성인학습자의 지각된 유용성과 태도가 학습몰입과 학습실재감에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Perceived Usefulness and Attitude of Adult Learners on Learning Flow and Learning Presence)

  • The purpose of this study are to examine the educational use of the Facebook and to examine the effects of the learners perceived usefulness, attitude and self-efficacy on learning flow and learning presence at university classes using social network service. The subjects of this study are 155 university students attending a class at a 4-year university in Seoul, and certain questions verified in the existing studies were modified, complemented, and used as a tool for measurement. The details of the purpose are as follows. First, it turned out that there were significant differences in learning flow and learning presence in accordance with the levels of the usefulness that learners perceived. It can be said that the higher the perceived level of usefulness, the higher the learning flow and learning presence. Second, it turned out that there were significant differences in learning flow and learning presence in accordance with the levels of learners' perceived attitudes. We can interpret such a result as suggesting that the higher a learner's perceived attitude, the higher the learning flow and learning presence.

우리나라 가족교육 전문인력의 양성과 관리방안을 위한 기초연구 (A Basic Study on a Management Plan for Family Education Professionals in Korea)

  • Family education service for healthy families has increased steadily over the past ten years since the Healthy Family Act was enacted. The Purpose of this study aims to investigate the current state of family education professionals such as family life educators and healthy family specialists, and also suggest a management plan for them. The data used was collected from literature regarding family life educators and healthy family specialists, reports and home pages of Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, Korean Institute for Healthy Family, Healthy Family Support Center in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, Korean Association of Family Relations, etc. The major suggestions are as follows: 1) empowerment of family education professionals, 2) development of the workplace for family education professionals, 3) development and promotion of various education programs for families, 4) improvement of the capability of family education professionals response to a low fertility-ageing society, 5) collaborative networking between family life educators and healthy family specialists. This study contributes to provide insights on how to train and manage family education professionals.

한국의 인터넷 게임 셧다운제 정책의 효과성에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Internet Games Shutdown Policy in Korea)

  • 본 논문은 국내에서 실시되고 있는 인터넷게임 셧다운제의 효과성에 대한 분석을 한다. 청소년보호를 목적으로 정부(문화체육관광부와 여성가족부)에 의하여 실시되고 있는 선택적 셧다운제와 강제적 셧다운제의 효과성을 검증하는 데 중점을 둔다. 분석 결과 인터넷게임과 게임중독간의 원인관계를 명확히 증명하기 어렵다. 또한 인터넷게임 셧다운제 정책만으로는 인터넷게임 중독을 예방할 수 없음을 밝힌다. 이를 기반으로 하여 청소년들의 인터넷게임 중독예방을 위한 다양한 정책을 제언한다.

전북 .충남지역 거주자의 남아선호 현상과 관련변인에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Dynamics and the Related Factors of Son Preference in Chon-buk and Chung-nam Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the level and the reasons of son preference. and the relative importance of related variables among middle-and old-aged Koreans in Chon-buk and Chung-nam area. Subjects were 487 parents of high school girls(243 fathers and 244 mothers). with a mean age of 45.7 years. It was revealed that more than a half of the respondents(52.293) preferred'a son'for the first child, followed by'either nx'(32.6%) and'a daughter'(14.8%). For the second child, a son was preferred nlost(43.7%) , followed by'a daughter'(31.4%) and'either sex'(23.4%) . As the reasons of son preference,'to continue tradition and name of family'marked the highest score (3.42) , followed by'parents prefer son for various reasons'(3.37) , 'should have at least one son'(3.32). and'feel obliged to produce a son for in-law's sake'(3.06). It appeared that sociocultural background was more important for son Preference than individual, economic factors. The most important factors related to a strong son preference were the number of sons at the present, son preference for the first child, parental attitudes and expectations toward children. and income. Suggestions wire made in regard to efforts for gender equality in family and society. and the needs for parent education and population education.

미혼남녀의 결혼관에 나타난 결혼 이데올로기 (Marriage-ideology Reflected on the View of Marriage of Unmarried Men and Women)

  • The purposes of this study were to find the general trends of marriage-ideology reflected on the view of marriage of unmarried men and women, to estimate the differences according to related variables and to investigate relation of variables and marriage-ideology. The samples were selected from the unmarried 164 men and 235 women living in Kwang-ju. The major findings were as follows; 1. Unmarried men and women didn't reveal high level of marriage-ideology but men's marriage-ideology scores were higher than women. The overall tendencies were that women's achievement of vicarious status was more imporant than that of personal status, marriage was the male-leading union and men's conditions of mate-selection must be superior than woman. Unmarried men and women usually did not accept equality between sex and they have strong gender-stereotype. In the view of sexuality, premarital viriginity and extramarital intercourse were more rigid with woman and they took a serious view of man-centered kinship. 2. Marriage-ideology were significantly different according to mother's age, necessity of marriage, motive of marriage, marriage taboo according to family origin, the eldest son's parent care-giving, a notion of preferring a son. 3. Men and women's marriage-ideology was positively related to variables. Especially, women's marriage-ideology had high relation to motive of marriage and a notion of preferring a son. But women's marriage-ideology was negatively related to educational level. (Korean J Human Ecology 1(1) : 27∼43, 1998)

임금비교에 있어서 비교대상 및 비교기준에 관한 연구 (A Study on Referents and Inputs in Pay Comparisons)

