장기간 대기오염 및 기상자료를 이용한 유효강수세정 기여율 회귀모델의 개발 및 유효성 검사 (Development and Validation Test of Effective Wet Scavenging Contribution Regression Models Using Long-term Air Monitoring and Weather Database)

  • This study used long-term air and weather data from 2000 to 2009 as raw data sets to develop regression models in order to estimate precipitation scavenging contributions of ambient $PM_{10}$ and $NO_2$ in Korea. The data were initially analyzed to calculate scavenging ratio (SR), defined as the removal efficiency for $PM_{10}$ and $NO_2$ by actual precipitation. Next, the effective scavenging contributions (ESC) with considering precipitation probability density were calculated for each sector of precipitation range. Finally, the empirical regression equations for the two air pollutants were separately developed, and then the equations were applied to test the model validity with the raw data sets of 2010 and 2011, which were not involved in the modeling process. The results showed that the predicted $PM_{10}$ ESC by the model was 23.8% and the observed $PM_{10}$ ESCs were 23.6% in 2010 and 24.0% in 2011, respectively. As for $NO_2$, the predicted ESC by the model was 16.3% and the observed ESCs were 16.4% in 2010 and 16.6% in 2011, respectively. Thus the developed regression models fitted quite well the actual scavenging contribution for both ambient $PM_{10}$ and $NO_2$. The models can then be used as a good tool to quantitatively apportion the natural and anthropogenic sink contribution in Korea. However, to apply the models for far future, the precipitation probability density function (PPDF) as a weather variable in the model equations must be renewed periodically to increase prediction accuracy and reliability. Further, in order to apply the models in a specific local area, it is recommended that the long-term oriented local PPDF should be inserted in the models.

친환경 브랜드 농산물 상품의 브랜드 가치 요인이 브랜드 만족, 신뢰, 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Environmentally-friendly Agricultural Product Brand Value on Brand Satisfaction, Trust and Loyalty)

  • Purpose - The objectives of this study are described as following. First, the study will establish the concept of Brand Values of Environmentally-friendly agricultural product through theoretical discussion. Second, it shows the effects of Environmentally-Friendly Agricultural Products brand value on Brand Satisfaction, Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty by empirical investigation. Third, in order to provide the methodology of brand development, literature regarding and questionnaire survey were used such as Environmentally-Friendly Agricultural Products Brand Value, Brand Satisfaction, Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty. Based up on the results, the research estimates consumers' relative priorities of Environmentally-Friendly Agricultural Products Brand Value factors in purchase. This research also suggests the consumer oriented new brand development and the progressive direction for the successful launching of Korean Environmentally-Friendly Agricultural Products Brand. Research design, data, and methodology - Because the relative literatures reviewed regarding not only each factor but also the relationships among them, Brand Value was categorized into 4 dimensions: Emotional, Social, Functional, and Epistemic Value. Then, Brand Loyalty was added as an outcome variable and Brand Satisfaction, Brand Trust were also added as mediators. The proposed research model and 13 hypotheses were created and 23 measurement items were developed. A face-to-face questionnaire survey with items concerning the Brand Value of Environmentally-Friendly Agricultural Products is conducted to housewives in metropolitan area in May 2016. Respondent answered about Brand Value, Brand Satisfaction, Brand Trust and Brand Loyalty in preferred Environmentally-Friendly Agricultural Products. 333 copies of the questionnaire were collected and analyzed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 20.0 to determine the reliability and validity of the measurements. Results - From the confirmatory factor analysis and a structural equation modeling, the outcomes of these studies were as follows; (1) Three Brand value dimensions, i.e. Emotional Value, Social Value, and Epistemic Value had a significant and positive impact on Brand Satisfaction, but Functional Value did not. (2) Social Value also had an impact on Brand Trust, (3) Brand Satisfaction significantly affected Brand Trust, and Brand Trust influenced on Brand Loyalty, and (4) Brand Satisfaction were perfectly effective in mediation between Emotional Value, Epistemic Value and Brand Trust, and it also partially mediated between Social Value and Brand Trust. Conclusions - According to the result of consumer research on Environmentally-Friendly Agricultural Product brand, 3 dimensions of brand value affected brand satisfaction, and especially Social Value was a significant positive dimension. So, marketers should concern about value proposition of Environmentally-Friendly Agricultural Product to consumers by using premium package design, store identity, and distinctive product. Consumers wanted to get self-esteem, self-regard, and high social position by purchasing it. This study has academic and practical significance, so the findings can be applied to a wide range of brand management strategies. However, there are some limitations; 1) limitation about development of new brand value dimensions, 2) limitation about gender in the area of respondents. Future research should be done with wide range of respondents.

