To investigate the changes of the resistance to prochloraz of Fusarium species causing bakanae disease, Fusarium isolates were collected from various regions in Korea, and pathogenicity tests were performed using rice seeds. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and effective concentration of 50% ($EC_{50}$) values of isolates were determined using the agar dilution method. High frequency distribution of MIC values of prochloraz against isolates collected in 2006~2007 and 2013~2014 years were $3.125{\sim}6.25{\mu}g/mL$ and $6.25{\sim}12.5{\mu}g/mL$, respectively. The mean $EC_{50}$ value of isolates increased from $0.3142{\mu}g/mL$ in 2006~2007 to $0.8124{\mu}g/mL$ in 2013~2014. Based on the $EC_{50}$ value of isolates collected in 2006~2007, the resistant baseline of prochloraz was determined as $0.6{\mu}g/mL$. Compared with the ratio of resistant isolates in 2006~2007, the ratio of resistant isolates in 2013~2014 increased from 6.5% to 41.6%.

In this paper, we would like to propose the design of symmetric digital filter core in order to use in the radio astronomy. The function of FIR filter core would be designed by VHDL code required at the Data Acquisition System (DAS) of Korean VLBI Network (KVN) based on the FPGA chip of Vertex-4 SX55 model of Xilinx company. The designed digital filter has the symmetric structure to increase the effectiveness of system by sharing the digital filter coefficient. The SFFU(Symmetric FIR Filter Unit) use the parallel processing method to perform the data processing efficiently by using the constrained system clock. In this paper, therefore, for the effective design of SFFU, the Unified Synthesis software ISE Foundation and Core Generator which has excellent GUI environment were used to overall IP core synthesis and experiments. Through the synthesis results of digital filter core, we verified the resource usage is less than 40% such as Slice LUT and achieved the maximum operation frequency is more than 260MHz. We also confirmed the SFFU would be well operated without error according to the SFFU simulation result using the Modelsim 6.1a of Mentor Graphics Company. To verify the function of SFFU, we carried out the additional simulation experiments using the pseudo signal to the Matlab software. From the comparison experimental results of simulation and the designed digital FIR filter, we confirmed the FIR filter was well performed with filter's basic function. So we verified the effectiveness of the designed FIR digital filter with symmetric structure using FPGA and VHDL.
The purpose of this study is to see how a CEO's ethics affects each company's business performance, as the ethical management of global companies are being one of the social issues at this time, particularly in construction companies. The survey was conducted amongst the engineers and managers who are currently engaged in domestic major companies as well as small businesses, and analyzed based on the frequency, reliability, factor, and multiple regression method. The results are as follows by use of SPSS 20 as a statistical analysis tool. CEO's ethics has a positive effect on financial performance, business ethics, organizational achievement, social achievement. The study found that the higher ethical sense a CEO has, which is one of the highest values of CEO, the higher ownership an employee has, and the more a CEO has a communication with the employees, the more credibility is mutually built, which will be a driving force of company's development. This study needs more wide study for on the effect of CEO's ethics on the business performance of general company in the future.

Gyeongin Port has low awareness, insufficient hinterland infrastructures, and lower competitiveness. So, in this study, we conducted Fuzzy-IPA analysis reflecting the recognition of the consignor companies that are using Gyeongin port to suggest present practical improvement measures for the activation of the operation of Gyeongin port hereafter. As a result of the analysis, three factors, that is, cargo loading/unloading/storage costs, port facility fees, and incentive and support were derived as priority investment areas. Three factors, that is, cargo safety, infrastructure equipment, and inland transportation costs were derived as the areas for maintenance strengthening and factors related to cargo handling and service factors were derived as areas for maintenance of the status quo and areas for gradual improvement, respectively. This study is significant in that it analyzed the recognition of the consignor companies that are using Gyeongin port using a quantifying method and suggested realizable measures for activation based on the results of the analysis. In future studies, the frequency of ships' calling at the port and measures to diversify the sea routes should be additionally reflected on the analysis.

