In this paper, we study the global stability and the existence of almost periodic solution of high-order Hopfield neural networks with distributed delays of neutral type. Some sufficient conditions are obtained for the existence, uniqueness and global exponential stability of almost periodic solution by employing fixed point theorem and differential inequality techniques. An example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method and results.

지역 혁신에서 글로벌 네트워크의 중요성과 필요성을 강조하는 선행 연구들이 다수 수행되었지만, 실제로 글로벌 네트워크의 유형과 형성, 그리고 이에 관련된 메커니즘을 설명한 이론적 논의의 진전은 이에 미치지 못하였으며, 관련 논의들은 대부분 서로 다른 학문 분야에서 출발한 개념들을 상호 연결 없이 일부 소개하는 단계에 머물렀다. 따라서 본 논문은 우선 지역 혁신과 관련하여 네트워크의 공간적 측면을 설명한 이론적 논의들의 비판적 검토를 통하여 각각의 한계를 지적하고, 글로벌 혁신 네트워크의 이해를 위해서는 종합적인 시각이 필요함을 주장하고자 한다. 특히 최근 글로벌 혁신 네트워크의 형성에서 그 역할이 주목받고 있는 초국가적 민족 공동체의 개념을 소개하고 그 이론적, 정책적 의의를 제시하고자 한다.

BGP 커뮤니티 기반의 라우팅 정책은 특정 네트워크에 대한 경로를 사용자 정의 라우팅 정책에 따라 선택할 수 있는 특성을 갖는다. 다양한 속성의 단위 네트워크가 상호 연결된 글로벌연구망 환경의 전체적인 성능향상을 위해 최근 커뮤니티 기반의 라우팅 정책에 대한 관심이 증대하고 있다. 본 논문은 기존 글로벌연구망에서 적용되고 있는 커뮤니티 라우팅을 전체 네트워크 성능향상의 관점에서 분석하고, 새로운 글로벌연구망에서 라우팅 성능에 관련된 문제점을 도출한다. 이를 바탕으로 새로운 글로벌연구망의 라우팅 경로상의 잘못된 경유 트래픽 개선, 비대칭 라우팅 등을 해결하는 네트워크 상호연동 구조와 최적의 커뮤니티 라우팅 정책 모델을 제시한다. 제시된 결과는 향후 개발될 국가연구망과 상업망의 성능향상에 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In this paper, the problem on periodic solutions of the bidirectional associative memory neural networks with both periodic coefficients and periodic time-varying delays is discussed. By using degree theory, inequality technique and Lyapunov functional, we establish the existence, uniqueness, and global asymptotic stability of a periodic solution. The obtained results of stability are less restrictive than previously known criteria, and the hypotheses for the boundedness and monotonicity on the activation functions are removed.

This paper proposes an adaptive pricing system with scheduling to balance the demand for contents and to realize an effective use of resources in contents delivery networks. In the proposed adaptive pricing system, the table of the service levels and prices (tariff) is shown to each user at the start of service and each user chooses one of the service classes. These prices are decided adaptively reflecting the congestion state of the networks. Then, by the proposed scheduling algorithm, these requests are scheduled so as to keep the service level agreements completely.

센서 네트워크에서 이동체 트래킹, 상태 정보 관리 및 이벤트 순서화와 같은 기본적인 응용 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 시각 정보 제공 및 시각 동기는 기본적으로 요구되는 요소 중 하나이다. 제한된 자원과 에너지를 갖는 센서 네트워크의 특성을 고려하여 다양한 시각 동기 기법이 제시되어 왔으나, 시각 표현 방법에 대한 고려를 한 사례는 거의 없는 실정이다. UTC TOD와 같은 전역 시각 표현 방식은 센서 네트워크의 응용을 위해 매우 유용한 방식으로 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 센서 네트워크에서 전역 시각 정보를 제공할 수 있는 시각 정보 관리 및 동기 기법에 대해 제시한다.

문화산업은 일반인에게 가장 밀접한 산업이기 때문에 대중들이 비교적 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 산업이다. 최근 인터넷의 발달로 다양한 국가의 사람들이 긴밀하게 연계되고 있으며, 생산 네트워크도 글로벌 수준에서 상호 연계될 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구는 문화 산업 관련 데이터와 사례 연구를 통해 글로벌 생산 네트워크가 문화 산업을 발전시키는 방식과 메커니즘을 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 한국 영화 및 비디오 산업과 음악 산업의 발전 모델을 네 단계로 구분하여 한국 문화산업의 발전 모델을 구축하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 한국 영화 및 비디오 산업과 음악 산업이 아웃소싱 전략을 기반으로 규모가 확장되고 있으며, 대규모 글로벌 협력 기반의 생산 네트워크에 의존하여 대중성과 부가가치가 향상되고 있음을 밝혔다.

In this paper, a class of bi-directional associative memory (BAM) fuzzy cellular neural networks with distributed delays and impulses is formulated and investigated. By employing an integro-differential inequality with impulsive initial conditions and the topological degree theory, some sufficient conditions ensuring the existence and global exponential stability of equilibrium point for impulsive BAM fuzzy cellular neural networks with distributed delays are obtained. In particular, the estimate of the exponential convergence rate is also provided, which depends on the delay kernel functions and system parameters. It is believed that these results are significant and useful for the design and applications of BAM fuzzy cellular neural networks. An example is given to show the effectiveness of the results obtained here.

By employing coincidence degree theory and using Halanay-type inequality technique, a sufficient condition is given to guarantee the existence and global exponential stability of periodic solutions for the two-dimensional discrete-time Cohen-Grossberg BAM neural networks. Compared with the results in existing papers, in our result on the existence of periodic solution, the boundedness conditions on the activation are replaced with global Lipschitz conditions. In our result on the existence and global exponential stability of periodic solution, the assumptions in existing papers that the value of activation functions at zero is zero are removed.

In this paper, the problem of delay-dependent stability analysis for cellular neural networks systems with time-varying delays was considered. By using a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii function, delay-dependant stability conditions of the delayed cellular neural networks systems are proposed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Examples are provided to demonstrate the reduced conservatism of the proposed stability results.
