유아의 개인내적요인과 교사-유아 갈등 관계가 유아의 공격성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Individual Characteristics and Teacher-Child Conflictual Relationships on Young Children's Aggression)

  • This study examined the effects of young children's effortful control and emotional regulation, teacher-child conflictual relationships on young children's overt and relational aggression. The subjects of this study were 372, 3-5 years old children and their teachers. Young children's aggression, effortful control, emotional regulation, and teacher-child relationships were assessed by a teacher's report. The collected data were analyzed by t -test, Pearson correlations, and pathway analysis. The results were as follows: first, the boys' overt aggression was found to be greater than that of the girls,' while, there was no difference in relational aggression between boys and girls. Second, the boys' and girls' effortful control was found to affect the young children's overt and relational aggression indirectly through emotional regulation, and teacher-child conflictual relationships. For the girls, effortful control was found to affect overt aggression directly. Third, teacher-child conflictual relationships and emotional regulation were found to affect boys' and girls' overt and relational aggression directly and to mediate between boys' and girls' effortful control and overt and relational aggression. Further, for girls, emotional regulation was found to mediate between teacher-child conflictual relationships and overt and relational aggression. Additionally, effortful control was found to be the most important variable predicting boys' and girls' overt aggression, while a teacher-child conflictual relationship was the most important variable for boys' and girls' relational aggression.

안드로이드 플랫폼 기반의 스마트 감성조명 제어 시스템 (Smart Emotion Lighting Control System Based on Android Platform)

  • 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반의 스마트 감성조명 제어 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 스마트 감성조명제어 시스템은 안드로이드 플랫폼, 감성조명 장치, 확장 디바이스와 지그비 모듈을 사용하였다. 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반의 스마트 감성조명 제어 시스템은 조도센서를 이용하여 자동제어와 수동제어 선택이 가능하며, 원하는 조명만을 선택하여 부분적인 제어도 가능하게 설계하였다. 제안된 스마트 감성조명 제어 시스템의 실험 결과 필요로 하는 부분의 조명기기 제어와 색온도 가변에 의한 제어가 가능하였고, 감성어휘에 의한 가변점등으로 효율적으로 기존 감성조명 제어 시스템보다 전력 소비를 감소시켰다. 그리고 상황에 적합한 색상과 밝기를 제어하여 사무실에서 행위를 함에 있어 집중력과 업무능력 향상에도 효과적인 제어가 가능하였다.

생체신호를 이용한 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반의 효율적인 스마트 실내 감성조명 제어 시스템 (An Efficient Smart Indoor Emotional Lighting Control System based on Android Platform using Biological Signal)

  • 본 논문에서는 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반의 스마트 감성조명 제어 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 스마트 실내 감성조명 제어 시스템은 생체신호 측정기기와 이동식 스마트 월 패드, 조명 드라이버, 조명기기로 구성하였다. 제어 시스템은 생체신호를 측정하여 감정어휘를 추출하고, 월 패드에서 블루투스를 이용하여 각 조명 드라이버에 제어신호를 조명 드라이버에 전송하며, 조명 드라이버는 제어신호와 주변의 조도정보를 수집하여 확장보드를 통해 조명기기를 제어하도록 설계하였다. 이때, 월 패드에서는 실내 감성조명 제어 알고리즘에 의한 수동제어와 생체신호 모드 선택이 가능하고, 원하는 조명을 선택하여 부분적인 제어도 가능하게 제어 프로그램을 구현하였다. 제안된 스마트 실내 감성조명 제어 시스템의 실험 결과, 필요로 하는 영역의 조명기기에 대하여 선택적 제어와 색온도 가변에 의한 수동 제어와 생체신호 및 감성어휘에 의한 효율적 가변점등을 할 수 있었다. 따라서 상황에 적합한 색상과 밝기를 제어하여 실내 공간 업무 행위에 있어 집중력 및 업무능력 향상을 위한 효과적인 제어가 가능하였다. 그리고 기존 감성조명 제어 시스템보다 전력 소비 및 디머전압, 전격전류를 감소시켰다.

문화적응스트레스 및 정서조절이 다문화가정 아동의 우울/불안에 미치는 영향 : 사회적 지지 매개효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Acculturative Stress and Emotional Control on Depression/Anxiety in Children from Multicultural Families: Mediating Effects of Social Support)

  • This study examines the mediating effects of social support on 1) the relationships between acculturative stress and depression/anxiety and 2) the relationships between emotional control and depression/anxiety in children from multicultural families. Pearson's correlations between variables were analyzed, and hierarchical regression analyses were conducted to identify direct and indirect effects of acculturative stress, emotional control, and social support on children's depression/anxiety. The sample included a total of 199 primary school students in grades 3 to 6 who lived in the Gwangju or Chonnam regions of Korea. First, there were positive correlations between acculturative stress and depression/anxiety and negative correlations between emotional control and social support. Second, social support from both peers and teachers partially mediated the relationships between acculturative stress and depression/anxiety. Third, social support from peers fully mediated the relationships between emotional control and depression/anxiety, and that from teachers partially mediated these relationships. The results suggest that social support from peers and teachers may reduce depression/anxiety in multicultural children as a mediating variable.

