농촌의 문화여가자원 평가를 위한 척도 개발 연구 (A Study on Evaluation of Culture and Leisure Resources of Rural Areas)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a culture and leisure resources scale and examine the validity of the scale. The culture and Leisure resources scale was developed and identified its validity by exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis. The culture and leisure resources scale consisted of four factors, which were 'personal resources', 'support staff resources', 'facility resources', and 'program resources'. Those four factors indicated the reasonable fit indices from confirmatory factor analysis. In addition, this scale showed convergent validity with the satisfaction of cultural and leisure environment and the satisfaction of one's cultural and leisure life. The result of scale score comparison between rural and urban areas showed that culture and leisure resources in rural areas were less abundant than those in urban areas. Furthermore, while the variables which affected the satisfaction of urban residents' were mainly 'personal resources', the variables in case of rural residents' were mainly 'program resources' and 'facility Resources'. The culture and leisure resources scale can be used for policymakers practicably to evaluate regional level of culture and leisure resources, to compare between regions and to find policy priorities for improving the quality of leisure, especially for disadvantaged areas with less resources.

  • This study demonstrates some major traits of digital contents as information, playfulness, individuality, perceived recognition as perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, relationship quality as satisfaction and commitment, user behavior as use intention. To make an empirical analysis the study, it is hypothesized that traits of digital contents and perceived recognition, traits of digital contents and relationship quality, perceived recognition and relationship quality, relationship quality and user behavior. Proposed theoretical model was based on TAM and was tested by the structure equation model for validity, credibility, goodness of fit. The major finding of this study can be summarized as follows, traits of digital contents are positively affected by perceived recognition, satisfaction in relationship quality and use intention via perceived recognition. Theoretical implication of this study are as follows. First, users wanted to choice only needed information. Second, users recognized digital contents as a part of life. So, user's ability is very important in this environment. According to this, business related with or interested in digital contents must have developed digital contents in variety aspect. Users must have concerned using digital contents, also.

신체이미지와 교복변형행동 연구: 여고생을 중심으로 (A Study on School Uniform Reforming Behavior in Relation to Body Image:In the Case of High School Girls)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine whether uniform reforming behavior in high school girls is related to body image distortion, and to obtain objective data to help in guiding students in the wearing of uniforms at school. 661 freshmen and junior girls at six high schools in Kwangju city responded to questionnaires. The data was analyzed by one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s product-moment correlations using the SPSS 12.0 program. According to their body satisfaction level, three groups (haggard distortion, normal, overweight distortion) were identified. The data showed that a few high school girls were unable to recognize their body types correctly. It also indicated that school uniform reforming behaviors in high school girls were not related to their body image or body satisfaction level. So, it seems that students need guidance in the building up of an objective body image and wearing uniforms to fit their body types.

품질기능전개(QFD)를 이용한 의류제품 디자인 설계요소 연구 -중.노년층여성정장의 의류제품품질을 중심으로- (A Study on Apparel Product Design Elements Applied to Quality Function Deployment -Focused on Middle-Aged and Aged Women's Formal Wear-)

  • The subjects of this study were middle-aged women in their 40s$\sim$50s and older women aged 60 and over who were living in Seoul and Kyonggi-do, Korea. Through studying the participants' responses to the questions regarding the attributes of apparel quality in terms of the levels of satisfaction and importance, the target consumers' demand has been studied. And, they are applied to a QFD Matrix, to find out the relationship between the attributes of product quality and the guidelines of clothing design. For this study, apparel product quality is composed of five parameters: practicality, aesthetics, brand image, ease of care and fit. For the parameters of apparel product quality, the result of this study show that product improvements are needed in fit, aesthetics and practicality(in order of importance). The level of satisfaction(how satisfied consumer feels) was marked higher in brand image than that of importance(how important it is). To review demands for the apparel product attributes of formal suits for middle-aged and older women, the priority of these attributes through QFD Matrix that shows the relationship between the attributes and dress elements emphasized by designers has been examined. Material was the most important design element in designing formal suits. The shape of the pants was the second because the harmony between the jacket and the pants is important in formal suits. These were followed by trim and color tone of the jacket.

전북 거주 20대 여성의 상의원형개발을 위한 상반신 체형연구 (Upper Body-Type Classification of Jeonbuk Women in Their Twenties)

  • To give satisfaction with the fit to a wearer, the wearer's body size and body types should be considered first, this study conducted the descriptive statistical analysis on the upper body measurements of women in their 20s because their body shape has reached the completion stage of adult female's physical development. Also, the analysis classified their upper body types into groups to secure basic data for (maximum satisfaction with the fit of ready-to-wear clothing. The factor analysis was conducted using 49 items of measurement. The main factor analysis was used as a factor extraction method. After extracting the factors with Eigenevalues over 1, the factor loadings were drawn using the Varimax rotation. As a result, 6 factors were extracted. To secure internal consistency, factors that could lower the reliability of the experiment were taken out, so only 36 of the 49 items were used for the analysis. After selecting the items to recognize the main features of each body type, they were used for the final factor analysis. The entire R square of the 6 factors was 84.06%. To classify the upper body types of women in their 20s and to recognize the main features of each body shape type, the researcher conducted the cluster analysis with the items generated from the factor analysis. Through the cluster analysis, the upper body type of women in their 20s were classified into 3 body types. Also, since there are some restrictions on this research objects in terms of local and numbers of measured objects, the results of the this research should only be used as basic data.

