율무(Coix lacryma-jobi)는 동아시아에 자생하는 작물로, 종실은 주로 건강식품이나 의약용으로 사용되고 있다. 2006년부터 2008년까지 국내 율무 재배 지역에서 이삭마름 증상이 관찰되었다. 병징은 겉껍질이 변색되고, 내부의 속씨는 마르고 쭉정이가 되는 것이다. 159개의 Fusarium균을 분리하였고, 분리 빈도별로 F. graminearum(34%), F. proliferatum(14.5%), F. verticillioides(10.1%), F. equiseti(6.9%), F. fujikuroi(6.3%) 순으로 분리되었고, 그 밖에 F. subglutinans, F. semitectum, F. poae, F. sporodochioides가 분리되었다. 분리균주의 elongation factor 1 alpha 유전자의 염기서열 분석을 통한 계통분석을 수행한 결과, NCBI GenBank에 등록된 균주와 동일한 것을 확인하였다. 분리균주의 병원성 검정을 수행한 결과, F. graminearum, F. proliferatum, F. verticillioides가 병원성이 강하였다. 이 연구는 Fusarium균에 의해 발생한 율무 이삭마름 증상에 대한 첫 번째 보고이다.

다양한 영양성분을 함유할 뿐만 아니라 생리활성이 우수한 참죽의 기능성 식품소재로의 이용가능성을 확인하고자 참죽으로부터 폴리페놀을 추출하고 이들의 생리기능성을 측정하였다. 이를 위해 동결건조된 참죽분말을 열수, 에탄올 및 효소(Viscozyme, Shearzyme)를 이용하여 폴리페놀을 추출하고 추출방법에 따른 폴리페놀 분획의 기능적 특성을 비교하였다. 참죽으로부터 추출된 폴리페놀 분획의 수율은 VphF가 43.44%로 가장 높았으며, 그 다음 SphF, WphF, EphF 순으로 나타났다. 총 폴리페놀 및 총 플라보노이드 함량은 EphF가 각각 447.98 mg GAE/g 및 337.49 mg QE/g으로 가장 높은 함량을 보였다. 산화방지 활성을 측정한 결과, DPPH 라디칼 소거능, ABTS 라디칼 소거능, $Fe^{2+}$ 킬레이팅 효과 및 환원력 모두 EphF가 유의적으로 가장 높았다. Acetylcholinesterase 저해활성을 측정한 결과, 저농도에서는 EphF가, 고농도에서는 WphF가 가장 높은 활성을 보였다. ${\alpha}$-glucosidase 저해활성은 EphF, VphF, SphF, WphF 순으로 높은 활성을 보였으며, 특히 EphF, SphF, VphF는 대조군인 아카보스보다 유의적으로 높은 활성을 보였다. Tyrosinase 저해활성 측정 결과, 2 mg/mL 농도에서 모든 추출군은 50% 이상의 저해활성을 보였다. 이상의 연구 결과, 참죽의 폴리페놀 분획은 우수한 산화방지 활성뿐만 아니라 ${\alpha}$-glucosidase, acetylcholinesterase, tyrosinase 효소에 대한 높은 저해활성을 보였으며, 특히 에탄올추출 및 열수추출에 의해 얻어진 폴리페놀 분획은 뛰어난 산화방지 활성을 보였다. 이를 통해 참죽은 기능성 식품 소재로 활용가능성이 매우 높을 것으로 판단된다.

(1) 과거시험에서 권장되고 있는 복교잡종을 수량적으로 능가하였거나 대등한 결과를 나타낸 $F_1$ 품종간교잡의 $F_2$ 및 $F_3$의 생산성을 평가검정할 목적으로 11개의 황색종 품종간교잡과 5개의 백색종 품종간교잡종 및 이들의 $F_2$와 $F_3$와 더불어 각 양친품종 및 표준복교잡종 등을 1963년 우기와 1963-1964 년 건기에 걸쳐 생산력검정을 하였다. 다만 전자시험은 몹시 강한 태풍의 피해 때문에 유효한 성적을 얻지 못하였다. (2) 품종간 교잡종의 $F_1$에서 Heterosis는 아주 현저하여 양친의 평균치에 비하여 39.9%의 증수를 나타내었고 $F_2$의 수량감소는 평균 30.3%였으며 $F_3$는 평균 27.2%이었다. (3) $F_2$와 $F_3$ 세대에서는 상당한 정도의 감수가 나타나서 평균하면 $F_2$는 17.6% 그리고 $F_3$는 20.7%의 감수를 보여주었다. 이 두 세대에서의 Heterosis강세는 2수준으로 표현되었는데 4개의 조합에서는 10.9%, 그리고 나머지 12개조합에서는 22.0%이었다. 1개황색종조합 Cuban Yellow Flint${\times}$Hawaiian Flinty Dent와 3개백색종조합 Bicol White Flint${\times}$Eto Blanco, College White Flint${\times}$Eto Blanco 및 Bicol WHite Flint${\times}$Narino 33b 등은 각각 표준복교잡종인 Philippine Hybrid No. 1 및 Philippine Hybrid No. 4와 비슷한 수량성을 나타내었다. (4) Hardy-Weinberg 법칙이 명시하는바와 같이 Panmixis의 경우 유적적평형(Genetic equilibrium)이 $F_2$에서 이루어지는 것은 명확한 것으로서 $F_2$와 $F_3$의 수량사이에는 어떠한 유의성도 발견되지 않았다. (5) 이전시험에서와 같이 Hawaiian Flinty Dent는 현 장려복교잡종인 Philippine Hybrid No.1과 거의 동일한 수량을 보여 주었으므로 장차 육종사업에 좋은 자료가 될 것으로 믿는 바이다.