Mixture Regression Model을 이용한 재래시장의 세분집단별 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 변수 분석 (Analysis of Variables Affecting on Customer Loyalty by Market Segments for the Korean Open Air Market Using Mixture Regression Model)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 유통산업환경의 경쟁이 날로 심화되고 있는 가운데 그간 대표적인 소매유통공간이면서도 1996년 유통시장개방 이후 급속하게 경쟁력이 약화되고 매출이 감소하고 있는 재래시장을 대상으로 세분화된 고객집단별로 재래시장에 대한 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 차별화된 마케팅 전략을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 재래시장의 특성, 소비자 속성 등을 파악하고 특성에 따라 세분시장별로 고객의 충성도를 결정하는 요인들을 파악하기 위해 결합회귀모델(Mixture Regression Model) 방법을 이용하였다. 이 분석 모델은 재래시장 속성에 대한 가치를 예측변수로, 소득은 공변량으로, 종속 변수는 고객 충성도로 설정하였다. 연구결과, 재래시장 이용 고객은 4개의 집단, 즉 '접근편리성중시'(33.7%), '가격중시'(29.7%), '쇼핑환경중시'(22.0%), '머천다이징중시'(14.5%)로 구분할 수 있다. 또한 재래시장 고객 충성도에 미치는 예측 변수는 소비자가 우선 시하는 가치 및 소득의 크기에 따라 세분화 된 시장별로 차이가 있음을 보여주고 있다. 학문적인 면에서 본 연구는 결합회귀모델 분석을 적용함으로써 기존의 방법론으로는 분석에 어려움이 있었던 세분 집단의 수의 결정, 모수 추정 등에 대해 보다 객관적인 자료를 제공함으로써 고객충성도에 대한 보다 정확한 예측에 기여할 것으로 기대 한다.

Foundation of Management Innovation and a Success Model of Micro Enterprise by Increasing Entrepreneurship and Organization Relationship Analysis

  • After the rapidly changing business management environment and financial crisis, high prices and domestic recession in Korea posed threats to the business survival of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This paper looks at the potential of micro business owners for sustainable development: those who have a spirit of entrepreneurship and the potential to be a hidden champion. Our study of micro business values uses structure equation modeling by LISREL. We have done so in order to understand the foundation of management innovation and success model of micro enterprise by increasing the entrepreneurship and management performance relationship analysis. A micro-enterprise is a type of small business, found only in Korea, often registered as having ten or fewer employees. We examine the successful type of hidden champions and the influence of entrepreneurship on start-ups in business. As compared to past research on the SME entrepreneurship, this study segments small businesses even further. Small business entrepreneurship was classified into three forms that are most appropriate for the Korean situation today: innovation, risk-taking, and pro-activeness. This research is meaningful as it is Korea's first empirical analysis on four business types: wholesale and retail sales, food and lodging business, service business, and manufacturing business. Thus far, research on small business entrepreneurship was carried out using small-scale investigative analysis. However, this research attempted to develop a model that can explain a cause-effect relation of the motivational level when it comes to the difference of entrepreneurship by each business type and small business start-up success factors. Various conceptual and operational definitions could be developed in a diverse and precise manner. Independent variables that are related to the success of small businesses can be developed additionally to examine the success factors related to the systematization in detailed manner. The research showed that the innovation, risk-taking and pro-activeness of the manifested difference in the degree of perception depending on the type of small businesses. Among the four business types, the ones that manifested the highest successful start-up rates were food, service, wholesale and retail sales and manufacturing. Results after conducting the regression analysis are shown on, which proves that the small business entrepreneurship exerts direct effect on the financial management performance of small businesses. In other words, small business entrepreneurship exerts a positive effect on the small business financial success and management performance. The R2 value is 0.61. It is possible to know that the perception of systematization and variables on attitude explains the 61% of the success for small self-employed businesses management performance. We define start-up key factors that are helpful to achieve internal growth of firms by finding business survival strategies. The results also focus on Korean government policy for micro enterprise and small business support.

