기성여성의 배우자에 대한 역할 기대 (Role Expectation on Spouse of Married Women in Korea)

  • This study sought to investigate the spousal role expectation of married childbearing women in the social milieu. The purpose of this study was to determine the spouse's role expectation which influences marital quality and marital satisfaction, thereby contributing to married women's psychological well-being and family health. Data collection was done in the prenatal care center of 212 early adult, married, middle class women living in the urban area by interview. Using content analysis, 701 answers were recoded by 12 categories of role expectation as family integration, health maintenance, father role taking, personal maturity, communication and respect, social confidence, division of domestic labor, relationship with extended family, recreation and hobby, social support for wife's self actualization, faith in sexual relationship, and security in economic status. The influence of the altered gender role in modern society, women's expectation is derived from somewhat masculinity and feminity in role expectation. The results are discussed in relation to prototype of gender role and relationships. These finding will assist nurse in the understanding and intervening the marital problem and women's health.

예비유아교사의 성역할 정체감에 따른 창의성의 차이 (Analyzing Creativity of Early Childhood Preservice Teacher based on Gender Roles Identity)

  • The purpose of this study was to research the differences between gender roles and creativity. This study was done based on 178 pre-service teachers who were from the Department of Early Childhood Education in Universities around the Busan area. The researchers have collected statistical data by questioning pre-service teachers about creative thinking tests, creative personality tests, and gender role identification awareness tests. The data was interpreted by the Paerson's Simple Product-moment Correlation Coefficient method, the one-way ANOVA method, and the $Sch\acute{e}ffe$ Post-hoc comparison method. According to this study, the group perceived of high androgyny type group showed the highest level in important factors of creative thinking, such as fluency, elaborateness, ness, and openness. This result meant that the more a pre-service teacher was aware of the identity of gender roles, the more she or he thought creatively. Additionally, the acceptance of authority, an element of the creative personality factor, showed the highest level in a high feminity type group. On the other hand, self confidence, inquisitiveness, and disciplined imagination showed the highest level in a group which perceived the identity of androgyny type roles.

  • The purpose of this study is to help understanding of fashion trend since 2000 years, to play a guideline's role in the development on fashion designs study. The methods of this study are the study of academic literatures as well as practical study through expert investigation and analysis of case studies about actual works. Fashion trends since 2000 years are summarized classic, sporty, elegance, ethnic, natural, romantic, vintage, futurism by expert investigation and analysis of case studies about actual works. Image of fashion trends are abstracted that Classic image is harmony, moderation, accuracy, completeness, neatness, manish from keep an archetype to eliminate additional things, Sporty image is daily, active, enjoyment by the pursuit of a movement and freedom, Elegance image is feminine, grace from the tender moderated and feminity, Ethnic image is folkway, handicraft, vernacular to keep national character, local folkways and traditional ways. Natural image is nature, peaceful, purity, pastoral to the exclusion of artificiality and revert to natural, Romantic image is sensibility, fantastic, ornament, splendid from facing ideal world getting out of the reality, Vintage image is cozy, old, disorder, faden, freedom by expressing the flow of time and the mature beauty, Futurism image is future, experimental, avant-garde, man-made from positive perspective on future.

  • Impressionism was the epoch in art which marked the beginning of modern times. For the relatively short period of twenty years, from the middle of the 19th century until approximately 1875, Impressionism was style forming. Then the dissolving tendencies became increasingly stronger A number of artists remained true to the style, some of them lifelong, well into the 20th century. Other, after years of experimenting with other styles, returned to their Impres- sionistic beginnings. However, they were individual personalities with their own artistic hand. Quite a few painters entered the circle of Impressionism after 1875 & used the perceptions of this art in their later works. Especially, Impressionism's light & color affected both 20th's painting & other sorts of art. From the fashion point of view, the influence of Impressionism affected a great deal on the 20th than 19th fashion. As a result the influence of Impressionism on Modern Fashion was as follow: 1.   • Jacques Derrida, a leading theorist of the post-structuralism, has explicated how the material reality is subordinated to the ideality of form, by noticing the platonic concept, 'chora', which implicates the spatiality as the matrix and also by actualizing its essential meaning as the femininity. On the basis of the idea of the platonic 'chora', the Derridian deconstructive spatiality and its feminist oriented enlargement of Grosz this study is purposed to elucidate the architectural idea of Zaha Hadid that is located in the similar horizon with the deconstructionism. On the one hand it is focused on the explication of the new concept of space, which is dealt with the deconstruction of the traditional concept of space, on the other on the inference of the feminity of the originally understood spatiality. With this inference it is finally intended to reexamine the foundation of the discussion for the architectural space that must be ahead of the discussion for the difference between the masculine and the feminine space. If it is fundamentally and manifoldly executed, not only the architectural paradigm will enter into an renewed phase, but also the various ways toward the new direction of the architecture be explored.

