사무실 근로자의 재택근무에 대한 의식조사 연구 (A Research on Korean Office Workers' Opinions of Home-based Working)

  • The purpose of this research is to provide basic data for future home office design by surveying office workers' opinions about home-based working. The study is based on a survey done with 215 office workers in Seoul. The major findings are as follows. Home-based working is viewed as affirmative among office workers. Office workers thing that 3 days a week is desirable for working at home. The first reason why they want to work at home is 'having more free time for other interests,' the second one is 'being more creative or concentrating on work.'and the third one is 'reducing the stresses from the loaded tasks and relationships between colleagues'. While the first reason why they don't work at home is 'the notion that home is one thing and work is another.' the second one is 'lack of relationships between people.' and the third one is 'unable to concentrate on work because of many house chores.

우리나라 가정간호 현황 분석: 2020년 가정간호 근로실태 조사를 기반으로 (Current Status of Home Health in Korea: A Study Based on the 2020 Home Health Nurses' Working Conditions Survey)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to assess the working conditions of home health nurses in hospital-based home health institutions nationwide. Methods: A secondary data analysis study was conducted based on the survey data on the working conditions of home health nurses, jointly conducted by the Korean Home Health Care Nurses Association and the Academic Society of Home Health Care Nurses in September 2020. Results: Of the home health nurses respondents, 82.4% worked in tertiary hospitals and general hospitals. Most of the working hours of home health nurses were 40 hours a week. Traffic accidents accounted for a significant proportion of accidents experienced by the home health nurse while performing their duties. Most of welfare and benefits systems applicable to home health institutions were in place. The time allocated to provision of home health nursing services was usually more than 30 minutes but less than 1 hour. The type of position of the individual in charge of home health care differed according to the type of medical institution. Conclusion: It is recommended that continuous investigation and analysis be conducted in order to establish a direction for improvement of home health nurses' working conditions, based on the related accumulated data.

  • 정보기술의 발달에 따라 집에서 근무하는 재택근무제는 조직과 조직원 모두에게 도움이 되는 미래지향적인 근무방식으로 인식되고 있으며, 선진국을 중심으로 재택근무제에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 기업에 요구되는 비용절감 압력 가중에 따라서 재택근무제가 조직 경쟁력 제고의 중요한 수단으로 고려되고 있으나, 재택근무제도에서 발생할 수 있는 조직원의 이탈 및 통제 문제에 대한 연구가 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 논의되었던 보상전략들과 조직몰입의 관계를 재택 및 내근의 상이한 근무제도 상황에서 비교하여 제시하였다. 이를 통하여, 상이한 근무제도에서 기업이 선택해야할 보상전략을 찾고자 하였다. 연구의 결과, 기업의 외재적 내재적 보상이 근로자의 지속적 몰입에 미치는 영향요소임을 확인하였으며, 근로자가 지각하는 정서적 몰입이 규범적 몰입을 매개로 지속적 몰입에 영향을 미치는 단계적 과정을 검증하였다. 특히, 보상지원전략이 조직원의 몰입에 미치는 영향이 근무제도(내근직과 재택근무)에 따라 상이하게 발생함이 실증하였다.

기혼 취업여성의 자녀돌봄 및 가사서비스 이용실태와 요구도 (A Study on Working Mothers' Demand for Child Care and Housekeeping Home Services)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze working mothers' demand for child care and housekeeping home services, and to investigate the present supply condition of home services in Korea. Data collection was implemented to examine the service demand of working mothers(n=700) in four areas. The data were analyzed with SPSS. The results were as follows: 1) For home-based child-care dispatch services social enterprises are superior to other private service suppliers in terms of the treatment of service workers, wages, and quality control. As for child care service contents, the provision of meals, and casual safeguards were mostly expected. The most important qualification for care providers was found to be in faithfulness, and the certification related with child care was required. An affordable wage range was perceived as ₩3,000~5,000 per hour, and part time services. For the time range, services which commenced before 9 am and terminated after between 5~6 pm were preferred. 2) For housekeeping dispatch services, standard services, including basic cleaning, preparation of meals and side dishes, special cleaning, and washing, were in demand. The required qualifications of housekeeping service providers were similar to those of child care service providers. Possessing certification was not considered as an important quality; however, personality and career type were important factors. An acceptable wage range was ₩3,000~5,000 per hour and part-time services were preferred. In terms of the service time range, services which commenced between 8~9 am and terminated between 5~7 pm were preferred.

아두이노 기반의 독거노인을 위한 스마트홈 시스템 (Arduino Based Smart Home System for the Elderly Living Alone)

  • Recently, Smart Home System(SHS) is applied in order to provide comfort, energy efficient and better security to the residence. Thus, by introducing the SHS in the house of elderly people, it is possible to provide a convenient and safe life for old people especially living alone. This paper presents the design and implementation of a low cost but yet flexible and secure smart-phone based SHS. The design is based on inter-working between Arduino board with Bluetooth and Arduino board with Ethernet shield, and the home monitor/appliances are connected to the input/output ports of this board via sensors/relays. In addition, when the old man is put on an emergency, the proposed system will automatically notify it the family. Therefore, we have implemented an inexpensive and efficient SHS for the elderly living alone by inter-working smart phones, internet server and Arduino micro-controller.