The various contents of MgF2 from 0 to 12.5wt% are studied in the AlF3-(Mg＋Sr＋Ba)F2-P2O5 system for the effects of various properties in glasses and the atmosphere of melting was controlled by N2 and Ar gas respectively. Density, refractive index, infrared transmission, thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient of glasses are determined. Density, refractive index and thermal conductivity are decreased, micro-hardness and thermal expansion coefficient are increased according to the increasing of MgF2 contents. Infrared transmittance decreases with increasing the MgF2 contents and it slightly dropped by air than N2 and Ar atmosphere. Other properties are not influenced by atmosphere control.

Silverman [14] proved a height inequality for a jointly regular family of rational maps and the author [10] improved it for a jointly regular pair. In this paper, we provide the same improvement for a jointly regular family: let h : ${\mathbb{P}}_{\mathbb{Q}}^n{\rightarrow}{{\mathbb{R}}$ be the logarithmic absolute height on the projective space, let r(f) be the D-ratio of a rational map f which is de ned in [10] and let {$f_1,{\ldots},f_k|f_l:\mathbb{A}^n{\rightarrow}\mathbb{A}^n$} bbe finite set of polynomial maps which is defined over a number field K. If the intersection of the indeterminacy loci of $f_1,{\ldots},f_k$ is empty, then there is a constant C such that $ \sum\limits_{l=1}^k\frac{1}{def\;f_\iota}h(f_\iota(P))>(1+\frac{1}{r})f(P)-C$ for all $P{\in}\mathbb{A}^n$ where r= $max_{\iota=1},{\ldots},k(r(f_l))$.

In this paper, using the fixed point method, we investigate the generalized Hyers-Ulam stability of the system of quintic functional equation $f(x_1+x_2,y)+f(x_1-x_2,y)=2f(x_1,y)+2f(x_2,y)\;f(x,2_{y1}+y_2)+f(x,2_{y1}-y_2)=f(x,y_1-2_{y2})+f(x,y_1+y_2)\;-f(x,y_1-y_2)+15f(x,y_1)+6f(x,y_2)$ in non-Archimedean 2-Banach spaces.

Let GF(q) be a finite field with q elements where q=p$^{n}$ for a prime number p and a positive integer n. Consider an arbitrary function .phi. from GF(q) into GF(q). By using the Largrange's Interpolation formula for the given function .phi., .phi. can be represented by a polynomial which is congruent (mod x$^{q}$ -x) to a unique polynomial over GF(q) with the degree < q. In [3], Wells characterized all polynomial over a finite field which commute with translations. Mullen [2] generalized the characterization to linear polynomials over the finite fields, i.e., he characterized all polynomials f(x) over GF(q) for which deg(f) < q and f(bx+a)=b.f(x) + a for fixed elements a and b of GF(q) with a.neq.0. From those papers, a natural question (though difficult to answer to ask is: what are the explicit form of f(x) with zero terms\ulcorner In this paper we obtain the exact form (together with zero terms) of a polynomial f(x) over GF(q) for which satisfies deg(f) < p$^{2}$ and (1) f(x+a)=f(x)+c for the fixed nonzero elements a and c in GF(q).

KS F 2808 was revised in 2000 and KS F 2862-1 was newly established in 2001. Thus Related Korean Industrial Standard such as KS F 4724, KS F 4735, KS F 4736 should be revised according to KS F 2808 and KS F 28612-1. This study aims to elicit the new rating numbers such as R$\sub$w/, R$\sub$w/＋C, R$\sub$w/＋C$\sub$tr/, L$\sub$m/ defined in KS F 2862-1 instead of exiting rating number; transmission loss of 500Hz.

Let $\mathcal{F}$ be a family of meromorphic functions in a domain D, and let $k$, $n({\geq}2)$ be two positive integers, and let $S=\{a_1,a_2,{\ldots},a_n\}$, where $a_1$, $a_2$, ${\ldots}$, $a_n$ are distinct finite complex numbers. If for each $f{\in}\mathcal{F}$, all zeros of $f$ have multiplicity at least $k+1$, $f$ and $G(f)$ share the set $S$ in $D$, where $G(f)=P(f^{(k)})+H(f)$ is a differential polynomial of $f$, then$\mathcal{F}$ is normal in $D$.
