패션 기업의 윤리경영을 위한 혁신시스템 Module 개발: 소비자와 업체인의 윤리의식을 중심으로 (Innovation System Module for Ethics Management of Fashion Industry: Focused on Ethics Values between Consumers and Entrepreneurs)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine effects of individual's ethics on corporation ethics and corporation ethics management and perception for corporation ethics management innovation system, and to compare consumers' and entrepreneurs' perceptions toward innovation system for ethics management in fashion industry. The subject used for this study were 260 subjects (117 consumer and 143 entrepreneurs). For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlations, Cronbach's alpha, regression, and t-test were used. As the results, first, ethic values on idealism and machiavellism significantly influenced on the business ethics. Business ethics also affected on business ethics management. In addition, business ethics management influenced on perception for ethics management innovation system. Finally, there were significant differences between consumers and entrepeneurs on perceptions toward innovation system for ethics management. Based on these results, prevention marketing strategies of counterfeit goods would be provided.

  • Until now, Capitalism Problem are reported by many literature and are recognized which problem cannot be leave this matter unsettled. Global organization who suggest Ethics Management to solving Capitalism Problem. Global Excellence Enterprise who already use Ethics Management, well know Ethics Management are power Competitive factor for Enterprise to survive. It is firstly necessary to apply Ethics Management in Our country that is Appraisal Model for Ethics Management. In this paper, we suggest Appraisal Model for Ethics Management and apply to enterprise of middle standing.

외식산업의 윤리경영에 대한 종사원의 인식 연구 (A Study on the Recognition on Ethics Management of Employees in the Foodservice Industry)

  • The objective of this study was to analyze the actual situation of ethics management in foodservice industry and its employees’ recognition on corporate ethics management. Self-administrated questionnaires were completed by 342 employees, and the data were analyzed by frequency, chi-square, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The results showed that the employees consider the corporate ethics management to be very important and it has been much more improved in foodservice industry. However, they are still skeptical about the continuous and consistent practice of ethics management. In addition, the survey revealed that the ethics management was regarded to be critically important to improve the value and the culture of the corporation. It also showed that the recognition of the improvement of ethics management in foodservice industry has been affected by the work environment of the whole society too. The result concluded that the taking the initiative by CEO is the most important factor for introducing the ethics management, while the propagation of ethics management requires the volition of the employees inside the corporation.

IT서비스 기업의 윤리 수준과 혁신 경영 성과 (The Business Ethics and Innovation Management Performance of IT Service Firm's in Korea)

  • This paper discussed about business ethics and innovation management performance of IT service firms in Korea. To prove empirically the research hypothesis, the statistical analysis was based on the response from the 92 IT Service firms in Korean. As analysis results, it was found that the business ethics of organizations were the effect factors of the innovation management performance. And the knowledge competency and creativity are confirmed as a mediator between the business ethics and innovation management performance. So this paper suggests that business ethics in organizations are the important factor for enhancement of IT service firm's innovation performance. Specially the mediation effects of knowledge competency and creativity variables were proved empirically for the relation between the business ethics and innovation management performance. So it is desirable that knowledge-based service firms, for example IT service firms, have to strive to upgrade their level of business ethics and to link with their creativity and knowledge competency.

  • The results of this study are as follows. 1. The essential qualities of marketing ethics are that the processes which commodities and services are transferred to consummers should be made equally after they are produced. 2. The ethics of marketing management are come up with in the fields of the managements of purchasing, distribution, sales and advertising. 3. The ethics of purchasing, distribution, sales, advertising is that each management activities should be done honestly. 4. The ethics of marketing research includes the right of examiners and examinees, the attitudes of research ethics, marketing ethics platforms. 5. The right of examiners and examinees should be respected, and research attitudes should be based on conscientiousness. 6. The enactment of marketing ethics platform and the education about marketing ethics are necessary in order to keep the high level of marketing ethics.

  • 본 연구는 기업의 윤리경영이 기업성과에 영향을 주고 있는지를 논리적으로 규명하고 이를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 윤리경영의 측정은 2004년부터 2009년까지 6년간 한국경제정의 연구소에서 발표된 윤리경영지수(KEJI지수)가 측정된 기업을 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 윤리경영은 기업성과인 ROA에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데 이는 윤리경영을 더 잘 수행하는 기업들이 더 좋은 경제적 성과를 거둔다는 기존연구결과를 지지하는 결과이다. 둘째, 윤리경영이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 있어 기업 지배구조의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 학문적으로는 윤리경영을 통한 명성효과(reputation effect)와 다시 이것이 기업성과에 영향을 주는 새로운 이론적 관점을 시사하고 있다고 볼 수 있을 것이다. 또한 실무적으로는 윤리경영을 강화하는 사회적 흐름에 대하여 비단, 사회적 활동만을 강화하는 것만이 아니라 그 배경의 윤리경영에 대한 중요성과 영향력을 인식하여 기업성과를 높이기 위해서는 윤리경영에 맞는 변화가 선행되어야 하는 점을 시사하고 있다.

패션업체의 기업윤리와 윤리경영에 대한 대학생의 인식조사 - KOBEX를 중심으로 - (College Students' Perception toward Business Ethics and Ethics Management in Fashion Industry - Focusing on KOBEX -)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine consumers' perception toward business ethics and ethics management in fashion industry. Subjects were 236 women in age from 20 to 28 years old in Seoul for this study. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Pearson's Correlations, t-test, and ANOVA were used. As the results, business ethics had 2 factors; 'IMBE(Importance of Business Ethics)' and 'INBE(Interest of BE)', while ethics management encompassed 5 factors such as 'ethics management evaluation', 'healthy industry environment', 'environment task', 'fair business system', and 'customer convenience'. There were statistically differences between men and women in IMBE and INBE. That is, generally, women had higher scores on both than men. Also, subjects in business major had higher scores on IMBE and INBE than those in other majors. Finally, seniors and juniors tend to have higher scores on IMBE and INBE than freshman and sophomore subjects. Based on these results, fashion marketing strategies would be suggested.
