Accordingly, this article has attempted to supplement existing research on housing-benefits service and determine how the field can keep pace with the new institutional environment. As a result, first, Central self-supporting enterprises provide high specialized-quality services to low-income families, second, central self-supporting enterprises induce to transition customized service agencies for improving the quality of residential housing benefits, Third, Housing self-supporting enterprises should correspondence with institutional change through the provision of explicit guidelines in relating to housing-service amelioration, the last, business practical process shall be accompanied by a consistent basis for innovative and procedural standards.

Although NAND flash-based SSD (Solid-State Drive) provides superior performance in comparison to HDD (Hard Disk Drive), it has a major drawback in write endurance. As a result, the lifetime of SSD is determined by the workload and thus it becomes a big challenge in current technology trend of such as the shifting from SLC (Single Level Cell) to MLC (Multi Level cell) and even TLC (Triple Level Cell). Most previous studies have dealt with wear-leveling or improving SSD lifetime regarding hardware architecture. In this paper, we propose the optimal configuration of host I/O stack focusing on file system, I/O scheduler, and link power management using JEDEC enterprise workloads in terms of WAF (Write Amplification Factor) which represents the efficiency perspective of SSD life time especially for host write processing into flash memory. Experimental analysis shows that the optimum configuration of I/O stack for the perspective of SSD lifetime is MinPower-Dead-XFS which prolongs the lifetime of SSD approximately 2.6 times in comparison with MaxPower-Cfq-Ext4, the best performance combination. Though the performance was reduced by 13%, this contributions demonstrates a considerable aspect of SSD lifetime in relation to I/O stack optimization.
In order to provide quality services across international airports, airline personnel must rapidly and effectively develop and share knowledge. Combining components of adaptive structuration theory (AST) and media synchronicity theory (MST), a research framework was developed to convey three distinct stages of knowledge sharing. We use the grounded theory research method for the qualitative data collected from audio transcripts of employees learning how to use and work with company issued smartphones with push-to-talk functionalities. Data was collected from 33 operations personnel. The results of the content analysis are recorded for the elements of each of the three concepts of our research framework. During the social interaction stage, the content of the audio conversations shifts mainly from conflict management to task management; for media synchronicity, from quality to quantity; for productive outcomes, from efficiency to commitment. New insights are uncovered from our analysis of data from the field as users advance from learning how to use the mobile devices, to using the devices for managing knowledge for their work in the airline industry.
Today's computing system has expanded its application to business trade and distributed work transactions using the Internet. As the demand for more flexible, adaptable, extensible, and robust web-based enterprise, these application development has been gradually expanded based on reusable, independent, and portable components. Component Based Development (CBD) works by developing and evolving software from selected reusable software components and then assembling them within appropriate software architecture. However, it requires an increase in cost to build new components as well as the necessary effort to develop of the business requirement these components. Standardized component models are required as well from the perspective of systems in order to support rapid and exact component information transmission on the web. In this paper, we describe the e-Business Component Development with agent for rapid application development on the web that correspond to the demands of users in the business domain. We design and implement the specifications of e-business components by combining these demands. In order to improve the agent register and retrieval, we propose the intelligent search and register agents, which can conduct more precise searching and specializing for components. The system enables the locating of user's frequently used components through an agent involving register and retrieval, as well as rapid procedures for registers The e-BCOS (e-Business Component System) is the agent system for the user to register distributed components and to search for components Information. The e-BCOS increases reusability through the e-business component development of distributed components in the business domain. Recently, impact investment has attracted attention all over the world. This is intended to effectively solve problems by combining private capital and various financial techniques with social and environmental needs, as it is recognized that it is difficult to solve social and environmental problems. Impact investment means a mixture of financial, social, and environmental aspects. This refers to an investment focused on such a blended value, through which it simultaneously achieves financial and social values such as return on investment. The purpose of this study is to study whether impact investment, which has become a new issue, is actually applicable in Korea. This study first considers the concept and method of impact investment, and a prior study on social enterprises and impact investment that pursue social values. In particular, after analyzing in detail the social performance-related bonds (SIB) and operational cases, we intend to explore the possible applicability of impact investment to Korea. The results and implications of this study are, first, changes in the government's attitude toward impact finance. The government should entrust innovative public works to market-proven service providers to enhance the professionalism and efficiency of public service projects. Second, the legal system must innovate. Impact investment should provide an institutional foundation to pursue social problem solving simultaneously, not maximizing financial performance. Third, when investing in public works in the private sector, impact investment must clearly demand social performance and clarify the evaluation accordingly. The project execution process should create an impact environment that is more free and active.
Recent advances in large-scale data processing technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence have increased the demand for high-performance storage devices in data centers and enterprise environments. In particular, the fast data response speed of storage devices is a key factor that determines the overall system performance. Solid state drives (SSDs) based on the Non-Volatile Memory Express (NVMe) interface are gaining traction, but new bottlenecks are emerging in the process of handling large data input and output requests from multiple hosts simultaneously. SSDs typically process host requests by sequentially stacking them in an internal queue. When long transfer length requests are processed first, shorter requests wait longer, increasing the average response time. To solve this problem, data transfer timeout and data partitioning methods have been proposed, but they do not provide a fundamental solution. In this paper, we propose a dual queue based scheduling scheme (DQBS), which manages the data transfer order based on the request order in one queue and the transfer length in the other queue. Then, the request time and transmission length are comprehensively considered to determine the efficient data transmission order. This enables the balanced processing of long and short requests, thus reducing the overall average response time. The simulation results show that the proposed method outperforms the existing sequential processing method. This study presents a scheduling technique that maximizes data transfer efficiency in a high-performance SSD environment, which is expected to contribute to the development of next-generation high-performance storage systems

The sampled companies implemented the ERP system by using the different ERP implementation approaches. This study provides that the ERP implementation approach differs from organizational environmental characters, and change management tactics are different according to the ERP implementation approaches. But, some change management factors are important regardless of the ERP implementation approaches. This study also provides the effects on EPR performance through the change management. The study is of service to the organizations implementing ERP and provides practical contribution for managing organizational changes.
