The purpose of this research was educational needs of experts for revitalizing youth entrepreneurship education and creating effective conditions for such education. The subjects of the survey were chosen 100 teachers who had participated in entrepreneurship-related professional training for teachers were selected and surveyed. A total of 100 questionnaires were collected, of which 92 (92.00%) were used for the analysis. Eight were excluded as they were not properly answered. As for the used survey tool, a total of 8 areas and 30 items were derived from the review of the literature, and the validity of the contents was examined through expert meetings. The data were analyzed using the SPSS (ver. 20.0) statistical program. The analysis was conducted in terms of the required competency level, perceived competency level and educational needs. As for the used analytical methods, first, the averages of the required competency level and perceived competency level were calculated and the education needs were calculated using Borich's formula, and then the averages were compared through paired t-test. The results turned out to be statistically significant (p<.000). The details are as follows: As a result of the calculation of the educational needs the educational needs in all areas turned out to be very high with the average being 4.94 points, which indicates that the teachers strongly feel the need for educational strengthening in relation to entrepreneurship. These results show that all the educational conditions such as entrepreneurship-related curriculum, teacher professionalism, educational environment, educational support and the perception among school community members are insufficient in the current school settings. For the improvement of the current status, the education conditions in the following areas should be improved: the cooperation from school community members including principals, teacher support such as an exclusive responsibility teacher system, the development of an entrepreneurship curriculum, the securing of teacher professionalism through the implementation of the curriculum, teacher training support for the enhancement of their professionalism and the provision of educational environment and facilities. For enhancing the perception of parents and society regarding entrepreneurship, it is necessary to establish the precise concept of entrepreneurship and promote it based on such work.
This paper aims to examine structural relationship between startup programs aided by university what reflected in GEM(Global Entrepreneurship Monitor) model and was establishing entrepreneurial intention of current university students. Total of 364 suitable sample data were used to empirical analysis hypotheses. The results of the hypothesis test through analysis of the structural model are summarized as follows. First, among the factors of universities' startup support programs, entrepreneurial education, entrepreneurial consulting, R&D transfer, and entrepreneurial culture has a positive effect on recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities. Second, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial consulting has a positive influence on entrepreneurship. Third, the parameters of entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurship positively influences on entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, University should support entrepreneurial education, R&D transfer, entrepreneurial consulting and makes entrepreneurial culture intensely for vitalizing university students entrepreneurial intention.

This paper describes the intent of learners to acquire university education, the basis for selecting study courses, the means to assess the quality of higher education, what the challenges faced by the learners are, as well as suggestions for improvement. The design and system thinking approach has been adapted to address the well-being issues of B40 young people in Bangladesh, through understanding their need, followed by building conceptual business models using modeling tools, i.e., Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) model. The main objective of this paper is to investigate the contribution and the role of a Malaysian University to solve problems of quality of higher education in Bangladesh and what initiatives should be taken to overcome this problem. This paper offers a validated conceptual Malaysian University of the Future (UotF) business model with the focus on international community engagement programs to help Bangladeshi students to acquire knowledge, abilities, skills, and values toward developing a harmonious and sustainable society. The contribution of this paper is the presentation of a conceptual, validated business model in both BMC and VPC formats. This conceptual business model can further be applied to civic engagement operations by other universities.

Human Human species run into a blind alley due to abnormal weather and climates everywhere in global village. Human beings are helpless against the nature and might begin to learn humbleness just now. However, humans cannot attribute current abnormal weather and climates to only natural phenomenon because we have never been affectionate to global environments sufficiently up to now that results in running into this blind alley. At this point, the only thing that humans can do is to love and care for the earth more. ESG is an emerging topic to cope with this issue and practice of ESG will be the pending mission for the next generation. In this research, 'active participatory learning program for ESG practice' is designed by 'connecting ESG with Entrepreneurship' through over 20 years of experienced current teachers in elementary and junior·senior high school, professors in university and field experts in education. Analysis of learning effectiveness before and after the implementation of education program showed meaningful result in elementary and junior·senior high school. Thus, I would like to suggest a proposal based on concerns about 'What should we do to overcome the global crisis?" by paying attention to ESG from elementary school.

The mentoring program, conducted as part of an entrepreneurship education program by the Business Incubator, has been acknowledged to help entrepreneurs feel less anxious and fearful of embarking on new business endeavors and the possibility of failure and gain a positive view toward starting new businesses. For this reason, the investment into and the contents of the program have been reinforced. Accordingly, this study aims to examine the effects of mentoring functions on the improvement of the entrepreneurial mindset of young entrepreneurs and verify the moderating effect of the start-up preparation period between the mentoring functions and start-up competence as a means to analyze the interaction effect of the business start-up preparation period between the mentoring functions and entrepreneurship. For the purpose of this study, the SPSS 18.0 statistical program was used to perform validity, reliability and hierarchical factor analyses of the survey data obtained from 156 subjects, who took part in the entrepreneurship mentoring program. The results of the analyses showed that the mentoring functions had a positive impact on the progressiveness and risk-taking aspects of entrepreneurship and a negative impact on innovativeness. On the other hand, the business start-up preparation period had a significant moderating effect between the mentoring functions and the progressiveness and risk-taking aspects. Based on these results, it was deemed that while the mentoring functions efficiently improved the progressive and risk-taking characteristics of potential entrepreneurs, they were not efficient in improving their innovativeness. Also, the application of the entrepreneurship mentoring program according to the start-up preparation period had an interaction effect in which the progressiveness and risking-taking aspects of entrepreneurship were improved. Based on these findings, a proposal was made in regard to the development of a tailored mentoring program that reflects the various characteristics of the entrepreneurs and their start-up preparation periods as a means to improve their entrepreneurial mindset.