리더의 조직시민행동이 조직구성원들의 사람중심 시민행동과 스트레스에 미치는 영향: 리더-구성원 교환관계의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The effects of a Leader's organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) on subordinates' interpersonal citizenship behavior(ICB) and job stress: Leader-Member Exchange(LMX) as a mediating variable)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 리더의 조직시민행동이 조직구성원들의 사람중심 시민행동과 직무 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 리더의 조직시민행동은 리더의 변화주도행동, 충성심 및 근면함 등으로 구성된다. 우리는 리더-구성원 교환관계(LMX)가 리더의 조직시민행동과 부하들의 사람중심 시민행동 및 직무 스트레스 관계를 매개하는지 가설을 설정하였다. 우리는 다양한 기업에서 근무하는 293명의 종업원들을 대상으로 2019년 9월부터 11월까지 설문지를 수집하여 연구모형을 검증하였다. 우리는 확인적 요인분석을 수행하였고 구조방정식모형을 사용하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 또한 우리는 리더의 조직시민행동 문항에 대해서 3요인 모형의 적합성을 평가하려고 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 실증 분석결과에 의하면, 리더-구성원 교환관계(LMX)가 리더의 조직시민행동이 부하들의 사람중심 시민행동과 직무 스트레스 관계를 완전 매개하였다. 리더의 조직시민행동은 리더-구성원 교환관계에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 그리고 리더-구성원 교환관계는 조직구성원의 사람중심 시민행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 직무 스트레스에 부(-)의 영향을 미친다. 우리는 리더의 조직시민행동이 조직구성원들의 사람중심 시민행동에 정(+)의 관계가 있고 직무 스트레스에 부(-)의 관계가 있으며 이 관계에서 리더-구성원 교환관계가 매개한다는 가설을 입증하였다. 우리는 연구의 한계점과 시사점 및 향후 연구를 제시하였다.

유통서비스 기업의 공급사슬 운영성과 경로에서 파트너 관계자산의 역할 (The Role of Relational Capital in Supply Chain Management for Distribution Service Firms)

  • Purpose - This study's purpose is to investigate the impact of supply chain management (SCM) factors among targeted Korean distribution firms. Antecedents are established for supply chain orientation (SCO) for the management and organization of cultural assets. The research sets up SCO corresponding to management cultural assets and to organizational factors in the results. The research model is created to examine the SCO based on a strategic perspective and the operational performance of the SC and SCM. In addition, an integrated model is constructed to analyze the moderating effect by setting partner cooperation as a relational capital factor. The main aim of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the supply chain structure as a source of competitive advantage for distribution service firms participating in the supply chain. In the moderating effects analysis, the role of partner cooperation as relational capital is examined in detail. Research design, data, and methodology - The study examined the existing research related to supply chains, discussing the antecedents of the performance of SCM and SCO. SCM was established with the partner's cooperation as relational capital. Including the moderating effects of the partner cooperation, the research proposed a seven hypotheses path analysis model. The samples were collected from the Korean export enterprises in the distribution service sector, with 185 samples selected for the final analysis. To try and measure the four latent variables presented in the analysis model based on existing studies, 22 measurement items were used. The empirical analysis used the appropriate PLS (partial least squares) method on the path analysis reliability and validity and for common method bias. After testing the seven hypotheses, the research tested the moderating effects to the path analysis. Using PLS as structural equation modeling, the seven hypotheses were tested including the moderating effects of the partner relational capital on the 185 samples. Results - In the results, the SCO had a positive impact on both SCM and the relational capital of partner cooperation. The SCM had a significant impact on the operational performance of the SC. Further, partner cooperation also had a significant impact on SCM and the operational performance of the SC. The moderating effect analysis of the SCM and partner cooperation found a significant impact on the operational performance of the SC. On the other hand, the moderating effect of the SCO and partner cooperation did not affect the SCM. Conclusion - The results of this research show that the existing supply chain-related research can be applied to the operational performance of the SC for a Korean distribution service firm. In view of the fact that SCO is a source of competitive advantage, it should be taken into account when a firm wants to improve the performance of the SCM of the distribution service. This is because it can be assumed that SCO plays a role in supply chain management for the distribution firm.

