저진동 파일시공법에 따른 지반진동 응답 예측을 위한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study for Prediction of Ground Vibration Responses by the Low-vibration Pile Driving Methods)

  • This study investigated the SIP-method as a low-vibration, low-noise engineering method. The ground vibrations caused by the SIP-method were measured and analyzed in each step. From the analysis results, quantitative ground vibration values and reliable vibration estimation equations were proposed. Furthermore, the ground vibrations caused by the SIP-method were compared with the ground vibrations caused by other methods presented by existing studies. Based on the vibration estimation equation with 50 % reliability, the ground vibration values by the SIP-method at the distance of 10~150 m corresponded to 17~57 % of the ground vibration values by the equation proposed by Attewell & Famer, and 14~96 % of the ground vibration values by the equation proposed by Prof. Park in his study using a diesel drop hammer. These results showed that the ground vibration reduction effect of the SIP-method was higher those of other general engineering methods. Finally, the permissible scope of work using the SIP-method which meets the domestic vibration standards was presented.

PRD Pile Driving공법의 진동저감 평가를 위한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on Vibration Reduction Estimation of PRD Pile Driving Method)

  • In this study, ground vibrations and aero space noises that is produced by the PRD(percussion rotary drill) were analyzed by work processes. Ground vibration equations were suggested by $2.798(SD)^{-0.793}$, $3.485(SD)^{-0.793}$, $3.705(SD)^{-0.793}$, according to experiment result, and these equations have reliability of 50%, 90%, 95%, respectively. Ground vibration values by the PRD method correspond to level of $5{\sim}34%$ of values that are assumed by the Attewell & Farmer's equation, and these result compares in reliability 50%. Also, those values were analyzed that correspond to level of $12{\sim}26%$ of ground vibration values by the Prof. Park etc.'s equations. But, the aero space noise was evaluated that is assumed by 88.9 dB(A) at separated distance 50m and is not satisfied even 85dB(A) that is the most negative noise value that present in domestic noise standard. The PRD method was analyzed that noise decrease effect exists hardly comparing with general pile driving method of construction. When is based in these results, the PRD method is judged that it is desirable that classify by the Low-vibration method more than the Non-violation noise method.

노천현장 암 파쇄 굴착에 따른 할암공법의 적용성 고찰 (Application of Rock Splitter to Rock Excavation in an Open pit)

  • 본 연구는 유압력을 이용한 할암공법의 진동 및 소음크기에 대한 현장 적용성 판단을 위해 축사와 노후된 주택구조물 근접지역에서 진동과 소음의 크기를 검토하였다. 검토는 할암공법의 작업과정별로 천공, 절개, 집토 및 상차에 따라 발생되는 진동과 소음의 크기를 근접된 위치(10m~80m)에서 측정 분석하여 대상지역에 설정된 진동과 소음의 허용수준과 비교 하였다. 그 결과 국토해양부의 발파공법 분류에 의해 미진동굴착공법으로 할암 공법을 적용하여도 소음도의 영향은 고려되어야 하는 것으로 확인되었다.

  • Subway train-induced ground-borne vibration is studied. Previously used vibration level prediction equations are reviewed. Measured vibration levels are compared with the predicted results and numerically computed results. The results show that vibration level does not decrease proportionally with the distance.

지반진동과 수중소음의 상관성 연구 (A Study on the Correlation between Underwater Noise and Ground Vibration)

  • 본 연구에서는 암반의 굴착(발파)공사 등으로 인하여 발생되는 지반진동과 어패류 양식장 등의 수중 배경소음도 및 실제 발파작업시에 발생하는 수중 대상소음도의 척도를 비교 분석하고, 회귀분석에 의한 지반진동추정식과 수중 대상소음 간의 상관식을 도출하여 굴착공사시 수중소음도의 발생정도를 사전 예측하고자 하였으며, 나아가 수중소음 관리기준의 정립을 위한 첫걸음으로 본 연구를 시작하게 되었다. 그동안 실험을 진행하기 전에 상황조건을 달리한 어패류 양식장에 대해 배경소음도를 측정하여 본 결과 양식장마다 각각의 환경적 특성에 따라 배경소음 수준정도가 다양하게 나타나고 있고, 수중소음을 유발하는 지반진동을 실측하여 지반진동과 수중 대상소음 간의 상호 관계식을 도출할 수 있었다. 따라서 상관식에 의해 각종 건설공사에서 수중소음 유발정도를 사전에 예측하여 당해 실정에 적합한 관리(허용)기준을 설정, 설계 시공 등에 적용할 수 있으므로 과거의 기술적, 공학적 논리의 빈약한 기술전개로 인한 어패류 피해의 경제적 손실을 사전에 예방할 수 있고, 수중생물체에 대한 안전성을 확보한 가운데 원만한 건설공사를 진행할 수 있다는 가능성을 발견할 수 있었다.

