UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) is an aerial vehicle that can accomplish the mission without pilot. UAV was developed for a military purpose such as a reconnaissance in an early stage. Nowadays usage of UAV expands into a various field of civil industry such as a drawing a map, broadcasting, observation of environment. These UAV, need vision system to offer accurate information to person who manages on ground and to control the UAV itself. Especially LOS(Line-of-Sight) system wants to precisely control direction of system which wants to tracking object using vision sensor like an CCD camera, so it is very important in vision system. In this paper, we propose a method to recognize object from image which is acquired from camera mounted on gimbals and offer information of displacement between center of monitor and center of object.

This study concerns the cement-solidification. stabilization of the electric furnace dust. Compressive strength and leaching test of heavy metals were evaluated for varing types and ratios of cements and the effect of some additives of hauyne clinker and slag were also discussed. In this cases of using cement binders more than 30%, the compressive strength showed the values over 150kgf/cm2. so it can be used as filler for concrete precastings. Type III cement and Hauyne clinker improved the compressive strength, especially early strength. Leaching amount of heavy metals was decreased when using type III cement and adding hauyne clinker and slag. The values were especially low in the case of slag addition.

In the cases of using cement binders more than 10%, the compressive strength after 3 days showed the values over $20kgf/cm^2$. Type III cement and Hauyne clinker improved the compressive strength, especially early strength. And the values of leaching test showed that cement-solidification is effective method to stabilize heavy metals especialy when using type III cement and adding Hauyne clinker and slag,.

본 연구에서는 국내 폐기물매립지에서 배출되는 온실가스를 저감하기 위한 호기성 안정화 기술의 적용 가능성을 평가하였다. 대상매립지는 국내 Y 매립지로 LandGEM 모델을 이용하여 메탄 배출량을 산정하였으며, 온실가스 저감량($CO_2eq$)은 혐기성 조건(베이스라인)과 호기성 조건에서의 배출량을 비교하여 산정하였다. 호기성 조건에서의 온실가스 저감은 폐기물매립지 내부로 공기를 주입 시 혐기성에서 호기성으로 전환되면서 부산물로 메탄대신 이산화탄소가 발생되기 때문이다. 평가결과 호기성 안정화 기술은 기존 혐기성 대비 86.6%의 온실가스를 감축하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 조기안정화를 통한 주변 환경오염 저감과 동시에 온실가스를 대폭 저감시킬 수 있는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 호기성 안정화 기술은 지속가능한 매립관점에서 보았을 때 국내 폐기물매립지에 적용할 수 있는 가장 적합한 기술 중 하나로 판단된다.

Although the demands for the dredging work have been increasing due to social and industrial reasons including national plan for restoration of four major rivers, environmental standards or management guidelines for the dredged river sediment are limited. The suggested environmental standard for the beneficial use of dredged river sediment consists of two levels, recyclable and concern, and includes eight contaminants such as metals and organic contaminants. The systematic approach to remediate dredged river sediment is also suggested. The system consists of both washing and stabilization processes with continuous multi particle separation. In the early stage, the sediments are separated into two particle sizes. The coarse-grained sediment over 0.075 mm, generally decontaminated with less trouble, follows normal washing steps and is sent for recycling. The fine-grained sediments under 0.075 mm are separated again at 0.025 mm. The particles bigger than this second separation point are treated in two ways, advanced washing for highly contaminated sediments and stabilization for less. The lab test results show that birnessite and apatite are most effective stabilizing agents among tested for Cd and Pb. The most fine residues, down-sized by continuous particle separation, are finally sent for disposal. The system is tested for metals in this study, but is expected to be effective for organic contaminants included in the environmental standard, such as PAH and PCE. The feasibility test on the field site will be followed.

전방 탈구인 경우 첫탈구이거나 생애에 몇번만 탈구를 경험하고 일상생활에 별 지장이 없다면 보존적으로 치료하는 것이 바람직하다. 다만 early surgey가 요구되는 경우는, 첫탈구가 teen aged이면 관절경적 수술을, 골편이 큰 Bankart병변이 있는 첫탈구는 수술하는 것이 좋다. 전방 불안정성인 경우, collision sports는 개방술로, non-athletes이거나 throwing 또는 contact sports는 관절경술로 시행해 주는 것이 바람직하다. 우리가 명심하여야 할 것은 전방 불안정성을 다루는데 환자의 입장에서 서야 한다는 것이다. 의사의 능력 정도나 욕망보다도 환자의 상태, 활동 정도와 환자의 요구에 맞추어 환자를 치료하여야 한다.
