소비자 만족은 제품이나 서비스의 판매 등의 기업의 성과에 중요한 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 구전을 일으키고 더 나아가서 고객 충성도를 향상시킨다. 기존의 소비자 만족 연구는 기대불일치 이론을 중심으로 소비자의 기대, 지각된 성능, 이에 따른 기대불일치 정도가 만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하고 있다. 본 연구는 소비자의 기대를 해당 제품이나 서비스의 성능이 "어느 정도는 되어야 한다" 는 규범적 기대와 "어느 정도는 될 것이다" 의 예언적 기대로 구분하여 조절초점 이론에서 제안하는 소비자의 성향 (향상초점 vs. 예방초점) 에 따라 어떤 기대불일치가 만족에 더 큰 영향을 미치는지 확인하고 있다. 구체적으로 향상초점 성향이 강한 소비자는 규범적 기대 불일치보다는 예언적 기대 불일치가 만족에 미치는 영향이 더 크고, 예방초점 성향이 강한 소비자는 예언적 기대 불일치보다는 규범적 기대 불일치가 만족에 미치는 영향이 더 크다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 일반적인 기대 (예언적 기대) 뿐만 아니라 규범적 기대의 중요성을 실증적으로 밝힌 점과 기대불일치 하에서 조절초점의 조절 역할을 밝힌 점에서 이론적인 공헌을 가지며, 고객들의 기대 관리 전략을 수립할 수 있는 가이드를 제공한다는 측면에서 실무적인 시사점을 가진다.

본 논문에서는 2016 서울 장미축제의 방문객들을 대상으로 축제 만족도 평가에 미치는 영향 요인들을 조사하고, 만족도가 높은 요인들을 파악함으로써 향후 축제 만족도를 평가 분석 할 수 있도록 데이터마이닝을 이용하여 만족도를 평가 분석하였다. 지역축제 만족도 평가와 분석을 위하여 축제장을 찾는 방문객들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 조사된 데이터를 이용하여 데이터의 적합도를 검증하기 위하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그런 다음 평가 분석을 위하여 데이터마이닝을 이용하였다. 회귀분석 결과 편의시설이 축제 만족도에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었고, 데이터마이닝 분석 결과도 회귀분석과 동일하게 축제 만족도의 최대 중요 항목이 편의시설로 분석되었다.

In everyday dental practice, one of the most important procedures is fixed prosthodontics which includes gold and ceramic restorative treatments. This procedure can be divided into tooth preparation, impression taking, laboratory work, occlusal adjustment and cementation. The first step is tooth preparation and it needs not only good techniques but also deep knowledge and understanding of oral biology. Also, there must be good knowledge of the principles and materials of the procedure. The patient's satisfaction can be achieved from natural contour, good shade, and precise margin fit, especially in ceramic restorations on anterior regions. It is essential to fastidiously prepare the tooth to make aesthetic restorations with a good margin fit. Tooth preparation techniques and three case reports of ceramic restorations on the anterior region are presented and discussed in this paper.

This study empirically examines the relationship between the career orientations of R&D professionals and their demographic characteristics (age, tenure, and education level), affiliated organizations (public and private organizations), reward systems. It further explores the contingent effects of the career orientation fit between leader and members on their performance. The results reveal that : 1) five different career orientations (technical, manager, project, technical transfer, and entrepreneur) are empirically distinguished, 2) technical orientation of R&D professionals is higher in public in private sectors, 3) technical, project, and manager orientation are positively associated with the education level, while technical transfer and entrepreneur orientation are negatively associated with the education level, 4) manager and technical transfer orientation is positively related with age and tenure, 5) the career orientation fit between leader and member is closely related with job satisfaction and organization commitment, and partially related with technical performance, 6) R&D professionals with different types of career orientation exhibit different preference to various rewards. Based on these findings, this study suggests several practical implications for the design of career ladder, mentoring, and reward systems of R&D professionals.

This study reviewed emerging trends in 3D technology adopted in apparel design research and product development for rapid prototyping and effective evaluation of product performance. Based on a literature review, the authors discussed technical advantages, practical merits and limitations, applications, and on-going developmental efforts of the following methodologies focusing on 3D body scanning and 3D motion capture, and 3D virtual fit simulation technologies. Such data-driven technical approaches observed in recent apparel design research and industry practice are expected to increasingly be adopted in the field to improve consumers' satisfaction with functionality, aesthetics, and comfort of a wide range of apparel products that include daily wear, sport apparel and protective clothing.

