신도시 친환경 주거단지조성을 위한 소음저감 대책방안 (Noise Reduction Method for Environment Friendly Housing Estate)

  • For housing estate of a new administrative capital city, Noise reduction method is a important design factor. As measuring a noise level of traffic noise according to separation from road, it can be created a quite housing estate. Analyzing of merits and demerits in sound barrier walls and tunnels can be proposed environment friendly soundproofing facilities. Number of measurement was performed to know what kind of layout of housing estate is good for noise reduction. Through this measurement, ㄷ shaped layout or parallel layout has the advantage of sound insulation rather than right angled layout. In this case (ㄷ shaped layout or parallel layout) buildings neighboring to the road should be designed to insulate sound. Evergreen trees should be planted between housing estate and road more than 30m (at least 7~8m) in order to reduce noise and have masking effects. If broad-leaved trees are planted more than 30m, approximately 10dB noise is reduced and 2~4dB if 7~8m. Roads in the estate should be designed considering pedestrians first, and special roads for moving and ambulance should be designed as skew road, if possible. The result shows that 15$^{\circ}$-sloped‘S’road reduces 1~2dB noise and 30$^{\circ}$-sloped road reduces 4~7dB. If noise barrier is inevitably installed, it should be designed to go well wit neighboring environment so as to install Environment Friendly Noise Barrier using materials and trees including wood and soil. Through this study the results are used to guideline for construction of environment friendly housing estate

  • The use of road cutters in the maintenance of obsolete underground facilities maintains polluting dust, cutting sludge, etc, polluting the air environment, soil, and water, causing civil complaints caused by noise, and consequently interrupting work. Therefore, it is time for eco-friendly pavement cutting technology for fugitive dust and cutting sludge emission management and noise management. This study was based on research by the development of eco-friendly pavement cutting technology in urban areas. In this study, the current state of existing road cutters is investigated and the patented technology analysis of road cutters is conducted to derive the design elements of eco-friendly pavement cutting technology.

노인의 관점에서 본 동네환경의 노인친화도 - 도시지역과 농촌지역의 비교연구 - (The Age-friendly Degree of Neighborhood Environment in aspects of the Aged - A Comparative Study of Urban Area and Rural Area -)

  • As the aging society is globally increasing, the guide for the aged-friendly city is suggested by WHO and many cities are preparing to meet with it. The base of this guide for an age-friendly city is an active aging. This study examined how degree the neighborhood environment is age-friendly from older persons' standpoints. The data were collected through the interview with old persons who aged more than 65 years, 117 persons in an urban area and 110 ones in a rural area. The age-friendly degree of neighborhood environment was examined from two aspects. One is how close 12 neighborhood facilities were from the elderly's houses. Another one is how degree the elderly were considered in 4 areas: pedestrian road, traffic, the amount of housing for the elderly, and space layouts of their houses. Findings were as follows. First, the elderly related neighborhood facilities in urban area were closer located to old persons' houses than in rural area, except the senior center. Second, in case of the age-friendly degree of their neighborhood environments, the space layout of house was the highest, and then traffic, pedestrian road, and the amount of housing for the elderly, in order. The consideration degree of wheelchair users was the lowest. Third, the age-friendly degree of pedestrian road, traffic, and room layout of house in rural area were higher than in urban area. However, the amount of housing for the elderly in urban area was higher than in rural area.

국내 도로노선의 친환경도 평가 분석 (Assessment of Environment - Friendly Degree in Road routes)

  • 본 연구에서는 노선선정과정에서 정량적으로 환경성을 평가할 수 있는 방법에 대한 각종 제도 및 문헌을 고찰해 보고, 이를 바탕으로 도로노선의 정량적 환경성 평가 방법을 제안하였으며 이를 국내에 계획된 도로노선에 적용하여, 국내도로에 대한 친환경성을 평가하였다. 이에 따라 중부권, 강원권, 남부권의 지역별 사례구간을 선정하고 제안된 환경성 평가방법을 수행하였다. 그 결과 각 지역별 사례구간의 해당 지역에 대한 환경점수대의 분포가 다양하게 나타남을 확인하였다. 또한 각 노선의 환경적인 정도를 나타낼 수 있도록 해당지역의 환경영향 최소화 경로를 생성한 후 이를 기준으로 각 노선의 친환경도를 분석하였다. 그 결과 지역의 환경적 민감도가 큰 지역 즉, 높은 점수대가 많은 지역인 강원권에 설계된 노선의 친환경도가 가장 낮게 분석된 결과를 볼 수 있었다.

