한국판 세대친화적 조직문화척도(K-WICS) 타당화 연구 (A Validation Study of the Korean Version of the Workplace Intergenerational Climate Scale(K-WICS))

  • 최근 인구구조의 급격한 변화로, 다양한 세대의 구성원들이 같은 조직에서 함께 일해야 하는 상황이 많아져 세대 간 화합에 관한 연구의 필요성이 대두되었다. 하지만, 조직 안에서 다양한 세대의 구성원들이 서로 화합하는 조직문화를 측정할 수 있는 마땅한 척도가 없어 연구에 어려움이 있었다. 본 연구는 세대친화적 조직문화척도(WICS)를 한국어로 번안한 후, 정규직 직장인 1,052명을 대상으로 타당화 하였다. 첫 번째로, 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였고(N = 460) 본 척도는 5요인인 것으로 확인되었다. 두 번째로, 확인적 요인분석 결과(N = 592) 상관 5요인 모형이 좋은 모형 적합도를 보였다. 세 번째로, K-WICS는 기존의 네 가지 연령주의 척도와는 부적 상관관계를 보이고, 신뢰·조직 몰입·업무 열의·심리적 안전감·조직에 남고자 하는 의도·직무 만족·의사소통 만족과는 정적 상관관계를 보여 변별/수렴 타당도가 확인되었다. 또한, K-WICS는 기존 연령주의 척도를 통제하고도 긍정적 결과변인 설명 시, 유의한 증분 설명량을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 나이가 많은(40살 이상) 그룹과 나이가 적은(40살 미만) 그룹 간의 엄격한 동일성을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과들은 K-WICS 척도가 갖는 신뢰도 및 타당도를 지지한다. 본 척도는 세대친화적 조직문화 측정 및 HR 운영방안 수립에 널리 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

임파워링 리더십이 직무태도 및 창의성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 조직문화의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Influence of Empowering-Leadership to Creativity and Job attitude)

  • 임파워링 리더십은 조직구성원들에게 자신의 직무에 대한 긍정적인 심리적 태도를 형성시키고, 이렇게 형성된 심리적 태도는 조직 문화에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 본 연구는 임파워링 리더십이 창의성과 직무태도에 미치는 영향에 대해서 검증하고 조직문화의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 임파워링 리더십은 창의성과 직무만족, 직무몰입 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 임파워링 리더십의 솔선수범 및 참여적 의사결정은 직무몰입에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직문화의 매개효과 검증결과, 각 변수들간의 관계에서 부분적인 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 조직문화를 관리하는 것은 조직 구성원의 태도 및 성과를 향상시키는 결과를 가져오므로, 관리자는 현 조직의 상태에 맞는 조직문화를 관리하는 능력을 발전 시켜야 함을 시사하는 바이다.

한옥호텔의 배치 및 공간특성에 관한 사례조사 (Case Study on the Characteristics of Hanok Hotel)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the design characteristics of Hanok hotel. This study was approached by using theoretical investigation and a field survey. The field survey analyzed the current situations by conducting the master plan layout, architecture and interior design of the Hanok hotel. The field survey was tested by examining four different Hanok hotels from February 2014 to July 2014. After all, the results were analyzed based on given categories. The results of this research can be summarized as following. First, the characteristic of the master plan layout in Hanok hotel was appeared as "ㄷ" and "ㅡ" shapes. Those layouts were based on the spatial and the functional aspects of Hanok hotel facilities. Second, three different structural methods such as the korean traditional wooden structure, concrete, and masonry method were used in Hanok hotel construction to deliver the traditional architecture aspects while considering the functionality and convenience of the building. Third, most of Hanok hotels had the limited furniture range. The consideration of using several types of traditional furniture in different rates of the guest rooms help to increase the service quality and customer's satisfaction. Fourth, there were no diversity of using materials and colors in Hanok hotels that only few of them were used to express the traditional look. Fifth, the local characteristics were found in several Hanok hotels. To reflect the local characteristics in Hanok hotel is to construct a suitable environment to fit in nature and also it is easily to convey the local culture to others.

40대와 50대 중년 여성의 의복 착용 실태 및 맞음새 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study on the Clothing Wearing Conditions and Fit for Middle-aged women in their 40s and 50s)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the general status of wearing clothes and clothing purchase of middle-aged women in the 40's to 50's, the patterns and colors of clothes they prefer, clothing preference related with fitting or such, and also complaints. And this paper also divides the middle-aged women into those in the 40's and 50's to analyze how they differ in terms of the apparel brands and fitting they prefer and also the status of wearing clothes. For the research, a survey was performed to 350 women, and the survey data went through x2 and t-test analysis by using SPSS 20.0 to examine significant difference. The results of this study are as follows: the women in the 40's included as the subjects showed a high frequency of clothing purchase from casual brands or SPA brands and regarded design to be important at the clothing purchase. Meanwhile, the women in the 50's indicated a higher frequency of clothing purchase of middle-aged women's apparel brands, outdoor brands, madam clothes, or designer brands and thought activity to be crucial at the clothing purchase. As the women in the 40's and 50's showed difference in the brands they preferred, particularly the fitting indicated difference in terms of dissatisfaction. While those in the 40's preferring and buying young casual showed particularly more fitting problems in the arm-hole girth, upper arm circumference, bust size, and thigh or hip area, those in the 50's indicated fitting problems in the hip circumference or waist measurement. It is expected that this study will be used as foundational data to set up the target age by related apparel companies or develop clothes with great size fitting and design satisfaction.

