Delphi 기법을 활용한 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정의 만족도 평가 문항 개발 (Development of Satisfaction Evaluation Items for Degree-linked High Skills Meister Courses using the Delphi Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 기업현장교사가 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정에 학습근로자로 참여하여 일학습병행제 경력비전에서 제시하고 있는 스스로의 직무 역량을 향상시키고 응용력을 높이며, 고도화된 훈련 지도와 평가자로서의 역량을 강화하기 위한 기대 목표에 대한 만족도를 훈련 준비, 훈련 수행, 훈련 효과, 훈련 행정 측면에서 평가할 수 있는 평가문항을 개발하고 문항에 대한 타당성을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 델파이 기법을 활용하였으며, 연구 결과 4개 영역 6개 부문 총 48개 문항을 개발하였다. 훈련 준비 영역의 훈련과정 개발 만족도에 대하여 7개 평가 문항을, 훈련 수행 영역의 Off-JT와 OJT 과정의 만족도와 관련하여 21개 평가 문항을, 훈련 효과 영역의 기업현장교사로서의 역량 강화 만족도와 직무 적용 및 실무 활용 능력제고 만족도와 관련하여 16개 평가 문항을, 훈련 행정 영역에서는 행정지원만족도 평가를 위한 6개 평가 문항을 개발하고 평가 문항의 안정성, 내용 타당도, 합의도와 수렴도 지표를 통해 최종 적합도를 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과는 일학습병행 시범사업으로 추진 중인 고숙련마이스터 과정의 품질 관리를 위한 실무적 활용은 물론, 일학습병행 고숙련마이스터 과정 전반의 제도 개선 요인 등을 도출하기 위한 다양한 의견 수렴의 기초 조사 도구로서 참조될 수 있는 이론적 근거를 제공한다.

서비스 만족도 지표 개발에 관한 연구 - 지역개발형 바우처 서비스 이용자를 중심으로 - (The Study on Development of Service Satisfaction Index - Service User of Community-Development Voucher Program -)

  • 바우처 사회서비스가 확대되면서 서비스 성과가 강조됨에 따라 성과평가에 대한 학문적·실천적 관심도 증가하고 있다. 이에 이용자들의 서비스 만족도 조사가 확대되고 있으나 아직 바우처 서비스 이용자들을 대상으로 한 만족도에 대한 연구는 체계적으로 진행되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 보건복지부에서 시행하고 있는 지역사회서비스투자사업(지역개발형)의 바우처 서비스 이용자를 대상으로 하여 서비스 만족도 지표를 개발하려는 연구목적으로 진행되었다. 분석자료는 2009년 5월 현재 지역개발형 바우처 서비스 이용자 1800명을 대상으로 한 설문을 활용하였다. 기존의 만족도 연구에서 사용되고 있는 만족도의 유형과 측정방식, 측정도구를 정리하고 바우처 특성을 반영한 요소만족도 지표를 구성하였다. 우선 요소만족도 구성문항들은 문항분석과 신뢰도 분석을 통해 동질적인 문항들로 구성되어 있음이 확인되었다. 요소만족도와 체감만족도를 활용하여 종합만족도를 도출하였으며 수렴타당도와 판별타당도 평가를 통해 만족도 평가도구로서의 타당성을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과, 종합만족도를 산출하는 방식에 있어 체감만족도를 요소만족도의 가중치 선정에만 활용하는 방식과 체감만족도를 요소만족도의 가중치 선정뿐만 아니라 종합만족도 합산시에도 중복적으로 사용하는 방식 간에 있어서 만족도 지수의 차이가 거의 없음이 확인되었다.

