환경교육 교수.학습 능력 함양을 위한 교수연수의 실시 및 평가 연구 (Implementation and Evaluation of In-Service Teacher Training Program for Teaching-Learning in Environmental Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an in-service teacher training program for professional development in environmental education. In order to achieve the goal, the in- service teacher training program for professional development in environmental education development / implement team is formed to deal with the development and the implementation of the program. The team is composed of environmental education professionals and environmental education teachers. After the development of the program, 20 teachers were selected to implement the program. Then, through various researches such as interview, monitoring, and survey, the evaluation of the program was done. After the evaluation, the feedback on the program was collected in order to apply the final adjustments and changes to the developed training program for professional development in environmental education. The training program is designed to include the wide range of theories and real life cases. It focuses on certain topic, and is implemented through workshop type training method to increase the participation rate. The major motive of the participants was to develop their professionality in environmental education. Based on the analysis of the training program and the workshop, 69.1% of the program is focused on the environmental education/learning theory, and 71.4% is focused on the environmental education teaching method. The environmental education teaching method is focused on the real life teaching method that could be used in many schools. However, the parts on environmental education philosophy, psychology, and evaluation was not included as a part of the program. Also, the evaluation method of the students learning the environmental education was not introduced as a part of the program as well. It is due to the limited time frame of the training program, as well as its focus on the training method of environmental program. Based on the analysis of the evaluation results obtained through monitoring, the training program for professional development in environmental education is successful in terms of focusing the goal of the program around the environmental education/learning theory and environmental education teaching method, which was the motive of the participants. However, the effectiveness of the program differed from participants to participants based on their majors in environmental education, and it did not last long enough. The future training program for professional development in environmental education should consider the backgrounds of the program participants to have various programs prepared for various groups of people. We suggest that the results of this developed program will be applied to "environmental education teacher licence training" in the future.

  • 웹 기반 학습 시스템의 사용자 요구는 일반적으로 기능 요구와 비기능 요구로 구분된다. 그 중 사용자가 원하는 품질 관련 비기능 요구는 개발자가 반드시 검증해야 할 주요 사항이지만 기능 요구와는 달리 확인 과정에 많은 어려움이 있었다. 본 논문은 웹 기반 학습 시스템의 개발에 적용할 수 있는 검증 기법으로서 품질 관련 비기능 요구사항이 적절히 구현되었는지를 검증하는 방법을 제안한다. 특히 효율성, 사용용이성과 같은 품질 요구가 설계에 영향을 주는 과정을 추적해 얻은 정보를 검증에 이용함으로써 이를 비기능 요구가 적절히 구현되었는지 확인할 수 있게 한다.

A TQM case of Centralized Sequential Decision-making Problem

  • This paper considers that a public department under specialized TQM manpower constraints have to implement multiple total quality management (TQM) policies to promote its service performance (fundamental goal) by adopting a centralized sequential advancement strategy (CSAS). Under CSAS, the decision-makers (DMs) start off by focusing specialized TQM manpower on a single policy, then transfer the specialized TQM manpower to the next policy when the first policy reaches the predetermined implementation time limit (in terms of education and training). Suppose that each TQM policy has a different desirous education and training goal. When the desirous goals for all TQM policies are achieved, we say that the fundamental goal will be satisfied. Within the limitation of total implementation period of time for all policies, assume the desirous goals for all TQM policies cannot be achieved completely. Under this premise, the optimal implementation sequence for all TQM policies must be calculated to maximize the weighted achievement of the desirous goal. We call this optimization problem a TQM case of "centralized sequential decision-making problem (CSDMP)". The achievement of the desirous goal for each TQM policy is usually affected by the experience in prior implemented policies, which makes solving CSDMP quite difficult. As a result, this paper introduces the concepts of sequential effectiveness and path effectiveness. The structural properties are then studied to propose theoretical methods for solving CSDMP. Finally, a numerical example is proposed to demonstrate CSDMP′s usability.

하이브리드 자동차 구동 특성 분석을 위한 HIL 방식의 구현 (Implementation of HIL Method to Analyze Driving Characteristic of Hybrid Electric Vehicle)

  • HIL(Hardware-in-the-Loop) 개념을 적용하면 하이브리드 자동차용 부품의 자동차 환경에서의 특성을 부품을 차량에 장착하지 않고도 평가 할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 특정 전동기를 하이브리드 자동차용 전동기로 사용하였을 경우 자동차의 구동 특성을 분석할 수 있는 HIL 방식을 구현하기 위한 부품 특성 시험. 구동특성 시뮬레이션, 장치 구성 방법을 설명한다. 시험장치는 자동차 시뮬레이터, 부하장치로 구성되며 시뮬레이션에서 사용된 차량제어기를 직접 차량제어기로 사용하게 된다. 부하장치는 차량의 동적 특성을 모의하게 된다. 특히 기존의 차량의 관성을 모의하기 위한 기계적 관성부하를 사용하지 않고 부하장치를 능동적으로 제어 하여 차량에 적용되었을 경우의 전동기 특성을 구할 수 있다. 시험 전동기가 병렬방식 하이브리드 자동차에 적용되었을 경우의 전동기의 실제 특성을 구할 수 있다. 제안된 방식은 하이브리드 자동차의 구동 특성을 교육하기 위한 교육매체로 사용 될 수 있다.