Delay has influenced customer satisfaction while using a telephone. It has been ranked second after transmission impairments in annoyance to customers. Therefore, it is important to analyze its behavior not only to increase the quality of service for the customers, but to provide its information to network planners and administrators and to designers of equipment and systems. In this paper, we consider a log-normal model as a candidate for describing the statistical behavior of the post dialling delay, i.e., the time to connect a call to the telephone network after dialling. Based on the real data, the log-normalness of the post dialling delays are convinced for the long distance calls, but not supported for the local calls. Uses of graphical plotting paper and statistical test of fit art discussed.

In our current information-based society in which knowledge is a fundamental asset to production, the capability to utilize information and produce knowledge with the use of information technology (IT) has become essential to learning. Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) have recently been introduced in light of such changes and are recognized as an alternative to open education. MOOCs' capabilities are being acknowledged in lifelong education in terms of reeducation and knowledge sharing, and also in terms of improving teaching quality, and improving university students' levels of creativity and integrated thinking by supporting high-level content and teaching. Therefore, this study presents an extended research model that combines information system (IS) continuance and task-technology fit models. Our study researches previous literature, revealing factors of continuous use after accepting MOOCs from the learner's perspective, and analyzes the model empirically. The ideal environment for MOOCs learners is evaluated, and a strategic approach to the successful settlement and diffusion of MOOCs is presented based on this study's findings.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the fitness according to drafting method of the block patterns for women in Korea. The major findings of this study are as follows: 1. According to each sensory test of the frontal view, back view, side view and silhouette Block Pattern I is the best of them in summation of the sensory tests score. Block, Pattern D and I have good shape too. However the best block Pattern D shows good score in evaluation of overall fitness and silhouette. 2. Most of block patterns, which show high scores in sensory tests, are the Compromise Method taking merits of the Proportional Method and Short Measure Method among the Pattern Drafting Methods. Box-shape patterns show low score in the sensory tests. 3. Regarding to the number of measurement, the patterns of the Compromise Method using 6-8 measurements seem to be optimal. In degree of fitness, loose fit type basic patterns are better than other patterns from a viewpoint of the total satisfaction.

This study is meaningful in that it builds the basic data necessary for developing skinny jeans for Korean women in their 20s based on the level of satisfaction with the apparel fit by body parts and brand choices gathered from studies on the skinny jeans consumption pattern among students in their 20s and on the results of the movement functionality and appearance sensory tests conducted on skinny jeans from six labels with the highest market share, popularity, and brand recognition, with the goal of developing skinny jeans for Korean women in their 20s.

글로벌화와 고용시장 변화에 따른 경력 환경의 불확실성은 노동시장을 경쟁적으로 변화시키며 근로자의 고용불안을 더욱 확대시키고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 제기되는 개인 주도의 새로운 경력 패러다임은 경력 주체가 주관적으로 느끼는 내재적 관점의 경력성공을 중요한 경력 성과임을 강조하고, 이를 위한 개인의 경력 계획의 중요성이 더욱 부각되었다. 그리고 경력성공을 위해서는 개인의 경력계획뿐만 아니라 경력계획을 통해 개인이 인지하는 조직 및 직무적합성 또한 중요하다. 이러한 배경에서 이 연구는 개인의 경력계획이 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향과 그 관계에서 개인-조직적합성 및 개인-직무적합성이 매개효과를 가지는지 검증하고자 하였다. 직장인 220명에 대한 설문 조사 결과, 경력계획은 주관적 경력성공에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈으며, 개인-조직적합성과 개인-직무적합성 모두 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 경쟁적인 고용사회에서 경력만족 및 고용가능성과 같은 주관적 경력성공을 높이기 위해서는 개인의 주도적인 경력계획이 필요함을 시사한다. 또한 경력계획을 통해 현재의 조직과 직무에 좀 더 만족하며 주관적 경력성공을 충족시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 조직차원에서도 조직구성원들의 주관적 경력성공을 위해서는 개인차원의 역할뿐만 아니라 구성원들이 조직 및 직무적합성을 더욱 높게 인식할 수 있도록 개인의 경력계획을 반영한 경력개발프로그램과 직무순환제도가 개발될 수 있도록 전략을 강구해야 할 것이다.
