Researchers have confirmed the relationship between ambidexterity learning and innovation performance, but according to the resource-based theory, the relationship between ambidexterity learning and innovation performance is also affected by the internal resources of the organization. Internal resources are an important factor affecting the transformation of learning outcomes into performance. In addition, few scholars have pointed out whether different types of learning have different effects on different types of innovation performance. This study collects data from 170 High-tech enterprises in Shandong, china, and discusses the effects of exploitative learning and explorative learning on management innovation performance and technological innovation performance. This study further examines the moderating role of slack resource on the relationship between ambidexterity learning and innovation performance. Results show that ambidexterity learning has positive effect on innovation performance. Compared with exploitative learning, explorative learning has a greater impact on management innovation performance; compared with explorative learning, exploitative learning has a greater impact on technological innovation performances. Slack resource has positive moderating role between the relationship of exploitative learning, explorative learning and technology innovation performance. But Slack resource has no moderating role between the relationship of exploitative learning, explorative learning and management innovation performance.

Recent years, a smartphone has been playing a role of searching, booking, and decision-makings in the tourism industry through tourists' user experiences and engagements. This study investigated the tourists' behavior toward smartphone usage regarding Chinese visitors who were ranked in Korea inbound tourism. This research model formulated two types of usage which identified explorlative use and exploitive use and the antecedent relationships of user empowerment including user competence, user impact, usage meaning, user trust. We analyzed SmartPLS2.0 for the hypotheses and found that first, user competence has a positive influence both of exploitative use and explorative use, second, user impact has a positive influence on exploitative use, but has not influenced on explorative use, third, usage meaning has not influence on exploitive use, but has a postitive influence on explorative use, and finally user trust has influence on both of exploitive and explorative use. Based on the results we found, we suggested Chinese tourists' smartphone usages' behaviors and theoretical and practical implications.

본 논문은 기업내 임원들이 가지고 있는 사내기업가 정신이 기업의 시장지향성과 경쟁력 향상에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 연구하였다. 특히, 경쟁력 향상을 탐색적인 경쟁력과 활용적 경쟁력으로 구분하여, 기업이 가지고 있는 경쟁력을 세분화 하였다. 실증 분석 결과, 사내 기업가 정신은 활용적 경쟁력 제고와 경쟁자 지향성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 경쟁자 지향성은 핵심요인으로 활용적 경쟁력 제고와 탐색적 경쟁력 제고에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 또한 부서간 협업에도 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 고객지향성은 활용적 경쟁력 제고에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose - On the basis of knowledge transfer theory, we empirically explored how three types of human resource (HR) innovation knowledge exchange within a Chaebol drive the global subsidiary performance of the headquarters (HQ) of a Chaebol's globally affiliated companies. Design/methodology - Using a sample of 176 Korean HQ firms of the top 53 Chaebols and 1,061 of their foreign manufacturing subsidiaries (n = 1,061), we tested the relationship between the exchange of explorative and exploitative sustainable HR innovation knowledge among HQ firms of Chaebols, their subsequent transfer of technical HR knowledge via technical schemas, and the subsequent impact on the global subsidiary performance. Findings - The Chaebols' decisions about the three strategic knowledge management options (i.e., the degree of exchange of explorative and exploitative technological HR innovation knowledge and the extent of HQ-subsidiary HR knowledge transfer) have highly significant relationships with the global subsidiary performance. The results help explains the conditions under which the explorative versus exchange of exploitative sustainable HR innovation knowledge pays off by showing the moderating role of the degree of HQ-to-subsidiary technical HR knowledge transfer, at least in the case of the Chaebol as one representative type of the emerging-market business groups. Originality/value - As the first of its kind in the field of sustainable HR innovation knowledge management at the business group level, the present study makes a clear contribution in demonstrating how the performance of Chaebols' manufacturing subsidiaries depends greatly on their strategy for management of knowledge, as reflected in the choices they make about sharing both explorative and exploitative sustainable HR innovation knowledge among HQ firms and the subsequent transfer of HQ's sustainable HR innovation knowledge to the foreign subsidiaries.

