건강가정지원센터의 1인 가구 대상 특화 프로그램 방향성 모색 - 서울시 사례를 중심으로 (A direction of specific program for single households in Healthy Family Support Centers - focused on Seoul)

  • This study aimed to suggest the direction and guideline of specific program for single households in the Healthy Families Support Centers. This study focused on Seoul area. To collect the data the in-depth interviews for 9 staffs managing the program for single person in field are progressed. The major results were as follows. First, we found the demand and validity of a specific program for single person households. Because they are different each other in the context of age, sex, marriage experience, everyday life and need for program. So the specific programs can give higher satisfaction to the single person household. Second, to manage the specific program effectively in field we need the retraining of staffs, sharing materials between centers and other institutions, presentation and communication about the information on program management in field.

가족정책 전달체계 전담인력의 역량강화를 위한 교육방안 모색을 위한 기초 연구 (A Study on the Education Plan for Empowerment of Healthy Family Specialists in the Family Policy Delivery System)

  • The number of Healthy Family Support Centers has dramatically increased and the services for healthy families such as family education, family counsel, family culture and family care have increased during the past ten years since the Framework Act on Healthy Families was enacted. This growth is largely credited to Healthy Family Specialists. At a time when the family policy delivery system is changing, it is most urgent to enhance the capability of Healthy Family Specialists. In this study, we aim to investigate the current capability of Healthy Family Specialists and suggest the education plan for their empowerment. We collected data from 151 Healthy Family Support Centers by mail and e-mail in June 2014. There were total of 1,001 subjects for analysis(781 by mail and 220 by e-mail). We analyzed the capabilities of Healthy Family Specialist by service areas according to work-related characteristics and possession of a license. Our findings revealed that the capabilities of Healthy Family Specialist varied depending on the service year and whether or not having a licence. These results suggest that the education program for empowerment will provide a differentiated content according to the service year and whether or not having a license. This study contributes to a better understanding of Healthy Family Specialists' current capability and provides insights on how to enhance their capability in order to change the family policy delivery system.

다문화부부의 부부교육 프로그램 요구도에 관한 연구 (Multicultural Couples' Needs of Marriage Education Programs)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the needs of marriage education programs for multicultural couples based on their socio-demographic characteristics. A total of 816 multicultural families (247 Korean husbands and 569 foreign wives) were recruited through 99 Multicultural Family Support Centers across Korea. Descriptive statistics and multiple regressions were conducted. The program needs that were relatively higher than other areas included the need to develop education on "understanding the culture and language of partner," "increased intimacy of the couple," "multicultural awareness," and "set goals for life." We also found that each participant's gender, foreign wife's country of origin, participant's education level, and marriage duration were significantly related to the needs of marriage education programs. These findings suggest that family life education for multicultural couples should be based on the characteristics of the program participants such as socio-demographic characteristics and family life cycle instead of providing a universal program for all multicultural couples.

건강가정지원센터의 장애아가족 통합지원서비스 사업을 위한 프로그램 개발 기초연구 (A Preliminary Study of Developing Integrated Supportive Service Works for the Families of Disabled Children Focus on the Healthy Family Support Center)

  • This study has been designed to develop integrated supportive service works for the families of disabled children registered in the D-Healthy Family Support Center. The service works are intended to improve family members' health and their growth potentials, and cover service programs of family education, counselling, culture solidarity, and information networks. There are two topics covered in this study; first, this study is to develop integrated supportive service programs for the families of disabled children, and second, the study is also to construct comprehensive strategies and plans for effective services after evaluating practical service programs. In this study, 31 families with one or more disabled children have been selected through stratified random sampling, and all the family members were observed for program effects of integrated service items developed from previously validated indices. For analysis, eight question items were made for interview and each item denotes satisfaction score ranging from 1(very dissatisfied) to 5(very satisfied) on the Likert's five point scale. Mean value of each item was counted after the program, and satisfaction scores were compared over the programs implementation. Overall, the satisfaction scores range 4.1 to 4.6, indicating relatively high satisfaction over most service program. Therefore, it is finally proposed that a longitudinal strategy model offer high quality service programs consistently for the target families, as a goal of achieving comprehensive cooperation and support exchanges between community and healthy family support center be schematized.