Purpose; The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument to measure sexual satisfaction in Korean adults. Method: Development of items for the instrument was done by a collecting, reorganizing, reducing and selecting process based on the literature. A total of 19 items were selected in this process. For evaluation of the appropriateness of the 19 items, questionnaires were given to an expert group consisting of 18 professionals (7 men and 11 women). Eighteen items having a response of 70% in 'very good' item or 'good' item were included as items for the instrument. With these 18 items, a 5 point Likert scale was developed, and reliability and validity tests of the scale were done. The subjects for the test were 1,127 Korean adults living in 11 areas in Korea, Data were collected from Dec. 1, 2000 to Feb. 28, 2001 and analyzed with SPSS/PC+ 10.0 program. Item analysis and factor analysis were used to assess the reliability and validity of the scale. Chronbach alpha and corrected item-total correlation were obtained to verify internal consistency, and principal component analysis with the varimax rotation was used to identify structure validity of the developed tool. Result: Reliability of the scale was .9503 and corrected item-total correlations of the items were distributed from .5208 to 7899. As a result of the factor analysis, the items were categorized into three factors. The cumulative variance of the three factors was 67.1%, and all of the variances of the factors were above 5%. Because factor 1 (8 items) indicated a special feeling of psychological satisfaction with sexual activity, it was named 'psychological factor'. Factor 2 (8 items) indicated a feeling of satisfaction in the interaction with sexual partner through communication and variation, therefore it was named 'interactional factor'. Factor 3 (2 items) was about the frequency and duration of sexual intercourse and indicated physical dimensions of satisfaction, so it was named 'physical factor'. The average score for sexual satisfaction of the 1,127 subjects was 65.32 (${\pm}12.71$), and histogram of the score showed a normal distribution with skewness - .425. Conclusion: Finally, a Korean Sexual Satisfaction Scale(KSSS) was accepted as a 5 point Likert scale with 18 items after the statistical test for reliability and validity. In conclusion, KSSS is a useful instrument which is valid and reliable can be used to understand the sexuality of Korean adults.
Purpose. Infant oral health care forms the basis of lifelong health, and the role of child care teachers in contributing to the quality level in the formation of correct habits at this time throughout the infant's health care and education is very important. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the perceived oral health status of nursery teachers and the necessity of oral health education, and to emphasize that the oral health of teachers is closely related to the oral health of infants and young children. Methods. This study was conducted from May to June 2018 by surveying private nursery teachers in some parts of Gyeongsangbuk-do province by using the self-entry method. The research tools consisted of the general characteristics of subjects, subjective oral health status, oral health practice, oral health education awareness, and oral health education needs. We used shceffe as a post hoc test to compare the differences between groups after frequency analysis, independent t-test, and one-way ANOVA analysis. The linear regression analysis was conducted to determine the relationship between perceived oral health status, oral health practice and awareness, and oral health education needs. The statistical level was .05. Results. According to the results of this study, the oral health related practice according to the demographic characteristics is at the final education level, and the oral health related awareness is age, marital status and oral health education needs. The results showed statistically significant differences in final educational attainment and cohabitation. Regarding the relationship between perceived oral health status, oral health related practice and awareness, and oral health education needs There were significant differences in oral health practice(β =.329) and oral health education needs (β =.158). Conclusion. Based on the above results, the child care facility can emphasize the importance of the role of the child care teacher in the oral health care of infants, and the basic data for the establishment of the child care management program in the future by reflecting the role of the teacher in the development of the child care management program of the child care facility. The purpose of this study is to verify the medial effect of social support in the process of the effect of working mother compatibility on spouse satisfaction. To that end, 727 employed workers who were kept samples until the 10th year (2017) were analyzed out of the data from the Korea Children's Panel Survey. Data analysis was performed for frequency analysis and regularity verification, and correlation and hierarchical regression were performed. In addition, the three-step method of Baron & Kenny (1986) was used to verify the mediated effect of social support. The results of the verification are as follows. First, the advantages of working mothers' work-in-home compatibility have had a static impact on their spouse satisfaction(ß=.164, t=4.078, p<.01). Second, the conflict between working mothers and their families has shown an amulet (-) impact on their spouse satisfaction(ß=-.134, t=-3.438, p<.05). Third, the partial selling effect of social support was verified in the process of the effect of the factors of conflict and advantages of working mothers on their spouse satisfaction. Based on the above research results, the compatibility of working mothers with working families suggested development and application of programs to enhance spouse satisfaction and social support.
TACAN(TACtical Air Navigation) was created to support military aircraft's short range navigation (200~300 mile). TACAN must fulfill a condition of MIL-STD-291C, the U.S. Military Standards, which addresses the sum of 15Hz and 135Hz should be within 55%, following the factor of modulations for both to be $21{\pm}9%$ each. Within the existing TACAN antenna, modulation factor for 15Hz and 135Hz are created differently depending on its diameter, wavelength, angle of gradient, internal modulation method or using frequency code. It brings up a problem where applications needed to be stopped and repaired when modulating signal exceeds the standard of MIL-STD-291C since the existing TACAN antenna does not have coordination function. Hence, plan and produce a modulating signal generator using FPGA, and check the changes in the modulation factor for 15HZ and 135Hz, depending on the values that have been set in each criteria. Moreover, allow the modulating signal generator to be automatically adjusted based on the monitoring signal emitted by antenna, and place alarm sound just in case if it exceeds the standard.