치과의원에 근무하는 일부 치과위생사의 우울수준에 관한 연구 (A study on the degree of depression in dental hygienists)

  • Objectives : The degree of depression in dental hygienist was analyzed to reveal the various factors related to them. Methods : The self-administered questionnaires were filled out from 202 dental hygienist in Daejeon City. The survey items included subjects' socio-demographic and job-related characteristics, health-related behaviors, depression. Chi-Square analysis and Pearson's correlation coefficient was put into survey results, in which a degree of depression was dependent variable and others were independent variable. Results : 1. The distribution for depression degree has shown the rate as 80.2% in normal range group and 19.8% in depression group. 2. As for depression, long working hours(p=0.042), poor sense satisfaction in work(p=0.000), not fit to the job(p=0.003), low personal relation with peer works or supervisors(p=0.039), without alcohol drinking(p=0.048), poor subjective condition of health(p=0.000) than their respective counterparts. 3. Concerning correlation between depression and various factors, poor sense satisfaction in work(r=-0.332, p=0.000), not fit to the job(r=-0.353, p=0.000), low personal relation with peer works or supervisors(r=-0.215, p=0.002), without alcohol drinking(r=-0183, p=0.009), poor subjective condition of health(r=-0.333, p=0.000). Conclusions : These results showed that depression state could be influenced by various factors, which include socio-demographic, job-related characteristics and health-related behaviors. Therefore, in order to reduce depression state of dental hygienists, development and application of programs to manage and research for them are required to be revitalized as well as socio-demographic and job-related characteristics and health-related behaviors.

웨딩드레스를 위한 토르소 및 소매 원형 개발 (The Development of Torso & Sleeve Basic Pattern for Wedding Dress)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a wedding dress basic torso pattern and sleeve pattern considering good fit and aesthetic for figures of Korean brides in their 20s. For the research method, 3 women in their 20s who has the body size of ${\pm}$ S.D range of average figure and dress form suggested by 'the 5th human body measurement' of Size Korea were selected as the test group. The evaluators are 8 clothing construction majors, and the evaluation items included total 22 questions related to torso and total 10 questions related to sleeves. The evaluation was made using 5 Likert point scale. 4 prototypes for basic dress pattern were selected through the literature search. After compare analyzing design methods of prototypes, the real wedding dresses were made in the average size of women in their 20s and the dresses were tried on for the assessment. The data was analyzed using SPSS 18.0 Program to examine average, standard deviation and significant differences between basic patterns. Based on the results of the first and the second try-on assessments, a new wedding dress basic pattern with maximized strengths of compared prototypes was completed. The details of result follows. As for dress torso basic pattern, A pattern, which had the highest overall silhouette satisfaction and scores in basic pattern analysis and try-on assessments, was selected as the prototype, and a research basic pattern reflecting strengths of each basic pattern was developed. As for dress sleeve basic pattern, B pattern, which had the highest overall silhouette satisfaction and scores in basic pattern analysis and try-on assessments, was selected as the prototype, and a research basic pattern reflecting strengths of each basic pattern was developed. In this study, a wedding dress basic pattern considering good fit and aesthetic for figures of Korean brides in their 20s was suggested. It is expected that the basic pattern will be used by continuously developing dress market and ready-made wedding dress manufacturers as well as in educational institutes.

가맹본부에 대한 신뢰와 공정성이 관계만족과 장기적 결속에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Trust and Justice on Relation Satisfaction and Long-term Commitment in Franchise Business)

