An integrated single-wafer processing tool, composed of multiple single wafer processing modules, transfer robots, and load locks, has complex routing sequences, and often has critical post-processing residency constraints. Scheduling of these tools is an intricate problem, and testing schedulers with actual tools requires too much time and cost. The Single Wafer Processor (SWP) simulator presented in this paper is to validate an on-line scheduler, and evaluate performance of integrated single-wafer processing tools before the scheduler is actually deployed into real systems. The data transfer between the scheduler and the simulator is carried out with TCP/IP communication using messages and files. The developed simulator consists of six modules, i.e., GUI (Graphic User Interface), emulators, execution system, module managers, analyzer, and 3D animator. The overall framework is built using Microsoft Visual C++, and the animator is embodied using OpenGL API (Application Programming Interface).

This paper show that, without installation of expensive VR (Virtual Reality) program, the sharing information is possible through posting three-dimensional road structures on the web, and avoiding the conventional top-down decision making method, fast bottom-up communication is possible base on the Virtual GIS (Geographic Information System). In this paper, using Viewpoint Scene Builder, internet-based software, the transformation was conducted to give pertinent type for web posting. In order to use the completed route at the scene builder, the output with ASCII Export is required, and ASE (ASCII Scene Export) contains the property information including the coordinate and frame of mesh vertex. Through in advance recognition of the problems regarding route design and petition due to environmental rights infringement, the time and cost due to design alteration can be reduced. It's difficult to provide VR based on the internet because file that embodied with internet GIS was complicated and its capacity comes to scores of mega-bites. But, this study provides VR with internet according to a basis by simplification of files.

오늘날 지능형 로봇은 국, 내외로 많은 관심을 받고 있는 분야이다. 지능형 로봇이란 외부환경을 인식하고 스스로 판단하여 자율적으로 동작을 하는 로봇을 의미한다. 이에 대한 연구 개발이 활성화 됨에 따라 로봇 소프트웨어 개발을 효과적으로 지원하기위한 로봇 소프트웨어 플랫폼에 대한 연구가 활발해지고 있다. 시시각각 변화하는 환경에서 민감하게 반응하기 위해서는 시각센서를 이용하여야 하고, 자신의 행위를 적절히 대응시키기 위해서는 주변 상황과 알맞은 행동을 추론하고 학습해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 인공지능 규칙처리 추론엔진을 토대로 한 NEO 시스템에 영상 처리 시스템을 올려 지능형 로봇을 제어하는 루틴을 추가한 VisionNEO를 개발하였다. 그리하여 주변 환경을 이해하고 알맞은 행동을 추론, 학습해 지식을 축적하는 지능형 로봇 비전 프레임워크를 제안한다.

A person does communication between each other using language. But In the case of disabled person can not communication own idea to use writing and gesture. Therefore, In this paper, we embodied communication system using the facial muscle signals so that disabled person can do communication. Especially, After feature extraction of the EEG included facial muscle, it is converted the facial muscle into control signal, and then select character and communicate using a minimum list keyboard.

Air-launch is an efficient method which can launch nanosats at cheap cost and has no restrictions on the selection of launching sites. This paper is for the preliminary design of air-launching rocket for nanosat which can launch nanosats to LEO. The detailed configuration design results are embodied by implementing the DMU(Digital Mock-Up) of CATIA.

After freight train line opening between Munsan of South Korea and Bongdong of North Korea last December 2007, people's expectation and interest about trans North-South and continental railways have been increasing. However, the commercial traffic of freight by train has not been increased as much as we expected in the mean time road traffic is more increased. This study examined the Kaesong industrial complex which has a high rail accessibility. Especially, we interviewed the owners of enterprises in Kaesong to integrate their opinions for deriving the problems and improving the business conditions. Also, this study embodied the methods for improving rail freight traffic between North and South Korea. Based on this study, we expect more research will carry out on this field to reform the operation system of trans Korea railways by Kaesong industrial complex development project and the commercial reconversion from road to rail.

In the latter half of the 1980's, Systematical Western Archival Science theory was introduced in Japan especially, provenance principle which is fundamental theory in arrangement, original order principle and understanding in level of archives groups. However, they just confirmed public records arrangement theory having done in each Prefectural Archives(文書館) in Japan since 1960's and embodied it. Among them, National Archives of Japan(國立公文書館) just followed arrangement method each ministry and office did. And Saitama Prefectural Archives(琦玉縣立文書館) grasped changes of the name of department, class, standard by class and organization and its affairs before public records arrangement. On the one hand, Japan Center for Asian Historical Records(JACAR: アジア歷史資料セン夕-) is attending on public records by web which National Archives of Japan. The Diplomatic Record Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs(外務省外交史料館). The National Institute for Defense Studies(NIDS : 防衛廳防衛硏究所) have. JACAR arranged the public records based on provenance principle following arrangement system they have.

This article compares archetypal heroes in Nguyễn Huy Thiệp's "The Tiger's Heart" and John Steinbeck's The Pearl. It aims to explore the voices of marginalized groups and ethnic minorities who suffer amidst the clash of civilizations. In exploring cultural communication between minority and mainstream communities as embodied by the archetypal heroes in the two works, this article highlights implications of resistance against values of the dominant. The method of "mythization" in modern Eastern and Western Literature, as this article argues, demonstrates the importance of minority discourses in as far as cultural conflicts in the globalizing world are concerned.

This paper focuses on the aesthetic ideology and aesthetic style embodied in the work of 'Blue is the Warmest Color' to dissect it and examine the identity and construction of identity as a minority group in a postmodern context. Blue is the Warmest Color is a film that focuses on homosexual emotions in adolescent development, showing the budding love and emotional orientation of a 15-year-old girl's adolescence, and the ecstsy and torment that comes with an awakened consciousness. The evolutionary process of the characters' emotional orientations is dissected, pointing out that the central theme of the film is the concern for fluid identity and self-identity. Through the narrative and the setting of the characters' emotional patterns and the "Body Writing" of women, this paper further examine the typical variability and fragmentation of postmodern identity, and interpret in detail the content, messages and effects of the characters' dialogues in the film to illustrate the way in which the work expresses class and identity differences. The research method is based on textual analysis and theoretical research.
