Osteoarthritis is to the abnormality of the inflammatory response of joint tissue caused by various causes such as aging, and muscle loss. In this study, the activity in joint inflammation was verified using SKBE, a plant extract, and the expression levels of arthritis-inducing proteins including MMP-1, MMP-3, MMP-13, and collagen type II in vitro were compared and analyzed. Furthermore, we synthesized α-spinasterol, an active ingredient of SKBE, by the previously reported synthesis method and these findings could provide a new starting point for the development of treatments for osteoarthritis.

The purpose of this study was to investigate consumers' buying intention toward fashion goods through global internet shopping malls. This research employed Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a theoretical framework and was extended to introduce fashion innovativeness, clothing involvement, consumers' needs for uniqueness, computer self-efficacy as external factors. A total of 381 copies of questionnaires were collected online. The subjects of this study were women. The collected date were analysed by factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, correlation and path analysis. The results indicated that fashion innovativeness, clothing involvement and consumers' needs for uniqueness had a significant positive affect on perceived usefulness. Consumers' needs for uniqueness and computer self-efficacy had a significant positive affect on perceived ease of use. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were found to influence buying intention toward fashion goods through global internet shopping malls. The results of this study also suggested that perceived ease of use was actually a causal antecedent to perceived usefulness. This study reveled that employing TAM to investigate the buying intention toward fashion goods through global internet shopping malls was appropriate. This study also provides empirical analysis that can serve as a guide for marketers of the fashion industry in activating global internet shopping malls.

The purpose of this study is to find method to meet the greater retailer's supplier assessment requirement So, this study analyze the greater retailer's requirement for supplier assesment and research global standard which is used instead of supplier assessment requirement that is recognized by global retailers initiative. Next, this study analyze domestic aquaculture certification requirement and compare the global standard with the domestic requirement by using The Most Similar Systems Design. As a result, this comparing has founded all of two domestic certifications are similar to global standard's Good Aquaculture Practice module but those are a little bit different from System Element module. Therefore, this study suggest tree alternative. First, make up for the weak points in the current domestic aquaculture certification system. Second, the introduction of global aquaculture management system certification as supporting by government. Third, development of new standard in accordance with global food standard. This study has major implications for research into development of domestic aquaculture standard.

Financial service in economy is same with neural net or vein net of human body. Moreover, every economic entity which has experienced global financial crisis in 2008 is realizing more importance and power of financial service, and is recognizing financial service as a part of new engine of growth for economic development. As global linkages relating financial service in the industry are deepened, we can expect that the economic interests between countries are more conflicted. Because financial service is regarded as critical factors in order to ensure future competitive advantage, more active change of financial service paradigm in Korea is required. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the paradigm of financial service in global business aspect, to prepare the global governance strategies about financial service, and to bring up some ideas for Korea's economic development after global financial crisis by intensifying the competitiveness of financial services. It is suggested that Korea should prepare the "Master Law for Financial Service" (provisional name) in advance as governance strategy for financial service. And not only establishing the financial risks prevention system and consumer's protection agency, but financial competitiveness strengthening actions will have to be included in governance strategy of financial service in Korea.

This research try to find how to construct On & Off Marketplace to activate exporting of broadcasting contents by Delphi survey. This research is based on environment of broadcasting contents such as OTT and reinforcement for broadcasting contents marketplace of foreign countries. This research find that global marketplace of broadcasting contents should be constructed by convergence of online and offline, and should adopt new technology to make easy global distribution in new broadcasting environment, and also open global festival with offline marketplace of broadcasting contents. korea will be asia hub for global distribution of broadcasting contents through this task.