턱기형의 악교정수술후 환자의 심리적변화 (PSYCHOLOGIC CHANGES AFTER ORTHOGNATHIC SURGERY OF DENTOFACIAL DEFORMITY PATIENTS)

  • This is to study the presurgical motivation, psychological changes and self satisfaction after the surgical treatment of dentofacial deformities. The subjects were 34 patients that the orthognathic surgeies were rendered and followed-up over 6 months. The results were as followings ; 1. The analysis of MMPI profiles in clinical scale reveals that 8.8%(3 patients) of neurologic type, 2.9% (1 patient) of personality problem type and none of psychotic type, while 88.3% of showed no abnormal findings in psychologic status. 2. The significant differences of personality characteristics were noticed in the Depression(D), Hypochondriasis(Hs), Musculinity-Feminity(Mf) were changed significantly following the orthognathic surgeries.(P<0.05) 3. The self assesment of the esthetic results were satisfactory in 78.6%, while no changes in 14.3%.

의상 이미지의 응용 기호론적 연구(I)-엘자 스키아파렐리의 3가지 의상 이미지에 관하여- (A Study on the Semiotic Application about the Image Vestmental)

  • The purpose of this study is to define the fundamentals of one symbolic concept, so calles vestment-sign, based on the logical relationship of sign system about the trichotomy by charles S. Peice's sign concept for the communication system of meaning in the non-linguistic image domain. To prove the argument of vestment-sign, I selected 3 type of vestment language by styliste, Elsa Schiaparel-li. The third image vestmental chosen here, titled“Larme-Illusion(1938)”,printed by Salvad-or Dali will produce one symbolic proposition as a logical result which is generated and developed through the interpretation of other images. First of all the text, which is manifested by Elsa Schiaparelli's first image vestmental, tit-led“Notation Musical(1937)”and is symbolized as one category in the representation of the form, is regarded symbolic and metaphorical from a standpoint that the title and the meaning is connected to the form. The second image vestment, titled“Ruches Noirs(1938)”represents externally splendid feminity man-ifested by the symbolic and metaphorical expression. And the purity of sensitivity aiming to humanity in the detail of the poetic feeling of naturalism makes us imagine the battle fild of furious sensitivity. Like as the result of the battle, the third image stimulated our eyesight with the“absence”of dressing function. The proposition of the text,《Death》which the third image delivers, constructs sign system to bring up a meaning with the disappearance of physical“signifier”. This establishment of the symbolic concept presents the etymological authority of symbol generation called“Design”.

대학생의 성역할정체감 유형과 성 고정관념 (The Study on the Gender Role Identity & Sex Stereotypes of College Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify gender role identity and stereotypes and to explore the relationship between gender role identity and stereotype among college students. Method: The subjects consisted of 245 college students in Daegu. Each participant was administered the KGRII of Lee, Kim, Koh(2002) and Sex Stereotype scales modified by Kim, Dongil(1999). The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, $x^2-test$, Sheffe test with SPSS 11.0 PC Program. Result: 1. For male students, masculinity type(32.4%) was most prevalent but for female students, feminity type (29.3%) was most common. 2. Female students were inclined to oppose traditional sex-role rather than male students. And the over 23 years old group tended to resist traditional sex-roles rather than other aged group. 3. The Androginy typed group had more progressive sex-role compared with undifferentiated typed group. Conclusion: These results suggest that gender role identity and sex stereotype were difference in sex and age. And the androgyny typed group had more progressive sex-role compared with other gender role identity typed group.

개화기 이후 여성복식의 100년 변천사에 관한 연구 (A Study on the History of the Development of Korean Female Costume during the 100 Years after the Flowering Time)

  • This study intends to look through the development of female costume during the 100 years after the flowering time. By refocusing on the flow the Korean female costume, this study present representative costume style of that time and find out the fashion cycles. For this purpose, the clothes during the 100 years (from 1890 to 1993) were observed and changes of female costume, hair style and shoes were observed. Literature review and content analysis method used. The results of this study are as follows : For Korean costume, there were little changes in basic styles and only the jacket and skirt lengths were changed. After 1960s, as modernization of socio-cultural aspects were processed, Korean costume became formalized and structure of costume was duplicated. In the 1960's mint skirts and pantalons won popularity. In the 1970's , diverse modes including mini, midi, maxi, pantalon, hot pants appeared, and especially the jeans were popular. In the 1980's big & loose silhouette was in fashion in the beginning, and fit & flare silhouette later in the decade. In the 1990's styles emphasizing natural feminity came in fashion. In addition, by analyzing the development of female costume styles of Korea, Fashion cycles were found, expecially in the phenomenon of 70's styles repeating in the 90's.

장신구와 재킷 색이 여성의 인상에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Ornaments and Color of Jacket on Female Impression)

  • The objectives of this study were to identify the dimensional structure of female impression formation based on ornaments and color of jacket, and to analyze the effect of ornaments, color of jacket, and perceiver's gender on impression formation. The experimental design was 3$\times$4$\times$2(ornaments$\times$color of jacket$\times$gender) factorial design by 3 independent variables. The stimuli of color photographs of female model and the semantic differential scale were used. Samples were 288 college males and females. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, ANOVA, duncan's multiple range test, and t-test. Four factors derived to account for the dimensions of impression formation. These were potency, elegance, evaluation, youthfulness, and feminine. Wearing of large ornaments(a necklace and earrings) had a negative effect on impression of elegance and positive on potency. Red jackets increased the impression of positive evaluation, potency, feminity, and youthfulness. On the jackets of achromatic color such as white and black, wearing of large ornaments increased the effect of potency, and large ornaments increased matured impression on black jacket. The results of this study mean that perceiverss used large ornaments and red jackets as a salient cue.
