The Research on the Differences & Changes in Hair Color Before v.s. After shampoo and Dry on Different Heat Processes When Acid Hair Color Dyeing (산성컬러 염색제로 모발 염색 시 열처리에 따른 세척 전과 세척 건조 후 색차 및 색변화에 관한 연구)

  • This thesis aimed to reduce the differences of hair color when hair coloring, so it researched the differences & changes in hair color before shampoo v.s. after shampoo and dry on different heat processes when acid hair color dyeing. Five hair color dyes (Y, R, B, G, Br) manufactured by two different corporations were used. The acid hair color dyes were tinted on black and bleached hair pieces subjected to 3 different heat process; 1. Normal Temperature($25^{\circ}C$, 30min.) / 2. Heating($40^{\circ}C$, 15min.)+Normal Temperature($25^{\circ}C$, 15min.) / 3. Heating($40^{\circ}C$, 30min.). Color numbers were divided by NCS value, chroma, and hue. Statistical averages were derived and t-test was conducted using SPSS V12. Hair color differences and changes were drawn on an NCS chart using Photo Shop PS. The conclu is; If acid hair colorings are separated by a heating process, hair value & chroma change before shampoo vs. after shampoo & dry regardless of the color of hair and the heat process. Hue is not changed or shifted counter clockwise NCS color circle, but some exceptions, and it's the same when the total heat process results are combined. Black hair's value shifted downward and chroma left, and hue stayed either neutral or one color or it shifted counter clockwise on NCS color circle. Bleached hair's value shifted upward and chroma right, and hue stayed one color or shifted counter clockwise, but some exceptions. And it can be shown on NCS chart.

  • This study is a study on the relationship between brand trust in beauty companies leading to consumer loyalty behavior. This study investigated the importance of brand trust and verified the moderating effect of brand awareness. The subjects of the survey were consumers with experience in using hair beauty services, and a self-written survey was conducted from December 15, 2019 to December 30, 2019. A total of 288 copies of response data were used for analysis, and the SPSS 21.0 statistical package program was used. Hairshop brand trust was classified into professionalism, favorability, and honesty. As a result of the analysis, professionalism had a significant effect on economic loyalty behavior, and honesty had a significant effect on economic loyalty behavior and social loyalty behavior. Favorability did not show an influence relationship. As a result of verifying the moderating effect of brand awareness, it was found that professionalism and honesty play a moderating effect in the influence relationship between social loyalty behaviors. This study aims to provide an effective direction to stably establish the relationship between the brand trust and customer relationship of the hair shop in a rapidly changing competitive environment.

A Study of $PM_{10}$ and Heavy Metal Concentration in Beauty Shops (미용실의 $PM_{10}$과 중금속 농도에 관한 연구)

  • Hair driers and chemicals used in beauty shops generate a number of heavy metals and $PM_{10}$. Also many $PM_{10}$ are produced during hair cut. The pollutions raised health problems and uncomfortableness to hair dressers and customers in beauty shops. This study investigated to assess indoor, outdoor and personal particulate pollutants ($PM_{10}$ and Heavy metals) mean concentrations and the source of the pollutants in beauty shops. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The measured mean concentrations of respiratory particulates were $30.5ng/m^2$ in indoor, $30.5ng/m^2$ in outdoor and$44.0ng/m^2$ on personal levels. The personal concentration was found higher than indoor and outdoor concentrations. 2. The heavy metals mean concentrations were showed as indoor (Na>Zn>Cr), outdoor (Cr>Zn>Pb), and personal (Na>Cr>Zn) levels. 3. Chemicals and hair driers were regarded as the major sources of the pollutions. 4. Na was correlated with Mg, Zn and Cd, while Mg was correlated with Ni. Mn was correlated with Cu, Zn and AS, where as Cu was correlated with Zn, As and Cd. Zn and As, and Asand Cd were correlated each other. Na was inversely correlated with Cr.

  • As an economy approach new state of affairs under the influence of the Shil-Hak philosophy, the Joshun society at 18th century gave common people to a chance to impress and to patronize the Arts. This social environment made an artist to drawing see and feel, this is a genre picture. Hong Do Kim(1745-1816 or 1818) was a typical genre picturer of Joshun, his picture reflected the time truthly and honestly and described vividly a life of common people, so expressed Realism what based on the actual. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze and to study costume of common people and their life style. The costume in a genre picture books are summarized. Man's basic dresses were Jugori and Baji uniformity, but based on the job or situation those had a little variation. People of a blacksmith shop wore that to enlarge sleeve of Bagi and Jugori and wore Strow Sandle exactly, in that way prepared for danger of treating hot iron. On the side, in the summer, Soikojambangiee and Deungguri jucksam wore at grain. The majority of hair style was Minsangtoo that Manggun not to be surrounded a head. Womam's basic dresses were Chima and Jugori, it was not to be different in compare with a woman of the aristocratic class, extremely appeal simplicity. But it was not to be of no accent on fashion even if common people, they wore a shot Dangko jugori that busts were seen below Jugori. A hair style was simple hair that her braid placed aboved a head, different with very richful hair style, Gachae that one‘s braid hair placed above a head, a hair style of woman of the aristocratic class and Kinuer. Because of common people's costume are not a special thing expect for basic dress-Jugori, Baji, Chima, many historical books or articles about costume are not existed. As the results of this study on costume of common people's life, we found that basic dresses appeared to a various types based on the job and the situation.

