This study is to establish a national vision of the hydrogen economy and design a roadmap to materialize it. A goal is set to supply 15% of final energy consumption with hydrogen energy in Korea by 2040. Selecting the transportation sorter as the main target, more than 50% of vehicles on the road will be replaced with fuel cell vehicles (FCVs) while $20{\sim}30%$ of electricity demand in the residential and commercial sectors might be replaced with power generation by fuel cells. If this goals were attained as planned, primary energy demand would be reduced by 9%, resulting in improved energy mix in which fossil fuel consumption is greatly reduced whereas renewable energy increases by 47%. Furthermore, GHG emissions will be reduced by 20% and self-sufficiency in energy is enhanced up to 23%. If the hydrogen economy is to materialize, the government needs to implement institutional arrangements such as new legislations, organizations, and fiscal measures to facilitate the process. In addition, the private sector's participation is highly recommended to mobilize fund needed for the huge investment to build an infrastructure in preparation for the hydrogen economy. Arrangements for codes and standards are also required to promote industrialization of fuel cells and hydrogen production and consumption.

Recently, BIM proliferates at high speeds so that BIM planning is trying to be used in various kinds of engineering. However, when using different software during design phase and construction phase, the problem of mutual compatibility is coming out. Even the BIM technology has been used or the practical applicability has been made into result, it would be fair to say that BIM has limitations in the visual level. In this research, it is meaningless to obtain the BIM result as the primary purpose. As the usefulness of it is judged incomplete, we committed to master the trend and problems of terrain spatial information systems and BIM. Furthermore, the plan of building the BIM in the civil field, especially the civil-BIM based on the technology ofterrain spatial information has been presented. It can be judged through this research that the high-capacity DB of BIM occurred during the whole process may cause poor performance of the following stage the structure system which connects the terrain spatial information and civil-BIM. In order to manage the optimal full cycle, the spatial analysis technology of the stages after choosing the DB has been described.
In this paper, we have designed an integrated triplexer which is the basic component for a FTTH(Fiber To The Home) system which can transmit CATV and voice/data at the same time in a single fiber. The integrated triplexer can be fabricated with a novel technique of "Micro-Block Stacking (MBS)" method which automatically aligns the optical components in the optical beam pass using accurate ceramic holders. We analyze the displacement of the optical focus according to the tolerances of the component dimensions and the assembly process using code V simulator. For the transmitter, the most serious shift of the focal points is caused by the displacements of the LD spot. So the focal point moves up to $72{\mu}m$ from the center point for ${\pm}25{\mu}m$, ${\pm}25{\mu}m$, ${\pm}30{\mu}m$ displacements. For the receiver the most serious shift of the focal points is caused by the displacements of a 0.8mm ball lens (for the analog receiving part) and a micro ball lens (for the digital receiving part), and the focal point moves up to $55{\mu}$ for ${\pm}55{\mu}m$, ${\pm}5{\mu}m$, ${\pm}55{\mu}m$ micro ball lens displacements.

The Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI) has developed a safeguards technology for pyroprocessing based on the Safeguards-By-Design (SBD) concept. KAERI took part in a Member-State Support Program (MSSP) to establish a pyroprocessing safeguards approach. A Reference Engineering-scale Pyroprocessing Facility (REPF) concept was designed on which KAERI developed its safeguards system. Recently the REPF is being upgraded to the REPF+, a scaled-up facility. For assessment of the nuclear-material accountancy (NMA) system, KAERI has developed a simulation program named Pyroprocessing Material Flow and MUF Uncertainty Simulation (PYMUS). The PYMUS is currently being upgraded to include a Near-Real-Time Accountancy (NRTA) statistical analysis function. The Advanced Spent Fuel Conditioning Process Safeguards Neutron Counter (ASNC) has been updated as Non-Destructive Assay (NDA) equipment for input-material accountancy, and a Hybrid Induced-fission-based Pu-Accounting Instrument (HIPAI) has been developed for the NMA of uranium/transuranic (U/TRU) ingots. Currently, performance testing of Compton-suppressed Gamma-ray measurement, Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), and homogenization sampling are underway. These efforts will provide an essential basis for the realization of an advanced nuclear-fuel cycle in the ROK.
Recently, service-related products have gained more attention than general products on the existing social commerce sites. Based on the situation, the effect that the service quality of social commerce has on customer satisfaction was analyzed in this study. It is a study that analyzes how much the service quality affects the customer satisfaction after the purchase, targeting consumers who have made purchases of social commerce products. In the case of social commerce, it is well-known that the diversity and convenience of products have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Social commerce is currently being dumped beyond the 900 sites and dozens of cases of news, real-time searches of popular portal sites appeared not to be bored enough to related sites to drive the popularity coming quickly dug into our everyday lives of human beings. Yet the perception of social commerce seems not properly established because of the new concept was suddenly going to go through penetration without a collective interpretation and acceptance process. Most of the companies that often mimic the syoseol commerce is large, the blame did not depart from the forms of social shopping. We believe that personal and exhibit their skills and talents, and to wonder to see the social rather than the individuals who make unilateral companies.

