Negotiation is a process of reaching an agreement on the terms of a transaction. such as price, quantity, for two or more parties. Negotiation tries to maximize the benefits for all parties concerned. instead of using human-based negotiation. the e-commerce environment provides such an environment as adopting automated negotiation. Thus. choosing agent technology is appropriate for an automatic electronic negotiation platform. since autonomous software agents strive for the best deal on behalf of the human participants. Negotiation agents need a clear-cut definition of negotiation models or strategies. In reality, most bargaining systems embody nearly one negotiation model. In this article. we present a mobile agent negotiation system with reusable negotiation strategies that allows agents to dynamically embody a user's favorite negotiation strategy which can be preinstalled as a component in the system. We develop a prototype system, which is fully implemented in compliance with FIPA specifications, and then. describe the benefits of using the system.

Little attention has been focussed on a precise definition and evaluation mechanism for project management risk specifically related to contractors. When bidding, contractors traditionally price risks using unsystematic approaches. The high business failure rate our industry records may indicate that the current unsystematic mechanisms contractors use for building up contingencies may be inadequate. The reluctance of some contractors to include a price for risk in their tenders when bidding for work competitively may also not be a useful approach. Here, instead, we first define the meaning of contractor contingency, and then we develop a facile quantitative technique that contractors can use to estimate a price for project risk. This model will help contractors analyse their exposure to project risks; and also help them express the risk in monetary terms for management action. When bidding for work, they can decide how to allocate contingencies strategically in a way that balances risk and reward.

Records may furnish proof of a particular action, contain information that protects the rights of individuals or government, and document decisions made during the course of government business. As business in and between government agencies will increasingly be conducted through electronic messaging service, the need to manage e-mail messages and systems is the same as for other record management systems concerning the creation of, retention of, and access to public records. Therefore government agencies that use electronic mail(e-mail) have an obligation to make employee aware that e-mail messages, like paper records, must be managed according to established record management procedures. The purpose of this paper is to suggest guidelines and/or strategies on managing e-mail messages as records for agencies which must take steps in order to make, capture, maintain, dispose, store, protect, and provide access to e-mail messages. This paper discusses on the definition of e-mail messages, principles on managing e-mail message, and how to manage e-mail messages as records.

This research suggests for efficient operation of the e-commerce guarantee financing system in domestic industries by reviewing the definition, current situation and problems of the e-commerce guarantee financing system in operation since 2001. Throughout the 10 years of the e-commerce guarantee financing system's implementation, technological development has solved many previously concerning factors. The goal of the study is to resolve the current issues of the e-commerce guarantee financing system and offer means by which to expand the accessibility of the system to domestic industries and further assistance to firms already using the system. One of the primary policies supported by the research is the reallocation of funds from archaic means of exchanging finances to the modem e-commerce guaranteed financing methods because of the increased transparency of the trading. Specifically, the funding operated by government guarantee agencies requires systematic promotion, justifying subsidies and tax breaks to companies that are using e-commerce guarantee financing because of the increased overall transparency. In addition, the benefits of e-commerce guarantee financing as a means of funding are numerous: the promotion of good business, relaxation of credit ratings for company loans, construction of the mobile operating system for small businesses, and creation of policy flexibility in operating fund agencies run by government. Future research areas include continued collection and analysis of the above data provided and new market feedback such as direct poll surveys of the operating staff in companies using e-commerce guarantee financing agencies.

Since XML (eXtensible Markup Language) was highlighted as an information interchange format, there is an increasing demand for incorporating XML with databases. Most of the approaches are focused on RDB (Relational Databases) because of legacy systems. But these approaches depend on the database system. Countless researches are being focused on DTD (Document Type Definition). However XML Schema is more comprehensive and efficient in many perspectives. We propose a meta-model for XML Schema that is independent of the database. There are three processes to build our meta-model: DOM (Document Object Model) tree analysis, object modeling and storing object into a fixed DB schema using model mapping approach. We propose four mapping rules for object modeling, which conform to the ODMG (Object Data Management Group) 3.0 standard. We expect that the model will be especially useful in building XML-based e-business applications.

Research Results, Personality types of College students's in the Entrepreneurship's will to significant minus (-) effected. Personality type of I/E of the type of Entrepreneurship's will interest for the (+) of the impact and Attitude for success in business life (+) does not affect the said. Extrovert personality type, with two inbound students compared to students with the type of personality to the Entrepreneurship's will, that Interest for Entrepreneurship's on the side (+) can see the affects.

This study is based on the analysis of technology innovation performance for Inno-biz. The primary purposes of this study are to help the government formulate Inno-biz related supporting policies and improve the fitness of evaluation models for Inno-biz. In this study the definition of "the outcome of technology innovation" includes technology competitiveness changes, technology forecasting as well as the outcome of technology innovation. For this analysis, 55 independent variables were used and categorized into ability of technology innovation, ability of commercialization, and ability of technology management. The results indicate that all three variable groups have positively influenced the outcome of technology innovation. Especially ability of technology innovation is highly related to technology competitiveness and business in future. The ability of commercialization enhances technology competitiveness and predictability in major business indexes; however it doesn't influence business performance in a short-term period. The ability of technology management enables businesses to forecast technology changes, but doesn't effect short-term business outcomes.

Recently, the necessity of systematic security management system that consider company' character and environment has appeared because of increasing security accident continuously in domestic companies. However, most of companies has applied to only K-ISMS which is existing information security management system, although They are different from object, purpose and way of security level evaluation by companies. According to this situation, Many experts have questioned that there are many problems with effectiveness of introducing security management system. In this study, We established definition of information security management system, industrial security management system and research security management system through analysis of previous study and developed evaluation item which can implement security in whole industry comparing and analyzing the control items of them. Also, we analyzed existing security level evaluation and suggest design direction of industry-centric security level evaluation model considering character of industry.

The demand of wireless communication system is increasing due to the development of computers and other digital media appliances. In particular, new wireless communication technology is necessary for implementation of home network since a lot of data transmission is occurred. Recently, two wireless communication technologies, Ultra Wide Band(UWB) and 60GHz band wireless communication technology, have being developed for high-speed data transmission and Wireless Personal Area Network(WPAN). In this paper, we study the present development condition of these two technologies and a role of them in home network. We also suggest the method to implement the home network using all wireless communication technologies. At the end, we outlook the market of WPAN and High Definition Multimedia Interface(HDMI).

Mobile banking is a subset of electronic banking which underlies not only the determinants of the banking business but also the special conditions of mobile commerce. Nowadays wireless networks are being evolved and diversified. In this situation The wireless e-commerce is in the limelight on new profits of Carriers. Especially from current year when Carriers in domestic plans to provide the services using 2.5G networks the service providers choose wireless e-commerce as the main parts of wireless internet strategy and will provide a various of services. Because of this situation, the importance of mobile billing service is being emphasized. This paper searches the definition and service types of mobile banking, and suggests status and prospects of domestic mobile banking. We suggest the basic direction, the stage of development and functions of services by analyzing the cases of Nonghyup's. Finally we derive the critical factors from those and suggest the effect of introduction and the direction of development. From the customer perspective, mobile banking has many strengths. For example, it allows that all customers access banking service at anytime, anywhere more easily than telephone banking or pc banking. And it reduces the time and the effort for using the service. It enables the company to make a business against global customers. On the other hand, from the company perspective, it has a lot of potential that affect market share and reduce the costs of human and material resources which used to operate and support branches. However, it needs many efforts to reach at the stage of completion. And We will have to solve the problems that develop many contents, expend the range of services and raise the service convenience.