백화점 특약매입 거래에서 판매수수료의 결정요인 : 거래비용, 힘-의존이론과 자원기반이론의 통합적 관점 (Determinants of Department Store Sales Commissions Under Consignment Contracts: An Integrated Perspective)

  • Purpose - This study aims to seek determinants of department store sales commission rates under consignment contracts based on transaction cost theory, the power-dependence view, and the resource-based view. A consignment contract is a unique contract where the retailer, over a given period, takes possession of goods owned by a supplier, promotes the sales of these goods, and receives a profit share from their sales. Under this contract, the supplier owns the goods until they are sold. In department stores in South Korea, over 70% of overall sales comes through consignment contracts. In other words, this is the most popular contract agreement between large retailers and vendors in South Korea. Consignment contracts yield high profits to department stores with minimal sales uncertainty, stock cost, and marketing investment. Many suppliers believe the consignment contract commission rates are too high. However, department stores disagree. They state that the commissions are not high as they generate new value for the suppliers by accumulating up-to-date merchandise and supporting various marketing programs on their behalf. Recently, consignment contracts have been critically examined and scrutinized by politicians, mass media, and the public of Korea. This study further intends to derive implications reflecting both buyer and seller perspectives as well as offer insights to policy makers in making appropriate decisions. Research design, data, and methodology - To verify the proposed research model and test hypotheses, the authors selected 164 suppliers, which currently have relationships with department stores. This study carefully investigated the reliability, content validity, convergent validity, and discriminant validity of the proposed model. The data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS structural equation modeling program Results - For the transaction cost theory and the power-dependence view, the results indicated that product diversity and demand volatility had a positive impact on the sales dependence on a department store. Dependence in turn had a positive effect on the sales commission under the consignment contract. Based on the resource-based view, the department store's marketing capability, the supplier's perception toward merchandising, and supporting activities could enhance the department store's channel leadership in the buyer-seller relationship. Subsequently, the channel leadership had a positive effect on the sales commission. However, product complexity had no relationship with department store dependence. Conclusions - This is the first empirical research that investigates the determinants of sales commissions under consignment contracts in the domestic retail industry. This study reveals several theoretical and practical implications for both marketing scholars and marketers. In terms of theoretical implication, this study integrated and enlarged certain theoretical background, such as transaction cost theory, the power-dependence view, and the resource-based view, to explain the determinants of sales commissions under consignment contracts that include sales revenue. From a business management viewpoint, this research offers useful insights for policy makers by applying two different perspectives, both the manufacturer and the retailer, in terms of the sales commission issue under a consignment contract.

구조방정식모형을 이용한 개인연금 가입의향의 결정요인 분석 (An analysis of determinants of purchase intension of individual pension using structural equation model)

