ZERO BASED INVARIANT SUBSPACES AND FRINGE OPERATORS OVER THE BIDISK

  • Let M be an invariant subspace of $H^2$ over the bidisk. Associated with M, we have the fringe operator $F^M_z$ on $M{\ominus}{\omega}M$. It is studied the Fredholmness of $F^M_z$ for (generalized) zero based invariant subspaces M. Also ker $F^M_z$ and ker $(F^M_z)^*$ are described.

If A is a norm closed left translation invariant subalgebra of m(S) (i.e. $l_{a}$ f.mem.A whenever f.mem.A and a.mem.S) containing 1, the constant ont function on S and .phi..mem. $A^{*}$, the dual of A, then .phi. is a mean on A if .phi.(f).geq.0 for f.geq.0 and .phi.(1) = 1, .phi. is multiplicative if .phi. (fg)=.phi.(f).phi.(g) for all f, g.mem.A; .phi. is left invariant if .phi.(1sf)=.phi.(f) for all s.mem.S and f.mem.A. It is well known that the set of multiplicative means on m(S) is precisely .betha.S, the Stone-Cech compactification of S[7]. A subalgebra of m(S) is (extremely) left amenable, denoted by (ELA)LA if it is nom closed, left translation invariant containing contants and has a multiplicative left invariant mean (LIM). A semigroup S is (ELA) LA, if m(S) is (ELA)LA. A subset E.contnd.S is left thick (T. Mitchell, [4]) if for any finite subser F.contnd.S, there exists s.mem.S such that $F_{s}$ .contnd.E or equivalently, the family { $s^{-1}$ E : s.mem.S} has finite intersection property.y.

  • The object of this paper is to study non-invariant hypersurface of a (𝜖, 𝛿)-trans Sasakian manifolds equipped with (f, g, u, v, λ)-structure. Some properties obeyed by this structure are obtained. The necessary and sufficient conditions also have been obtained for totally umbilical non-invariant hypersurface with (f, g, u, v, λ)-structure of a (𝜖, 𝛿)-trans Sasakian manifolds to be totally geodesic. The second fundamental form of a non-invariant hypersurface of a (𝜖, 𝛿)-trans Sasakian manifolds with (f, g, u, v, λ)-structure has been traced under the condition when f is parallel.

WCHF-fSDF 필터를 이용한 회전과 크기불변 패턴 인식 (Rotation and scale-invariant pattern recognition using WCHF-fSDF filter)

  • In this paper we porposed WCHF-fSDF filter to obtain a roration and scale-invariant correlation output. WCHF-fSDF filter is synthesized by each single CHF exttracted from scale-changed and wavelet tranformed imagesfor a refereence image as tranining images. The wavelet transform is defined as the correlation of an input image with a wavelet function. Therefore two 4f optical correlation systems are needed for pattern recognition using wavelet transform. We here include the wavelet function for the input image in the process of the proposed filter design and substitute the two 4f optical correlation system with a single 4f optical correlation system. The Performances of the proposed filter are compared with conventional CHF-SDF, POCHF-SDF filters through the computer simulation. The results of computer simulation show that the proposed filter has the rotation and scale-invariant correlation output and it has better performances than thoseof the conventioanl filters.

ON THE DENSITY OF VARIOUS SHADOWING PROPERTIES

  • In this paper we deal with some shadowing properties of discrete dynamical systems on a compact metric space via the density of subdynamical systems. Let $f:X{\rightarrow}X$ be a continuous map of a compact metric space X and A be an f-invariant dense subspace of X. We show that if $f{\mid}_A:A{\rightarrow}A$ has the periodic shadowing property, then f has the periodic shadowing property. Also, we show that f has the finite average shadowing property if and only if $f{\mid}_A$ has the finite average shadowing property.

  • For the evaluation algebra $F[e^{{\pm}x}]_M\;if\;M=\{{\partial}\}$, then $$Der_{non}(F[e^{{\pm}x}]_M)$$ of the evaluation algebra $(F[e^{{\pm}x}]_M)$ is found in the paper [15]. For $M=\{{\partial},\;{\partial}^2\}$, we find $Der_{non}(F[e^{{\pm}x}]_M))$ of the evaluation algebra $F[e^{{\pm}x}]_M$ in this paper. We show that there is a non-associative algebra which is the direct sum of derivation invariant subspaces.

  • The purpose of this paper is to show that if the Fatou set F(f) of a CF-meromorphic function f has two completely invariant components, then they are the only components of F(f) and that the Julia set of the entire transcendental function $E_{\lambda}(z)={\lambda}e^z$ for 0 < ${\lambda}$ < $\frac{1}{e}$ contains a Cantor bouquet by employing the Devaney and Tangerman's theorem[10].
