In order to apply job performance records to the master craftsman examination, which is an examination to screen the top-rated technician and task manager, the domestic industry has introduced job performance records to the written test of the master craftsman examination. Surveys on master craftsman's field capabilities and applicability are being conducted, and various qualification methods are being tested so as to give satisfaction to consumers in industrial fields. However, these methods have many problems in assessing task managers' qualifications. In order to solve these problems, this research intends to verify the appropriateness of introducing master craftsman's portfolios assessment and the suitability of application methods by conducting interviews and surveys. One big conglomerate and one mid-sized company that has more than 500 employees and covers from 주조(酒造:brewing) 또는 to providing various services to consumers were selected for this research.

In the field of computer graphics, rendering speed is one of the most important factors. Contemporary rendering is performed using 3D graphics systems with windowing system support. Since typical graphics systems, including OpenGL and the DirectX library, focus on the variety of graphics rendering features, the rendering process itself consists of many complicated operations. In contrast, early computer systems used direct manipulation of computer graphics hardware, and achieved simple and efficient graphics handling operations. We suggest an alternative method of accelerated 2D and 3D graphics output, based on directly accessing modern GPU hardware using the direct rendering manager (DRM) system. On the basis of this DRM support, we exchange the graphics instructions and graphics data directly, and achieve better performance than full 3D graphics systems. We present a prototype system for providing a set of simple 2D and 3D graphics primitives. Experimental results and their screen shots are included.

This study examines the necessity of establishment of Institutional Household Manager(IHM) system and the development of the curricula for IHM. It suggests that the establishment of IHM system meets the needs of the times. And it also shows that two kinds of curricula model for IHM can be developed : the one is specialized curricula model and the other is integrated curricula model. The specialized model emphasizes the specialization of institutional household management and is consisted of the acquisition of 4 required and 3 optional subjects and field practices. The integrated model makes a point of integration of other majors and is composed of the acquisition of 2 required and 5 optional subjects and field practices.

This research analyzes the causes of delay and resulting additional expenses on the IS project in the public sector, and then proposes some solutions to the problem. Through a field study, the research found that the causes include employer's attitude, the leadership and risk management ability of the project manager, and qualifications of project members. In order to avoid those problems, the project manager should secure various communication channels and good relationship between the employee and the contractor.

Safety training for foreign workers should be thoroughly done. But it has not been done well even if field safety manager understand that the training has not been well provided. 72% of responders (Safety Managers) at field thinks that safety training has not been well provided at a site. It is shown that there are not any additional measures to correct this problem. Eventually, the reasons of that the training is not well provided, and foreign workers do not understand safe condition at site, well lead to an accident at construction site.

연구는 재난 및 안전관리기본법 개정에 따른 재난안전 분야 종사자의 재난안전 교육훈련을 위해 체계적인 교육과정의 설계 및 운영에 대한 발전 방안 제시를 목적으로 한다. 재난 및 안전관리기본법 개정으로 재난안전분야 종사자의 재난교육 의무화가 요구되고 있으며, 기존의 교육과정 설계 및 운영의 발전 방안이 필요하다. 이를 위해 재난안전의 24개 기능과 재난 관리의 13개 역량 항목을 기초로 재난안전 분야 종사자를 재난관리자, 재난실무자, 재난지휘자로 구분하여 역량의 우선순위를 도출하고 교육수요를 파악한 후, 선진재난관리 요소와 과정의 브랜드화를 고려하여 재난안전분야의 교육훈련 과정 설계 안을 도출 하였다. 기본법 개정에 따라 교육기관의 교육과정의 전문화와 함께 교육 효과와 교육 수요자의 요구 사항을 고려, 참여형 교육훈련 기법을 반영한 교육 운영 형태를 포함한 발전 방안을 제시한다.

