The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that affect the educational service of school libraries and to seek effective ways to revitalize the services following an analysis of the influence size and the cause and effect of each factor. For this, after deciding the variables through a comprehensive investigation based on documentary research, the variables were operationalized. These variables are school members' recognition and support, teacher librarians' expertise, cooperation between teachers and teacher librarians, the school curriculum, a shortage of teacher librarians' time, the educational environment and educational services. Fourteen hypotheses on the cause and effect among the seven variables were analyzed by applying SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The result is that the key factors of educational services are teacher librarians' expertise, cooperation between subject teachers and teacher librarians, and the school curriculum. As a result, active methods for the educational services of school libraries were sought.

In the modern communicative age, the standards of the school libraries are the qualitative guarantee on the services of school libraries or school library media programs, as the guidline, the active guide, the policy documentation and criteria for the professional excellence. The standards of SLMP were revised the sixth time by the school library profession(ALA) with the members or agency of NEA in the U.S. There are the first standard was a quantitative; 'the Certain Report'(by A.L.A., 1920) appearing that the school library is the heart of the school, 2nd 1925; turning up the teaching material source and personel, 'School Libraries for today and tomorrow' (by AASL, 1945) incluseing the instructional materials and the 7th educational ideas in the quantitative feature, 'Standards for School Library Programs' (by AASL, 1960) expressing the instructional material center, communicative environment, learning and teaching laboratory, 'Standards for school media programs' (by DAVI & AASL, 1969) implicating the instructional resource, learning and teaching laboratory, the condition precedent of qualitative education for excellence, 'Standards for media programs; District/school (by AASL & AECT, 1975) containing the improving user's educational experience and personal freedom on the use of SLMP's services. Through changing the standards of SLMP in the US, We have known that the main educational idea in the standards are; (1) SLMP is the instructional force and resource for qualitative, excellence education by learning and teaching laboratory, instructional resource, communicative environment (2) SLMP is the actualizing force and resource for user's self-realization by intellectual and personal excellence, individualizing, humanizing and personalizing education.

The $4^{th}$ industrial revolution has brought innovation in the educational environment. The purpose of this study is to verify the educational effectiveness of smart learning environment especially with the computational thinking. A big data analysis was performed to confirm that computational thinking is the one to prepare the 4th industrial revolution. To teach computational thinking at university, educational design should be careful. This study verified the relationship between improvement of computational thinking ability and major of students with coding education. There was difference in effectiveness of the coding education depending on the major of students, it means students must be guaranteed to be educated by the differentiated coding education for different major. This study extracted factors of computational thinking through literature review. Thirteen research hypotheses were applied for the statistical analysis in R language. It was proved that expectation of class and improvement of abstraction ability and algorithmic thinking ability had mediation effect to the relationship between knowledge acquisition and problem-solving abilities. Based on this study, effectiveness of education can be improved, and it will lead to produce a lot of distinguished students who are ready for the 4th industrial revolution.

Convergence between telecom and broadcasting is today a worldwide phenomenon. Diverse services like VoD, mobile broadcasting, IPTV and interactive services have already made their market debut or are currently being commercialized. Regulatory systems are also being revised to appropriately regulate this new breed of services. We propose the new model of educational broadcasting system using the internet network, it is not different conventional coaxial cable methods. Especially, we design the multicast method of the network using the limited channel and resource, propose the method of intercommunication in the school between the broadcasting system and database system.

Part-time instructors are contributing to the production of excellent human resources through education and research, strengthening research competitiveness, and national and social knowledge and academic development. Therefore, academic and research information services for part-time instructors are essential for their educational and research activities. In this study, researcher suggested various methods for providing efficient educational and academic information services by surveying and analyzing their information environment, information needs, and educational and academic information recognition and usage behavior by applying the survey method to part-time instructors.