대학생을 대상으로 한 마음챙김과 정서조절의 관계에서 지각된 통제의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effect of Perceived Control on the Relationship between the Mindfulness and Emotional Regulation in University Students)

  • 마음챙김은 정서조절을 위한 기법의 하나로 활용되고 있다. 정서조절에 있어서 마음챙김은 부정정서 경험을 줄이거나 제거하려고 시도하기보다 현재의 경험을 있는 그대로 관찰한다는 점에서 비통제적인 방식으로 분류한다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 마음챙김이 정서조절에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 지각된 통제를 통해 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 확인하고자 한다. 이를 확인하고자 지각된 통제가 마음챙김과 정서조절의 관계에서 매개효과를 가지는가를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 366명(남 179명, 여 187명)을 대상으로 마음챙김, 지각된 통제, 정서조절 곤란 척도를 사용하여 설문 조사하였고, Hayes의 PROCESS macro를 사용하여 매개분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 마음챙김과 정서조절 곤란의 관계에서 지각된 통제가 완전매개효과를 지닌 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 마음챙김이 지각된 통제를 통해 정서조절에 영향을 미치는 것을 의미한다.

Effects of Recognition of the Pregnancy necessity on Emotional Happiness -The mediation effect of health control behavior-

  • This study was a cross-sectional survey of the effects of pregnancy necessity recognition on emotional happiness and mediation effect of health control behavior on it. A total of 200 participants in the study were collected from structured questionnaire online and the data collection was from July $1^{st}$ to July $31^{st}$, 2018. Health control behavior questionnaire was developed by Wallston, K.A., Wallston, B.S. & Devellis, R (1978), Emotional happiness was analyzed by using PANAS (positive and negative affect schedule) developed by Watson, Clark and Tellegen (1988). The collected data were chai-square($X^2$), Pearson correlation, Dummy regression analysis, simple regression analysis, and the mediated effect analysis by SPSS 18.0. As a result, Under statistical significance, there were differences in the recognition of pregnancy necessity were depending on religion, participant's age, number of siblings, thought of optimal marriage age(p<0.05). More siblings, more religious, older age, and more recognized the pregnancy necessity. The analysis of Pearson correlation with the pregnancy necessity, health control behavior, and emotional happiness reveled that it was relevant (p<0.01). Dummy regression analysis showed that people who thought that pregnancy was necessary were 0.700 times more likely to felt emotional happiness that people who thought it was unnecessary (p<0.01). Analysis on the mediation of health control behavior, in which the effects of pregnancy recognition on emotional happiness, showed that it was effect (other people's health control behavior: B:.299, p<0.01, internal health control behavior : B:.217, p<0.05). Based on these results, this study suggested that to promote pregnancy recognition, families with brother and sister should be programmed with recommendations for exercise and alcohol abstinence, religious belief and health control programs.

In-Depth Relationships between Emotional Intelligence and Personality Traits in Meditation Practitioners

  • Objective: Meditation can elicit trait-like changes in psychological and social styles, as well as enhancement of emotional regulatory capacity. We investigated the relation between personality traits and emotional intelligence in meditation practitioners. Methods: Seventy-two long-term practitioners of mind-body training (MBT) and 62 healthy comparative individuals participated in the study. The participants completed emotional intelligence questionnaires and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Results: The MBT group revealed higher scores on all five emotional intelligence factors than did those in the control group, such as emotional awareness and expression, empathy, emotional thinking, emotional application, and emotional regulation (all $p{\leq}0.001$). MBT practitioners also had higher scores on the intuition of perceiving function (t=-2.635, p=0.010) and on the feeling of the judging function (t=-3.340, p=0.001) of the MBTI compared with those in the control group. Only the MBT group showed a robust relationship with every factor of emotional intelligence and MBTI-defined intuitive styles, indicating that higher scores of emotional intelligence were related to higher scores for intuition. Conclusion: Emotional intelligence of meditation practitioners showed notable relationships with some features of personality trait. In-depth associations between emotional intelligence and personality traits would help to foster psychological functions in meditation practitioners.

