이동통신시장의 산업구조가 스마트폰이 중심이 되는 ICT 생태계로 변화하면서, 새로운 ICT 환경에 부합하는 규제체계가 주요 선진국을 중심으로 다각적으로 논의되고 있다. 이 중에서, EU에서는 이동전화서비스를 도매와 소매로 구분하고, 세분화된 시장에서 이동통신사업자의 시장지배력 보유를 평가함으로써, 이동통신시장의 경쟁을 활성화하기 위한 규제제도 개선을 지속적으로 추진하고 있다. 이러한 가운데, 국내에서도 EU 방식을 도입하여 이동전화의 시장획정(market definition)을 현재보다 세분화하고, 객관적 평가기준에 따라 해당 사업자의 시장지배력 보유여부를 공정하게 판단하기 위한 방안이 논의되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ICT 생태계 환경 하에서 국내 이동통신 착신도매시장의 현행 시장지배력 평가를 위한 판단기준이 통신환경에 적합한지를 분석하고, 이론적으로 제기되는 새로운 평가요소의 반영 등을 포함한 시장지배력 평가에 대한 합리적 제도개선 및 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

Velzen introduced the rigid and relaxed dominating set games and showed that the rigid game being balanced is equivalent to the relaxed game being balanced in 2004. After then various variants of dominating set games were introduced and it was shown that for each variant, a rigid game being balanced is equivalent to a relaxed game being balanced. It is natural to ask if for any other variant of dominating set game, the balancedness of a rigid game and the balancedness of a relaxed game are equivalent. In this paper, we show that the answer for the question is negative by considering the rigid and relaxed paired-domination games, which is considered as a variant of dominating set games. We characterize the cores of both games and show that the rigid game being balanced is not equivalent to the relaxed game being balanced. In addition, we study the cores of paired-dominations games on paths and cycles.

Objective : This article reviewed China's intent and aim of the failed attempt to register Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) as UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage, its process and implication as a policy of 21st Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) promotion on the landscape of North East Asian medical geopolitcs. Methods : This article utilized mainly the discourse analysis of vernacular Chinese journals and newspaper reports. Conclusions : It is needed to design effective strategies for securing Traditional Korean Medicine(TKM)'s identity and authenticity to cope with so-called 'Chinese Medicine Domination Project'.

Systemic lupus erythematosus is a disease of unknown etiology that affects many organ system and is characterized by the presence of multiple autoantibodies that participated in immunology mediated tissue injury. A 36 years-old female patient was admitted to ward due to high fever and erythematous rash on face and hole body. She exhibited itching sense, joint pain, nausea, fatigue, sensitivity to light. The homatologic finding revealed anemia, decrease of lymphocyte, low platelet count, but LE cell, Anti nuclear antibody(ANA) were negative. In the point of Differentiation of Syndrome(辨證), SLE can be thought to be a category of Seasonal febril disease(溫病). This subject diagnosed as Domination of intense evil heat(熱毒熾盛), and was administrated with Chungonpadocyem-gamibang(淸瘟敗毒飮加味方). The clinical and laboratory findings of our patient were improved by herb medication, acupuncture therapy and general supportive measure.

Let G = (V, E) be a simple graph with p vertices and q edges. A subset S of V (G) is called a strong (weak) efficient dominating set of G if for every $v{\in}V(G)$ we have ${\mid}N_s[v]{\cap}S{\mid}=1$ (resp. ${\mid}N_w[v]{\cap}S{\mid}=1$), where $N_s(v)=\{u{\in}V(G):uv{\in}E(G),\;deg(u){\geq}deg(v)\}$. The minimum cardinality of a strong (weak) efficient dominating set of G is called the strong (weak) efficient domination number of G and is denoted by ${\gamma}_{se}(G)$ (${\gamma}_{we}(G)$). A graph G is strong efficient if there exists a strong efficient dominating set of G. In this paper, some cycle and star related Nordhaus-Gaddum type relations on strong efficient dominating sets and the number of strong efficient dominating sets are studied.

This article explores how women's voices are constructed in The Sun Also Rises by Ernest Hemingway and Nỗi buồn chiến tranh (The Sorrow of War) by Bảo Ninh. Specifically, this article approaches presentations of women's personalities and positions in the two novels that do not have obvious historical and geographical connections. The women's voices in the two novels, as this article suggests, are characterized by women's desire for self-determination, where they are able to free themselves from domination, and even influence men's psychology and actions. In comparing the characteristics of women's voices in the two works, the article aims to highlight different ways in which women assert their agency. The article affirms the potential contribution of cultural contexts in examining feminist voices and understanding how female figures are made to overcome default passivity and submission to male domination.