The current evaluation time period for the construction management service is the project completion or after project completion. Therefore, the construction manager has the following problems. First, it is difficult to prepare the evaluation due to the new field movement of the existing participating engineer. Next, the CM work is complex as well as extensive. Therefore, the critical success factors of the construction technology services evaluation are required as a systematic performance standard of CM work. In this study, we extracted the critical success factors that can systematically prepare the evaluation from the early stage of the project through in - depth interviews with experts. And, this study was analyze the priority of each factor by using AHP technique. As a result, the most important factors were related to the systemization of the preparation process, the construction manager work capabilities and practical construction management. And the priorities of all factors were analyzed high in the factors suggested by the owner groups. The results of this analysis are expected to provide the standards that construction management service performer carry out structured management of construction management throughout the project.

전자상거래 인적자원의 양성과 개발을 위해서 자격은 학위와 더불어 지식축적의 결과를 표시하는 대표적인 지표이다. 하지만 기존의 출제기준은 전자상거래 시장변화를 포함한 현장성 반영과 업무에의 활용도가 부족하여 개선이 요구된다. 본 연구는 전자상거래관리사 직무분석을 통하여 산업현장에서 요구되는 능력을 체계적으로 분석하여 출제기준을 개선하고자 하였다. 연구목적의 달성을 위해 국내외 전자상거래 관련 자격현황 조사 및 문헌연구를 수행하고 직무분석을 통하여 전자상거래관리사 직무의 구조와 과업을 도출함으로써 기존의 과업목록을 보강하였으며, 과업분석을 통하여 각 과업별로 요구되는 필요지식, 기술 등의 능력요소들을 도출하였다. 도출된 직무의 범위와 과업목록을 검증하고 이를 바탕으로 기존의 출제기준과 비교분석하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로는 전자상거래 자격관련 문헌과 현황을 조사하였으며, 직무분석단계에 전문가 면담조사와 전문가위원회 조사가 수행되었으며 검증단계에 설문조사와 면담조사를 수행한 후 전문가위원회를 통해 출제기준 개선방안을 설계하고 확인하였다.

전체 공사 기간의 약 25%를 차지하고 있는 거푸집 공사는 최근 5년간 사망자 수가 크게 줄어들지 않고 계속 발생하고 있으며 그중 붕괴사고가 가장 많은 비율을 차지하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 거푸집 붕괴사고에 관하여 위험도 및 안전관리 수준에 대한 설문조사를 통해 관리자와 작업자 간에 인식 차이를 비교 분석하고자 한다. 안전관리자, 현장작업자, 현장관리자 3개의 집단으로 구분하여 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 설문결과는 SPSS 프로그램을 활용한 독립표본 T-검정(Independent-Sample T-Test)을 시행하였다. 그 결과 관리자 간에는 인식의 차이가 거의 없는 반면, 관리자와 작업자 간에는 유의미한 인식 차이가 발생하였다. 더불어 관리도 측면에서 관리자와 작업자의 많은 인식 차이가 발생했으며 이 부분은 위험한 재해요인을 관리 및 감독하는 관리자와 직접 현장에서 작업을 진행하는 작업자 간의 입장차이를 극명하게 보여준다. 이러한 인식 차이가 재해를 줄이지 못하고 있는 요인이 될 수 있다고 사료된다. 따라서 이 연구를 바탕으로 좀 더 발전된 연구를 통하여 관리자와 근로자 간 인식의 차이를 줄여 재해에 관한 연구 시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

고령화 사회에서 급격히 증가하는 노인문제를 해결하기 위한 노인장기요양보험제도는 노인, 가족, 사회 전체에 큰 영향을 미치는 주요한 과제이다. 따라서 노인장기요양보험제도의 실천에 있어 중요한 역할을 수행하게 될 케어인력 양성과 그 중에서도 특히 케어매니저(Care Manager) 양성과 이를 위한 교육과정 개발은 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 이는 케어매니저(care manager)는 노인장기요양보험제도의 전 과정에 개입하여 대상자들에게 적절한 서비스가 제공될 수 있도록 관리하는 중심적인 인력이기 때문이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 먼저 케어매니저 교육대상자를 신규 교육대상자, 기존 경력자로 분류하고, 교육과정을 각각 이론, 실기 및 현장실습으로 세분화하고, 각각의 경우에 합당한 교육 과목 및 시간을 배정하여 교육한 후, 필기시험을 거쳐 인증하는 과정을 밟는 캐어매니저 교육과정을 제시한다.