20대 여성재킷의 소매산 높이에 따른 외관과 착용감 분석 (Analysis of Appearance & Wearing Sensation by Sleeve Cap Height of Jackets for Women in their Twenties)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest sleeve cap height with a satisfying wearing sensation and appearance on jackets for women in their twenties so that high-consumer demand jackets can be produced. Five experimental jackets with sleeve cap heights of [(AH/3)-1cm], [(AH/3)-0.5cm], [AH/3], [(AH/3)+0.5cm] and [(AH/3)+0.8cm] were made for 30 subjects to try on after which the subjects were then surveyed for their assessment of appearance, wearing sensation and preference. On the basis of the results, the optimum height of the sleeve cap has been proposed along with the following contents and results of this research. 1. [AH/3] [(AH/3)+0.8cm] of sleeve cap height was assessed to beof desirable appearance. 2. [AH/3] of sleeve cap height garnered a high opinion in terms of intuitive wearing sensation, while [(AH/3)-1cm] [AH/3] were the heights with overall satisfaction of intuitive and movement wearing sensations. If discomfort in the upper sleeve at 'straight arm' posture can be tolerated, the sleeve cap height can be set to [(AH/3)-1cm]~[(AH/3)+0.5cm]. 3. [AH/3] and [(AH/3)+0.5cm] were found to have a high preference among wearers, which indicated that the women in their twenties prefer a slim type of sleeve, putting appearance above wearing sensation. Consequently, [AH/3] is desirable when appearance, wearing sensation and preference are considered, [(AH/3)+0.5cm] is fit for business uniform for static duties or formal dress focused on aesthetic impression and [(AH/3)-1cm]~[AH/3] are desirable for work clothes when considering active duties.

대학 군사학과 훈육 모델에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Disciplinary Model in Div. Military Science)

  • 본 연구는 우수 장교양성을 목적으로 시행중인 군사학과 학생들의 자질과 품성 함양을 위한 훈육교수의 역할과 훈육을 담당하는 교수의 핵심역량을 어떻게 어떤 항목으로 할 것인가와 이를 개발하기 위한 역량 모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 이 연구를 통하여 군사학과 교육운영체계의 전반적인 발전방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 기존 훈육의 개념에 대한 선행연구와 이론을 기초로 발전방안을 제시하였다. 여기에 제시된 내용은 사관학교 위주의 선행연구를 기초로 하여 훈육요원에게 필요한 핵심 역량인 교수 평가 생활 지도 학급경영 역량을 일반적 운영절차에 따라 계획 준비 실시 성과분석단계로 구분하여 어떻게 진행하고 조치할 것인가에 대한 모델을 제시했다는데 의의가 있으며 여기서 제시한 연구결과는 일반대학 군사학과의 훈육담당 교수의 역할과 역량을 효율적으로 발휘하기 위한 모델을 제시하기 위해 연구되었다. 훈육에 관련된 모델은 사관학교에서 부분적으로 연구되었으나 본 연구는 민간대학 군사학과 학생들의 훈육을 담당하는 교수들의 역량을 효율적으로 극대화하기 위한 모델을 제시했다는데 그 의의가 있다. 그러나, 여기서 제시한 모델은 최근 군 교육기관에서 연구된 일부 내용들과 일반적인 훈육관련 선행연구들을 기초로 만들어진 모델이기 때문이 이것을 모든 대학이 그대로 적용하기에는 약간의 제한 사항들이 도출될 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구를 출발점으로 하여 민간대학 군사학과 훈육담당 교수들이 이 모델을 기초로 하여 실증적인 검증과 보완이 필요하고 지속적인 분석과 보완이 되어야 할 것이다.

