In this paper, we investigate the inter-organizational information systems effect to supply chain partnerships, and subsequently to the performance. The conceptual model for the causal relationships among interorganizational systems usage, interaction, partnership, and supply chain performances has been developed. Theoretical framework is based on the partnership research in relationship marketing area, and the interaction model from IMP group. The questionnaires are designed to test the hypotheses of the conceptual model. The survey result supports our hypotheses that collaborative IT effects to increase the interaction between the firms, and interaction causes to enhance the partnership quality. Also, the level of partnership shows strong positive correlation with the supply chain performances. Despite the limitations of collected sample data size, our study reveals the fact that inter-organizational information systems contribute to supply chain performance through enhancing the interaction and partnership level between the supply chain partners. Our research result is distinct from the most extant literatures that investigated the firm's collaboration impact on interorganizational systems usage.

This paper aims to empirically explore how the partnership between the two industries influences on the satisfaction of ship management companies. In addition, this paper intends to provide relevant information to enhance the competitiveness of ship repair companies by revealing the causalities of variations consisting of the partnership between ship management companies and ship repair companies. It revealed what characteristics are embedded in the partnership between ship management companies, and how the consisting factors of this partnership influences on satisfaction throughout prior factors. And this paper explored the variables that influence on the satisfaction of ship repair companies.

The classical IT-Outsourcing studies have focused on the factors which a company decides for the IT-Outsourcing strategy. But the main concerns of recent researches are more about the Critical Success Factors determining the Success of the IT-Outsourcing service. Especially, the factors, which enhance the level of Success during and after the implementation of IT-Outsourcing services, are the main field of the recent researches. The study about the Partnership between Outsourcer and Outsourcee are also one of the most frequently researched themes. The result of these studies shows us that the "Reliability" and "Communication" are the main factors for the successful partnership. In this paper we try to find out how the IT-Outsourcing factors (independent variable) have influenced on the Success of IT-Outsourcing strategy (dependent variable) with 4 kinds of parameters. These moderate variables are the 4-types of Partnership by FORT, that is, "Support", "Reliance", "Alignment" and "Alliance".

Purpose: To identify the relationship between emotional labor, self-efficacy, and partnership with parents in nurses working at children's hospital, and to examine the factors that influence partnership of nurses with parents. Methods: Participants were 208 nurses working at nine children's hospitals in D and G metropolitan cities in J province. Data were collected using structured self-report questionnaires. Results: Partnership with parents showed a significant positive correlation with emotional labor (r=.43, p<.001) and self-efficacy (r=.47, p<.001). Furthermore, emotional labor and self-efficacy had influence on partnership with parents. The total explanatory power of this model was of 31.4%. Conclusion: Considering that children's parents and other family members usually stay with them in hospitals, a concrete system needs to be developed to manage the emotional labor of nurses. Ultimately, direct and indirect intervention programs, with emotional labor and self-efficacy at the core, should be developed and implemented to enhance the partnership of nurses and parents.

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the influence of self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, and nurse-parent partnership on the nursing competency of pediatric nurses. Methods: This study recruited 114 pediatric nurses working in one tertiary general hospital and two general hospitals in the city. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires from August 26 to September 16, 2019, and were analyzed using the statistical package IBM SPSS 22.0. Results: Statistically significant correlations were found between self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, nurse-parent partnership, and nursing competency. The nursing competency of these nurses was affected by significant predictors such as emotional intelligence, nurse-parent partnership, work duration in pediatrics, and self-efficacy. These variables explained 60.6% of nursing competency of pediatric nurses. Conclusion: To improve the nursing competency of pediatric nurses, we should develop an intervention that can enhance the nurses' emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and nurse-parent partnership. Furthermore, greater consideration of nursing careers is needed.

It was maintained that successful establishment and accomplishment of outsourcing might be possible only when those eating-out companies re-establish their concept of management strategy, identify core competencies through value-chain analysis, make a through cost analysis, select cooperative companies via overall screening, expand the area of outsourcing, enhance partnership to improve service quality, harmonize bilateral organization culture, remove the ambiguity of contract terms, protect core competencies of the rest area, continue with evaluation and control, and spinoff or invest to a new specialized business. Then, it was suggested that highway rest area business construct the core competencies and introduce outsourcing from a future-oriented viewpoint so that they can concentrate the competencies to competitive area and expand outsourcing scope to professional area such as finance and accounting, general affairs, personnel affairs, logistics, marketing, and R&D. They need to make out the problem of productivity reduction resulted from many years working employee's old age, refine human resource, and maintain the standards of skill so that they can improve service quality of the rest area, streamline each organization currently having so a large manpower, reduce manpower, and improve the productivity.