재택근무가 가능한 일자리의 특성과 분포: 물리적 근로환경을 중심으로 (Characteristics and Distribution of Teleworkable Jobs Based on Physical Working Conditions)

  • 신종 코로나바이러스감염증(COVID-19)의 확산을 막기 위해 사회적 거리두기가 시행됨에 따라 재택근무를 하는 근로자가 늘고 있다. 본 논문은 물리적 근로환경에 따라 재택근무가 가능한 직업 및 산업군을 분류하고, 재택근무가 가능한 일자리와 그 지역적 분포를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 근로환경조사의 원시자료를 활용하여 일자리의 업무 환경과 특성을 파악하였다. 분석 결과, 전체 일자리 중 35%는 재택근무가 가능하며, 그 비율이 낮은 직종일수록 임금 수준이 낮고 종사상 지위가 불안정한 근로자의 비중이 높게 나타난다. 또한 고용이 제조업에 집중된 지역은 그 산업구조와 업무 특성으로 인해 재택근무가 가능한 일자리의 비율이 매우 낮게 나타난다.

전국 의료기관 가정간호사 근무 실태 (Working Conditions in Home Health Care Nursing: A Survey of Home Care Nurses in Hospitals in Korea)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research was to address the working conditions of home health nurses through a nationwide home health agency survey conducted at hospitals. Method: The mail surveys were sent to 303 home health nurses nation wide and returned with a response rate of $71.8\%$. Result: (a) Seventy-five percent of home health agencies were established within the past5 years and half of home health nurses are over 40 years old. (b) Working conditions were considered as follows: Seventy-one percent of respondents were full-time employees, sixty-sixpercent of home health nurses had unscheduled visits on a regular day of duty and forty-eight percent were on vacation. Fifty-one percent of home health nurses have experienced traffic accidents and paid. penalties ($65.9\%$). Self-reported monthly income level per year was an average of 28,364,000 won. (c) Rates were significantly higher for shoulder pain ($61.5\%$), lower back pain ($54.1\%$), knee pain ($39.4\%$), and gastrointestinal problems ($33.0\%$). Conclusion: These baseline results show the importance of improving home health nursing working conditions, a comprehensive prevention system and safeguards from physical discomfort.

Those are H.323 protocol suit by International Telecommunication Union Sector T(ITU-T) and Session Initiation Protocol/Session Description Protocol(SIP/SDP) by International Engineering Task Force(IETF). This paper has been studied a adaption VoIP in home networking, Especially SIP-based call screening service in home gateway. And then this paper has designed SIP-based call screening service in home gateway working protocol, verified them.

재가방문 치매 요양보호사의 근무환경이 인간중심돌봄에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Working Environment on Person-centered Care in Home Care Visiting Dementia Caregivers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the working environment on person-centered care for home visiting dementia caregivers. Methods: Participants in this study were 146 caregivers, with the least 6 months of experience working at visiting care centers in Busan, and used a total of 133 questionnaires suitable for analysis. Data were collected from June 9 to July 20, 2023, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression using IBM/SPSS 27.0. Results: As a result of multiple linear regression analysis, organizational factors (β=-.37, p<.001), job-related factors (β=-.27, p=.001), and religion (β=.18, p<.013) were factors affecting person-centered care of home visiting dementia caregivers, and working environment explained 37% (F=10.63, p<.001) of person-centered care. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, the exploration of strategies to improve the working environment will be necessary in order to increase person-centered care for home visiting dementia caregivers.

기혼취업여성의 취업특성과 직업만족도 영향요인 - 자영업자와 봉급생활자의 비교를 중심으로 - (The Determinants of Job Satisfaction and Work Condition of Married Women -Focus on the Comparison of Salaried with Self-employed-)

  • The purpose of this study were to compare the job satisfaction of married salaried women with that of self-employed, and to identify the determinants of job satisfaction of both of them. The sample consisted of 176 salaried women and 123 self-employed from data of 1998 Korea Household Panel Study, and analyzed into Frequencies, Percentile, t-test, $\varkappa$$^2$-test, and Multiple Regression. The findings showed that self-employed had larger proportion of home-based worker, worked more hours, and had more earnings than the salaried, and that the job satisfaction of salaried worker were higher than that of self-employed. The determinants of job satisfaction of total working women were educational level, perception of present economic status, health status, number of eamers, weekly working hours, and their income. In case of salaried worker, educational level, health status, number of earners, weekly working hours, and their income had effect on their job satisfaction, while the factors contributing job satisfaction of self-employed were health status, region, weekly working hours, and income.
