한국교육전산망 성과와 효과 예측에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the KREN's Performance and Anticipated Effectiveness)

  • 한국의 교육전산(Korean Education Network)은 약 20년 간 국고를 지원하여 운영하였으며, 초-중고 대학 등 교육기관을 물리망으로 연결하였다. 지난 2001년도 상용망 위탁운영 체제로 전환되면서, 국내 외 교육, 연구 및 학술정보 등을 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 통신 환경을 제공하였다. 이는 정보기술(Information Technology)을 기반으로 한 국가성장에 크게 이바지 하였으며, 교육 품질의 향상과 교육기관의 결속력을 다지는 계기가 되기도 하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고. 교육전산망에 대한 유효성(effectiveness)에 대한 인식이 낮다. 따라서 교육전산망의 효과를 입증할 수 있는 성과 분석이 필요하며, 향후 효과를 예측하여 정부의 지속적 투자를 이끌어 낼 뿐만 아니라, 효율적인 운영 관리를 통한 대학 발전 및 국가 발전의 초석이 될 수 있는 연구가 필요했다. 따라서 본 연구는 100개 기관 이상의 설문을 통해 교육전산망의 성과를 분석하고, 효과를 예측하였다. 만족도의 분석은 비용측면, 기여도 측면, 품질측면, 성과측면 등 4가지로 분류하여 실시하였다. 또한 회귀 분석을 통한 효과 예측은 교육기관의 재학생 규모, 전산망 사용경험 등을 독립변수로 하여 효과 예측을 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 향후 교육전산망에 대한 정책 개발, 교육기관의 활용의 극대화 등을 위한 필요한 연구 자료가 될 것이다.

초등 예비교사들의 과학현장학습 운영 능력 함양을 위한 프로그램의 효과와 개선 방안 (The Effects and Improvement Plans of the Program for Cultivating Elementary School Preservice Teachers' Competency to Manage Science Field Trips)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational effects and the improvements of the 'Science Field Trips' Program which developed with the aim of fostering the prospective elementary school teachers' ability to manage science field trips. The participants were 13 senior students from a national university of education. The results of the study are as follows: First, with regard to the effectiveness in the science instruction aspect of the prospective teachers' geological field trip as an experiential activity, the responses of the participants were children's 'scientific knowledge'(69.2%), 'science related attitudes'(46.2%), and 'science inquiry'(30.8%). Second, regarding the effectiveness of the geological field trip in their management of science field trips aspects in the future, the responses of the participants were 'teaching strategies'(92.3%), 'plan implementation'(76.9%), 'teacher's science knowledge'(61.5%), 'self-confidence'(38.5%), 'enhancement of awareness of field trips'(23.1%), and 'career guidance'(7.7%). Third, with regard to the effectiveness in the science instruction aspect of their activities of planning a science field trip in their future working districts, the responses of the participants were children's 'science knowledge'(38.5%), 'science-related attitudes'(38.5%), and 'science inquiry'(23.1%). Fourth, regarding the effectiveness in their management of science field trips aspects of the activities of planning a science field trip, the responses of the participants were 'plan implementation'(92.3%), 'the identification of science field trip sites'(84.6%), 'teaching strategies'(76.9%), 'administrative affairs'(69.2%), 'teacher's science knowledge'(30.8%), 'enhancement of awareness of field trips'(23.1%), 'career guidance'(15.4%), and 'self-confidence' (15.4%). The improvements plans of the program and the suggestions for future research is also described in this study.

대학생의 진로교육을 위한 웹기반 사이버강의 콘텐츠 개발 및 효과검증 (The Study on Development and Effectiveness of Web-based Cyber Class Contents for University Student's Career Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop cyber class contents on website and to verify the effectiveness of the program to reinforce a career education. The participants of the experiment in this study are from Namseoul University who took the cyber class 'Self management and creation of vision.' of the second semester in 2015. They took the class fifty-sixty minutes a week. The control group also includes the students who took the classes 'Theory and practice of school violence prevention' and 'Youth Education theory.' To verify the effectiveness of career education, the data processing in performing this study utilized t-test for homogeneity with the effective variable of career identity and career decision and the result was proved by using paired t-test. The result suggests that the experiment group significantly shows improvement compared with the control group in the view of career identity and career decision level. Therefore we recognize that the web based cyber course has its effect on content development and career education and we anticipate the continuous development and activation of effective cyber education on website for university students in future.

