This inquiry was conducted to develop DeNOx catalyst for LNT. In order to develop appropriate catalysts, four catalysts, which do not use PGM (Platinum Group Metal), were carefully selected : Al/Co/Mn, Al/Co/Ni/Mn, Al/Co/Mn/Ca, Al/Co/Ni mixed metal oxides during preliminary experiments. Also, XRD, EDS, SEM, BET and TPD tests were carried as well to evaluate both physicochemical properties of such four catalysts. As a result of the experiment, four catalysts were composed of spinel-shaped crystals and had more than enough pore volume and size to have oxidation-reduction reaction of NOx gases. Additionally, through TPD test, all four types of catalysts were proved to possibly have an oxidation-reduction acid site and NO oxidation activities similar to commercial catalysts. Based on the results above, if we have further change in the composition components and active ingredients according to the catalysts that were chosen in this investigation, then we are more welcomed to expect to have an enhanced DeNox catalyst for LNT.

The purpose of this research was to investigate water spaces such as marshes and watercourses, especially focusing on methods to establish eco-ponds. Many aqua-ecosystems have been filled up or destroyed in the process of rapid industrialization and urbanization in the cities. This inquiry was done by comparing, studying and analyzing existing ponds and studying documents on the introduction and methods of making eco-ponds. Existing ponds were put into three categories as the either eco-pond, man-made/natural ponds, or man-made ponds. Three instances were selected for each category, totaling nine. Data on the size and shape, depth, waterproofing techniques, water supply, plants and planting plan, and the maintenance of the ponds was collected and compared. The following are conclusions based on comparing, studying and analyzing these existing ponds, and studying documents on the introduction and methods of making eco-ponds. ${\cdot}$ It is noteworthy that different environments and depths must be provided because these are main variants contributing to attracting plants in the ponds. ${\cdot}$ In these places plants emerged, such as, floating-leaved plants, free-floating planktonic plants, submerged plant etc, in the different water level zones, once these various conditions were provided. ${\cdot}$ Various spaces can be used for shelter, places for relaxation and habitation. ${\cdot}$ After establishing a pond, routine maintenance is necessary for preventing eutrophication. However the minimal possible management should be done to maintain a natural status.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between high school students' observation ability quotient and changes in their stress hormones while observing fruits. This experimental study was performed with 29 first-year female high school students in a metropolitan city. In order to measure the observation ability quotient, an appropriate scientific observation program was developed. In observation program, the subjects carried out observations in an open and autonomous environment and recorded their observations. Their saliva samples were extracted before and after the task so as to analyze the amount of the secreted hormone. Also, their observation ability was measured using the quotient equation of observation ability. And then, in order to investigate the relationship between the observation ability and the cortisol hormone, a correlation analysis was performed. The main results are as follows: First, the amount of learner's hormone secreted during the experiment decreased in overall after the free observation. And the observation ability quotient turned out to be significantly correlated to the cortisol hormone.

First: The common points from "syllabus" period to that of "Course of study" are as follows: 1) with no introduction explained. the "Syllabus" or "Course of study" was made to be completed in accordance with the allotment of time (unit). 2) To teach how to rear animals and grow plants, and to make specimens with collected samples formed a great significant field of learning, which meant giving more emphasis on learning classification, life-centered education and basic field of learning than discipline-centered education. 3) The reason why the field of applied biology was emphasized on was that both periods had ideals in Common to educate persons more necessary and useful to the society than to major the pure academic field. 4) Both periods mainly dealt with problems of diseases, and physical health discussed all over the world in 1950's which accounts for necessity of the society to free from ignorance. Second; "The first curriculum period" and "the second one" are observed as follows: 1) The former took the unit (credit) system for the first time. It tried to lay down the conceptual hierarchy with "Biology I" and "II" divided, while "Biolgy I" is better systematized than "Biology II". 2) Discipline-centered education and structure fo knowledge are put more emphasis on especially in "the 2nd curriculum period". 3) And also in this period are included serious problems such as urgency of pollution, importance of nature conservation, population due to the development of industry. 'Third; With the recent curriculum laid down, experiments and teaching contents of subjects are put in harmony with each other and accordingly the process of Inquiry is laid emphasis on. Fourth; It is necessary to set up conceptual sequence and scope effectively in the curriculum.