철도건설의 환경적 가치평가연구 (An Appraisal of Environmental Value of Railroad Construction)

  • In spite of numerous advantages in railroads such as mass transportation, high reliability, and environmental soundness etc., the value of railroad construction is relatively underestimated compared to road. This is because the current method of evaluation focuses mainly on economic effect. In this study, considering recent research results, the environmental value of railroad construction was assessed by calculating the effect of reduction of emissions and water contamination. With these two benefits, the environmental effect produced by railroads and road construction was calculated and compared to each other using EMME/3. As a result, the senario 4 which considers 'Hot/Cold start' condition and water contamination had highest benefits. Furthermore, the environmental effect produced by railroad is 55~101% higher than road construction. If the suggested method is used in the current appraisal system, the environment-friendly mode like railway would be highly valued, much more than before.

  • 자연환경의 가치와 보존의 중요성이 점차 증대되고 있으며, 각종 건설사업에서 환경보존과 개발의 충돌이 야기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 환경파괴의 최소화를 위해 고정밀 3차원 지형공간 데이터를 도로 설계에 활용하는 방안과, 식생정보의 생태학적 도로 설계에의 활용 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 완공된 도로와 주변 환경의 시뮬레이션을 통하여 겨울철 노면의 결빙위험, 직광위험을 분석하였으며, 경관분석을 통해 친환경적인 도로설계 지원방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

  • 우리나라는 경제개발과 물류 유통의 증대를 위해 사회기반시설인 도로에 막대한 투자를 하고 있다. 이로 인해 생태적 보전가치가 있는 지역의 훼손과 생태계의 파편화, 생활환경의 악화 등의 환경적 문제가 야기되고 있다. 본 연구는 도로 건설로 인한 환경훼손을 사전에 방지하거나 최소화할 수 있도록 도로건설계획의 기본구상과 노선선정 단계에서 적용 가능한 계획지표를 도출하였다. 이를 위해 도로와 관련된 행정규칙과 전략환경영향평가서 검토의견, 기존 연구보고서 등을 분석하였으며, 선정된 계획지표에 대한 적용사례를 조사하였다. 또한 도출된 지표를 도로건설계획에 효율적 합리적으로 적용 평가하기 위한 방법으로 대안 평가를 제안하였으며, 대안 평가 시 계획지표에 대한 환경영향을 판단할 수 있는 기준을 마련하고 사례에 적용하였다. 이번 연구결과는 과거의 도로건설계획에 대한 친환경성 지표를 보완하고 계획지표의 합리적 적용을 위한 방안과 계획지표의 영향 여부 판단기준을 마련했다는 측면에서 의의가 있다.

친환경 도로노선의 재해위험도 평가시스템 개발 (Development of Disaster Risk Analysis System for Environment Friendly Road)

  • PURPOSES: This study is to investigate the consideration which relates with a disaster from route alignment process and proposed the method it will be able to evaluate a disaster danger fixed quantity. METHODS: Use the landslide disaster probabilistic map of GIS based and in about landslide occurrence of the route alignment at the time of neighboring area after evaluating a risk fixed quantity, it compared LCC expense in about each alternative route. It developed the system it will be able to analyze a LCC and a disaster risk in about the alternative route. In order to verify a risk analytical algorithm and the system which are developed it selected national road 59 lines on the demonstrative route and it analyzed a disaster risk. RESULTS: Demonstrative route not only the disaster risk to be it will be able to compare a disaster risk fixed quantity like the economical efficiency degree in compliance with LCC expense productions it compared and there being the designer will be able to decide the alternative route, it confirmed. CONCLUSIONS: Roads can be designed by considering occurs repeatedly landslides and debris flow caused by disasters in advance and expect to be able to effect that can reduce the overall cost to recover losses caused by the disaster, and temporally loss is expected.

친환경 임도포장공법 개발을 위한 기초연구 (Basic Study on Development of Forest Road Pavement Using Eco-Friendly Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 친환경고화재와 자연토, 물을 혼합하여 포설한 후 다짐장비를 이용하여 지반을 고결시키는 임도포장공법에 대한 기초연구를 수행하였다. 포장체의 목표강도는 2.0MPa로 설정하였고 고화재의 혼합비, 자연토의 종류, 양생기간별로 공시체를 제작하여 일축압축강도특성과 내구성을 평가하였다. 일축압축강도시험은 동일한 혼합비의 시멘트를 혼합한 공시체와 친환경고화재를 혼합한 공시체를 제작하여 강도를 비교하였으며, 내구성 평가를 위한 시험은 표면마모시험, 유수저항성 시험 등을 수행하였다. 또한, 임도의 특성상 탐방객들도 이용이 가능하므로 보행만족도를 평가하기 위하여 쇠구슬과 골프공을 이용한 SB, GB시험을 수행하였다.