Exploring the Effectiveness of Smart Education in a College Writing Course Utilizing Multimedia Learning Tools

  • With the development of AI, multimedia tools in education offer personalized learning environments, which foster individual competencies. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of smart education as perceived by learners through a case study of university writing classes utilizing multimedia learning tools, and to explore potential applications. To achieve this, a writing course incorporating various multimedia tools to promote interaction was designed and implemented over the course of one semester, targeting 42 university students. Through the semester, student reactions and survey results were analyzed to investigate the effects and satisfaction levels regarding the use of multimedia learning tools in writing instruction as perceived by students. The analysis revealed that multimedia-assisted writing classes effectively fostered learners' autonomy by focusing on individual needs, while also promoting interaction and encouraging spontaneous participation. Students reported recognizing the presence of diverse perspectives by comparing and communicating about each other's writing, leading to an expansion of their own thinking. In using ChatGPT, it was found that students attempted to refine their questions until they obtained the desired answers. They reported that this process deepened their understanding of the essence of the questions. These benefits led to results of high levels of students' active class engagement and satisfaction. This study contributes foundational and empirical data regarding the effectiveness and potential applications of learner-centered smart education as part of fourth industrial revolution integration research.

약학 실무실습교육에서의 효과적인 교수법 (Effective Teaching Skills in Pharmacy Practice Education)

  • Experiential education is a core curriculum of 6-year pharmacy education. Practicing pharmacists lie at the heart of experiential education serving as preceptors for undergraduate pharmacy students during experiential education. Preceptors are, however, confronted with a challenge of caring for patients and teaching students at the same time in a time-constrained environment. To improve the effectiveness and outcomes of experiential education, practicing pharmacists are required to demonstrate educational competence. Even small teaching moments can provide students with valuable learning opportunities that they could not have from on their own. Thus, it is vital to provide education and training for preceptors to advance their teaching skills. This article will describe practical and effective teaching skills that preceptors could adopt in the experiential education for pharmacy students. It is important that preceptors should use different teaching skills for different learners, according to their level of experience and knowledge, learning styles and needs, as well as the type of the practice. Therefore, possessing diverse teaching skills provides flexibility to adapt teaching to each student's learning levels and needs, and to the charateristics of the practice environment. Preceptors' level of confidence and comfort in using teaching skills can be enhanced through continuous practice and training, which consequently leads to the improved effectiveness of experiential education and student's satisfaction with the education.

사회성 측정(sociometry)을 활용한 학생의 사회성 개선 효과 검증 (An Empirical Analysis on the Effectiveness of Students' Sociability Improvement using Sociometry)

  • The purpose of this study was to actually analyze students' sociability using sociometry and effectiveness of students' sociability improvement. To accomplish this purpose, subjects of this study were selected as follow. First, how students' sociability style are actually identified. And second, when teachers give additional concern, opportunity, care, praise to experiment group(reject, isolate, neglectee), what is the effectiveness of students' sociability improvement. As sampling, from fourth to sixth grades 270 students(215 control group, 55 experiment group) of 8 classrooms of 8 elementary schools were sampled. As a tool of investigation, questionnaires about students' sociability style and effectiveness of sociability improvement had made by researcher of this study were used. And as processing of data, ANCOVA were used. The result of this study is as follow. When teachers gave additional concern, opportunity, care, praise to experiment group(reject, isolate, neglectee), students' sociability were improved. In other words, student's self-concept, proactive behavior, human relationship were improved significantly.

교사연수에서 SNS를 이용한 협력성찰활동의 효과 (Effective of Collaborative Reflection based on SNS in Teacher Training)

  • 본 연구는 협력 활동의 전략이 교사연수에서 어떤 효과가 나타나는지에 대한 분석을 하였다. 교사 연수의 효과성은 연수 만족도, 효과성, 학업성취도로 설정하였다. 연수에 참가한 초중등 교사들을 대상으로 SNS를 활용한 집단 상호평가 활동군과 개별 자기평가 활동군, 일반 연수군으로 구분하여 연구를 적용하였다. 완전무선화요인설계의 방법으로 교사 연수의 효과성에 대해 변량 분석한 결과, 집단협력 활동이 학습만족도 및 효과성, 학업성취도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 SNS기반 협력적 평가활동이 교사연수에 매우 효과적임을 밝혔다.