OSEK/VDX Porting to the Two-Wheel Mobile Robot Based on the Differential Drive Method

  • In this paper, we propose an implementation of a real-time operating system for the two-wheel mobile robot. With this implementation, we have the ability to control the complex embedded systems of the two-wheel mobile robot. The advantage of the real-time operating system is increasing the reliability and stability of the two-wheel mobile robot when they work in critical environments such as military and industrial applications. The real-time operating system which was ported to this implementation is open systems and the corresponding interfaces for automotive electronics (OSEK/VDX). It is known as the set of specifications on automotive operating systems, published by a consortium founded by the automotive industry. The mechanical design and kinematics of the two-wheel mobile robot are described in this paper. The contributions of this paper suggest a method for adapting and porting OSEK/VDX real-time operating system to the two-wheel mobile robot with the differential drive method, and we are also able to apply the real-time operating system to any complex embedded system easily.

웹기반 전기전자 가상실험일 구현방법 (Practical Implementation Methodology of a Web-based Virtual Laboratory in the Electrical and Electronic Fields)

  • 본 논문에서는 제작비용이 저렴하면서도 학습자와 교수자간의 상호작용을 극대화하여 웹 상에서 효과적인 학습이 일어날 수 있도록 하는 가상전기전자실험실을 자바 애플릿을 이용하여 구현하는 방안을 제안하였다. 제안된 가상실험실은 크게 실험원리학습실, 모의실험학습실, 자바가상실험학습실 및 가상실험실 관리 및 평가시스템으로 구성되어 있어 학습자로 하여금 흥미를 유발하여 전기전자실험을 간단한 마우스 조작만으로 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문에서 효율적인 전기전자 가상실험실 구현을 위해 제시된 방안은 수많은 방법중의 하나로써 향후 많은 수정과 보완이 이루어지리라 기대하며 제안된 방안은 공학분야뿐만 아니라 자연과학분야에까지 확대적용이 가능하여 기존의 교육시스템에서 발생되는 문제를 상당부분 보완할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

수준별 교육과정의 운영 실태와 개선 방안 연구 (A Study on the Implementation and Improvement of Differentiated Curricula)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the current implementation states of the differentiated curriculum at the middle school and to propose ways to improve it. For that purpose this study conducted a survey and had the interviews with the middle school mathematics teachers. The items of survey and interviews consisted of the two main parts: current states and needs about the special supplementary courses and enriched supplementary courses. The results showed that there were discrepancies between the current states and the needs of the differentiated curriculum. This means the efforts to improve the current states are needed. The strategies for improving the implementation of the differentiated curriculum are as follows: 1. The use of various standards including the subject-achievement level and students' or parents' opinions is needed in selecting the students of special supplementary course. 2. More relevant special supplementary materials need to be developed and utilized. 3. The ability grouping is recommended for the differentiated instruction. 4. The deliberation of developing the enriched and supplementary texts is requested. 5. The study for differentiated evaluation of students is demanded.

학교의 교육과정 자율화 정책 수용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Adoption of Curriculum Autonomy Policy by a Middle School)

  • The purpose of this study was to figure out adoption of curriculum autonomy policy by a middle school. To achieve the purpose, official documents accepted or produced by the school were examined regarding how much curriculum autonomy was given to the school. As well as, minutes on curriculum organization and implementation and interviews with significant figures in the school were analyzed to reveal how the school exerted its curriculum autonomy. The results indicated that superior educational administrative institution that had made decision on curriculum autonomy policy and promoted it constantly sent to the school official documents that required it to report what had been done. Such practices prevented the school from autonomous organization and implementation of curriculum. In addition, as most decisions on curriculum organization and implementation at school level was made by administrator and teachers with special position, most teachers remained at passive status to accept what had decided by them. Parents'committee did not exercise their rights by lack of expertise and passive attitude.

수학교과에서 집중이수제 시행에 관한 교사와 학생들의 인식 조사 (A Study on the perceptions of teachers and students on the implementation of the intensive course completion system in mathematics courses)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the perceptions of teachers and students on the implementation of the intensive course completion system in mathematics courses and to provide suggestions for the improvement of the system. Five high school mathematics teachers and 338 10th graders and 87 11th graders in 2 high schools located in Gyeonggi-do participated in this study. The results of this study indicated that the intensive course completion system is more appropriate to the subjects which require less time allotment or practical exercise than mathematics courses. For better implementation of the intensive course completion system in mathematics courses, first of all, enough time allotment for teaching and learning mathematics should be guaranteed. Otherwise, the system can make students feel more burden of learning due to increase in learning volume of mathematics courses.

중소규모 사업장근로자의 저염식 이행에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Affecting the Implementation of Low Sodium Diet in Small and Medium-sized Business Workers)

  • Objectives: This cross-sectional study aimed to identify the significant factors that influence small and medium-sized business workers when they carry out low sodium diet. Methods: The data were collected by conducting a survey on 161 individuals in small and medium sized businesses who had not been diagnosed with hypertension, in Gyeonggi province. The survey tool measured their knowledge in carrying out low sodium diet and how much support they had been given from their family. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. Results: Family support affected their implementation of the low sodium diet (t=2.981, p=.003). Similarly, the result accounted for 27.2% ($R^2=.272$) in the regression model. Conclusion: this statistical results suggest that there is a profound need of various nursing intervention programs to enhance family support and to improve their awareness of the importance of implementing low sodium diet in order to prevent hypertension in small and medium-sized business workers.
