could be used for estimation of LMA. Finally, CFD (Computational fluid dynamic) model was validated using LMA and wind velocity. The mesh size was designed to be 0.1 m based on the grid independence test, and the Standard $k-{\omega}$ model was eventually chosen as the proper turbulence model. The developed CFD model was highly appropriate for evaluating the ventilation rate in pig house.
The increase in housing energy costs due to deteriorated rural house is directly related to the quality of life of rural residents, which is fundamental challenge for the government. In this study, we analyzed the current energy performance and the effect of housing energy efficiency improvement after remodeling of the four rural houses over 20 years old considering the rural housing type. As the result, the heating energy requirements of the unit surface is very high, and the effect was predicted to vary by housing after improved thermal insulation. This means that the cost of housing energy will be utilized as a target selection criterion or post-effect for the rural house remodeling project. In addition, the energy performance was analyze for the compact houses, which are in demand, mainly for young rural immigrants. As the result, the energy performance is very efficient.
The purpose of this study is to develop the data structure for querying database of a rural house design. It is necessary, for developing the data structure, to define items of rural houses and to study about the processing of the data. The classifications of rural houses can be differed in the subjective opinion for computerization. In this study, items of classified rural houses can be expressed numerically, like size and number of room. The user who has insufficient knowledge about house is hard to input items fit personal taste. The querying algorithm was developed using the relationship of items and functions of house. Functions of house mean family life-style and how they use space.
