제주관광과 스포츠관광에 관한 연구의 키워드 네트워크에 대한 이해 (An Understanding of Keyword Networks on Research Trends on Jeju Tourism and Sports Tourism)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to conduct a preliminary study to identify key trends on research articles indexed in KCI in relation to tourism in Jeju and sports tourism. Design/methodology/approach - Information regarding research articles focused on Jeju tourism and sports tourism indexed in KCI (145 and 120 articles respectively) were collected and finally abstract written in Korean of 100 and 91 articles on sports tourism and Jeju tourism respectively were chosen for the further analysis after removing redundant articles. R program was used to analyze keyword frequencies, co-occurring terms, and degree/betweeness centrality measures and visualize the keyword network results. Findings - Event, marketing, content, program, implication, service, stadium, and tourism destination have been identified as keywords with highest frequencies among research on sport tourism, whereas tourism destination, image, brand, content, data, Chinese, satisfaction, eco-tourism service, place of arrival were highly appearing terms among research on Jeju tourism. Research implications or Originality - This study highlighted that Jeju has been interlinked with a range of terms such as programs influencing Jeju tourism, natural environment, tourism-related resources (e.g., museums, dramas, etc.), whereas sports has been closely related to sports event and vaiours types of sports (e.g., bicycle, staking, and scuber), but not to Jeju-do.

테마파크 이벤트프로그램 이미지가 방문객 만족과 재방문의사에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Event Program Image of Theme Park on the Visitors' Satisfaction & Revisit Intention)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 테마파크내 이벤트프로그램의 인지적 정서적 이미지가 방문객 만족과 재방문의사에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 대전 오월드(O-World) 방문객을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 테마파크내 이벤트프로그램의 인지적 이미지 요인이 전체 이미지에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 '분위기 서비스'요인, '편의시설 환경'요인 및 '이벤트 내용'요인이 전체 이미지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 테마파크내 이벤트프로그램의 정서적 이미지 요인 가운데 '흥미'요인, '경험'요인 및 '심리'요인이 전체 이미지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 테마파크 전체 이미지는 전체 만족도에 그리고 전체 만족도는 재방문 의사에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문은 도시통합관제플랫폼에서 발생되는 다양한 복합이벤트에 대해, 해당 복합이벤트에 의해 발생되는 업무프로세스 및 Action을 도시통합관제플랫폼과 다수의 u-서비스시스템 간 분담 또는 협업하여 처리할 수 있도록 복합 이벤트에 대한 업무 프로세스 및 Action을 검색, 변환, 배포하는 시스템 및 방법을 제시하였다. 제시된 방법을 적용하면 복합이벤트 발생시 신속하고 유기적인 대응을 통해 피해 비용 및 피해 범위의 확산을 방지하는 효과가 있다. 또한 복합이벤트의 프로세스 및 Action이 추가 삭제, 보완 등과 같이 수시로 변경되는 경우에도, 도시통합관제플랫폼에서만 업무 프로세스 및 Action을 수정하여 각 u-서비스시스템에 배포하면 분담 및 협업 처리를 할 수 있게 되므로 일의 복잡도를 단순화 시키고 유연한 대응을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

식음료 이벤트의 고객 선택속성에 관한 연구 (Research about Choice Attribution Customers make in Food & Beverage Events)

  • This study is about choice attribution of customers make in food and beverage events. The researcher provided practical plans to uplift food-related enterprises and activate management through surveys and positive analyses, targeting customers who use food services. First of all, all event plans must include customer demands, social changes, special qualities of the business, and market research. Second, low demand season must be customers will be induced to the events. Third, prediction for market variable and solutions must be thoroughly examined and plans should look into the future to maintain a long period of time. Fourth, sufficient communication between planners and employees should be made before the event starts, so that food and beverage businesses can gain trust and quality of event services.Fifth, immaterial service and visible goods/menus in business of food and beverage events must be closely matched. Sixth, menus introducing a variety of merchandise, quality of nutrition and health of the business should be developed. Also, events from countries(regions) should be hold to create a market of cultural exchange. Seventh, for hereafter event plans, feedbacks are needed concerning customers needs and demands through customer care, after the food and beverage events. Eight, faculty management for convenience, kindness, safety, and life preserver accommodations in parking areas must be made, as automobiles are necessaries for people in Mycar era. The ninth, off-line and on-line care through on-line business construction and production of homepage must be done, due to the fact that even the well-made events are bound to fail if they are not delivered to the customers.