폭력을 경험한 중소병원 간호사의 전문직 삶의 질 구조모형 (A Structural Equation Model of Professional Quality of Life for Nurses Working in Small and Medium Hospitals Who Have Experienced Violence)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the influence of post-traumatic stress on professional quality of life as mediated by cognitive emotion regulation among nurses working in small and medium hospitals who have experienced violence and to develop and test a structural equation model of that professional quality of life. Methods: Participants were 215 nurses who had experienced violence working in medium and small hospitals. They were surveyed using a structured questionnaire. Results: The final model was shown to have good fit with χ2 (2.83), GFI (.90), TLI (.90), and CIF (.90). Therefore, the model was selected as the final model, supporting 7 of the 11 hypotheses. Post-traumatic stress, adaptive emotional regulation, and maladaptive emotional regulation had significant impacts on empathy satisfaction (professional quality of life subscale) and empathy fatigue (subscale of professional life quality) among nurses who had experienced violence, and the explanatory power of these variables was 28.7% and 38.6%, respectively. Conclusion: In the development of nursing intervention programs to improve the professional quality of life of nurses who have experienced violence, factors such as post-traumatic stress and cognitive emotion regulation (adaptive and maladaptive) should be considered as they were identified in this study as influencing the professional quality of life of such nurses in medium and small hospitals.

컨설턴트 선정기준이 컨설팅서비스 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향에 있어서 문제해결능력의 조절효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Moderating Effects of Problem-Solving Ability on the Effect of Consultant Selection Criteria on Consulting Service Repurchase Intention)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 컨설턴트선정요인, 컨설팅서비스만족도, 컨설팅서비스재구매의도 간의 관계에 있어서 컨설턴트의 문제해결능력의 조절효과를 분석하는 것이었다. 컨설팅수진기업에서 컨설팅프로젝트에 참여한 경험이 있는 담당자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 탐색적 요인분석과 구조방정식을 사용하여 연구모형과 가설을 검정하였다. 연구결과 컨설턴트의 문제해결능력의 유의한 조절효과와 연구모형의 적합성이 확인되었다. 본 연구에서 컨설턴트의 문제해결능력을 중요한 변인으로 정의 한 것은 컨설턴트의 역량에 관한 연구의 새로운 시도였다. 본 연구가 컨설턴트의 문제해결능력에 관한 다양한 연구를 촉진하고 컨설턴트 스스로에게는 문제해결능력에 대한 재인식을 갖게 하는 계기가 되기를 기대한다. 향후 본 연구의 가장 큰 한계점으로 인식한 컨설턴트의 문제해결능력 측정도구를 개발하고 그 도구를 사용하여 컨설턴트문제해결능력의 조절된 매개효과 검정을 위한 연구를 수행할 것이다.

시니어 남성의 아웃도어 재킷착용실태 및 아웃도어 브랜드 제품치수조사 (Wearing Conditions of Outdoor Jacket for Senior Men and Research for Actual Product Size of Outdoor Brands)

  • This study analyzes the wearing and purchasing conditions of outdoor jackets by senior men who are over 50s, and examines product sizes of outdoor jackets in the market. A total of 134 questionnaires and sizing systems (or product size) of 10 outdoor brands were used as analytical data. The results were: a high number of senior men enjoyed hiking as an outdoor activity, with most of them following this activity1-3 times per month and as a preferred personal activity for over 5 years. Most needed outdoor wear suitable for these daily life activities. Outdoor wear satisfaction tends to decrease as people age. The major reason for the dissatisfaction with outdoor wear was price. Senior men aged 50s and 60s emphasize design and color when purchasing outdoor wear; however, men in their 70s considered price a priority. Senior men preferred outdoor brands based on a comfortable fit. An investigation on 10 outdoor brands indicated that they had not designated a specific target customer. A comparison of the product size of outdoor jackets with a similar silhouette indicated some deviations among sizes; however, the age of customers was not considered. The human body tends to shrink in stature and increase in girth as a person ages; consequently, we need to reflect body shape changes and senior's size in outdoor wear.

농촌생활경험에 따른 귀촌자의 귀촌방식 및 주택마련 - 충북지역 귀촌자를 중심으로 - (The Patterns of Return and Getting Housing of Returners-to-village according to Their Experience of Rural life - Focused on Returners-to-village in Chungbuk Area -)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide practical data for proposing the housing environment support policy, fit for returners-to-village. For the purpose, this study focused the patterns of returners-to-village according to their experience of rural life, and their ways of settlement like planning and getting land and house. The questionnaires were answered by 91 persons who were living in Chungbuk area, and were analyzed chi-analysis on their socio-demographic characteristics according to experience of rural life, preparation of settlement and construction. The ANOVA were used to analyze their pattern of return according to experience, the period for getting house, and their satisfaction level of house size. The results were as follows. First, the returners showed differentiated tendency according to their experience of rural life, in their age, family life cycle, education level and income source after return. The experience of rural life explained the purpose of return and the living pattern after return. Direct experience group was mostly occupational farmer; indirect experience group mostly pursued good health & green life; non experience group mostly pursued green life. Second, the experience of rural life also explained differentiated tendency of returning preparation. In raising money, direct experience group mostly raised it privately but indirect or non experience group mostly used bank loan. Third, the returners mostly constructed new houses; non experience group almost constructed newly, but there were cases to utilize existing or vacant house in direct experience group, and indirect experience group favored existing house or remodeling of vacant house.