가족친화마을 환경조성을 위한 주민들의 아파트 내.외부 및 근린환경 선호에 관한 연구 - 대전시 아파트 거주자를 중심으로 - (A Study on Preferences for Apartment Interiors, Exteriors, and Neighborhood Environment for a Family Friendly Community Environment - Focused on Apartment Dwellers in Daejeon City-)

  • Since 2008, a communal child care and 'Family Pumasi' program have been conducted as a pilot project for the Healthy Family Support Center. These programs have been positioned as a step toward a family friendly community project. For the Healthy Family Support Centers, a family friendly community project is an essential program as a part of the policies in response to the country's low fertility. However, the people in charge face difficulties, because they do not have much experience in such projects. This study attempted to explore the preferences regarding interior and exterior apartment spaces, and neighborhood environment to provide information about how to better implement a family friendly community program. For this purpose, data were collected from 418 housewives who are apartment dwellers in Daejeon city. The results were as follows; first, the person in charge must consider child care facilities, culture, and sports centers in order to start building a community lifestyle. Second, people with relatively low levels of education and short terms of residence are more deeply motivated by community lifestyle compared to others. Third, families with their first young child showed much interest in communal child care facilities. If the people in charge can motivate and encourage such residents to be engaged in family friendly community projects, the project will effectively progress.

저출산 대응: 가족내 자녀양육지원강화 (The Reinforcement for Policy to Support Child Care Work in Family as the Coping Strategy for Low Fertility Society)

  • 여성의 경제활동참여증가, 생활수준향상 및 가족유지비용증가, 개인적가치우선의 현상에 따라 최근 저출산현상이 더욱 심화되었으며, 이에 대한 사회적 비용 급증을 우려하여 전반적인 대응전략을 마련된 것이 바로 저출산고령사회기본계획이다. 1차에 이은 2차 기본계획은 일반가족의 양육지원과 종합적인 일가정양립지원 강화가 주요 핵심으로 이는 비단 정책뿐아니라 전방위적으로 사회전반에 걸친 변화가 수반되어야 가능한 일이다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 저출산대응정책의 실제사례를 살펴보기 위해 가족과 지역사회내 돌봄지원정책을 살펴 보았다. 가족내 자녀양육지원사업으로서 아이돌봄지원사업과 가족내 돌봄나눔에 있어 핵심요인인 남성의 자녀양육참여를 촉진하기 위한 남성대상교육, 그리고 지역내에서 가족 돌봄나눔을 실천할 수 있는 가족품앗이와 공동육아나눔터 운영을 통해 향후 저출산 정책에서 강조하고 있는 일반가족의 자녀양육지원 방향에 대한 해법을 제시하고 있다.

청소년을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발.실시 및 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development, Enforcement and Evaluation of Education Programs for Adolescents)

  • The main goal of this program is to build a healthy adolescent culture tv broadening the understanding of adolescents and recognition of the environment as well through the development of educational programs centering on the domains of peer relationships, intimacy in dating relationships and sex, leisure activities, and consumption life of adolescents. The program was carried out to 10 young boys and girls for two days/one night and the major findings of the effects of the program through a qualitative evaluation were as follows: First, the program provided adolescent with a proper opportunity to promote a sense of self-confidence through the self-reevaluation process. Secondly, the program provided adolescents with a chance to firmly recognize to become good friends with others though the enhancement of self-esteem, which helped them to build a healthy peer relationship. Thirdly, adolescents were able to promote their views on sex and sexual decision-making by acquiring a proper knowledge of intimacy in dating relationships and of sex, and by candidly expressing their own opinions on sex with instructors. Fourthly, the program provided adolescents with an opportunity to look back on their leisure life with family members which had been neglected thus far and to renew their recognition of active leisure activities. Fifthly, the program provided adolescents with a chance to reflect on their unplanned consumption life and to be firmly determined to refrain from impulsive purchasing and extravagance.