본 연구는 아동병동에 입원한 환아 어머니와 간호사의 파트너십과 환아 어머니의 불안 및 간호의 질 인식을 조사하고 입원아동 어머니의 불안과 간호의 질 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위해 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료수집은 2015년 9월 21일부터 10월 4일까지 경남 지역의 일개 종합병원 아동병동에 입원 한 환아 어머니를 대상으로 자가보고형 설문지를 사용하여 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 18.0을 사용하여 기술통계와 t-검정, ANOVA 및 다중 회귀 분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 입원횟수와 비뇨생식기계 질환 및 기타질환과 환아 어머니와 간호사의 파트너십이 환아 어머니의 불안에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 입원횟수와 환아 어머니와 간호사의 파트너십이 간호의 질 인식에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 입원 아동 어머니의 불안을 낮추고 간호사와의 파트너십 및 간호의 질 향상을 위한 간호 중재 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구와 나아가 아동간호 실무에서 아동의 주 간호 제공자인 어머니와의 긍정적 파트너십 형성과 간호의 질 인식 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

The purpose of this study is to identify effect in how urban garden is run by different operators in Korea, and consequently how it determines the level of community formation among urban garden users. Based on this analysis, the study is intended to present some points as to how to better manage urban garden. The operators are divided into three types: public, public-private partnership and private. The study interviewed each operating entity and surveyed garden users to gauge the extent to which communities are developed. After the ANOVA analysis and Scheffe post-hoc analysis, it was found that the levels of community formation among users of public and public-private partnership urban gardens were similar (so can be grouped together), whereas that of private urban garden users was higher (separated as another group). However, this study found no meaningful differences in the level of community formation among all types of urban garden in a local community. Some key suggestions are made as a result. First, as for the public and public-private partnership types of urban garden, it is necessary to foster leaders to build a community. Next, it is worth noting the potential of public-private partnership in realizing community revival through urban garden. The last suggestion is that, generally, the urban garden has only little influence on community formation in a local area so far, thus more practical consideration needs to be given to enhance the role of urban garden in a local community.

Leaving the legacies of the Cold War and other difficulties behind them, South Korea and China are building up their successful strategic cooperative partnership, moving forward toward through the development of new economic exchanges and diplomatic cooperation between the two countries, and this process is expected to gain momentum during 2015. 2015 is the third year since President Park of South Korea and President Xi of China came into office, and also the first year they have begun to implement the many declarations and promises which they have made within the context of the strategic cooperative partnership. The two nations share a common cultural heritage, and their governments should take this opportunity to leverage their partnership to enhance their economies and to improve their people's quality of life, especially for the younger generation. At a summit held in July 2014, the two leaders agreed to launch a working-level group on maritime boundary delimitation. The first meeting took place on January 29, 2015, and addressed issues of Exclusive Economic Zones (EEZs) and continental shelves in the Yellow Sea, which has an area of about 380,000 ㎢. It is greatly to be hoped that the 2015 maritime boundary delimitation meeting between South Korea and China will not impair the future of bilateral relations, but rather will improve their prospects. South Korea and China must take the opportunity to secure a definitive delimitation of their maritime boundary; their strategic cooperative partnership is in good order and China is currently taking a somewhat more flexible stance on the ECS and the SCS, so an agreement on boundaries will serve as a useful model for regional maritime cooperation.

본 연구는 선사와 항만관련서비스업체간의 파트너십이 항만관련서비스 기업의 서비스 품질과 해운기업의 거래만족 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하였으며, 파트너십과 서비스 품질에 대한 상호의존성의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 해운선사와 항만관련서비스업체 사이의 파트너십 결정요인으로 커뮤니케이션, 정보공유, 상호신뢰 3개 요인을 설정하였으며, 항만관련사업체의 서비스품질은 정시성, 전문성, 서비스 가치의 3개 요인으로 확인되었다. 가설검증 결과, 파트너십의 상호신뢰와 정보공유는 서비스품질에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 커뮤니케이션은 부(-)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 파트너십과 서비스품질 사이에 커뮤니케이션${\times}$상호의존성의 상호작용효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 항만관련서비스 업체의 서비스품질은 해운선사와의 거래만족과 재구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 거래만족이 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 항만관련서비스업체의 서비스 품질은 그 창출과정에서 선사와 항만관련 서비스업체간의 긴밀한 상호작용과 협력적 관계에 의해서 그 질적 수준이 결정되므로, 항만관련서비스업체는 해운선사와의 상호이해에 바탕을 둔 활발한 커뮤니케이션과 이에 따른 정보공유 그리고 상호신뢰 관계의 협력적 파트너십을 형성하여야 할 것이다. 이러한 파트너십 구축을 통한 서비스 품질향상을 위한 노력으로 해운선사와 항만관련서비스업체 쌍방이 의존적인 관계에서 상호 win-win할 수 있는 시너지 효과를 창출해 나갈 수 있을 것이다.