중년여성의 체형과 신체 만족도에 따른 테일러드 재킷의 이미지 평가 - 실루엣을 중심으로 - (The Middle Age Women's Image Evaluation of Tailored Jacket according to the Body Type and the Degree of Satisfaction with the Body - Focused on Silhouette -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the image evaluation of tailored jacket according to the body type and the degree of satisfaction with the body of middle-aged women. The subjects used for this study were three hundred and twenty three middle-aged women ranging from 35 to 50 years old. We measured their bodies and asked them report to the questionnaire. The results are as follows. There was a significant difference in the image evaluation of tailored jacket according to the body type of middle-aged women. The women of the type I evaluated that X silhouette was the most fascinating, elegant, active, and tender, and the women of the type II, A silhouette. The women of the type III evaluated that H silhouette was the most fascinating, elegant, active, and tender, and the women of the type IV, H silhouette. There was a meaningful difference in the image evaluation of tailored jacket according to the degree of satisfaction with their bodies. As satisfied with the girth of the body, weight, and figure they evaluated X silhouette was more attractive, graceful, active, and soft.

공동주택단지에서의 범죄피해경험율과 범죄로부터의 안전성(safety) 평가 지표간의 상관성 분석에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Correlation Analysis between the Experienced Crime Victimization Rate and the Evaluation Indicator for Residents' Safety of Outdoor Spaces from Crime in Multi-Family Housing)

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the correlation analysis between the experienced crime victimization rate and the evaluation indicator of residents' safety of outdoor spaces from crime in multi-family housing. Additionally this paper intend to analyze the correlation analysis between the residents' satisfaction about safety and the evaluation indicator of residents' safety of outdoor spaces. For that purpose, 9 Multi-Family Housing located in the metropolitan area were selected to perform a survey against 349 residents during May 26-29, 2006. The SPSS program was used and the level of satisfaction ranged from 1 to 5. Scale of 5 being most satisfied while 1 being most dissatisfied. The results of this study are the followings; 1) Most occurred crime were auto theft and damages, poster matter theft, housebreaking. 2) The crime rate is higher in outdoor than in indoor. 3) This study proved the correlation between the residents' satisfaction about housing safety and most indicators except the number of households etc. 4) By the results of the correlation coefficient it makes clear that the number of apartment building, the visibility of Green Space, the location of pedestrian etc. have relation with the residents' satisfaction about housing safety.

Emotional Evaluation about Physico-chemistry Laboratory Equipment's Exterior Design

  • Laboratory equipment will continue to be developed and created as long as experiments continue. Up until now, the designs have been focused on the functional role; successfully process the study purpose. However, nowadays, the requirements of providing emotional satisfaction of the design, has increased. Even so, the users are normally limited by specific groups and investments on these designs have been neglected due to small annual production by the small market. Through this study, we have conducted an emotional evaluation on Temperature and Humidity Chamber's (TH Chamber) exterior shape. First of all, we extracted emotional words and placed them in categories that represent these emotions and conducted an emotional evaluation on four typical TH chamber models. They were selected based on its door lock type and control box type. The result showed that the 'fixed type' of control box and the 'handle type' of door lock were most favorable by the users, satisfying the five representative emotions; 'Attractiveness', 'Classiness', 'Comfortableness', 'Pleasant' and 'Satisfaction in Usability'. Particularly, all 4 emotional words in the 'Satisfaction in Usability' category recorded over 3.65. This indicates that Satisfaction in Usability is relatively an important category when expressing laboratory equipment. The result of this research is expected to be used as a basic data to find a way of right approach in laboratory equipment design.

패션 모바일 커머스 품질 평가에 대한 비즈니스 모델 연구 (A Study on the Business Model of Fashion Mobile Commerce by Quality Evaluation)

  • This study exceeds the view on the fragmentary fact-finding surveys related to the application of mobile commerce which further develops the evaluation model of fashion mobile commerce website and considers the validity of comprehensive fashion mobile commerce with quality evaluation factors according to the Task-Technology Fit. To fulfill the study objectives, a total of 433 questionnaires are being conducted to the customers with first-hand experience on fashion merchandises through mobile commerce. The judgement sampling method is employed according to the sample population ages from 20s to 30s during two months period. Based on the results of the above-mentioned path analysis, we have observed the following: First, the path relation analysis results show that the M-marketing (M-marketing) between perceived usabilities had effects to the perceived usability and the M-sales had effects to the perceived usability. Second, as seen from the fashion mobile shopping conformance (TTF), the perceived usability, customer satisfaction, and path pipe analysis result conformances between perceived values and immersions have effects of perceived usability, customer satisfaction and perceived value, and thus, indicate that the perceived usability had effects on the customer satisfaction and immersion. Third, the customer satisfaction, perceived value and immersion all have effects on the purchasing intention.