  • The purpose of the study lied on supporting the reeducation program which was focused on the demand with the clients by analyzing the recognition on the real situations of the reeducation on the hair designers in the nation. As a result on the subject, the responders said they could usually learn new information through the various seminars that were held by beauty product suppliers and companies, and most of the high school or under high school level designers have participated in various seminars while the designers who graduated from a junior college or universities had experienced new trends at life time education establishments(p<0.01). A hair designer who was single and paid low salary usually depended on the course inside the shop(p<0.01), and most of the information they got was through the suppliers of the beauty products. In that case, regular sources of information, such as educational establishments, informative magazines, Internet were highly recommended. A reason for unsatisfactory reeducation was due to lack of time and a reason for not participating the seminar was also due to time shortage caused by regular working hours, which was reflecting the real situation of the hair designers. As a suggestion for the reeducation establishment, most of the responders wanted vocational schools or life-time educational center. They wanted a fixed regular period for reeducation, especially over the weekend for after working hours. It means they want long-time systematic education. Considering the results, a course which is organized for a long-time systematic purpose is suggested for the hair dressers who want to be professionals in the field with the class equipped with contents of the classes, period, and place. For the purpose to be realized, improvement of the working hours in needed and it will be an incentive to make the hair designers satisfied with their work.

  • This study is The inclination of the display element, and use a lot of beauty is being affected. As such, the display elements are important at the current time. The Influence of Display Components for Beauty shop Customer Lifestyle, the difference between customer satisfaction and beauty shop Customer Lifestyle and the Influence of Customer Satisfaction for Display Components. Effective and efficient hair salon to salon management ideas on display for customer satisfaction by providing the strategy was to provide useful information. The results of this study are as follows: First, Lighting and the overall atmosphere is one of the most influencing lifestyle factors' convenience-oriented(significance level p< 0.05). Second, Color is one of the most popular lifestyle factors that affect 'appearance-oriented'(significance level p< 0.05). Third, 'Jean Louis David' is a young progressive display of consumption inclination with beauty shop customers appeared to be suitable for(significance level p< 0.05).

  • Despite accelerating market changes in the beauty service industry, there are still inadequate service education programs and a lack of objective data and research to develop systematic policies to strengthen competitiveness, thereby fostering the beauty service industry. Accordingly, this study will examine the factors that affect customer satisfaction in terms of customer touchpoints, hence uncovering what the beauty service needs to develop systematic customer service education programs. It aims to contribute to the improvement of beauty service quality by providing basic empirical data that is necessary to build service education programs and strengthen the touchpoint staffs' job competency. A total of 16 people, 8 male, and 8 female customers in their 30s and 40s, who have ever used hair shop services in the metropolitan area, and 8 male and female hair designers and owners, were interviewed during a 9week period from October 31, 2017, through December 30, 2017. The data was analyzed as follows in order to measure service quality, SERVQUAL was revised and supplemented according to the purpose of this study, and a table for customer satisfaction factors was constructed. In addition, the results of the study were derived by classifying the relations among the customer satisfaction factors with respect to the interviews. The results show that the price of hardware, the location of the store, and hair designers' ability, which are the direct components of customer satisfaction, have a great influence on the customer satisfaction considered when selecting the beauty services (hair shops). In addition, it can be seen that human services including human-ware, which are accompanying services make up a high proportion considering customer satisfaction factors.

  • This paper aims to examine the location factors affecting small service business performance, especially hair-style service business sales which are assumed to be dependent on outskirts' residents. In contrast to the prior research, this study measures sales amount as business success factors rather than business man's satisfaction level or customers' royalty. The empirical results show that hair-style service business can be determined by visibility and access level of its shop. In addition, its sales can be influenced by hairstyling chair, but its sales per a designer can impacted by hairstyling chair. This study also presents additional examinations about several independent factors which can have influence on hair-style business performance and several location traits that can have an significant influence on its sales volume.

Convergence Study on the Effect of Hair Beauty Salon Store Image, Price, Human Service, and Trust on Customer Satisfaction (헤어 미용실 점포 이미지, 가격, 인적 서비스, 신뢰가 고객만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구)

  • The purpose of this study is a convergence study to find out the relationship between store image, price, human service, and trust on customer satisfaction among the shop selection attributes of customers using hair beauty salons. This study analyzed the data of 500 copies of questionnaires for women who used hair beauty salons within the last 6 months using the SPSS v.22 statistical package program. As a result, store image (B= 1.321, p= .004), price (B= 1.189, p= .032), human service (B= 1.013, p= .000), trust (B= .782, p = .000) was found to have a meaningful positive(+) effect on customer satisfaction, and the ranking of influence was store image (β= .445), human service (β= .377), and price (β= .252). ), And trust (β= .167). Therefore, through this study, it was found that the higher the store image, personal service, price, and trust of the customer's hair salon, the higher the customer satisfaction. We confirmed the detailed influence of the effect of customer's shop selection attributes on customer satisfaction. Among them, store image and human service were found to be factors influencing customer satisfaction. It is necessary to find an economical and efficient way to improve store image, and to cultivate competency to strengthen human service. The results of this study are expected to be used as a basis for establishing a differentiated marketing strategy of cosmetic services industry.

Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction of Franchise Hairshop Customers (프렌차이즈 헤어샵 고객의 만족도 향상을 위해 고려해야 할 요인들)

  • In order to suggest the factors to be managed for customer satisfaction management in the franchise hair salon industry, a survey was conducted on the customers' experiences toward consumers who have experience using domestic franchise hair shop service in Korea. An online survey was conducted for 1,000 consumers who had used the top five franchise hair salon services within 6 months of the survey. According to the result of research on service quality(SERVQUAL)'s 5 factors- tangibleness, responsiveness, assurance, reliability, and empathy, assurance has the greatest impact on satisfaction, followed by responsiveness, empathy, reliability, and tangibleness. The service quality satisfaction of the five companies surveyed was 3.77 out of 5, indicating that there is much room for future satisfaction. This study aims to provide information on which factors should be invested more with limited resources to improve customer satisfaction.
