From the paper which it sees a strong random number generator it uses a fuzzy set from 16 method of the statistical test which is a cryptograph random number test it verifies. 16 statistical test of NIST extends in crptograph and engineering whole it is a scale which is important distinguishes the distinction incapable characterstic of the random numbers which are used. To try introduce a fuzzy set the possibility of having a more strong randomness in order to be, it strengthens the function of the random number generator.

In this paper, we consider fuzzy random sets as (measurable) mappings from a probability space into the set of fuzzy sets and prove a uniform strong law of large numbers for sequences of independent and identically distributed fuzzy random sets. Our results generalize those of Bass and Pyke(1984)and Jang and Kwon(1998).

In this paper, we introduce the relatively new notion of fuzzy ${\omega}^O$-open set. We prove that the collection of all fuzzy ${\omega}^O$-open subsets of a fuzzy topological space forms a fuzzy topology that is finer than the original one. Several characterizations and properties of this class are also given as well as connections to other well-known "fuzzy generalized open" subsets.

In this paper, we define precompact set in intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces and prove that any subset of an intuitionistic fuzzy metric space is compact if and only if it is precompact and complete. Also we define topologically complete intuitionistic fuzzy metrizable spaces and prove that any $G\delta$ set in a complete intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces is a topologically complete intuitionistic fuzzy metrizable space and vice versa.

Based on the theory of a bipolar fuzzy set, the notion of a bipolar fuzzy subring/ideal of a Near ring is introduced and related properties are investigated. Characterizations of a bipolar fuzzy subnear ring and a bipolar fuzzy ideal in near ring are established. Relations between a bipolar fuzzy ideal and a level cut are discussed. Using bipolar fuzzy ideals, we discuss characterizations of Noetherian Near ring.