근대 자유주의가 등장한 이래 자유주의의 정치공간은 언제나 국민국가였다. 그래서 자유주의가 개인의 자유를 옹호하고 증진하고자 한 것도 국민국가 단위에서였다. 하지만 21세기에 접어들면서 정치적 공간은 급속도로 지구화되고 있다. 정치가 이루어지는 공간이 이미 국민국가 수준을 넘어섰음에도 자유주의 정치는 여전히 국민국가라는 틀 내에서 이루어지진다. 따라서 '자유'를 단지 타인의 간섭을 받지 않는 것으로 이해하는 자유주의의 자유 개념은 이제 국민국가 내에서만 유효할 뿐 지구화의 단계에서는 그 한계에 도달한 것처럼 보인다. 이처럼 지구화 시대로 진입하고 정치적 공간이 확장됨에 따라 오늘날 가장 강력한 개념인 자유주의적 자유는 그 한계를 드러내고 있다. 따라서 자유주의적 자유의 형식과 내용을 지구화의 시대적 변화에 맞추어 재검토할 필요가 있다. 우선, 급속한 지구화의 진행과 더불어 정치공간도 변형되고 있음을 확인하고, 이러한 정치공간의 변형이 자유주의적 자유 개념을 변형시키고 있다. 다음으로, 이사야 벌린의 소극적 자유와 적극적 자유의 구분법이 이론적으로도 이항대립적일 뿐 아니라 실천적으로도 수행 불가능함을 밝히고, 실제는 소극적 자유만을 자유주의적 자유 개념으로 채택하고 있는 벌린의 이분법적 자유론을 넘어설 수 있는 비지배로서의 공화주의적 자유 개념이 요청되고 있다. 마지막으로, 세계시민주의 시대에 부합하는 새로운 자유론, 즉 비지배 자유로서의 세계시민공화주의적 자유론을 모색하고자 한다.

혐오는 인간의 불완전함으로 인해 발생하며 동시에 그런 불완전함을 부정하려는 마음이다. 그래서 혐오에 대한 이해는 인간 존재에 대한 이해와 맞닿아 있다. 우리는 혐오 감정을 비판적으로 바라봄으로써 그 감정으로 인한 문제를 극복하고 더 나아가 우리 자신의 한계성을 성찰해볼 수 있다. 이런 이유로 필자는 "투사적 혐오"에서 인간적 결함의 거부 및 완벽성에 대한 욕구를 읽어낸 누스바움의 견해를 적극적으로 참고하고 있다. 이 글의 주된 관심은 혐오가 개인적 차원의 거부감에 그치지 않고 인간들 간의 대립 관계 및 권력 행사에 긴밀히 연관되는 집단적 감정이라는 점에 맞춰져 있다. 특히 이 글은 혐오가 인간들 간의 지배-피지배 관계를 확립 유지시키는 과정에서 적극적으로 활용되는 점을 주목한다. 이러한 현상은 혐오의 내적 속성과 무관하지 않다. 즉 혐오 감정은 이미 그 자체 내에 일방성, 배타성, 위계화, 지배 논리 등을 내포하고 있다. 이와 같은 문제의식에서 이 글은 핵심적으로 혐오와 지배의 유착관계를 논하고자 한다. 이를 위해 필자는 우선 누스바움의 혐오 분석에 근거하여 혐오의 일반적 속성 및 순수와 배제의 논리에 주목할 것이다. 그 다음으로 혐오의 이데올로기적 기능 및 폭력성을 중심으로 그것의 지배적 속성을 논할 것이다. 이러한 분석을 통해 이 글은 혐오가 인간의 평등하고 존엄한 가치, 자유주의 사회의 다양성과 합리성에 유해한 감정임을 확인할 것이다. 결론적으로 필자는 이 글의 혐오 비판이 인간적 불완전함에 대한 겸허한 인정과 성찰로 이어질 때 진정한 의미를 갖는다고 본다. 물론 이것은 인간적 한계를 이유로 혐오의 문제점을 무력하게 수용한다는 의미의 인정이 아니며, 더 나은 가치와 인간다움을 향한 부단한 노력을 전제하는 성찰을 가리킨다.