This paper describes global research in the field of augmented reality (22078) as indexed in Scopus database during 1992-2019, using a series of bibliometric indicators. The augmented reality (AR) research registered high 54.23% growth, averaged citation impact of 8.90 citations per paper. Nearly 1% of global output in the subject (226 papers) registered high-end citations (100+) per paper. The top 15 countries accounted for 87.05% of global publications output in the subject. The USA is in leadership position for its highest publications productivity (19.25% global share). The U.K. leads the world on relative citation index (2.05). International collaboration has been a major driver of AR research pursuits; between 11.89% and 44.04% of national share of top 15 countries in AR research appeared as international collaborative publications. AR research productivity by application types was the largest across sectors, such as education, industry and medical. Computer science has emerged as the most popular areas in AR research pursuits. Technical University of Munich, Germany and Osaka University, Japan have been the most productive organizations and Nara Institute of S&T, Japan (66.55 and 7.48) and Imperial College, London, U.K. (57.14 and 6.42) have been the most impactful organizations. M. Billinghurst and N. Navab have been the most productive authors and S. Feiner and B. MacIntyre have been the most impactful authors. IEEE Transactions on Visualization & Computer Graphics, Multimedia Tools & Applications and Virtual Reality topped the list of most productive journals.

This paper addresses the issue of adaptive global optimization using Kriging metamodel known as EGO(Efficient Global Optimization). The algorithm adaptively chooses where to generate subsequent samples based on an explicit trade-off between reduction of global uncertainty and exploration of the region of the interest. A strategy that saves the computational cost by using expectations derived from probabilistic nature of approximate model is proposed. At every iteration, a candidate test point that seems to be feasible/inactive or has little possibility to improve for minimum is identified and excluded from updating approximate models. By doing that the computational cost is saved without loss of accuracy.

The Third Assessment Report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) concluded that many collective observations gave a aspect of a global warming and other changes in the climate system. Future earth observation using satellite data should monitor global climate change, and should contribute to social benefits. Especially, human activities has given the big impacts to earth environment This is a very complex affair, and nature itself also impacts the clouds, namely the seasonal variations. JAXA (former NASDA) has the plan of the Global Change Observation Mission (GCOM) for monitoring of global environmental change. SGLI (Second Generation GLI) onboard GCOM-C (Climate) satellite, which is one of this mission, is an optical sensor from Near-UV to TIR. This sensor is the GLI follow-on sensor, which has the various new characteristics. Polarized/multi-directional channels and 250m resolution channels are the unique characteristics on this sensor. This sensor can be contributed to clarification of coastal change in sea surface. This paper shows the introduction of the unique aspects and characteristics of the next generation satellite sensor, SGLIIGCOM-C, and shows the preliminary research for this sensor.

It has been mown that the global warming has an effectet on marine ecosystem and marine environments. Then, fisherman's activity and fishing production were decreased by changing of marine plankton composition and increasing of harmful marine organisms such as jellyfish, starfish and green laver bloom. Harmful red tides algae bloom and the deserted sea bottom often occurred due to increasing of sea water temperature and sea level rising in Korea. In this report, the cause and mechanism of the global warming phenomenon and it's effect on marine environment and marine ecosystem were introduced, and measures against global warming were suggested

Aim of this article is to propose Micro-Genetic Simulated Annealing (${\mu}GSA$) as a hybrid metaheuristics approach to find the global optimum of nonlinear optimisation problems. This approach combines the features of modern metaheuristics such as micro-genetic algorithm (${\mu}GAs$) and simulated annealing (SA) with the general robustness of parallel exploration and asymptotic convergence, respectively. Therefore, ${\mu}GSA$ approach can help in avoiding the premature convergence and can search for better global solution, because of its wide spread applicability, global perspective and inherent parallelism. For the superior performance of the ${\mu}GSA$, the five well-know benchmark test functions that were tested and compared with the two global optimisation approaches: scatter search (SS) and hybrid scatter genetic tabu (HSGT) approach. A practical application to structural sandwich panel is also examined by optimism the weight function. From the simulation results, it has been concluded that the proposed ${\mu}GSA$ approach is an effective optimisation tool for soloing continuous nonlinear global optimisation problems in suitable computational time frame.