This study numerically investigates the wave control of 2-rowed Impermeable Rectangular Submerged Dike(IRSD) with an object of how to control short-period and solitary waves simultaneously based on the Bragg resonance phenomenon that elevates the wave control performance. The boundary integral method using Green formula and the 3-D one-field Model for immiscible TWO-Phase flows (TWOPM-3D) by 3-D numerical wave flume have been used for the numerical predictions for short-period and solitary waves, respectively. These numerical models were verified through the comparisons with the previously published numerical results by other researchers. Through the parametric tests of numerical experiments for short-period waves, an optimum model of 2-rowed IRSD of a lowest transmission coefficient has been found. Furthermore, the performances of 3-D wave control for solitary waves were evaluated for the various free board, crown widths and gap distance between dikes, and have been compared with those of a single-rowed IRSD. Numerical results show that a 2-rowed IRSD with a less cross sectional area than 1-rowed one improves the wave attenuation performances when it is compared to that of single-rowed IRSD. Within the test frequency ranges of the numerical simulations conducted in this study, 2-rowed IRSD with an optimum gap distance shows an outstanding improvement of the wave attenuation up to 58% compared to that of single-rowed IRSD.

We investigate the effect of soil-structure interaction (SSI) on the response of LNG storage tanks to vertical seismic excitation depending on the type of foundation. An LNG storage tank with a diameter of 71 m on a clay layer with a thickness of 30 m upon bedrock, was selected as an example. The nonlinear behavior of the soil was considered in an equivalent linear method. Four types of foundation were considered, including shallow, piled raft, and pile foundations (surface and floating types). In addition, the effect of soil compaction within the group pile on the seismic response of the tank was investigated. KIESSI-3D, an analysis package in the frequency domain, was used to study the SSI and the stress in the outer tank was calculated. Based on an analysis of the numerical results, we arrived at three main conclusions: (1) for a shallow foundation, the vertical stress in the outer tank is less than the fixed base response due to the SSI effect; (2) for foundations supported by piles, the vertical stress can be greater than the fixed base stress due to the increase in the vertical impedance due to the piles and the decrease in radiation damping; and (3) soil compaction had a miniscule impact on the seismic response of the outer tank.