본 연구는 컴퓨터의 잠재성을 최대로 활용하는 수학교사교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초 연구로 기하 교수학습용 탐구형 소프트웨어의 특성과 활용상의 유의점을 살펴보고, 이들 소프트웨어가 수학교육의 교수-학습에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 21세기 수학교육을 담당하게 될 교사들을 위한 수학교사교육 프로그램이 나아가야 할 방향을 모색한다. 본 연구는 기하 탐구형 소프트웨어인 GSP4를 중심으로, 이들 소프트웨어에 대한 새로운 경험을 획득하기 위해 수학교사교육에서 활용 가능한 내용들을 논의해 봄으로서 탐구형 소프트웨어를 활용한 수학 교사교육 프로그램의 내용과 방법에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

전화를 거듭하고 있는 IT산업의 그 중심에서 스마트폰이 활약하고 있다. 국내 시장에서도 스마트폰은 급속하게 확산되고 있지만 현재까지도 소비자들이 왜 스마트폰을 사용하는지에 대한 실증적 분석을 통한 선행 연구는 드물다. 본 연구에서는 정보시스템의 사용자 만족과 습관이론을 바탕으로 스마트 폰 사용에 대한 원인과 결과에 관해서 실증적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구는 스마트폰 사용자 278명을 대상으로 분석하였고 인지된 유용성과 사용 용이성이 스마트폰 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 흥미로운 발견은 사용자 만족이 스마트폰 사용 습관과 탐색적 사용에 (+)정의 영향을 주지만 충분한 활용에는 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다는 것이다. 이는 습관이라는 매개 효과가 충분한 활용에 영향을 주고 있으며 자기효능감의 통제변수가 영향을 주기 때문이라고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 스마트폰을 사용하면 할수록 사용자는 탐색적으로 새로운 스마트폰 기능에 관심을 기울이는 것으로 조사되었다.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the roles of child group home directors and their experiences with children. The study utilised the interpretive science paradigm and individual in-depth interviews for data collection. The qualitative theme analysis method explored the experiences of child group home directors. The participants, seven group home directors in the metropolitan area of Seoul, explained their multiple roles such as protector, nurturer, discipliner, mediator, and supporter of children while recognizing dysfunctions of children's family of origin. Participants claimed that the specialization of the child group home and the professionalism of its staffs were needed in order to improve the quality of child welfare. The results of this study might contribute to practical suggestions for group home professionals.

본 연구는 기업이 전략적 경영활동으로 추진하는 전략적 제휴의 유형 선택에 최고 경영자의 경험특성과 기업이 보유한 여유자원이 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하였다. 이는 단순히 경쟁우위 확보와 성과향상을 위하여 기업이 추진하는 전략적 제휴의 결정요인을 규명하는 것을 넘어 제휴의 유형을 구분하고 이러한 전략적 선택에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 2020년 벤처기업정밀실태조사 자료를 활용하여 로지스틱 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 벤처기업 최고 경영자의 학력 수준이 높고, 대기업 근무 경험을 가진 경우 탐색적 유형의 제휴를 추진하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 최고 경영자가 가진 과거 창업 경험은 전략적 제휴 유형 선택에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 벤처기업이 보유한 여유 자원 중에서는 활용가능여유와 잠재여유가 많을수록 탐색적 제휴에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 회복가능여유는 탐색적 제휴에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 활용적 제휴에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 학술적 측면에서 전략적 제휴와 관련한 논의를 최고경영자이론 및 여유자원과 연계하여 변수의 영향력을 검증함에 따라 이론적 논의를 확장하는데 기여하였다. 또한, 정책적 측면에서 벤처기업을 위한 개방형 혁신활동 지원정책 수립 및 운영과정에서 기업이 보유한 여유 자원의 유형별 수준이 고려되는 경우 보다 정책효과성을 제고할 수 있다는 시사점을 제공한다.

Recently, creative innovation has become a major topic in management innovation and due to this, various researches on its need and methodologies are being performed. According to previous studies on ambidexterity, explorative innovation is closer to divergent and right-sided brain, while exploitative innovation is closer to convergent and left-sided brain. Topic was to identify preceding element which affects Ambidextrous Innovation. For this topic, 129 Six Sigma projects from 19 different companies were collected. Ambidextrous index from preceding studies was used. This index represents the degree of ambidextrous activation and can be calculated by multiplying cumulative usage of exploitative tools with that of explorative tools. In the project characteristics, simple linear regression result showed leadership degree, team's vitalization degree and leader capability degree have effect in positive direction.

This research investigated students' interaction in the environment with dynamic geometry software such as Cabri II, and GSP in order to understand and analyze why computer environment is a richer interaction field for developing children's explorative ability than other traditional paper-and-pencil environments. This research focused on 5th graders' interaction with topics of transformational geometry and similar figure and analyzed children's learning process and their interview results gotten through audio and video recording. Computer exploration with a dynamic software seems to be very helpful for elementary students to learn geometry. However, the effectiveness of the computer should be discussed with respected to its methodological validity of teachers to guide students' explorative activities with a dynamic software.
