Niebergall and Ryan posed some open questions on 3-dimensional real hypersurfaces in complex space forms. In this paper we give affirmative answers to such kind of questions.

By introducing a parameter and estimating the weight coefficient, we obtain a new Hilbert-type integral inequality with a composite kernel and a best constant factor. As applications, we also consider its equivalent forms and reverse forms.

이 글에서는 처음으로 교육학의 과학적 성격을 분명히 하고 교육학을 하나의 체계적인 학문으로 정립시키려고 노력하였던 Herbart의 수학교육에 대해 살펴보고 시사점을 논의한다. Pestalozzi의 '직관의 ABC'에 기초하여 자신의 교육학 체계를 구체화하여 직관적 도형교육을 제시한 Herbart의 "Pestalozzi's Idea of an ABC of Sense-Perception Investigated and Scientifically Carried out as a Cycle of Preliminary Exercise in the Application of Forms"를 중심으로 고찰한다. 이것은 Herbart의 수학교육에 대한 거의 유일한 저술로서 Herbart의 수학교육의 의미와 방법 등의 교육적 시사점을 논의한다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relation between forms of children's solitary play and temperament, problem behaviors. Seventy-six children of four-year-olds were observed during free play. Children's temperament was measured by mothers of participants. Children's problem behaviors were measured by teachers. Following from Coplan et al(1994), this study were analyzed three aggregate measures of solitary play consisting of reticent behavior, solitary-passive play, and solitary-active play. The results of this study shows that first, the highest frequency of solitary play's forms was reticent behavior, followed by solitary-passive play, then solitary-active play. There weren't any differences in children's solitary play according to their gender. Second, there were significant differences among forms of children's solitary play and temperament. And there were gender differences in the correlates of different forms of solitary play. Third there were significant differences among forms of children's solitary play and problem behaviors. Also, there were gender differences in the correlates of different forms of solitary play. This result points out the important of solitary play and distintion of solitary play'forms.

The article considers innovative teaching methods used in the system of modern education process. Characteristic features of means, forms and methods of innovative training are defined, it is revealed the specifics of their use in the interactive educational environment of Ukrainian universities. The article is devoted to topical issues of modernization and improving the quality of higher legal education in Ukraine in the context of its European integration. Particular attention is paid to innovative technologies of legal education faculties.

In this paper, we prove two optimal inequalities involving the intrinsic scalar curvature and extrinsic Casorati curvature of submanifolds of generalized space forms endowed with a semi-symmetric metric connection. Moreover, we also characterize those submanifolds for which the equality cases hold.

Computer Education form is rapidly growing and has been developed in a variety of forms such as off-line. on-line, multimedia, ICT education . These forms are changed to E-Learning, Blended-Learning and Ubiquitous-Learning. Ubiquitous-Learning model schools have already been running on a national scale according to the policy of the Ministry of Education. In this study, to understand the necessity for the Ubiquitous-Learning and Ubiquitous-Environment, the awareness of the Ubiquitous environment and U-learning in model schools and general schools is analyzed and compared. Through this study, a desirable model about Ubiquitous-Learning and Environment will be explored.

The article substantiates the feasibility of using and actively implementing innovative technologies in the practice of organizing the educational process. The need for the use of telecommunication technologies, which provide constant communication between students and the teacher outside the classroom, has been identified. Particular attention is paid to the latest approaches to the use of various forms of multimedia technologies in student education, which intensify the process of acceptance and assimilation of educational material by foreign students. The advantages of using innovative means of distance education are determined, which thanks to modern electronic educational systems allow students to receive quality higher education. Innovative technologies promote the development of cognitive interest in students, they learn to systematize and summarize the material studied, discuss and debate. In this regard, the reorientation of the system of higher education in Europe towards innovation is becoming the most important tool in ensuring the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market. In addition, the investment attractiveness of a university often depends on the innovative nature of the development of scientific, educational and practical activities of the subjects of the educational process, their inclusion in the national innovation system. The article analyzes that in the universities of the European Union in the training of specialists in the management of basic interactive methods, forms and tools are binary lecture, briefing, webinar, video conference, video lecture, virtual consultation, virtual tutorial, slide lecture, comp. utheric tests. Various classes on slide technology took active forms during the training of management specialists.

이 연구의 목적은 2015 개정 과학과 교육과정의 통합주제인 '에너지와 생활'에서 다루는 에너지 개념에 대한 초등학생들의 개념을 파악하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 에너지와 관련된 연상개념, 에너지 형태에 대한 인식, 에너지 전환, 동식물의 에너지 사용에 대한 이해를 파악하기 위한 검사 도구를 개발하였다. 서울 소재 초등학교 6학년 학생 92명을 대상으로 한 검사결과를 서술통계, 클라우드, 언어네트워크 분석법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 학생들은 에너지 관련 연상개념에 대해서는 전기, 에너지 형태에 대해서는 전기에너지를 가장 높은 비율로 응답하였다. 또한, 일상생활에 사용하는 에너지 개념과 과학적인 개념이 혼재되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 에너지 전환의 이해는 개념 발달의 위계에 따라 에너지 형태에 대한 인식과 높은 관련성을 보였다. 마지막으로 동식물이 에너지를 얻는 방식에 대해서는 기초적인 개념 구조가 갖추어져 있었으나 개념의 오류 및 결손이 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과로부터 초등학교 과학과 교육과정에 새롭게 도입되는 통합주제인 '에너지와 생활'의 지도를 위한 교수학적 시사점을 논의하였다.