Now many Entrepreneurship education contents and Entrepreneurship mentoring programs are being provided for pre-entrepreneur. Especially, Entrepreneurship mentoring programs's importance to ease off these fear and anxiety is recognized and Mentoring program's part and contents are being enhanced in Entrepreneurship education content. In this study, the influence of Entrepreneurship mentoring program to young and brilliant entrepreneur who wants to start a business will be explained. The function of Entrepreneurship mentoring to improvement of entrepreneurial capability will be anaylzed and by using the function of Entrepreneurship mentoring and entrepreneurial capability, the moderating effect of start-up preliminary period and start-up aim period is examined. The results of as regression analysis, the study found out the function of Entrepreneurship mentoring has a positive significant influence with entrepreneurial capability which means technological competence and creativity competence. For the moderating effect of start-up preliminary period and start-up aim period, it is found out that the effect does not have a significant influence on the function of Entrepreneurship mentoring and also technological competence, but on creativity competence, significant influence was found. However, after looking at the moderating effect that is considered to be related to entrepreneurial capability, for the function of mentoring only the effect on start-up preliminary period.

This study is supposed to grasp how The Entrepreneurship education(BizCool) that has been set as an example since April, 2002 has changed the Vocational high school students' perception of values or courses and then as the result of it, to get the early outcome of The Bizcool. The extent of the model schools mainly concentrated in the industrial and commercial department has to be spreaded to the students of various departments. In addition, diversification of the teaching material would be able to support the accomplishment of the suitable The Bizcool. The effectiveness of The Bizcool has been proven in various parts today, so its application is being magnified gradually. Also it is expected that many schools will adopt this program from now on. The Bizcool that has been executed to enhance the vision and self-confidence of the vocational high school students for their foundation, needs first of all, persistent support, investment and administration, and through these processes it will contribute to change the awareness about social unemployment problems and the vocational high schools.
North Korean defectors are experiencing economic hardship due to the prolonged COVID-19 outbreak. In order to solve this problem, interest in starting a business is increasing. This study targeted the current and previous government, and discovered major topics through text mining of news data on North Korean defector starting a business to examine the start-up support policies according to the keynote of the present regime. Additionally, key factors for successful start-ups were derived through interviews with North Korean defectors who have done them. As a result of the analysis, it is necessary to focus on women and the youth, and to actively expand specialized entrepreneurship education and financial support for North Korean defectors. In addition, it was confirmed that there is a need for a practical and continuous entrepreneurship education program.

Experiential social entrepreneurship education offers participants opportunities for active engagement in social entrepreneurial activities. Highlighting the significance of psychosocial experiences within the program, this study examines work meaningfulness discovered in this process as the antecedent to forming social entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, drawing on social cognitive career theory that emphasizes the role of agency in career decisions, we propose social entrepreneurial self-efficacy as the underlying mechanism and social class as the moderating factor in the relationship between work meaningfulness and social entrepreneurial intention formation. The propositions were tested with a two-wave survey dataset collected among 145 university students taking part in an experiential social entrepreneurship program in South Korea. Our results indicate that work meaningfulness positively affects social entrepreneurial self-efficacy, which subsequently promotes social entrepreneurial intention. Moreover, when participants' social class, measured by either household income or perceived rank, is lower, the positive effect of work meaningfulness on social entrepreneurial self-efficacy as well as intention is amplified. Theoretically, these findings shed light on the crucial role of work meaningfulness in strengthening potential entrepreneurs' agency in the domain of social entrepreneurship, particularly for those from lower classes. Practically, we provide guidelines for designing an inclusive experiential social entrepreneurship program that allows participants to find meaningfulness by realizing their strengths and justifying their prosocial contribution.

In spite of magnificent growth of The startup education in terms of volumes and varieties, Theoric bases and logics of startup education design are not sufficient and vulnerable. The major reasons of these situations are caused not only by the facts that the startup education has been prepared by the governmental needs but also by the objective in short term period. Considering the fact that the startup educations are also one of classical education itself, it should be adopted the proper education paradigm on its program design. Especially it should be considered of basic education component in startup education design such as education supplier (educator, teacher), education demander (student, educator himself) and education program. In this research, we has reviewed andn proposed efficient design directions and practical strategies for the efficient startup education programs.
