적정 진급인원수 결정 및 진급확률 민감도 분석 (Determination of the Appropriate Promotion Size and Sensitivity Analysis of Promotion Probabilities)

  • A markov chain is used to derive the models for determining the size of persons to be promoted and for conducting the sensitivity analysis of promotion probabilities. To compute the former case a future wastage rate is forecasted by using the double exponential smoothing method. The model for sensitivity analysis is used to simulate the impact of change in graded-size targets and hiring policy on the promotion probabilities.

  • 최근까지 우리나라 기업들 내부노동시장에서 임금연공성의 약화, 경력직 채용의 증가, 그리고 교육 훈련의 감소 등 상당히 유의한 변화들이 일어나고 있다는 사실이 통계자료로 확인되고 있다. 이번 연구에서 한국직업능력개발원 "인적자본기업패널" 자료로 기업 내부의 근로자들에 대한 교육 훈련 투자 축소 주요 원인으로 내부노동시장의 약화를 의미하는 정규직 경력직 신규채용비율의 상승 변수의 설명력이 통계적으로 매우 유의하고 강력하다는 점을 발견하고 있다. 전직의 임금손실 가능성도 상당 정도 축소되어온 것으로 나타났다. 내부노동시장의 약화 또는 이완, 그리고 이에 따른 기업 내 교육 훈련의 감소에 대한 대안은 결국 기업외부에 청년층과 중소기업을 위한 현실성 있는 고품질의 인재육성의 사회적 장치들을 구축해나가는 방향이어야 할 것이다.

효과적인 병원감염관리 프로그램의 구성 요소에 대한 조사연구 (A Survey on Elements of an Effective Hospital Infection Control Program for Korea)

  • The main Purpose of this survey was to identify for elements of an effective hospital infection control program for Korea. Nurses and doctors who had participated in an education program for infection control or were re s ponsible for hospital infection control were selected as data informers. The data were collected from 51 subjects by employing a Delphi technique in a series of three rounds from september 1, 1987, to March 31, 1988. IN each round the responses to questionaires were analyzed and the results were communicated back to the individuals. Finally 32 elements of effective hospital infection control program were reduced to 10 elements. 10 elements are as follows ; 1) Hospital administrator's knowledge of importance and necessity for HIC(hospital infection control) 2) Supporting HIC administratively 3) Constituting infection control committee and role of ICC 4) Developing an eductional program and providing a work manual for the hospital infection control staff 5) Educating and informing medical staff about hospital infection 6) Surveillance for hospital infection 7) Developing patient care technique 8) Controlling the hospital environment 9) Executing regular health examination of all medical staff 10) Recruiting the medical staff sufficiently Three rankings of response rate about 32 elements are as follows ; 1) Hiring a full tim staff member for the HIC(66%) 2) Establishing a hospital policy and standards for the HIC(66%) 3) Activating the infection control committee and taking administrative action to support the ICC(63%) In addition the rankings of importance score by Likert 5 scale are as follows ; 1) Washing hands scrupulously(4.88) 2) Nurses participation as key members of the ICC(4.75) 3) Reviewing and evaluating all ongoing aseptic techniques (4.69) In conclusion, first of all, administrative support must be given to hiring a full time staff member and to organization of infection control committee for the HIC in Korea.

다중 공유 링크들의 공정한 대역폭 분배를 위한 세션할당 알고리즘 (A Session Allocation Algorithm for Fair Bandwidth Distribution of Multiple Shared Links)

  • 본 논문에서 다중 공유 링크들을 가진 스위치를 위한 세션할당 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안 알고리즘은 서비스 클래스들에게 사전에 예약된 대역폭을 보장하고, 동일한 서비스 클래스에 속한 세션들에게는 서로 다른 공유 링크를 통해 전송되어도 가능한 비슷한 지연을 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 QoS를 제공하기 위해 다중 공유 링크를 위한 새로운 스케줄링 모델을 정의하고, 이를 기반으로 새로운 세션의 연결 설정 시 이를 어떤 공유 링크에 할당할 것인지를 결정하는 경험적 세션할당 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 새로운 세션이 소속된 서비스 클래스의 각 링크에 할당된 세션들의 예측된 지연들 중 가장 작은 예측 지연을 가진 링크에게 새로운 세션을 할당한다. 모의실험을 통해 제안 알고리즘을 채택한 스위치가 다른 세션할당 알고리즘을 채택한 스위치에 비해 서비스 클래스들에게 보다 공정한 대역폭을 할당하고 높은 패킷 처리율을 제공하며 예약된 대역폭을 보다 확실히 제공한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 동일한 서비스 클래스의 세션들에게 보다 비슷한 서비스 지연을 제공한다는 것도 확인했다.