가정교과를 적용한 결혼이주여성 대상 가정생활문화교육 프로그램 개발과 효과 (Development and Effects Family Life Education for Marriage Immigrant Women Applying Home Economics)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 가정생활의 향상 및 실천 능력의 증진을 위하여 가정생활문화교육 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과성을 검증하는 것이다. 가정생활문화교육 프로그램 내용은 가정교과서의 가정생활문화 단원을 바탕으로 구성되었다. 프로그램 내용의 타당성은 2명의 전문가에게 검증받았다. 연구대상자는 서울시 J구에 거주하는 14명의 결혼이주여성이며, 프로그램은 서울 J다문화가족지원센터에서 2014. 9.16-10.7일까지 총 3일에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 프로그램의 평가는 객관적 평가와 주관적 평가(반구조화된 면접 및 설문조사)를 통해 실시하였으며, 객관적 평가 문항은 선행연구 및 가정교과서를 바탕으로 연구자가 구성하였고, 그 내용은 전문가 2인으로부터 검증받았다. 이 연구의 주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고등학교 가정교과서 '가족이 여는 행복한 가정생활문화 단원'을 중심으로 총 8회기로 구성된 가정생활문화교육프로그램을 개발하였다. 둘째, 결혼이주여성을 위한 가정생활문화교육 프로그램은 우리나라 전통문화의 이해 및 자신들 모국의 가족문화의 이해를 도모할 수 있도록 하였고, 나아가 가족생활문화의 다양성을 존중하는 태도를 기르고자 하였다. 셋째, 프로그램 효과성 결과를 살펴보면, 사전-사후 검사를 통한 객관적 평가에서 프로그램의 효과성이 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또 주관적 평가 결과, 모든 참여자가 프로그램 목표달성, 프로그램 내용과 활동의 적절성, 운영만족도에서 4.0점 이상의 높은 만족도를 보였다. 반구조화된 면접을 통한 주관적 평가의 결과, 결혼이주여성들은 가정생활문화와 관련 심화된 내용을 지속적으로 배우고 싶다는 의지에서 가정생활문화교육에 대한 높은 욕구를 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 연구결과는 가정교과를 활용한 가정생활문화교육 프로그램이 결혼이주여성의 건강한 가정생활문화 구현에 주요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 시사한다.

가족사업기관의 조직특성 및 종사자특성이 사업성과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Organizational Characteristics and Workers Characteristics of Family Business Organizations on Business Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the organizational characteristic and workers characteristics of Family Business Organization on its Business Performance. The subjects of this study were workers of healthy family support centers and multicultural family support centers. A survey was conducted from July 30th to September 30th. A total 372 materials were used for analysis of final data and SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) WIN 18.0 program was employed in analyzing the collected data. As the result of analysing the effect of organizational characteristics and culture and characteristics of workers on business performance through hierarchical regression analysis, higher performance was achieved when the agency's organizational culture has the characteristics of a developed culture, and when the operating body is a school principal corporation rather than a non-profit corporation, and in the city rather than farming town, having enough information and external resources at the center, and when the job satisfaction of workers are high, and when organizational culture is more hierarchical. There were difference in the result of analysing the effect of organizational characteristic and culture and characteristic of workers on business performance. The level of service and business value of Family Service Organization was higher when the agency's organizational culture has the characteristics of a developed culture, hierarchical culture and agreement culture, and when operating body is a school principal corporation rather than a non-profit corporation, having enough information and external resources at the center, and the administrative skills of workers are higher. Business volume is increased when the operating body is a school principal corporation rather than a non-profit corporation, and in the city rather than farming town, and when the agency's organizational culture has the characteristics of hierarchical culture and agreement culture, having enough external resources at the center, and the practicing ability of workers are higher. When it comes to business efficiency, it is increased when the agency's organizational culture has the characteristics of developed culture and the job satisfaction of workers are high, having enough external and financial resources at the center. Therefore we will need to enhance business performance through improved management and job satisfaction of employees in organizational culture.

다문화가정 자녀를 위한 건강식생활 부모교육 프로그램의 내용 체계 개발 (Development of Content Structure of Healthy Dietary Education Program for the Parents of Multicultural Families)

  • 본 연구는 다문화가정 자녀를 위한 건강식생활 부모교육 프로그램의 내용 체계화를 위하여 다문화가정 자녀의 식생활 행동을 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 근거로 하여, 다문화가정 자녀의 식생활 행동에 가장 영향력이 있는 내용 요소를 추출하여, 다문화가정 자녀를 위한 건강식생활 부모교육 프로그램의 내용 구성을 체계화 하는 연구를 진행하였다. 다문화가정 자녀의 식생활 행동을 분석한 결과, 아침식사 및 간식 행동에서는 거주환경에 따라 유의적인 차이를 보이지는 않았지만, 다문화가정 어머니 국가와 거주환경에 따라 손씻기 등의 위생 영역과 식사 예절 내용에서 유의적인 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 근거로 교육 목표 설정을 위한 영역 설정은 안전(위생)-영양-문화 영역으로 도출할 수 있었으며, 영역별 주제는 전체 12주제로 하여 유아는 안전과 위생을 2 주제, 아동의 경우는 안전으로 3 주제, 영양 영역은 유아는 5주제, 아동은 6주제로 설정하였으며, 문화 영역은 동일하게 3 주제로 도출되었다. 전체적으로 다문화가정 자녀는 12개월을 기준으로 12 주제로 건강식생활 부모교육 주제를 설정하였고, 이에 따른 교육 목표 및 교육 활동으로 구성하여 제시하였다.