  • The number of jet aircraft is increasing. The aircraft noise making people near airports nervous have become a serious social problem. The aircraft noise can be classified into two groups; noise being generated at take-off or landing and noise form run-up test on the ground. In this paper, we consider the aircraft noise from run-up test on the pound and we suggest the noise suppression system.

수중발파 현장에서의 진동추정식에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Ground Vibration Equations by Underwater Blasting at Construction Site)

  • In this study, quantitative ground vibration values and damping coefficient produced by underwater blasting were measured and analyzed. Also, hydrospace noise in aquafarm and noise in atmosphere as well as ground vibrations were measured, and maximum values of these results were 86,8 dB(A), 147,8dB(A), 0.244 cm/s, respectively, With these results, vibration influence about snakehead (channa argus) and structures were examined. the damage of those was proved that is not. Equations of vibration ($V_{50%}=1.507SD^{-0.536},\;V_{95%}=2,171SD^{-0.536}$) and hydrospace noise ($SL=293.2SD^{-0.164}$) were presented from quantitative experiment results. respectively. The results of the study may be applied for the evaluation of the influence on aquafarm as a basic data before having main underwater blasting at construction sites.

철도연변 지반 진동 Data Base 구축을 통한 지반진동예측 실험식 (Development of Empirical Equations for Estimating the Train-Induced Ground Vibration)

  • In this study, the train-induced vibration was measured at many locations at/around the actual service lines and the data base was constructed using the measurement results. The characteristics of train induced ground vibration was categorized and the empirical ground vibration estimating equations were developed. On the ground area (level grounds, embankments, cut sections), the vibration estimating equations were developed in terms of ground vibration level which was related with the distance from the source. Especially for the cut section areas, the vibration levels were expressed with the vibration receiving point expressed by the ratio of vertical distance to horizontal distance(V/H) from the source. As a result, when V/H is 0.96, the vibration estimating equation gives a minimum vibration level.

  • In this study, the SIP (Soil-cement Injected precast Pile) method among the Low-vibration & Low-noise pile driving methods was decided into study compensation. Ground vibrations by the SIP methods step by step divide and were analyzed. Quantitative response values and ground vibration equations with reliability were presented from findings of this study. Also, vibration responses that are occurred by the SIP method of construction were compared as quantitative with vibration responses by general method of construction that are presented in existent study. Ground vibration values by the SIP method correspond to level of 17 ~ 57% of values that are assumed by the Attewell & Famer's equation, respectively, and these result compares in reliability 50% and separated distance 10 ~ 50 m. Also, those values were analyzed that correspond to level of 14 ~ 96% of ground vibration values by the Prof. Park's equation, respectively. Construction limit extents, separation distances from vibration occurs position, were presented that can satisfy domestic criteria for vibration control for the SIP methods. Those presented in this paper were divided newly according to reliability.

  • Considering a countermeasure against vibration along the existing line, in many cases, it may be the most efficient method to replace existing fasteners with high resilient fasteners because of the restriction of the construction of a new track type. There are many types of high resilient fasteners which are different in price and performance. Therefore it is important to choose the high resilient fastener which has best vibration-proof performance per price. In this study, a prediction method which can exactly evaluate the performance of a fastener in the reduction the ground borne noise in the existing line is presented, which is constructed based on the combination of the measurement and the simulation. A numerical example using the presented method is introduced to evaluate the vibration-proof performance for the solution of the vibration problem in the existing line.