  • This study has two purposes. One is to systematize a number of referents and to examine the types of comparisons. The other is to examine categories of comparative standards such as inputs in equity theory. In pay comparison process, referents and inputs are very important elements. The first factor analysis is related to referents, which include 18 variables in 6 categories were subjected to factor analysis. 3 factors emerge with an eigenvalue of 1.0 or greater. Factor I, economic need, includes referents in personal worth and system referent. Factor II, market comparison, includes internal and external referents except one variable(external-peer). Between internal and external referents is not distinguished. This result is corresponded with Hills'(1980) and Hong's(1995) findings. FactorIII is named 'historical/social comparisons'. 14 inputs are subjected to the second factor analysis. 3 factors emerge with an eigenvalue of 1.0 or greater. The 5 variables loading on factor I, equity standard, are responsibility, competency, effort, outcome, and skill. FactorII, equality standard, includes age, gender, and education. FactorIII, seniority standard, includes career and company tenure. All the factors are positively associated with each other. Especially, personal worth is associated with equity standard(r=0.50466). Internal and external referents are associated with any comparative standard.

보육교사의 교사-유아 상호작용 평가 척도 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Interaction Scale between Teachers and Children for Childcare Teachers)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 여성가족부에서 발간한 2005년 보육시설 평가인증지침을 기초로 보육교사의 교사-유아 긍정적 상호작용을 평가할 수 있는 도구를 개발하는데 목적이 있으며, 본 척도의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증함으로써 그 적합성을 알아보는데 있다. 어린이집에서 만 3세 이상의 보육을 담당하는 보육교사 205명이 연구대상이며, 보육교사의 교사-유아 상호작용 평가도구의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 8요인으로 분류되었고, 각각 '긍정적인 교사의 말과 행동', '또래간 긍정적 상호작용의 격려', '낮잠시간배려', '화장실 사용배려', '유아의 부정적 정서수용 및 문제상황개입', '유아의 자유놀이에 긍정적 참여', '유아에 대한 평등한 대우', '식사와 간식시간배려'등으로 명명되었다. 보육교사의 교사-유아 상호작용 평가 도구의 신뢰도는 .94이며, 제작된 보육교사의 교사-유아 상호작용의 영역들간에 유의한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

아버지교육에 대한 요구도 조사 연구 (A Study on the Demand for Educational Programs for Fathers)

  • This study investigates fathers' demands for fathering education. Data from eight married, working men was collected through in-depth interviews. The interviews were intended to examine their father-role, working life, balance between work and family, and demand for the educational programs for fathers with particular regard to the themes, contents, and arrangement strategies they desire of the programs. The results show that fathers have a high demand for learning detailed methods of childrearing such as how to effectively sooth and play with their child(ren). Further, it was discovered that job flexibility is the major variable that determines a man's satisfaction with his parental role. Various information about possible arrangements of fathering education was collected from the interview data, such as desired themes, number of sessions, size of the educational program, volunteer role of participants, and focus of the course (e.g., many indicated interest in focusing on gender equality). This study reveals that greater detail, more effective contents, and efficient managerial strategies are required in fathering education in order to impart broader perspectives and knowledge about how to enhance the relationship between father and child(ren).

미혼남녀의 결혼관과 출산 및 자녀관에 따른 출산정책 선호도 분석 (A Primary Study on Preference of Fertility Policies Based on Perspectives of the Marriage and Having a Child)

  • Total fertility rate in South Korea is the lowest in the world. A fertility rate below replacement fertility level will result in serious social problems in the long term. Therefore, it is worthwhile to study a general understanding about the low fertility rate phenomenon and to investigate the effectiveness of fertility policies in order to ameliorate the resulting social problems due to the low fertility rate. This research was a descriptive examination into the low fertility rate phenomenon and an investigation of the needs for fertility potties and their effectiveness. The study subjects were consisted of 769 unmarried people aged from 18 to 40 years old. Data were collected from June to August 2004 and were analyzed by frequencies, mean, and standard deviation. The following results were revealed. First, unmarried people in general had positive perspectives about getting marriaged, giving birth, and being a parent. In addition, the primary cause of low fertility rate was economical difficulties for raising a child. Third, unmarried people thought that the low fertility rate phenomenon resoled in both positive and negative changes in a society. Fourth, policies for economical supports for raising children, establishing social atmosphere for gender equality, and trustful public educational systems were the political alternatives that people really wanted for having a child in the future. Effective alternatives for policies and strategies to address the low fertility rate problems are suggested in the discussion section.

보건관리자의 성희롱과 관련된 경험, 인식, 대처 및 기관의 성희롱 예방 노력에 대한 실태조사 (Study on Sexual Harassment-related Experience, Awareness, Coping of Health Care Providers and Institutional Efforts to prevent Sexual Harassment)

  • Purpose: This study explored the sexual harassment-related experience, awareness, coping, and institutional prevention schemes for health personnel in industrial settings. Methods: Data were collected using self - report questionnaires from 300 health personnels. Data were collected between September 1 and December 31, 2017. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Results: Health personnels experienced 29% of sexual harassment, in order of verbal, visual, physical. The frequency of sexual harassment was higher when women were younger, particularly younger than men. Although the average health personnel's awareness of sexual harassment was high, the common coping style was passive such as distancing form the perpetrator. Institutional efforts to prevent sexual harassment included separating employees and staff, but perpetrators tended to account for a high proportion of the supervisors and staff. Conclusion: Health care managers should develop an effective and effective sexual harassment prevention education program by raising gender equality awareness in relation to the awareness of sexual harassment and identifying the influencing factors that can bring about appropriate sexual harassment coping behavior.