실업계 고등학교 실내디자인 전공 (A study on the hiring and retaining program of vocational high school teaching staff)

  • 본 연구는 실업계 고등학교에서 실내디자인 전공교육을 담당하고 있는 교사들과의 심층 면접을 통해 앞으로 실내디자인 전공교육을 담당할 교원의 신규 임용 및 기존교원의 재교육프로그램을 개발하는 목적으로 연구되었으며 그 결론은 다음과 같다. \circled1실업계 고등학교에서 실내디자인을 담당할 신임교원은 반드시 실내디자인 관련학과를 졸업하고 실무경험 1년이상, 또는 관련 자격증을 소지하거나 소정의 실기시험을 통과한 전문교사를 임용하여야 한다. \circled2재교육의 과목은 총 9과목으로 현직 교원들이 필요로 하는 재교육의 내용과 활성화 방안에서 제시된 특화분야 및 자격증 관련 과목을 중심으로 편성하였는데 제도, 투시도, 건축 및 실내재료, 건축 및 실내 구조, 공간디자인, 가구디자인 및 제작, CAD, 실내시공, 주거 및 실내디자인일반이 그것이다. \circled3각 과목에 대한 시간 수는 같은 과목의 내용을 학생들에게 가르칠 때 필요한 시간의 약 2/3를 배정하였고 전과목을 택했을 때 총 25i시간이 소요된다. 그러나 재교육을 받을 교원의 대부분은 디자인이나 미술을 전공하였으므로 60시간의 일반연수, 또는 180시간의 자격 열수를 정하고 필요한 과목에 따른 시간을 선택하게 될 것이다.

A Study on the Expansion of the Employment of the Elderly in Small Business: Focusing on the Opinions of Small Business Owners

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to present a plan to expand the employment of the elderly in Small business as one of the ways to solve the problem of the supply and demand of the company due to the aging population and the problem of the elderly poverty. Research design, data and methodology: The method of this study is a qualitative research method, and the researcher visited a small and medium-sized company directly and collected data by conducting an in-depth interview with a business owner. The interview period was conducted on a total of 15 business owners from November 5, 2013 to November 18, 2013. Results: First, the reason why companies hire the elderly is because they are suitable people, and the reason why they are not employed is because the elderly are not suitable. Second, it was found that the most recruiting paths continued to work after retirement. Third, the strengths of the elderly in their businesses were diligence, integrity, leadership, wisdom, warmth, and skill. Disadvantages the elderly in their businesses include wanting to be treated as an adult, poor productivity, poor accuracy, and health risks. Fourth, in case of hiring the elderly, they were considering convergence with young employees, and it was suggested that there are no difficulties in being an elderly because the companies hiring the elderly use the elderly according to the characteristics of the elderly. Fifth, It is realistic to actively utilize the employment system after retirement. Sixth, it was found that, unlike young people, it is not easy to recruit people on the Internet, so it is necessary to improve the system. Lastly, some industries clearly distinguished between the jobs of the elderly and the jobs of the young, but in many industries, it was desirable to create jobs for the elderly by harmonizing the main and secondary jobs. Conclusion: Ultimately, the work of the elderly in small and medium-sized enterprises should be reborn as a high-quality job that can solve the poverty of the elderly by working as a regular worker in the enterprise, rather than simply working for the elderly.

  • There has not been any scientific analysis on appropriate size of workforce and salary for civilian workers in military so far. Thus, this paper conducted analysis on propriety in employment size of military doctrine researchers using system dynamic methodology based on annual military doctrine workload. Vensim software was mainly used to measure complement of the research group based on data from job analysis. Secondly, a multiple regression analysis was performed to study an appropriate wage for researchers based on their expertise and working condition. The data from twenty public research institutions and twenty eight job positions that are performing similar duty with military doctrine researchers was obtained and utilized to create a salary-estimation regression equation in the analysis. Finally, with cost-benefit analysis method this paper studied financial effectiveness of hiring military doctrine researchers. Contingent valuation method, which has been recognized as one of the most effective methodologies in cost-benefit analysis on intangible value, was utilized to measure benefit of hiring the researchers. The methodology presented in this paper can be applied to measure and improve the efficiency of military organization not only in military doctrine research area but also in several military functional area (military training, logistics, administration, combat development, and combat support).