In recent years, Korea's apparel exports to the USA have faced a great threat, as the trade environment around the world has changed continually. The purpose of this study is to analyze the competitive position of Korean apparel exports to the USA, and to enhance export competitiveness by applying to offshore sourcing. The trade data of the Office of Textiles and Apparel(OTEXA) in the U.S. Department of Commerce were selected for inquiry about export competitiveness of apparel products made in Korea. In addition, we targeted members of the Korea Apparel Industry Association among the 500 exporters of clothing items in "The Import and Export Textile Product 2003." A total 70 sheets were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows: 1) Korean apparel exports to USA have decreased by 20-35 percent per year since 2005 under the Free Trade Area, showing that Korean apparel industries have not adapted to the new trade environment. Although Korean apparel exports to USA have indicated a trade surplus from now on, Korean apparel industries should find new ways to overcome this situation, diminishing exports and increasing imports. 2) Korean apparel companies selected more offshore sourcing than domestic sourcing. Also, as Korean apparel companies manufactured apparel products offshore, foreign subcontracting outranked manufacturing in their own foreign plants. When they chose foreign countries to source, they turned mainly to China and Vietnam. Also, they considered the target country's manufacturing price, labor stability, apparel products, quality, lead time, and so on. In order to increase apparel exports, Korean apparel industries should focus more on developing competitively new apparel products, improving the ability of sourcing management, and establishing on-the-spot agencies.

The purpose of this study is to inquiry specialized development strategies to revive the declining regional tourism in Japan, through the general characteristics of tourists and the evaluation of various tourism resources. Reaching its period of maturity after the bubble economy collapse, domestic tourism in Japan requires a change in quality of the regional tourism industry. The Kakeyu spa region, which has long history and abundant cultural resources, is specializing through rehabilitation strengthening theme of 'health seeking and recuperation'. The rate of the elderly women visitors is high in the Kakeyu spa, and the visitors use public transport and make a relatively long stay, because they want to recuperate their health or to cure their disease. In the evaluation of tourism resources, the visitors showed an increasing interest in the solemn temple scenery and the tranquil stroll road which are near by their lodgings. To reflect such demand characteristics, the Kakeyu community is actively developing the business such as rehabilitation, health-food development, voluntary service, and barrier free based on spa, culture, and nature.

While the author, Songgyesanin(松溪散人) is even anonymous as yet, it is regarded that he was much familiar with medical science as a secluded ascetic aiming for Taoism-like Life In ${\ulcorner}$Yoryak${\lrcorner}$, the contents of Taoism Literature named as ${\ulcorner}$OjangYukbudo(五臟六腑圖)${\lrcorner}$ which was regarded that had been actually initiated since ${\ulcorner}$Euibangyoochui(醫方類聚)${\lrcorner}$ is being quoted thereat, also it attempts to combine with ${\ulcorner}$DonguiBogam(東醫寶鑑)${\lrcorner}$, the typical Medical Literature of Chosun Dynasty. With reference to Cause of Disease, since Chin Moo-Taek(陳無擇) asserted 'Theory of Three-Causes(三因說)' in his Book ${\ulcorner}$Samin Keukilbyungjeung Bangron(三因極一病證方論)${\lrcorner}$, it effects many influences to the coming generation, However, on coming up to ${\ulcorner}$Yoryak${\lrcorner}$, the medical science book of Chosun Dynasty, the 'Theory of Two-Causes(二因說)' which consisted of 'Internal Causes by Seven Emotions' and 'Exterior Causes by Six Harmful Surroundings' is also being asserted. In accordance with this Theory, it refers to the 'Seven Emotions(七情)' as the fundamental factor to possibly weaken the viscera and entrails, and also regards that the Exterior Harmful Surroundings invade to body when the viscera and entrails are under weakened condition. Therefore, since Cause of Disease naming as 'Cause Theory at Neither Interior Nor Exterior' is not tolerable in such Diagnostic System, it is daringly advocating the 'Two Causes Theory', getting free from the viewpoint of 'Three Causes Theory' that Chin Moo-Taek has ever maintained.