항공보안요원의 직무만족요인과 서비스 제공의식이 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Job Satisfaction Factors and Service Delivery Perception of Aviation Security Screener Affecting Job Satisfaction)

  • This study, the cause of an aviation security employees' job satisfaction and dissatisfaction will be understood and the data can be used as evidence to explain the position of the employees. Moreover, the results of this study shall be conducted to increase the level of service delivery and also to remove unsatisfactory factors. Thus, according to this research survey shows the understanding of the job satisfaction and service delivery influences on the overall job satisfaction of a secure enterprise's security screeners. As a results, by improving the job satisfaction of aviation security screeners, the world's most safe, convenient service and quick airport service delivery could be achieved. Therefore, in order to improve the level of Korea and the international competitiveness of airlines, the promotion of job satisfaction of employees would be very important. Moreover based on the results of this study, the advanced research on the recognition differences for service evaluation between the customers and security screeners are needed.

외식 상품의 서비스 품질이 관광 만족도에 미치는 영향 평가 (An Evaluation on the Effect of Service Quality of Food Products on Tourist Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 외식 상품의 서비스 품질이 관광 만족도에 미치는 영향 평가에 대해서 분석하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석을 위해서 외식 상품의 서비스 품질은 유형성, 쾌적성, 신뢰성, 친절성, 보증성 요인으로 측정하였고, 외식 상품의 관광 만족도는 기대 효과, 구전 의향, 재구매 의도 요인으로 측정하였다. 외식 상품의 서비스 품질과 관광 만족도 간의 관련성을 검증하기 위하여 전체 120개의 조사 표본을 활용하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 외식 상품의 서비스 품질 특성에 기초하여 서비스 품질 유형을 도출하였다. 둘째, 외식 상품의 서비스 품질은 구매 행동의 만족도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 외식 상품의 서비스 품질 유형과 구매 행동 만족도 간의 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

보건 및 공업계열 학생의 실습만족도에 관한 비교 연구 (Satisfaction Level on Practice Lesson of Student in Health and Industry Departments.)

  • This research has been produced by asking 274 department of health students and 232 students majoring industrial department from 27. Aug. 1997 to 05. Sep. 1997 and the results are as follows. 1. Satisfaction level on the contents was good, as you see the department of health part's level was 3.22 and the industrial part's level 3.14. 2. Satisfaction level on the practice circumstances was of low, department of health part's level was 3.25 and the industrial part's level was 2.82. 3. Satisfaction level on the length of practice time was as follows: Department of health part's level was 3. 25 and the industrial part's level was 3.08. 4. Satisfaction level on the teaching skill during practice was totally different each other: Department of health part's level was 2.10 and the industrial part's level was 2.76. 5. Satisfaction level on the evaluation and personal relationship was as below. Evaluation-department of health part's level was 2. 57 and the industrial part's level was 3.17. Personal Relationship-department of health part's level was 2.60 and the industrial part's level was 3.15. 6. Total satisfaction level was as follow: department of health part's level was 2.74 and the industrial part's level was 3.04. The satisfaction level for the student of industrial part was higher them that of health part.

한라산국립공원 탐방객 만족요인 및 예측모형 분석 (Satisfaction Factors and Determinants of Visitors in Hallasan National Park, Korea)

  • 본 연구는 한라산국립 공원 탐방객들의 탐방 후 평가를 통하여 만족도, 만족요인과 예측모형 을 분석하여 실질적인 공원관리의 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 만족도에서는 위생시설의 청결성, 편익 및 안내시설의 부족 등이 가장 불만족요인으로 나타났고, 만족요인으로는 '경상적 탐방관리요인'이 기여율 46.8%로 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 만족도 예측모형에 있어서는 위생시설부족, 쓰레기문제, 교통시설 안전성 등이 만족도에 영향을 미치는 예측모형을 만들었다.