Purpose: This study aimed at providing guidelines and educational manuals on infection control for the home care environment, by assessing the knowledge and performance among the caregivers in home care. Methods: Data were collected from January to March 2013. Participants were 172 caregivers who were registered in the home nursing center of university hospitals. Results: The total score on the level of knowledge of infection control was 13.28 points (${\pm}3.49$) out of 20 points. Secondly, 4.15 points were obtained for individual hygiene management, 4.14 points for hand wash, and 3.86 points for environment management. Lastly, the relationship between the knowledge and performance of infection control showed a significant positive correlation (r=0.37, p<.001). Conclusion: In many instances, the caregivers in the home environment provide nursing care for patients with chronic diseases and make use of various invasive devices. This study recommends the development of a manual or educational guidelines on infection control that can be used by caregivers at the home.

Since the inception of the platform business in educational contents, the prominence of the online educational video has flipped the educational environment. Educational contents have been produced on the internet and allowed learners to access more flexible and student-centered. In fact, the number of people watching the educational content online, such as TED talks and YouTube, has increased during the past decade. The ways of delivering the lecture and the course information in online educational videos are totally different from the traditional lectures. In this paper, we aimed to examine and categorize the online educational videos based on the user's engagement and interest in the course contents. For the study, a negative binomial regression analysis was applied to estimate the effects of the attributes of the traditional lectures by comparatively analyzing the educational videos online. Several values are determined as engaging factors in the online educational videos; hybrid production of education and entertainment, shorter duration, and the number of presenters. From the study, we suggests how to produce engaging educational contents which will appeal the attentions from the users. Moreover, the result of the study may use as a guide to the providers making the productive educational videos.

The purpose of this study which was conducted by framing of standardized advanced emergency care instructor qualification course outline and training competent instructor Course development based on following educational principle and it would be expected more improved aspect. Advanced Emergency care Instructor Qualification Course Development (1) based on advanced emergency care instructor job analysis and paramedic job description. (2) Learning of emergency care instructor qualification course is continuous. It is important to begin at the learner's level of knowledge and to relate new learning to information the learner needs. (3) Learning of emergency care instructor qualification course is purposeful and must make sense to the learner. Progress in learning must make sense to the learner. Progress in learning must be constantly appraised through feedback. The purpose of learning BLS information and skills must be kept in sharp focus. (4) Learning involves as many senses as possible. The more stimulating a learner activity is to the senses, the longer the information will be retained. Conservative figures indicate that 75% of what is heard is for-gotten after 2 days. It has been said that learners remember (5) Learning activities must be appropriate for the emergency situation through the PBL educational method. In BLS lecture skill learning, the greatest proportion of class time should be spent in manikin practice, using performance sheets as a learning tool or guide. (6) Learning must be stimulating. Instructors can motivate learners by helping them achieve higher levels of proficiency and encouraging other levels of course completion, such as instructor and instructor trainer. (7) Learning is affected by the physical and social environment. The physical environment should be conducive to both the kind of learning taking place and the activities used for learning. The major concern of e-learning environment design is to create and improve artifacts that support human learning. To facilitate effective and efficient learning, e-learning environment designers focused on the contemporary information technologies. Web 2.0 services, which empower users and allow the inter-transforming interactions between users and information technologies, have been increasingly changing the way that people learn. By adapting these Web 2.0 technologies in learning environment, educational technology can facilitate learners' abilities to personalize learning environment. The main purpose of this study is to conceptualize comprehensively constructs for understanding the inter-transforming relationships between learner and learning environment and mutable learning environments' impact on the process through which learners learn and strive to shape their learning environment. As results, this study confirms conceptualization of four constructs by incorporating aspects of design that occur in e-learning environments with Web 2.0 technologies. First, learner-designer refers to active and intentional designer who is tailoring an e-learning environment in the changing context of use. Second, learner's secondary design refers to learner's design based on the primary designs by design experts. Third, transactional interaction refers to learner's inter-changeable, inter-transformative, co-evolutionary interaction with technological environment. Fourth, trans-active learning environment refers to mutable learning environment enacted by users.