Existing Semangeum's water balance analysis simplifies whole basin to single basin and achieved volume of effluence that produce by Kajiyama way to foundation. But Semangeum is complicated and various rice-wine strainer supply system. And there is difficulty to apply as elastic when water balance element is changed at free point. Divided to unit possession station for suitable water balance analysis model application to Semangeum in this study. And developed basin water balance model of GIS base that can do details analysis is bite about development and transfer of an appropriation in the budget of basin water resources. Achieved study including abstraction and concept design that use UML (unified modeling language) diagram for details analysis, stream network composition for rice-wine strainer supply system application, preprocessing of GIS base and postprocessing module development, model revision and verification etc. Support of this water balance analysis model is available to establish efficient water resources administration plan through outward flow process analysis of water resources. And support is considered to be possible in more convenient and, reasonable water resources administration way establishment by minimizing manual processing in systematic water resources government official to user and support diversified analysis system.

Recently, the demand of the large span structures has been increasing. The large span structures include such a large scaled structures such as: the shell structure, the space frame structure, the membrane structure and the cable structure, etc. The large span structures are supposed to be confirmed and issued carefully at the initial process of the design besides the construction engineering aspects because of the structural specific cause that should solve and accomodate those large and wide space without columns. In the field of the large span structure construction, the erection construction method has been regarded as a major affected aspects on the construction cost, construction term, and stability. In the field of the large span structure construction, there are various construction method and system could be applied depends on the condition of the construction site and other circumstances such a major construction method as: the element method, the block method, the sliding method, the lift-up method and complexed method, etc. In this study, as the case study of the erection construction method of the large span structures, after survey and study that those existing large span structures construction cases which had applied and adopted the election construction method and analysis and classify into the Uoups by the size, span, ceiling height, structural system in odor to supply and suggest the data for the enhancement and development in the field of the erection construction method as a efficient structural solution of the large span structure construction.

This paper proposes a high-performance in-loop filter in HEVC(High Efficiency Video Coding) encoder for Ultra HD video processing in real time. HEVC uses in-loop filter consisting of deblocking filter and SAO(Sample Adaptive Offset) to solve the problems of quantization error which causes image degradation. In the proposed in-loop filter encoder hardware architecture, the deblocking filter and SAO has a 2-level hybrid pipeline structure based on the $32{\times}32CTU$ to reduce the execution time. The deblocking filter is performed by 6-stage pipeline structure, and it supports minimization of memory access and simplification of reference memory structure using proposed efficient filtering order. Also The SAO is implemented by 2-statge pipeline for pixel classification and applying SAO parameters and it uses two three-layered parallel buffers to simplify pixel processing and reduce operation cycle. The proposed in-loop filter encoder architecture is designed by Verilog HDL, and implemented by 205K logic gates in TSMC 0.13um process. At 110MHz, the proposed in-loop filter encoder can support 4K Ultra HD video encoding at 30fps in realtime.

In this paper, we propose a monitoring system that starts with the supply of raw materials for threading, is processed into a lathe machine, and checks for defects of the product are automatically performed by the robot with Smart Factory technology through assembly and disassembly. Completion check according to the production instruction quantity and production instruction is made by checking the production status according to whether or not the raw material is worn by the displacement sensor, and checking the pitch and the contour of the processed female and male to determine OK and NG. The robotic system acts as a relay for loading and unloading of raw materials, pallet transfer, and overall process, and it acts as an intermediary for organically driving. The location information of the threaded products is collected by using the non-contact wireless tag and the energy saving system Production efficiency and utilization rate were checked. The environmental sensor collects the air-conditioning environment data (temperature, humidity), measures the temperature and humidity accurately, and checks the quality of product processing. It monitors and monitors the driving hazard level environment (overheating, humidity) of the product. Controls for CNC and robot module PLC as a heterogeneous system.

With rapid increasing the development and use of IoT Devices, requirements for safe IoT devices and services such as reliability, security are also increasing. In Security engineering, SDLC (Secure Development Life Cycle) is applied to make the trustworthy system. Secure Development Life Cycle has 4 big steps, Security requirements, Design, Implementation and Operation and each step has own goals and activities. Deriving security requirements, the first step of SDLC, must be accurate and objective because it affect the rest of the SDLC. For accurate and objective security requirements, Threat modeling is used. And the results of the threat modeling can satisfy the completeness of scope of analysis and the traceability of threats. In many countries, academic and IT company, a lot of researches about drawing security requirements systematically are being done. But in domestic, awareness and researches about deriving security requirements systematically are lacking. So in this paper, I described about method and process to drawing security requirements systematically by using threat modeling including DFD, STRIDE, Attack Library and Attack Tree. And also security requirements are described via Common Criteria for delivering objective meaning and broad use of them.