  • 교육훈련 평가는 교육프로그램과 관련한 내용을 측정, 관찰하여 품질을 평가하고 이를 통해 교육훈련 변경에 대한 근거를 제공하는 행위이다. 국립중앙도서관은 사서교육 훈련프로그램 교육과정의 성과와 질을 제고할 수 있는 평가방법의 도입이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 국립중앙도서관의 사서교육훈련 직무교육의 효과성을 객관적이고 복합적으로 측정할 수 있는 평가모형을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 Kirkpatrick의 4단계 평가모형을 적용하였으며, 선행연구, 국립중앙도서관 사서교육훈련 교육과정 현황조사, 이해관계자 요구분석을 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 사서교육훈련 평가체계 방향성을 설정하기 위한 평가체계 및 평가도구를 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 실제 국립중앙도서관 사서교육훈련과정의 현실적인 평가체계로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • 이러닝 교육 방법은 오프라인 교육의 단점을 보완하는 많은 장점을 갖고 있다. 이와 같은 이유로, 기존의 많은 오프라인 교육기관은 학습효과를 높일 목적으로 온라인 기술을 현장에 도입하였다. 최근의 일반 대학교에서도 온라인 학습을 부분적으로 도입하고 있다. 그 결과 기존의 오프라인 교육의 장점을 온라인 교육에 도입하여 교육의 효과를 높일 수 있는 방법에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있다. 그 결과 온라인에서 학습 효과를 높이기 위해서 학습자를 적절히 평가하고 적절한 피드백을 제공하는 것이 필요하게 되었다. 따라서. 본 논문에서는 오프라인의 장점을 온라인에 도입하여 학습 능률을 향상시킬 수 있는 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 제안한 모델의 핵심은 올바른 평가에 있다. 그러므로, 학생들을 위한 정확한 평가를 위해서 문항반응검사를 실시하여 학습자를 평가하고 수준별 학습을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 온라인에서 학생의 학습 스타일을 알아내어 각 학생의 잘못된 학습 성향을 개선하게 하여 학습의 효과를 높이도록 하는 방법을 제안하였다. 향후 본 논문에서 제안 방법이 현장에서 활용된다면 학습자의 학업능력 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

일개 신설종합병원 구성원의 조직문화인식이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Perception of Organizational Culture of Employees on Organizational Effectiveness in a Newly Established General Hospital)

  • Purposes: This study was to analyze the effects of organizational culture attributes on organizational effectiveness in newly established general hospital. Method: For this purpose, this study sampled 981 hospital employees working for E hospital opened on Apr. 1, 2019 in Seoul. A total of 981 questionnaires were distributed to them, and 888 ones responded to the survey, which had been conducted from Oct. 17, through Oct. 25, 2019. 793 responses were used for the final analysis. The data collected were processed using the SPSS 19.0K for descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression analysis. Findings: First, The type of organizational culture perceived most by hospital employees was 'hierarchy-oriented' (3.53) followed by 'relation-oriented'(3.33), 'task-oriented'(3.23), 'innovation-oriented'(3.19) and job satisfaction scored 3.13, organizational commitment scored 3.28 on their order. Second, 'Relation-oriented', 'task-oriented' and 'innovation-oriented' was positively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. hierarchy-oriented' was negatively correlated with job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Third, Factors that significantly influencing on organizational effectiveness in a newly established general hospital were as follows. Factors influencing job satisfaction included 'innovation-oriented', 'relation-oriented' and factors influencing organizational commitment included 'relation-oriented', 'innovation-oriented' and age. Practical Implications: In order to increase the organizational effectiveness of the E-General Hospital, it is necessary to gradually move from a hierarchica l-oriented culture to an innovation-oriented and relationship-oriented culture. Since age also affects organizational commitment, it is necessary to promote stability and growth by promoting the mentor-menti system for new members with a low level of experience and experience.