The trend of studying is changing, and it is not a place to study but also a new cultural environment. The study cafe, which is relatively free and comfortable compared to a stuffy library or reading room, is suitable for an unmanned system that can generate greater profits by reducing labor costs. However, the system that can manage this systematically is still insufficient and needs to be supplemented. In this paper, we developed an Android application that integrates the unattended study cafe and provides convenience to users through additional functions. The user and the manager are separated so that the user can use the desired study cafe in the corresponding region through reservation and inquiry of the seat. The manager manages seats and members and allows the outside of the cafeteria to check the current situation. In addition, community and noise measurements and member time visualization capabilities have been added to enhance application utilization.
Through the criticism and evaluation of different classes teaching the same lesson topic, this study compared the viewpoints by two ways between two groups including pre-service and experienced teachers. Through free-style criticism, this study analyzed the differences between pre-service and experienced teachers' areas of attention. Through criteria-based analysis, the study analyzed the judgement of each area and the criteria of each judgement. The results of the study found that pre-service teachers criticised more limited areas, but somewhat more positive than their experienced teacher counterparts. Also, pre-service teachers did not observe thoroughly whether or not the teacher was well-informed of the science content, the sequence of curriculum, and whether or not meaningful interaction had occurred. As well as, pre-service teachers were not actually feel importance of student-oriented lessons, and they could not look room and materials are useful to students on students' sides. Additionally, pre-service teachers thought highly of lessons which were connected to other subjects rather than connected to daily life. Therefore, to notice diverse areas in the class, pre-service teachers need to criticise lessons using a diverse criterion. Also, pre-service teachers realized simple questions and that mechanical group activities are not always effective and that they need to think how to improve meaningful interaction. Moreover, they have to perceive that an inquiry-oriented student-lead approach is very important. Lastly, pre-service teachers have to closely consider the room efficiency and materials available to the students, and they must internalize that science class has to be connected with daily life.
This study compared the characteristics of scientific poems written by scientifically-gifted and general elementary students, and their perceptions of writing scientific poem. To do this, 5~6 graders (n=100) at two gifted science education institutes and 5~6 graders (n=93) at a elementary school in Seoul were selected. Scientific poems written by the students were analyzed according to their numbers and types. Their perceptions of writing scientific poems were also analyzed through a questionnaire and group interviews. The analysis of the results revealed that the general students wrote more scientific poems than the scientifically-gifted students for thirty minutes. The general students mainly named the titles in a direct way, while scientifically-gifted students did it in an implicit way. The free verse poems in both general students and scientifically-gifted students appeared most frequently, and the prose or narrative poems also often appeared. The general and scientifically-gifted students frequently used impersonation, and some students did not use metaphors. They didn't connect the scientific knowledge for multiple grade. While the poems of the general students evenly included the scientific knowledge for various academic fields, those of scientifically-gifted students tended to include the scientific knowledge for physics or chemistry. The poems of scientifically-gifted students tended to include more science process skills, especially in basic inquiry skills, than those of general students. The scientifically-gifted students wrote scientific poems in a more expanded form regarding the scientific knowledge, than the general students. Scientifically-gifted students perceived the educational benefits of writing scientific poems more positively based on various cognitive and affective aspects. However, many scientifically-gifted and general students had also several difficulties in the processes of writing scientific poems. Educational implications of these findings are discussed.