정서지능향상프로그램이 한부모가정 아동의 정서지능과 학교생활적응에 미치는 효과 (The effects of Emotional Intelligence Development Program on Children Emotional Intelligence and School Life Adaptation in Single Parent Family)

  • The purpose of this study was to test the emotional intelligence development program and to verify the effects of the emotional intelligence development program for the increase of emotional intelligence and school life adaptation in elementary school students of single parent family To verify the previous hypotheses, 16 children of single parent family(experimental group I : n=8, control group 1 : n=8) and 16 children of two parent family(experimental group II : n=8, control group II : n=8) were selected at random, which are a total of high-grade students from P elementary school in J city, Jeon-buk province. Disposal about experimental group executed the emotional intelligence development program for the humanity education of Moon - yong - lin(1999) and the emotional intelligence development program which was reconstructed guidance for elementary school children of Her - seung - hee (2004) as the level of elementary school for 50 minutes, 16times, twice a week. In order to verify the effects after experiment, 1 collected materials for estimation by providing the subject children with questionaries about emotional intelligence and the ability of school life adaptation before and after the experiment, and then analyzed the average differences in number of marks between the experiment group and the control group before and after the experiment through and by using One-Way ANOVA, and SPSS WIN 12.0 program. The results of the study were as follows : First, there was significant increase between experimental group and control group received the emotional intelligence development program on emotional intelligence in statistic data(p<.01). Second, there was significant increase between experimental group and control group received the emotional intelligence development program on the school life adaptation in statistic data(p<.001). Third, there was no significant difference between the single parent family's children and the two parent family's children of the experimental group received the emotional Intelligence development program on the emotional intelligence and the ability of school life adaptation(p>.05). But single parent family's children were higher significant increase than two parent family's children on the relationship with teacher(<.01). The results obtained in this study indicated that the emotional intelligence development program was effective on the emotional intelligence and the ability of school life adaptation. Also, these showed that this program helps the school life adaptation and positive relationship with teacher of single parent family's children.

간호사를 위한 감정코칭 프로그램이 회복탄력성, 감정노동, 자기효능감에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Emotional Coaching Program for Clinical Nurses on Resilience, Emotional Labor, and Self-efficacy)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to assess the effect of the emotional coaching program for hospital nurses. Methods: The study used a non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design, and participants included 60 nurses (30 in the experimental group and 30 in the control group) who worked at a general hospital. The experimental group attended four sessions, one per week, with each session lasting two and a half hours. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Fisher's exact test, χ2 test, t-test, paired t-test, and repeated measures ANOVA using SPSS WIN 23.0 program. Results: Significant differences were shown between the experimental and the control groups regarding emotional labor (F=68.40, p<.001), resilience (F=48.77, p<.001), and self-efficacy (F=15.31, p<.001). Conclusion: The emotional coaching program for nurses is useful for enhancing nurses' emotional labor management, resilience, and self-efficacy. In addition, this program may serve as a basis for providing emotional coaching to nurses in the future.

지각된 부/모의 가치, 부/모-자녀간 정서적 친밀도 및 부/모의 과잉통제와 대학생의 소외감과의 관계 (The Relationship between the Perceived Father's/Mother's Values, Father/Mother-Student Emotional Intimacy & Father's/Mother's Over-control and University student's Alienation)

  • This study intended to investigate the relationship between father's/mother's values(materialism, competitive achievement pressure, neighborhood relations), father/mother-student emotional intimacy & father's/mother's over control and university student's alienation, and examin the relative influences of independent variables on university student's alienation. For this purpose, data were obtained from 402 male 7nd female university students in Seoul and Inchon, and analyzed by factor analysis, Cronbach's $\alpha$, frequencies, %, Pearson's r and stepwise multiple regression. The major findings were as follows : 1) father's and mother's values had significant relations to university student's alienation. As father and mother had more materialism and competitive achievement pressure, their university student was more alienated, and as father and mother had more neighborhood relations, the student was less alienated. 2) Emotional intimacy between father/mother and student had negative relation to university student's alienation. As the level of emotional intimacy was higher, the student was less alienated 3) Father's and mother's over control had positive relations to university student's alienation. As father's and mother's over control was higher, the student was more alienated. 4) Mother's neighborhood relations, father's and mother's over control, mother-student emotional intimacy and father's materialism had influences on university student's alienation in descending order. These independent variables explained 25. 0 % of the total valiance. Father's materialism and father's/mother's over control increased the level of university student's alienation, but mother's neighborhood relations and mother-student emotional intimacy decreased the bevel of student's alienation. Emerging evidences suggested that in order to prevent or decrease the university student's alienation, their parents should have less materialism and more neighborhood relations, and should not use over control on their university student but produce more emotional support.