4차 산업혁명 시대의 채용경향: 자율주행자동차산업 관련 기업의 채용경향성 분석 (Employment Trends in the Fourth industrial Revolution Era : Analysis of Hiring Trends of Autonomous Automobile Industry Related Companies)

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 주요 직종군에 주목하여 기업의 채용경향성을 파악하는 것을 목표로 4차 산업혁명 관련 신직업 군 중 하나인 자율주행자동차 산업을 중심으로 기업의 채용 경향을 분석하였다. 기업의 채용공고 정보를 빅데이터로 분석하여 다음의 결과를 도출하였다. 우선, 채용경향성을 기술 분야와 업무분야로 나누어 확인한 결과, 기술분야가 하드웨어분야의 기업이라면 인성특질과 혁신특질이 두드러지는 인재상을 요구하였다. 다음으로 업무분야가 생산직이라면 인성특질이 두드러진 인재상을 원하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 업무분야가 관리직이라면 소통특질이 두드러진 인재상을 요구하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는 채용준비를 하는 구직자의 입장에서 자신의 인재상 특성을 확인하고 채용경향의 적합도를 고려하여 지원하면 효율적인 취업전략을 도모하는데 기초자료로 사용할 수 있다는 의의가 있다.

설문조사를 통한 연안개량안강망어업의 조업 실태 및 어선 구조 개선에 관한 의견 분석 (Analysis of the operation status and opinion on the improvement of fishing vessel structure in coastal improved stow net fishery by the questionnaire survey)

  • In order to understand basic data for improving the fishing system and fishing vessel structure in coastal improved stow net fishery, a questionnaire survey and on-site hearing were conducted from May 10 to June 11, 2019 to analyze opinions on the improvement of operation status and fishing vessel structure. The questionnaire survey consisted of ten questions on the operation status of coastal improved stow net fishery and six questions on the improvement of fishing vessel structure, and the results of each question were analyzed by the region, the captain's age, the captain's career and the age of fishing vessel. As a result of analyzing opinions on the operation status of the coastal improved stow net fishery, it was found that the average time required for casting net was 32.8 to 33.0 minutes and that the average time required for hauling net was 41.0 to 42.2 minutes which took 10 to 12 minutes more than for casting net. The most important work requiring improvement during fishing operation (the first priority) were 'hauling net operation,' 'readjustment and storage of fishing gear,' and 'fish handling' and the hardest factor in fishing management were in the order of 'reduction of catch,' 'labor shortage' and 'rising labor costs.' The most institutional improvement that is most needed in coastal improved stow net fishery was an 'using fine mesh nets.' Most of the respondent to the questions on the experience in hiring foreign crews was 'either hiring or willing to hire foreign crews,' and the average number of foreign crews employed was found to be 2.3 to 2.4 persons. The most important reason for hiring (or considering employment) foreign crews was 'high labor costs.' The degree of communication with foreign crews during fishing operation were 'moderate' or 'difficult to direct work.' The most important problem in hiring foreign crews (the first priority) was an 'illegal departure.' As the survey results on the opinion of structural improvement of coastal improved stow net fishing vessel, the degree of satisfaction with fishing vessel structure related to fishing operation was found to be somewhat unsatisfactory, with an average of 3.3 points on a five-point scale. The inconvenient structure of fishing vessel in possession (the first priority), the space needed most for the construction of new fishing vessel (the first priority) and the space considered important for the construction of new fishing vessel (the first prioprity) was a 'fish warehouse.' The most preferred equipment for the construction of new fishing vessel were 'engine operation monitoring' and 'navigation safety devices.' The average size (tonnage class), the average horse power and the average total length of fishing vessel for proper profit and safety fishing operation was between 13.8 and 14.0 tonnes, 808.3 to 819.5 H.P. and 23.4 to 23.5 meters, respectively. The results of the operation status of coastal improved stow net fishery and the requirement for improving the fishing vessel structure are expected to be provided as basic data for reference when we build or improve the fishing vessel.

니트제품 생산업체 디자인ㆍ기획 및 생산 현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on Design Process and Production in the Knitwear Industry)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate design process and production in the Korean knitwear industry and to examine the possibility for our knitwear industry to develop into the developed countries' model. This purpose was empirically pursued through questionnaires, of which respondents were 110 designers, merchandiser(MD), and top managers of knitwear companies and jobbers in Seoul. The questionnaires were analyzed on the basis of such statistical tools as χ²-test, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. Findings of this study were as follows. Designers of knitwear companies evaluated that their design is more creative than that of designers of jobbers. But designers of knitwear companies and jobbers all responded that they obtained their design ideas from samples produced by leading foreign knitwear companies. The dominant form by which knitwear companies use jobbers was that knitwear companies do a major part of designing and order jobbers to elaborate it and produce knitwear samples. The most important reason of hiring jobbers was to obtain specialized technical skills and knowledge.