  • Purpose - This study examines the adverse press coverage that has increased in proportion to the remarkable growth of various kinds of franchise businesses in the food service industry. Today, the trust of franchisees in relation to their franchisor, and the maintenance of good relations between the two, has become a significant social issue. This study investigates relationship satisfaction and the long-term commitment between the franchisor and franchisee. Research design, data, methodology - We used a path analysis to investigate the relationship between justice and trust, trust and relationship satisfaction, justice and relationship satisfaction, trust and long-term commitment, and relationship satisfaction and long-term commitment. Structural Equation Modeling and a Sobel test were used to investigate the mediating effects of trust and relationship satisfaction. Data were collected from 237 Food Franchisees in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province in order to test the theoretical model and its hypotheses. Two research methodologies are generally used in the distribution management field. For this study, an empirical method was used. Results - A causal analysis was carried out to test if the research model has a sufficient fit index (for instance, χ2 = 46.694, df = 10, p = .000, GFI = 0.946, AGFI = 0.850, RMR = 0.034, NFI = 0.966, CFI = 0.973), and the results showed that the model was sufficient, thus demonstrating the suitability of the research model. Each hypothesis had a positive influence, both on long-term commitment and relationship satisfaction. Justice with the franchisor had a positive influence on trust. Relation satisfaction cognized by franchisees was found to positively influence long-term commitment. The franchisee perception of justice in relation to the franchisor had no significant influence on long-term commitment. The study investigated the hypothesis that trust could mediate justice and long-term commitment, and that relationship satisfaction could also mediate long-term commitment Both trust and relationship satisfaction were found to be important for long-term commitment. Specifically, trust sub-factors and justice sub-factors influenced long-term commitment. Identification-based and knowledge-based trust were more important than calculus-based trust. Distributive justice was deemed more important than procedural justice; distributive justice should thus be strengthened. Conclusions - Both franchisor and franchisee were independent businesses. Evidently however, the franchisor could not ensure profit without long-term commitment from the franchisee. As for the success of the franchise business, the franchisor should carry out appropriate strategies leading to a satisfactory relationship. For example, transparency makes it possible to maintain and enhance trust and to improve relationship satisfaction. Just relations between franchisor and franchisee should make it possible to maintain and enhance the franchisee's trust. The franchisor should provide a variety of information with respect to the franchisee's business success. Finally, in order to improve the franchisee's long-term commitment, the franchisor should ensure a just approach with trust and relationship satisfaction among their strategies.

기초간호학만족도가 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과 경로에 관한 융합 연구 (A Convergence Study about the Effect Path of Satisfaction with Biological nursing science on Clinical competence)

  • 본 연구는 기초간호학만족도, 전공간호학만족도, 비판적사고성향과 전공만족도 및 임상수행능력 간의 인관관계와 경로를 파악하기 위한 융합연구이다. 3개 대학 간호학과 학생 203명을 대상으로, 2018년 5월에 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 수집하였다. PASW 18.0, AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 기초간호학만족도가 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과 경로모형은 적합하였다(${\chi}^2/DF=1.093$, GFI=.992, AGFI=.968, RMSEA=.021, CFI=.998, NFI=.983). 기초간호학만족도는 전공간호학만족도(${\beta}=.345$), 전공간호학만족도는 비판적사고성향(${\beta}=.272$)과 전공만족도(${\beta}=.277$), 비판적사고성향은 전공만족도(${\beta}=.365$)와 임상수행능력(${\beta}=.582$), 전공만족도는 임상수행능력(${\beta}=.228$)에 직접효과가 있음이 유의하게 나타났다. 기초간호학만족도가 높으면 전공간호학만족도가 높아지고, 이는 비판적사고성향과 전공만족도를 높이며, 결국에는 임상수행능력을 향상시키는 것임을 확인하였다. 이에 다양한 교수학습방법 개발과 적용으로 기초간호학만족도를 높일 수 있는 중재마련이 필요하다.

영과잉 음이항회귀 모형을 이용한 보험설계사들의 이직횟수 적합 (Fit of the number of insurance solicitor's turnovers using zero-inflated negative binomial regression)

  • 본 연구는 계수자료 (count data)를 반응변수로 갖는 포아송회귀 모형, 음이항회귀 모형, 영과잉 포아송회귀 모형, 영과잉 음이항회귀 모형의 4 모형의 비교를 통해 보험 설계사들의 이직횟수 적합을 위한 최적모형을 찾고자 한다. 보험설계사 이직횟수의 분산이 평균보다 큰 과대산포가 존재하고 0인 경우의 비중이 높을 경우에 영과잉 음이항회귀 모형을 적합하는 것이 타당함을 보여주고 보험 설계사들의 이직횟수에 영향을 주는 요인을 규명하고자 한다. 로그우도값, AIC, SBC 등을 고려하여 보험설계사 이직횟수 적합을 최적의 모형은 영과잉 이항모형과 음이항회귀모형의 결합인 영과잉 음이항 모형이 선택되었다. 영과잉 이항모형에 포함된 변수로는 성별, 총 보험설계사 근무연월, 교차모집 설계사 등록, 보유고객 수, 소속회사 유형이었고, 음이항회귀 모형에 포함된 변수로는 직무만족, 조직몰입, 채널경영만족, 총 보험설계사 근무연월, 현 직장에서 근무연월, 소속회사 유형이었다. 영과잉 음이항회귀 모형의 적합결과, 이직횟수에 유의한 영향을 주는 요인으로는 현 직장에서 근무연월, 총 보험설계사 근무연월, 소속회사 유형, 채널경영만족, 직무만족 순으로 나타났다.