소방공무원의 직무스트레스, 자아탄력성 및 사건충격 정도 실태 조사 (A survey on job stress, ego-resilience and incident impact on firefighters)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to analyze job stress, ego-resilience, and results of the impact of event scale in order to verify the actual job stress of firefighters and provide baseline data for developing resolution programs. Methods: Data were collected via e-mail from 270 firefighters working at 119 safety centers and firehouses in the regions of Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Busan, and Gyeongsang-do between the $1^{st}$ and $30^{th}$ of July, 2017. Results: Regarding gender differences in job stress, women ($2.16{\pm}0.65$) showed statistically significant job stress compared to men ($1.93{\pm}0.57$). As for the results of the incident impact of event scale statistically significant differences were observed (p=.001), and ego-resilience in men ($4.15{\pm}0.54$) was significantly higher than that in women ($3.79{\pm}0.75$) (p=.006). Depending on the work period, there were statistically significant differences (p=.000) in job stress, ego-resilience (p=.002), and impact of event scale (p=.000). Conclusion: Since job stress, ego-resilience, and results of the impact of event scale were closely related to dispatch frequency and work period of the firefighters, detailed and continuous stress management programs that consider these factors need to be developed.

공간 집약적 관광지에서 사회적 수용력 연구 (Study on the Social Carrying Capacity in the Mega-Event - The Case of the International Kwangju Biennale, Korea -)

  • This study was conducted to identify the characteristics of social carrying capacity at mega-events, especially the 2000 Kwangju Biennale in Korea. In particular, this paper has proposed some management policies for mega events taking into account the relations between social carrying capacity, satisfaction and crowding. The research method was to look into the general characteristics and distributive forms of the location, and then to confirm the possibility of sampling the factors involved in satisfaction degree; last, A factor analysis for causal analysis of perceived crowding was performed. The study needed correlation analysis in order to compare expected crowding and perceived crowding, and performed regression to examine the causality of perceived crowding and satisfaction. The research results were as follows: the correlation of expected crowding, perceived crowding, and the total satisfaction was very low or meaningless. The relation between satisfaction and elements for factor analysis such as convenient facilities and value experience showed partial meaningfulness. The factors of convenient facilities, entrance fee, parking lot use, toilet convenience, and exhibit room use had meaningful results; on the other hand, the factors of value experience showed a meaningful result in the guide service of an event place. In conclusion when those holding an event make a basic project, they should consider management measures for convenience of facilities, proper education for guide service, and systematic guidance. Also, as a method for perceived crowding lower than expected crowding, the study has proposed that it is possible to lower expected crowding by providing appropriate information on the number of tourists expected on the weekends and weekdays. Future research should control variables such as personal characteristics, seasons proper for vacation and holidays, and carefully consider their investigation and design. Moreover, it is necessary to study variables involved in expected crowding of more various space-intensive sightseeing places (mesa-events).

승객 유동을 고려한 DEVS 기반 자기부상열차 운행 시뮬레이션 (An Operation Simulation of MAGLEV using DEVS Formalism Considering Traffic Wave)