  • 본 연구는 노후대비를 위한 재무수단 중에서 중요성이 커지고 있는 개인연금의 가입의향에 영향을 주는 심리요인과 금융요인 간의 인과관계를 종합적으로분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국 7대도시에 거주하는 928명의 일반인을 대상으로 실시한 설문자료를 토대로 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 이용하여 실증분석하였다. 구조방정식에 의한 실증분석결과, 개인연금 미가입자의 신규가입의향에 있어 장수에 대한 가능성과 대처효용성은 장수에 대한 정서인 두려움과 걱정을 완전매개로 하여 개인연금의 신규가입의향에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 보험사 신뢰와 위험감수성향은 직접적으로 개인연금의 신규가입의향에 영향을 주며, 특히 개인연금 가입의향에 대하여 보험사 신뢰가 가장 중요한 요인임을 보여주었다. 또한 개인연금 기가입자의 추가가입의향에 있어서는 보험사 신뢰만이 개인연금 추가가입의향에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통하여 장수 관련 정서적 측면이 개인연금 미가입 고객을 대상으로 한 마케팅 활동에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. 아울러 보험사 신뢰가 미래의 개인연금 신규가입뿐만 아니라 추가가입의향에 가장 큰 영향을 미치므로 보험사의 신뢰도를 높이기 위한 노력이 긴요함을 시사한다.

설계강우량의 Huff 4분위 방법 다항회귀식에 대한 유의성 검정 (Statistical significance test of polynomial regression equation for Huff's quartile method of design rainfall)

  • 수공구조물 설계시 실측 유량의 자료 부족으로 홍수량의 빈도해석 결과보다는 강우자료를 수집하여 강우-유출 관계에 따라 산정된 설계강우량을 이용하여 특정 빈도에 해당하는 설계 홍수량을 사용하는 것이 일반적이다. 과거에는 첨두유량 산정을 위하여 합리식과 같은 경험식을 이용하였으나 지속기간이 장기화됨에 따라 실제 사상과는 다른 유출양상이 나타나게 되므로 확률강우량 시간분포의 정확성이 중요하게 되었다. 현재 실무에서는 설계강우량의 시간분포 방법으로 Huff의 4분위 방법 중 3분위를 사용하고 있으며 분위별 곡선에 대한 회귀식은 지속기간 전반에 걸쳐 정확도가 높은 이유로 6차식을 적용하고 있다. 그러나 통계 모델링에서는 간결함의 원리에 따라 회귀식이 간결할 필요가 있으며, 통계적 유의수준에 기초하여 회귀계수를 결정할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기상청 관할 69개 강우관측지점을 대상으로 설계강우량의 시간분포 방법으로 사용되고 있는 Huff 4분위 방법의 시간분포 회귀식에 대한 유의성 검정을 실시하였다. 기상청 관할 69개 강우관측지점의 Huff 4분위 방법의 시간분포 회귀식의 유의성 검정결과 대부분의 지점에서 4차식까지 회귀계수가 유의한 것으로 나타나 통계학적으로 Huff의 4분위 방법의 시간분포 회귀식은 4차까지만 고려하여도 무방한 것으로 분석되었다.

Asymptotical Shock Wave Model for Acceleration Flow

  • 충격파모형은 교통류에서 운동학적 파동이 전파되는 속도이며, Lighthill과 Whitham(L-W)에 의해 처음 제시되 이래 지금까지 많은 교통류 문제에 적용되어지고 있다. 최근의 한 논문은 실재상황에서 발생되지 않는 충격파가 L-W모형에서 예측되는 모순을 지적하였고, 이러한 모순이 발생되는 원인과 이를 해소하는 새로운 점진적충격파모형을 제시한 바 있다. 그러나 이 모형은 교통류 흐름 중 감속하는 교통류에 대해 한정하여 유도 되었으며 반대상황 즉 가속하는 교통류에 대한 모형은 아직 제시되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 가속 교통류에 대한 점진적 충격파모형을 유도하고 이를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 가속상태의 교통류에서 추종차량의 가속에 따른 차량간의 간격이 Greenshield의 모형을 충실히 따르도록 한정하고 이를 바탕으로 충격파모형을 유도하였다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 제시된 모형은 L-W모형의 모순이 해소됨을 확인하였고, 사례교통량을 적용해 기존모형들과의 결과 차이를 정량적으로 확인하였다. 한편 모형간의 차이가 분명하고도 구조적인 것을 확인하였고 이에 대한 추가적인 향후 연구의 필요성을 제시하였다.