  • 새로운 교통수단으로서 실용화가 진행 중인 자기부상열차 시스템은 무인자동운전으로 운영되며, 사전에 면밀한 열차운행 계획의 수립과 검증이 요구된다. 일반적으로 열차운행 계획을 수립할 때는, 노선계획에 따른 통계화된 수송수요 예측자료를 활용하지만, 실제 열차 운행 시에는 수송 파동이 생길 수 있으며, 이를 고려하여 열차 운행 계획과 서비스 품질을 사전에 검토할 수 있는 수요기반 시뮬레이션 기술이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 연속적인 수요파동을 반영할 수 있는 자기부상열차 운행 시뮬레이션 방법 및 모델을 제시하였다. 이를 위해, 열차 운행에 따른 승객 수송과정을 가장 효과적으로 모사할 수 있는 이산사건 모델을 적용하였으며, DEVS 형식론을 이용하여 시스템을 체계적으로 모델링 하였다. 또한, DEVSim++시뮬레이션 환경을 이용한 구현과 실험을 통해, 제안한 모델에 대한 구현 가능성을 검증하였고, 이러한 수요기반 시뮬레이션을 이용하면 운행계획과 전략에 대한 효과적인 사전 검토가 가능함을 확인하였다.

Effect of Patient Safety Training Program of Nurses in Operating Room

  • Purpose: This study developed an in-service training program for patient safety and aimed to evaluate the impact of the program on nurses in the operating room (OR). Methods: A pretest-posttest self-controlled survey was conducted on OR nurses from May 6 to June 14, 2020. An in-service training program for patient safety was developed on the basis of the knowledge-attitude-practice (KAP) theory through various teaching methods. The levels of safety attitude, cognition, and attitudes toward the adverse event reporting of nurses were compared to evaluate the effect of the program. Nurses who attended the training were surveyed one week before the training (pretest) and two weeks after the training (posttest). Results: A total of 84 nurses participated in the study. After the training, the scores of safety attitude, cognition, and attitudes toward adverse event reporting of nurses showed a significant increase relative to the scores before the training (p < .001). The effects of safety training on the total score and the dimensions of safety attitude, cognition, and attitudes toward nurses' adverse event reporting were above the moderate level. Conclusion: The proposed patient safety training program based on KAP theory improves the safety attitude of OR nurses. Further studies are required to develop an interprofessional patient safety training program. In addition to strength training, hospital managers need to focus on the aspects of workflow, management system, department culture, and other means to promote safety culture.

스마트공장 도입의 효과에 영향을 주는 요인들 (Factors Influencing Impact of Smart Factory Adoption)

  • 본 연구는 스마트공장 도입의 효과와 관련 요인을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 도입기업과 비도입기업의 표본 데이터를 median-size-industry matching method로 각각 110개, 325개를 수집했다. 도입 전년부터 도입 후 4년도까지 재무제표 데이터(ROA 등)를 활용했는데 event study method에 따른 abnormal operating performance, annual abnormal changes를 구한 뒤 Wilcoxon signed-rank test와 t-test로 분석했다. ROA와 매출증가율은 도입 후 단기적인 효과가 나타났으나 장기적으로 이어지지는 않았다. 또한 도입효과에 인력비중, 연구개발 수준, 이전 재무 성과 세 가지 요인이 조절효과로 영향이 있는지 회귀분석을 한 결과 연구개발 수준과 이전 재무 성과의 조절효과를 확인했다. 도입 효과에 도입시기의 영향과 이와 관련된 요인으로 이전 재무 성과와 기업규모의 조절효과가 있는지 회귀분석을 한 결과 장기에 도입시기가 늦을수록 도입효과가 더 커졌고, 이전 재무 성과와 기업규모의 조절효과를 확인했다.

인터넷에서의 차별화된 서비스품질 제공 방안 (Differentiated Quality of Service Model in the Internet)

  • The quality of service(QoS) model should be presented with the optimal network design to effectively provide the multimedia data services between users and converged services with mobile or TV in the next-generation Internet. In specific, the method to provide differentiated services for each user is needed in the given Internet node to offer the previously negotiated QoS with the user. In this paper, the performance of the QoS enabling technologies in the differentiated services(DiffServ) network domain is analyzed. The QoS offering model and QoS metrics are presented to analyze the performance of the major scheduling algorithms. Under the real network topology and virtual service scenarios in the university, the NS-2 network simulation based on the discrete-event is performed. The results show that the ratio-based scheduling method is more effective rather than the bandwidth-assignment method.
